Doing Business In North Carolina

Attention,

Be very careful who you do business with in the state of North Carolina. I was just informed by a supervisor of the state attorney’s office of consumer protection that they were no filing requirements. And there is no way to contact the owner once they have moved from the place they do business. So any lease agreement between you and the company is unresolved. I only lost $78, so I can walk away from this as a learning experience. Do not do one year but leases. And look for signs that a business might close. There were sign. 1. Employee removed after years of employment. 2. Customer flow low.
