God told me to go downstairs and walk around. After about a couple of hours, I was amazed to finally see someone entering Apt. 5B. The male perpetrator claim to have recently moved in. He had a bucket and what looked to be two mops. Then as he open the door, I saw what looked like either a generator or water pump that you hook into a water line. He also appear to be nervous and unwilling to talk further. His temperament was very uneasy for someone who suppose to have just moved.<\/p>\n
It is not only two perpetrators. Generally I have heard three perpetrators moving around in this apartment and they operate in rotation. He\/She is just one out of many who have convince the super to let them rent apartments in this building.<\/p>\n
I created some footage of another perpetrator who lives on the other side of the building on the same floor as me. At least 30\/40 percent of this building have gang stalkers living in apartments. And many are being feed from the outside.<\/p>\n
Although the harassment has not stopped, this is very good information. I now have two faces, a name, but the evidence is forthcoming.<\/p>\n

Please note that this isn’t the only apartment that I’m experiencing, water contamination, electronic harassment, neural monitoring, and other violations, I’m surrounded by these individuals. The difference is that the apartment shares the entire floor area and it makes it easier to attack me where I go. The only advantage I have is that I’m on the highest floor. So the attack could be worse if the situation was in reverse.<\/p>\n
