Because of the nature of events, I made a special trip to Washington D.C. It is for the purpose of submitting my affidavit regarding human experimentation, electronic harassment and police corruption. Although I don’t expect any assistance from these elected officials, it will give me the evidence I need to substantiate that we can not get help for these crimes.
