Neurological warfare requires extensive long range human experimentation. The nature of the physical and neurological torture by remote that a large number of targets receive leaves little doubt that many of those targets are human guinea pigs. The question is: Why experiment on Americans on American soil? Here are several reasons.
- Ample evidence exists that the source of the experiments is located in the US. For at least the last seventy-five years, the US intelligence agencies and other government entities have engaged in and promoted neurological and other experimentation on humans in the US.
- There are adequate human resources for actually conducting those human experiments here in the US. Consider some of the possibilities for participants in the application of those experiments: active and retired military personnel, active and retired law enforcement officers, highly trained technicians in research labs (including pharmaceuticals), personnel who work for security companies, trained and educated personnel who have lost their jobs and are desperate for money, recent college graduates looking for a first job, persons espousing causes, and other educated personnel who do not work or who are retired.
- Subjects for experiments abound in the US. Older people, especially those in rest homes and other institutions, single men and women who live alone, people who have had or who have drug problems, those who have been diagnosed with mental conditions, whistle blowers, dissidents, and others considered “expendable” are readily available. Moreover, many targets may be simply opportunity targets who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Why perform experiments in some far-off country when it is obviously easy to target people who are already in the USA?
- The diversity of the population in the US provides coverage of all possible types of guinea pigs. For experiments to be valid, they must be carried out on many different types and ages of people. The United States population consists of people of every ethnicity, race, gender, socio-economic status, political thought, age, life styles, philosophies, educational levels, trades and occupations, intelligence levels, and religion. For example, why go to China to target Chinese when Americans of Chinese descent can be targeted in the United States? I have corresponded with targets in the United States who are Oriental, Caucasian, Negroid, Hispanic, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and all mixtures of those races. Diversity appears to be a commonality among those possible experimentees.
- There seems to be a conspiracy among the powerbrokers in the US to label targets paranoid-schizophrenic to cover up targeting and experimentation. The sponsors of the experiments appear to be powerful enough to enlist the aid of every level of government and other public and private entities to provide the experimenters protection from investigation. Thus, scientists and other experimenters are provided free rein in conducting the experiments.
- Security is much better in the U. S. than it would be abroad. With the protection and non-interference of law enforcement, the cooperation of psychiatrists who label TIs schizophrenic, and the ability to tap phones and hack computers, secrecy can be ensured in the United States much more easily than it could abroad. Moreover, attackers in the United States will not be subject to capture as spies, jailed, and forced to reveal the operations. Detection of United States experiments in other countries and the exposure of those secrets could seriously damage the development of U. S. neurological warfare projects and set the research back for years, as most of the American people would probably oppose those activities once they were known.
- The US is an English speaking country. English is the dominant language for all computers and probably most of the scientific works. Thus, English is the preferred language for the attackers. The data base on the experiments is doubtlessly kept in the English language although the computers can also translate the data into other languages.
- Logistics for managing teams, training personnel, and maintaining and securing the data obtained are far easier within the United States than they would be abroad; thus, the experimenters can exercise greater control over the experiments in the United States.
- Managers of the experimental teams and the data collected have to operate in only four time zones in the United States, as opposed to operating in time zones many hours away in foreign countries.
- The experiments can be carried out much more easily and economically in the United States. Imagine having to recruit attackers covertly in a foreign country, train them, ensure their loyalty and secrecy, provide them the necessary equipment, and pay them (probably in hundreds of off-shore foreign accounts in countries such as Switzerland and the Bahamas).
- The turn-around time between testing, analyzing, and making corrections can be greatly reduced if the experiments are conducted within the U. S.
- U. S. military bases, the Pentagon, and other well-guarded installations as well as public and private research labs provide secure sites for use by trainers and data collection and processing teams.
- There appears to be an element in the US that favors the permanent elimination of “undesirables.” Experimentation lends itself to a type of “social cleansing,” removing those considered expendable for various reasons and threats to the status quo.
- Satellite imagery in the US pinpoints every house and temporary building, road or lane, and every stream in the United States. Although US satellites have the capability of viewing any area in the world, they have already mapped every corner of the US. Operating within this country’s borders furnishes the basis for easier research and better logistics and communications. If the average citizen can locate his house on a Google map grid, imagine what scientists, technicians, and computer experts can do through satellites.
Readers can probably provide other reasons why research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, armament manufacturers, security firms, and intelligence agencies would conduct experiments in the United States on their own people. Whether the physical and neurological testing is done in a religious, political, economic, or social context makes little difference. All of the experiments have military and human mind enslavement applications.
