    Ft Meade, Maryland has had the most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960s.NSA technology is
    developed and implemented in secret from private corporations, academia and the general public.
    Signals Intelligence (SICINT)
    The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the
    environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and track persons with the electrical currents in their bodies.
    Signals Intelligence is based on fact that everything in the environment with an electric current in it has a magnetic
    flux around it which gives off EMF waves.
    The NSA/DoD [Department of Defense] developed proprietary advanced digital equipment which can remotely
    analyze all objects whether manmade or organic, that have electrical activity.
    Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)
    The NSA has records on all US citizens. The NSA gathers information on US citizen who might be of interest to any
    of the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized by executive order to spy on anyone. The
    NSA has a permanent national security anti-terrorist surveillance network in place. This surveillance network is
    completely disguised and hidden from the public.
    Tracking individuals in the US is easily and cost-effectively implemented with NSA’s electronic surveillance network.
    This network (DOMINT) covers the entire US, involves tens of thousands of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of
    persons simultaneously . Cost-effective implementation of operations is assured by NSA computer technology
    designed to minimize operations costs. NSA personnel serve in quasi-public positions in their communities and run
    cover businesses and legitimate businesses that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would want
    to track. NSA personnel in the community usually have cover identities such as social workers, lawyers and
    business owners.
    Individual Citizens Occasionally Targeted for Surveillance by Independently Operating NSA Personnel
    NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the US by using the NSA’s domestic
    intelligence network and cover businesses. The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond
    the bounds of law. Long-term control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwitting citizens by NSA operatives is
    likely to happen. NSA DOMINT has the ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological
    control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.
    The above symptoms highlight a fraction of the vast array of Neuro-Electromagnetic Frequency Assaults
    perpetuated by the Police and Military Intelligence Agencies toward Remote Mind Control Experiments, Behavioral
    Manipulation and Murder.
    2. NSA’S DOMESTIC ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE NETWORK
    As of the early 1960s, the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft Meade. Research
    breakthroughs with these computers were kept for the NSA. At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology
    computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology. The NSA obtains blanket coverage of
    information in the US by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all communications,
    regardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists. These
    computers monitor all communications at the transmitting and receiving ends.
    This blanket coverage of the US is a result of the NSA’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission. The NSA’s
    electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF
    (electromagnetic frequency) spectrum.
    This equipment was developed, implemented and kept secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare
    programs.
    Signals Intelligence Remote Computer Tampering
    The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the US.
    This is an integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network. The NSA’s EMF equipment can tune in RF (remote
    frequency) emissions from personal computer circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and power
    sup- plies).
    The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains digital information in the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA’s
    equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PCs. Thus the NSA can gain wireless modem-style
    entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist electronic warfare.
    Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance
    A subject’s bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjects can be monitored anywhere they are.
    With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs). These can be
    decoded into a person’s brain-states and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance. NSA
    personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals Intelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA’s
    computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours a day. The NSA can pick out and track anyone in the
    US.
    3. NSA SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE USE OF EMF BRAIN STIMULATION
    NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain
    Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKULTRA program of the early 1950s,
    which included neurological research into radiation (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development.
    The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as “Radiation Intelligence”, defined
    as, “information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including
    radioactivity or nuclear detonation”. Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the US Government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agreements to keep this technology secret.
    The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyze electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA
    computer generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all of the electrical activity in the brain continuously.
    The NSA records and decode individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security
    purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for brain-to-computer link (in military fighter
    aircraft, for example). For electronic surveillance purposes, electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can
    be translated into the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex, thus
    allowing audio communications direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this covertly to
    debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia. Without any
    contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a
    subject’s brain and show images from the subject’s brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the
    surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual
    cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this surreptitiously to put images into a
    surveillance subject’s brain while they are in REM sleep for brain-programming purposes.
    Capabilities of NSA Operatives Using RNM
    There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the US since the 1940s.
    The NSA, Ft Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and noninvasive monitor audio-visual information in their brains. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence. Speech, 3D sound and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject’s brain (bypassing the ears), and images can be sent into the visual cortex. RNM can alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control. Speech cortex/auditory cortex link has become the ultimate communications system for the intelligence community.     4. NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE ELECTRONIC BRAIN LINK TECHNOLOGY
    NSA SIGINT can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person’s bioelectric fields. The NSA’s Signals Intelligence
    has the proprietary ability to monitor remotely and non-invasively information in the human brain by digitally
    decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 Hz, 5 milliwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain. Neuronal
    activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out
    a constant 30-50 Hz, 5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the
    brain are spikes and patterns called “evoked potentials”. Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image in the brain has a corresponding “evoked potential” or set of “evoked potentials”. The EMF
    emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject’s brain. NSA
    SIGINT uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as
    nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects
    (on a non-perceptible level). EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a complexly coded and pulsed
    electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images
    in the brain’s neural circuits. EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person’s brain-states and affect motor
    control. Two-way electronic Brain Link is done by remotely monitoring neural audio-visual information while

    RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area.That frequency is then modulated in
    order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond
    varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band. (See Table 1
    below) This modulated information can be put into the brain at varying intensities from subliminal to perceptible. Each person’s brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies. Sending audio information to a person’s brain at the frequency of another person’s auditory cortex would result in that audio information not being perceived. The Plaintiff learned of RNM by being in two-way RNM contact with the Kinnecome group at the NSA, Ft Meade. They used RNM 3D sound direct to the brain to harass the Plaintiff from October 1990 to May 1991. As of 5/91 they have had two-way RNM communications with the Plaintiff and have used RNM to attempt to
    incapacitate the Plaintiff and hinder the Plaintiff from going to the authorities about their activities against the
    Plaintiff in the last 12 years. The Kinnecome group has about 100 persons working 24 hours a day at Ft Meade.
    They have also brain-tapped persons the Plaintiff is in contact with to keep the Plaintiff isolated. This is the first time
    ever that a private citizen has been harassed with RNM and has been able to bring a lawsuit against NSA
    personnel misusing this intelligence operations method.
    6. NSA TECHNIQUES AND RESOURCES
    Remote monitoring/tracking of individuals in any location, inside any building, continuously, anywhere in the
    country. A system for inexpensive implementation of these operations allows for thousands of persons in every
    community to be spied on constantly by the NSA.
    Remote RNM Devices
    NSA’s RNM equipment remotely reads the evoked potentials (EEGs) of the human brain for tracking individuals,
    and can send messages through the nervous systems to affect their performance. RNM can electronically identify
    individuals and track them anywhere in the US. This equipment is on a network and is used for domestic intelligence operations, government security and military base security, and in case of bioelectric warfare.
    Spotters and Walk-Bys in Metropolitan Areas Tens of thousands of persons in each area working as spotters and neighbourhood/business place spies (sometimes unwittingly) following and checking on subjects who have been identified for covert control by NSA personnel. Agents working out of offices can be in constant communication with spotters who are keeping track of the NSA’s thousands of subjects in public. NSA agents in remote offices can instantly identify (using~ RNM) any individual spotted in public who is in contact with surveillance subject.
    Chemicals and Drugs into Residential Buildings with Hidden NSA Installed and Maintained Plastic Plumbing lines.
    The NSA has kits for running lines into residential tap water and air ducts of subjects for the delivery of drugs (such
    as sleeping gas or brainwashing-aiding drugs). This is an outgrowth of CIA pharmapsychology
    (psychopharmacology). Brief Overview of Proprietary US Intelligence/Anti-Terrorist Equipment Mentioned
    Fixed network of special EMF equipment that can read EEGs in human brains and identify/track individuals by
    using digital computers. ESB (Electrical Stimulation to the Brain) via EMF signal from the NSA Signals Intelligence
    is used to control subjects.     What is electronic harassment/electronic torture/electronic murder
    Electronic harassment/electronic torture/electronic murder is about harrasment, torture and murder using electronic
    weapons based on radio waves. These weapons have been very refined last years and can cause effects
    comparable to many illnesses and/or injuries. These weapons are not science-fiction but used today illegally by
    your national secret services on mostly random innocent victims not knowing what is being done to them.

60. They’re using the telephones. I’ve experienced electronic harassment for a number of years now where they try to keep you awake on a nightly basis. Switching the phone off at night makes a huge difference however they can still use your neighbor’s phone. How it works is early prototype microwave ovens used shortwave radio of 60 MHz. I’ve found that switching a chorded phone off at night is easier than switching off a chordless phone which contain rechargeable batteries. Also you have to both switch the power off and unplug the phone line itself as the phone can take power from the phone line as well. Further some residual charge (and hence power) is stored inside the chordless phone even after it has been fully unplugged in the form of charged capacitors. The only thing you can do about this is put a metal frying pan or something like that over the top. But as already said they can still use your neighbors phones to harass you. As you’re already sensitized to the harassment it may be sometime before your neighbor starts to notice anything and anyway it sometimes seems the people responsible aren’t that concerned about collateral damage anyway.

So I knew all along that they were “keepin a eye on me” It then went to the “high pitch low humming sound , then to feeling like your burning from the inside out and then felt theese random rapid jolts of some kind of electrical charge. It went on for weeks it was pure torture knowing your beign attacked but you cant pin point what it is or where its coming from but your sure as hell feeling it. To top it off their sons, aunts, uncles cousins freinds all got together and ramdomly gangstalked us untill it drove my wife bananas Remember we were operating on 3-4 hrs of sleep a nite due to this buzzin humming device that made evreybody notious my dog would constantly have diarrhea and vomit he would syay up all night panting and there were more than a few times we tought he was dead his little body would be so sweaty and lifeless this was after spending thousands at the vet. They leave I stay behind only to come in to work to find out I was bringing to much drama to work that most of it was dillusion so they had to let me go days later C.P.S comes knocking on my door asking where my daughters were and that we both as parents were incapable of protecting them from harm they came on a tuesday they had my daughters in a plane coming back to Oregon by Saturday.     It all started when my daughter and I moved into a 3 bedroom house on
    the corner of Vardon street and Adrian street in Springvale, Melbourne
    Australia. It would make sence to settle into your new abode, but for
    me it was the signs of being stalked and watched in the home my
    daughter and I so longed for. So many windows around the house and so
    many times I spotted one of the neighbours spying in. Encouraging me
    to pry into the matter i took note. The first incident noted was a
    couple peering through my bedroom window and the male telling his
    female partner to keep her head down low. Many times I would catch my
    neighbours in my yard peering through one of the windows. The first
    suspect is a male in his 30’s. tall and black hair, his girlfriend or
    partner in crime has shoulder length bleach blonde hair and was seen
    driving a silver car on her Pplates, The 3rd suspect is a young male,
    tall, slim and black hair and heard his name is Nick. He may be a
    computer repairman. They rented the garage from the neighbours on the
    left of me to stalk me. They rented the garage from Mr. Kunal Prashar.
    I beleive they are connected to the neighbours that were on the right
    to me where they had a large satellite dish so large it was bolted to
    the back wall of there house almost positioned where it can’t be seen.
    I saw an asian man at one point hanging what looked like a micraphone
    over their back fence into my yard. They even went as far as
    approaching my friends Craig and Elle in the front of my house to
    question them about me face to face.Even other surrounding neighbours
    witnessed these individuals renting the neighbours back yard. The
    names and numbers of these many witnesses had been handed into the
    Springvale Police Station, Melbourne. It was around this time I
    started to recognise the strange happenings. The beginning of my
    Electronic harassment.
    When ever I had my lights off they had a light turned on into my house
    so they could see my shadow. Every time my daughter, her friends and I
    used the bathroom they would be staring in through the bathroom, When
    my daughters friend Candice was changing I spotted one of the
    neighbours staring in.This is an act of Pedophillia. I would notice
    funny lights always directed into my bedroom and could always hear
    them talking about me. Even my daughter and her friends kept on saying
    they could hear the neighbours talking as if they were in the house. I
    soon started to feel each day as if something was directed on me and
    cooking my organs. My body would heat up inside causing an abnormal
    wind problem in my stomach. My glands started to get blocked. I
    started to hear a popping noise in my brain. Yet I had been to the
    doctors and had everything tested and even a cat scan to show there
    was nothing wrong with my brain, Because they cooked my organs I had
    to have my heart monitored several times. I am a fit dancer and never
    had health problems, Only a year before I had my heart exrayed at my
    local doctors only to be told it was very healthy and strong.
    Electronic harassment, or psychotronic torture, or electromagnetic
    torture is a conspiracy theory that government agents make use of
    electromagnetic radiation, radar, and surveillance techniques to
    transmit sounds and thoughts into people’s heads, affect people’s
    bodies, and harass people. Individuals who claim to experience this
    call themselves “targeted individuals” and many have joined support
    and advocacy groups.
    Why i agree with this is because my gangstalkers were running through
    backyards of Dunbar ave. Cranbourne when they were sprung running
    through an elderly man’s home. My gangstalkers flashed a police badge
    to the elderly resident to get out of their situation. That’s how I
    know they are police officers or posing as police, could most
    certainly be associated with CIA. At one point they cooked my organs
    more than other times that I would loose control of my organs, The
    pain is something i have never felt before. I even heard at one point
    one suspect telling the other “that’s enough, she should have been

    The stalking continues, they followed me and were sitting in camera
    view in front of the Ibis Budget Hotel in Dandenong on the 23rd of

    Further I want to share some important information regarding when this all began : My parents shifted to 64,Shivalikpuram around 1 month 10 days before and I believe these people had already implanted electronic eggs and gadgets in the house beforehand to spy and electronically harass us . The first time I saw an electronic egg was in 502,Derwent Foundry,Birmingham,UK. It was a usual morning when I woke up and noticed some people laughing on the first floor window every time I did something and I was pretty sure they were laughing at me, because they were spying on me. I started to search the house and found this egg inside an electrical socket. As I was unaware of what the egg was at that moment I put that back inside that socket. As I felt harassed all the time inside the house by the flatmate who was living with me, I moved to my friend’s place in Coventry – 30, Paladine Way,Coventry. I had sent various emails regarding harassment to Blue Horizons but they didn’t care about that and therefore I came back to India. I was quite fine when I came back to India as I was unaware of what was happening around. I then went to Kasol with my so called friends – Ali Armaan Zainvi,whose real name is Armaan was one of them who I believe is involved in this DEW gang. When I came back, I had totally lost my mind and I am pretty sure this guy had injected the electronic egg into my body through the mouth or from behind the neck when I was sleeping.
    One more important information regarding this matter is that I was shown a video of a man burning by Junade Akhtar ( a guy who I believe is involved in the gang and used to come to my house 502,Derwent Foundry sometimes ) . This video was shown to me on my laptop and when I came back from Kasol , these people triggered memories of fire into my head all the time.
    My father and I have been currently injected with this electronic egg and are being controlled to quite a certain extent. My father,me and the targeted individuals don’t have much longer to live now until a technology to eradicate this from our blood is found. I have somehow managed to control myself to quite a certain extent and I can notice quite many things which others can’t.     Dear Mr. President

    My name is Charles D. Bailey iII (Woods). I am a citizen of the United States of America, by birth. My father is an ex-air serviceman, who served in Scotland, during the period of the early 1960’s and I have a Department of State birth certificate, having been born to a member of the United States military while on active duty abroad. I was therefore, born in Scotland, and hold dual citizenship in both the U.S.A. and the U.K.

    Mr. President I need your assistance in a matter of some urgency regarding my son, and I fear you are my very last resort. I have emailed your office over the course of the last year and I am now requesting your immediate attention to this matter. What follows is of national importance, the information I have, is a disgrace to our nation and it cannot be attended to through the court system. You must act now.

    Mr. President I am an ordinary American citizen trying to explain extraordinary circumstances well beyond my understanding and training. Please allow me some leeway in my explanation of events. I do not have the technical knowhow or the vocabulary to adequately present what has happened to my family and I but I can swear to you I am not mentally ill and that the events I am describing did in fact take place. I know you are aware of my case via your office. Please help me now.

    I have been driven out of the United States and remain in exile as a result of the actions of the Johnson City Police, city officials, members of the Tennessee government and federal agencies. I have become a targeted individual and have been subjected to the worst possible crimes and gang stalking under the CIA, MK Ultra Project.

    The use of Project Monarch, Zenith and finally Project Soul Catcher, as a result of the Patriot Act, on ordinary American citizens has become epidemic. This technology was introduced by the military into the Police Force under the Bush administration and the police, city officials and the whole United States Judicial Branch have become corrupted by it’s use.

    Young women all over the country are being forced into slavery and used in the sex industry by the police. Judges at the highest level are involved. And in my case I can prove the members of the community took part in gang stalking me and forcing my wife Kristin H. Bailey, into the sex industry and prostitution.
    These men, I will go on to mention, are guilty of forcing, young under age women, to take illegal drugs and prostitute themselves for the profit of others. I have specific evidence that these men have, on hundreds of occasions, used Project Soul Catcher and other electronic surveillance/interrogative means to enslave and torture these women until they behaved exactly as told, no matter the order.
    They are appearing in sex videos of all description, as are police officers that are helping make them.

    The deaths of some of these women, across the country, I believe, account for the increase in deaths of heroin abuse and prescription drug abuse among young women we have been experiencing, in recent years and, I also believe the insurance companies, particularly ING, the company to which I was I formerly employed, are being exposed to massive legal risks as a result of the actions of Law Enforcement and the Judicial Branch.

    I know this to be the case in my city of Johnson City and I can prove young women are being enslaved and given lethal drugs by the Police and the Judiciary.

    I have reported the matter to the Police, Homeland Security, FBI, DEA, SEC and the Department of Justice but they will not contact me or help me with an investigation of any kind. I have been ignored completely. I have written the military in both the U.S.A. and the U.K and still I cannot get help.

    I submitted evidence of implant resin to the British Consulate in Los Angeles and I believe there was a cover up of the closing of Heathrow Airport in August 2006. The resin should still be with MI5 in London. Still nothing has been done. President Bush’s plane was forced to land in tri-cities airport only a couple of weeks later because of the antics of these men and still everything is being covered up. I know, against my will, I am involved in this cover up.

    I know my family was taken from me so that my wife could be used as a sex slave for these men. I believe the rest has been a matter of mishaps caused by the actions of the Johnson City Police Department and the unfortunate problem, for them, of my dual citizenship, which is probably the only reason I am still able to write to you today.

    Mr. President I am not going to try and discuss the capabilities of the technology used to torture me. I am sure you are very aware of the capability of all equipment held and used by Law Enforcement in the United States. I can only say it has taken me 15 years to piece together the atrocities committed against myself, my family and the American people at large and I am only now starting to understand the level of complexity of the crimes involved.

    I have experienced temporary amnesia. I have experienced severe chest pains. I have experienced audio contact without the use of a receiver. I have had visual experiences that can only be explained by the use of MK Ultra Project Zenith and I have been made instantly unconscious hypnotized and traumatized to the point of fearing for my life, without ever being physically struck or man handled in any way.

    This technology has become very dangerous in the hands of Law Enforcement and it is the source of many deaths, to the point of genocide, among young American women and their families. It has increased a crime wave worse than any our nation has ever experienced. What I have to say is only an example of what is going on all over the country.

    I am perfectly willing to volunteer and subject myself to a polygraph test at any time. I want to verify the truth of my testimony before you and any other relevant federal agency you deem fit to hear it.

    The Johnson City Police told me that if I tried implicated them in any of this matter they would kill me. I do not know to what extent my ex-wife, Kristin Urbin Bailey, has been used against me but I do know that, her and her sister, have vital evidence as to what has happened in the Johnson City community and that they have been deeply involved.

    This is what I am clearly able to remember and what I know for certain to be true:

    Judge James Nidiffer, Washington County Sessions Court Judge, used this equipment to force Laura A. Urbin to have sex with him. He raped her and bit her on several occasions. He told her to tell people she was his girlfriend.

    Judge Robert Lincoln, Washington County Sessions Court Judge, used this equipment to manipulate and rape Kristin H. Urbin (Bailey) when she was 14 years old.

    Bill Williams, Johnson City Police Department Employee (Worker) is operating a computer system at East Tennessee State University to control this equipment via a database and did use this equipment to sexually assault Tera Wright.

    Judge Robert Lincoln informed me, in court, of his intention to use V2K technology on me and hinted that he intended to have me taken down by the use of EMF weapons.

    Chancellor Richard Johnson ordered my child taken from me knowing this equipment was being used on me, in court, as he spoke to me, citing mental illness as his reasons for doing so.

    A young woman who came to audition for me at my theatre died shortly there after of drug problems. I believe she was being used as a Johnson City Police prostitute.

    I know personally of cases in Greensboro, NC, Johnson City, Knoxville and Churchill TN and in Albuquerque New Mexico.

    Judge Nidiffer’s family and others are using Facebook to communicate and advertise these young girls as sex slaves. Austin Poole, a former US Marine, can verify and did knowingly involve himself in these crimes.

    This equipment has been used to violate the data protection act. It has been used to violate information contained in health and banking records. Attorney client privileges have been violated. Information contained in private letters has been sourced. And, as I said before this equipment was being used on me while I was in a court of law.

    A number of resin implants have been used on me to make it possible for the use of V2K technology. I have experienced personally all of the symptoms of the use of Project Soul Catcher. Travis Baldridge, a Police Officer, and Heath Nidiffer are mostly responsible for placing these implants on my body.

    I was put through a machine at Dulles international airport by the Police, which enabled the equipment to work much more acutely. My body was covered in a air spray of some kind, I now believe to have been Barium.

    Erica Baldridge, Travis Baldridge’s wife, told me Kristin Bailey, my wife, was going to be a prostitute for the Johnson City Police Department, for two years and then she would be required to marry a police officer.

    I have video and print evidence that my wife and others, including her sister, have been used to make sex films with the police. These men are not difficult to identify. They are using this equipment to rape these women on camera and then selling it to the American public and all over the world.

    These girls and several others have been advertised as escorts in my local area in Nottinghamshire. I have print evidence.

    Travis Baldridge, on a visit to Jonesborough County Jail, took me to a cell and told me this is where he and others came on the weekends to have sex with female inmates. I asked him if he meant that they raped the female inmates, he said, they had sex in this cell with the inmates. I am not sure if this was filmed but my guess is that it was.

    Heath Nidiffer (He told me this was his name) came into my home uninvited and told me he intended to give my wife, Kristin Bailey, heroin and turn her into a prostitute. I know on one occasion he did force her to take heroin.

    Heath Nidiffer told me he was going to use the EMF equipment to coon hunt me, track me down and kill me.

    Kristin introduced me to a young man by the name of Culp. Culp told me he was a judge’s son. He said to me that Krisitn belonged to him and that he would have me killed if I married her.

    Adam and Heath Nidiffer came into my home at will and made my wife have sex with them. They have raped my wife and her sister on many occasions.

    The Washington County Judges first used this EMF and low frequency microwave V2K system on Kristin when she was 14 years old. They are responsible for the rape and enslavement of many minors in the Johnson City Community.

    The ill-gotten gains from these crimes are not being taxed. I have reported this to the IRS yet, to my knowledge, they have done nothing. I will report the matter again and give them further information of the escort services and the adult sites being used by these men, in Johnson City, to profit themselves.

    I can prove Travis Baldridge and Heath Nidiffer, on instructions from the Washington County Judiciary, defrauded me of my financial planning practice on behalf of the Johnson City Police Department and that the department then gang stalked me until I left the state and eventually the country in fear of my life.

    I was sectioned under the mental health act and diagnosed as bi-polar while this electronic surveillance/interrogation equipment was being used on me. A Chancellor Johnson under similar conditions took my child, Charles Derrick Bailey IV, from me.

    During 2006 and 2008 Electro-magnetic impulse shocks where deployed on my person on the state lines of GA, TN, IN, AK, NM, AZ, NV and in the cities of Chicago, Washington DC and Las Vegas. In addition I was constantly under attack from numerous pain lasers and electro-magnetic police battens. V2K technology was used throughout these attacks and I was in communication with both the police and military at different times. In Annapolis I was threated directly by the military and in Chicago, I was told I had been put on the police radio band and that this was the reason I could here their voices. All of this information will be on record at the various departments and prisons deploying the weaponry and should be a matter of public information.

    The people using this equipment, on me, hacked my computer; they have also been responsible for destroying a number of my cell phones. The last phone, an IPhone 4s, is still in my possession. I have been made totally disabled, both mentally and physically, by these attacks and my home has been violated on several occasions. My car was spattered by some kind of residue and I am yet to be able to get the Police to help me identify the substance.

    The people communicating to me, via V2K technology, stated they were responsible for the steering off course of the flight MH 17 and that they intended to blame me and have me jailed for it. I reported this to the authorities.

    This equipment has been used on me over the airspace or in the countries of America, Great Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and Russia.

    The people who communicated to me by V2K technology said they were responsible for the threat on the life of the Queen prior to the Remembrance Sunday service November, 2014 at the national cenotaph. I reported this to the authorities.

    This problem is prevalent all over the country and is costing the nation billions of dollars a year. The attacks are also taking place outside the U.S.A. Some of the worst torture and attacks on me took place in Great Britain between August and December last year, 2014. I believe the equipment is still being used on my person at this time, although the signal must be very low as I am no longer in as much pain.

    The misuse of this equipment, by Law Enforcement and the Judicial Branch, is beginning to become public knowledge across the country and represents the single greatest threat to society in our nation’s history.

    I can continue in many respects with this testimony but it seems to me there is more than enough to warrant an investigation by the Department of Justice. And, it is mandated under the law that the IRS and the Department of Justice do so immediately.

    I will be happy to talk with anyone you would have me talk too, including the Police, my son means far more to me than any intimidation to which I may be further subjected.

    Mr. President I am not asking you to prosecute these men, I am not even asking you to investigate them, god will deal with them all in due time but, my son, Derrick, has not seen me since he was 4 years old and I know you can find out what happened to me and see to it that my son and I are reunited safely.

    I cannot come home until I know that it is safe. I know if you have someone look into this for me, I can trust you, and I can finally come home and be with my son, at least, for visits. Please President Obama, you are a father; you know how much my child needs me. My family deserves to know the truth about what happened to me and I deserve the right to start over again without further fear of harassment and intimidation.

    Mr. President you have taken the oath, before god, to defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, both foreign and domestic and to uphold the law at all costs and to protect the American people. I am asking you to that now. Thank you for your kind assistance with regard to this matter.
