After getting up at around 8:00a my heart rate was extremely high. This happened several days ago, but was not as bad as today. I ate some noodles yesterday and did not suspect that it was contaminated. The only other time I feel my heart rate this high was when I purchased Chinese food. I also notice that my body temperature was high and I feel tingling on my head. This is directly connected to the food I consume yesterday.
