Law enforcement is just a conduit to the criminal program. I finally found a place that I did feel the directed energy at and they sent the sheriff’s office to remove me from this safe place. Claiming it is private property just gives them reason to force me to leave. If I was on the side of the road, it would be for “my safety”. Than I get directed to a gas station, which is also private property. But there the perpetrators can surround me. So they are just as much a criminal than any other criminal. That is why it is called “state sponsored” because that is what this is. They have been here for some time judging by the light.

Update: The next area I went to, which was the side of the road there was actual targeting vs no targeting at all. If you saw where I was parked earlier, I was turned against traffic coming across the road way. But I really believe they couldn’t get a good position of the other side of my vehicle. This is where they can shoot through the window. They couldn’t gain access to the property that they claim someone own to place one of their pulsing devices at. So it is automatic that I have to leave the area. An area that I could be safe from the directed energy attacks on my body. It can’t just be anyone. It has to be the state, because they are the only ones that have the authority to force you to move. That is why the targeting is so bad. Because not only was it the state who introduced the targeting to me. Anytime I find a way to overcome it, the state sends their hinch men to tell me to leave and to encourage me to go into harms way.
