Since <\/span><\/span><\/span>the <\/span><\/span><\/span>15th of October 2007 I have been inflicted with <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organized Stalking<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span><\/span>Electronic Harassment<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span><\/span>Mail Fraud<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span><\/span>Vehicle Stalkin<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>g and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Systematic Food and Liquid Contamination<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>. It started the day after emailing my complaint to police chief: <\/span><\/span><\/span>Tom Bergamine<\/span><\/span><\/span>. He has since been removed from his position due to <\/span><\/span><\/span>criminal racial profiling<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, which my complaint to the department was about: <\/span><\/span><\/span>http:\/\/govsponsoredstalking.info\/? s=Tom+Bergamine&submit=Search<\/a> <\/u><\/p>\n

Because the crimes were no longer limited to racial profiling, I produced an <\/span><\/span><\/span>Affidavit in 2009<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> detailing the nature of what led to the above events. Organized Stalking<\/b>: Composed of several individuals who follow and track, use electro-magnetic weapons, engaged in character assassination, psychological warfare, thief and vandalism of property and alteration of personal items such as food, liquids and surroundings, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Electronic Harassment<\/b>: is the use of micro-wave technologies for the purpose of causing harm, pain, illness, behavior modification and engaged in human experiments on unwilling subjects for financial gain.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mail Fraud<\/b>: Confiscation of parcels and correspondents and tampering of items that invade and opens an individual to identity thief. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Stalking<\/b>: The use of private, government and corporate vehicles for the purpose of using GPS tracking satellites, which assist in the manipulation of implants that are in the body..<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Systematic Food & Liquid Contamination<\/b>: Consist of large groups of individuals who have been installed inside supermarkets and other type of food businesses as \u201cemployee\u201d staff. Also individuals engaged in the manipulation of food\/liquid sources with smart dust crystallized nano technologies and stocking of shelves with these items for purchase. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Because of these crimes and the lack of Federal Government intervention in stopping it, I have been relegated to homelessness since August of 2008. However, I have kept intensive records of techniques<\/b>, symptoms<\/b> and experiences<\/b> that are created by criminal associations listed in my Journal. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
