I was woken up around 5AM and 9:15AM with an extremely compromised nervous system. I was shaking all over. So I start walking around, which helps stabilize my heart rate and nervous system overall. Then I notice some dropping from the downstairs apartment. It happens almost all the time. But as far as the Super is concerned, no one is staying in the apartment. Even the tenant below me can testify that she hear noise throughout the day and the light is on at night.<\/p>\n
I think the Super is using his kid for this, because I see his too much now. Also notice that he has open this building to an array of criminal elements recently. This allows them to be grounded in an area.<\/p>\n
Street crime and robberies always increase in areas that have these element in existence.<\/p>\n
