Richmond, California resident and veteran targeted individual Eleanor White, author of Tortured America, Coping With the Crime,<\/em><\/a>\u00a0says\u00a0a true breakthrough for TIs (targeted individuals) has occurred in the U.S. \u2013 if it holds. \u00a0<\/span>Amy Anderson, a few activists, and White met with\u00a0<\/span>Richmond, California vice-mayor\u00a0and the Richmond police force captain, who\u00a0pledged that they\u00a0and\u00a0their\u00a0<\/span>administrations\u2019 will now be working alongside\u00a0<\/span>TI victims in their city to assist them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Richmond survivors\u00a0can now officially call the Richmond police dispatch number if\/when they come\u00a0under electronic attack and file a police report, according to\u00a0White, a first in the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Not only that, the\u00a0captain further stated\u00a0that he is willing to work with medical personnel in the\u00a0area informing them of this type of covert criminal activity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Police departments and\u00a0medical personnel historically dismiss\u00a0targeted\u00a0individuals\u2019 reports under electromagnetic attack. They typically mock TIs when reporting for protection and aid, and sometimes worse: they attempt to have the target committed to psychiatric units. In some cases, they have succeeded, intensifying the living nightmare that targets reportedly experience\u00a0every day of their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

TI\u2019s in the Richmond area will soon\u00a0be able to seek much-needed assistance from their local police or hospital\u00a0emergency rooms as situations occur, according to White.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u201cThis may lead to other\u00a0initiatives which would come as we continue to work with the administration\u00a0regarding our issues,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n
