Soon as I eat the food I buy from the supermarket, I notice the electronic targeting gets worse. I also notice such symptoms as running nose, thicker saliva forming in my mouth. I feel my legs vibrating as if electricity is entering my body. I also notice muscle spasms of various part of my body.

This is evidence that my food is being tampered with before I enter the store.

I also notice the water tasting funny and strange people behavior in the area.

Most of the people are either sitting in their cars or standing in front of the store.

After consuming the content, I notice particular cars parking in my vicinity, usually on the side or back of my vehicle.

Dear President Obama, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Chief Mark Kappelhoff of the Civil Rights Criminal Division and Executive Director Anthony Romero of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU),

I am writing you this affidavit to inform you that upon filing a complaint against the Fayetteville Police Department (FPD), I was placed in a human experimentation program. And, as a result of entering this program, I was forced out of my home.

It all started on October 15, 2007 at 9:47 PM when two officers approached me. They were officer’s W. Jarquin 338 and officer’s C. McCoy 392. I was asked to present my identification. I refused.

I told the officers that they had no motive to stop me. But they proceeded to search my property without my permission. At the time, I was walking to the Amtrak station.

Note: Prior to making this complaint, I was stopped over twelve times without probable cause.

After the altercation with the FPD, I proceeded towards the precinct, which was a block away. There I spoke to officer N. Hernandez 240. I told her that I wanted to file a complaint against the officers who stopped me just 30 minutes earlier. She told me there were no process of filling a complaint and that she could not do anything on my behalf.

This prompted me to write an email to the police commissioner, mayor and City council members. Since then, I have not received a response.

After this occurrence, while working at the Amtrak station, my computer was hacked. And knew immediately that it was related to the email I sent earlier. I also noticed frequent dropped calls and wrong numbers from individuals within the same area code.

Several months of this harassment, I later realized that I was placed into a human experimentation program. Furthermore, I understood that the program is connected to organized gang stalking.

Organized Gang Stalking involves the use of multiple individuals to stalk, harass, and taunt a victim, as well as vandalize personal property.

Before I was forced out of my home, I was a regular member of the Restoration Outreach Fellowship Church, Pastored by Les Matthews. During this period, I notice drastic changes being made to the church. Overtime, it became pretty obvious that there was a connection between the human experimentation program I was placed in and the money he was receiving for these renovations.

But this could not have been possible if the (FPD) wasn’t involved. And the torturous, malicious nature of this human experimentation program, seems to suggest that it is an act of vengeance.

I’m monitored 24 hours a day – seven days a week. The monitoring involves my body, physical surroundings, vital signs, electronic communications and thought processes. It is complicated through the use of dream manipulation and brain-memory gathering.

I have compounded a list of links and U.S. patents as proof that the technology exist. But first, let me give you an idea how it works. Neurological technologies use electromagnetic spectrums to affect human behavior.

This Saturday’s conference call seem to suggest that a legal trial concerning these illegal experiments is proceeding.

The trial is about getting the United States government to stop these inhumane experiments and to receive some compensate for the pain and suffering it caused us.

Besides the experiments, individuals have been been inflicted with directed energy weapons and gang stalking harassment.

Although each case is individual, there are similarities.

The bulk of the victims are both black and women. And I think this is the basis of bringing a racial discrimination lawsuit against the United States government.

From day one, racism has been a fator in this country. And it will continue to be a factor as long as these individuals continue to control the bulk of the resources, the political climate and society strata of society.

We must demand complete change and further if we have too.

Too many of us are willing to just deal with something without looking at the entire picture.

Anyway, it is good to see things moving in our favor. In other words, justice is FINALLY around the corner.

But this will continue these satellites unless we put people in office who represent us.

As I understand about these instruments, they are a perfect crime weapon. It has also been used to steal secrets from individuals and take credit for their idea.

(They have repeatedly gone in my vehicle and able to get a radius view on who is in the area. They uses some kind of mind technique that get people to do what they want).

Everyone who is going through this kind of harassment should put together an Affidavit. An Affidavit is a legal document that describes your situation and serves to develop a legal basis for your case.

If you simply right a complaint letter it will go on deaf ears. But it still helps to document your situation regardless if you send an affidavit or a complaint letter. Just that the Affidavit makes your situation more credible.

Anyway, after returning from my Smokey Mountain trip, I decided to go to the socialist organization to use the computer equipment. I was entertained to one of the members entering my “locked” vehicle. This was one of the member I shared info about the harassment.

This happened after several weeks criminal infiltration of socialist members who supposedly believes in human rights.

If this can happen in this kind of organization, it can happen anywhere. And it has.

That’s why the Affidavit is so important, because it is a legal basis to stop these crime or at least minimize the impact of it.

Cointelpro has never gone away. Experimentation of the black public is alive and well. And the continuation of these crimes will only lead to mass murder of good citizens.

This is the worse that I have see it, and it will continue to get worse, as long as we don’t monitored these technologies.

I’m talking about satellites, directed energy weapons, brain monitoring and behavior modification technologies.
