The Aviary\u201d is a collection of strange birds: a group of key scientists, military men and intelligence agents who share an intense interest in UFOs, telepathy, remote viewing, parapsychology, mind control and the creation of psychotronic weapons.<\/h2>\n

They seem to work and flock together, and they are reportedly part of a secretive cell. Its members are codenamed after birds, hence they are called \u201cthe Birds\u201d and their cell is called the \u201cAviary.\u201d<\/p>\n

The strange UFO slant on this group appears to be simple disinformation.<\/p>\n

Members of the Aviary have reportedly participated in MILABS operations \u2014 black operations by rogue military-intelligence units that stalk, harrass, terrorize, kidnap, drug, and mind-rape innocent civilians, using hypnotic mind-control programming to implant a false post-hypnotic \u201cmemory\u201d that the episode was an \u201calien abduction.\u201d A well-designed program to torture civilians requires plausible deniability and a built-in means or method to discredit the victims. Certainly people who hear voices or run to the police complaining of an \u201calien abduction\u201d are instantly discredited. Hence the UFO debate: are alien abductions real, or just some kind of psywar cover for nefarious deeds by \u201cmen in black\u201d?<\/p>\n
