I’ve been a target since 1998. There are no organized groups for this problem. I contacted the FBI and sent them evidence of my electronic harassment. I was dismissed and told that the FBI does not handle these types of cases and my evidence was returned to me unopened.

I contacted Derricks group and attended a meeting in NY. It was a joke. There were about 8 people in attendance, not including Derrick and a French man who claimed to be a leader of the group, at a cafeteria near some college. Half of the people had mental issues and the other half were foreigners that were clearly TI’s.
Clearly the Official departments of our government do have the ability to cause this type of harm and torture, but from my extended exposure to this criminal activity I would say this most of this is being done by criminal groups for money. Such as organized crime, Biker gangs, and vigilantes looking to make a prophet without having to work for the man. These groups can and do take out insurance policies on you, so when you die from your illnesses they have caused they collect the money.
I protect myself with sheets of metal containing IRON. This is my biggest defense in blocking the EMF’s and Microwave. Aluminum foil does have some blocking agents but is not as effective. I also use lead aprons that I have bought on EBAY, which only work against some of the issues, which ones its blocking I’m not sure.
But once they get into your house or your place of employment and place devices in walls and outlets and switches and appliances, your best bet is to hire a professional detective that knows about electronic harassment. It’s expensive and only helps until they get back in and place things in better hiding places.

Hello there, I’m from Machesney Park, IL in the Rockford area. I’m in need of help of looking into taking legal action for electronic harassment, that I am COMPLETELY aware of. You need to contact PACTS: http://www.pactsntl.org. Ask them to supply you a letter explaining organized stalking and electronic harassment. Also, you need to write an Affidavit or notarized statement when your crimes started, the names and institutions who are responsible, types of symptoms and actions taken against you and what type of help you are seeking. It should be sent to the President, Justice Dept., ACLU, and your local representative. You want friends and family to have a copy. Also make sure a police report is filed and that you keep a daily journal accounting these crimes.

To be honest, I don’t know of a legit Targeted Individual group. I mentioned PACTS, but the founder of this group betrayed me. I had already had reservation of whether he was a real TI and this last stunt confirm he isn’t. So using PACTS as a recommendation will work against you.
Back in 2010 I was writing Affidavits. From this, I started a group, which several people with Affidavits participated. But no one wanted to do anything and the group never got started.
When ever I suggest something, TI’s (claiming to be one) saying it couldn’t work. The first problem is, most “TI’s” do not have SWORE statement (AFFIDAVITS), so the issue is mute.
So the issue isn’t really what the perpetrators are doing (the criminal organization surrounding organized stalking, electronic harassment, etc). It is the people claiming to be Targeted Individuals.
Since TI’s deal with Infiltration everyday in their lives, it is quite obvious that there are many perpetrators claiming to be TIs to keep us from organizing.
That is why I suggest everyone to do an Affidavit, because it would legitimize your position in the TI community.
But since the vast majority of “TIs” don’t want to write an Affidavit, there is no starting point to get things done.
So, all in all, you are on your own, until you figure out what to do.

This isn’t why I have made this comment. In 30 years I have learned quite a lot. Too much to tell here but I’ll give you a few helping ideas.
First, ignore them. This seems impossible but I learned to do so. It took about a year. Second, involve yourself in things you loved before the attacks began. Book, movies, music, activities ect. this keeps you anchored to who you really are. Next, don’t waste your time going to lawyers, doctors, politicians ect. They are understandably afraid and will not risk themselves by helping you. Next, The Perps contaminate your food. Consume nothing that is not in a sealed container. Next, the electronic fecal incontinence attack does not work if you have zero dairy (36 hours) in your system. Take vitamins, eat healthy, get exercise, yoga is a good one. So is walking.
