The fact that here vehicle was stalled shows that the equipment used to transmit a signal drained her battery or made her vehicle inoperable. It could also be a front to positioned herself in this location as to direct a micro-wave signal in my direction for further targeting.

But I was able to get some video footage of the incident. Often times the electronic equipment that they use in their cars to transmit this signal to me causes their vehicle battery to drain down. Many car alternators can not generate enough power to charge the battery and these devices, therefore leading to the above situation.

Her vehicle started real fast, although I did not put a lot of gas in her vehicle. Usually vehicles that run out of gas have a hard time starting. This was an unusual case. She also did not exit immediately.

It took less than 15 seconds for the perpetrators to attack my head and stomach with electro-magnetic weaponry. My stomach was constantly churning and bloating because of the constant attacks. And I felt stinging at various parts of my head. I had to move around constantly to limit the damage caused by these weapons. Many times I had to place my hand over my head, which helped block these signals. I also used the Ragu Sauce i got from Dollar General on Legion Road in Hope Mills and the Dr. Pepper soda I purchased at Family Dollar on Owen Drive in Fayetteville, NC. 12-25/6 Constant attacks of my eyes, which the left eye swelled up. I have taken video and pictures of this evidence. Constant attacks between my legs, penis, head and feet. The attacks on my legs and penis resulted in the first layer of skin being removed. As for my feet, I felt tingling throughout the night and I can feel it through my head as well. Several times, I had to get up because it was so bad.
12-26 Woke up with snow surrounding my vehicle, but the attacks on my body has not decrease. I saw several perpetrator vehicles rolling through the areas, as well as a biker. The snow and cold did not have any affect on this criminal organization.
12-26 Because of unsafe snow conditions, I left Fayetteville, NC. I’m now currently in Florence, SC. Several times I had to pull over because the perpetrators were boxing me in on I95 South. There have been many times that I could have slightly veer off the shoulder into a ditch, because of unsafe condition and the amount of perps on the highway.
12-27 Throughout the night/morning, I was attacked between my legs with electro-magnetic weapons. It felt like someone cutting me with a razor blade. The pain was so bad that I had to get up. I also notice my eyes being attacked, particularly my left eye. I could feel the transmissions as it was causing my eye to vibrate. When I got up, my left eye was half closed. It looks like extra skin around it. The chemicals that they put in the food and water makes it possible to target several parts of my body. Other than shielding, my right ear, I had to shield my eyes in the past.

I saw perpetrator by the window – who was the watch out person. My alarm was activated and was going off when I entered the checkout line. I also noticed the sale’s person and “customer” parking themselves directly behind me as I was paying for the items. It was less than 5 minutes I was in the store.
12-27 Loves Gas Station #371 1911 HWY 34 West Dillar, SC. Purchased gas and 2 Arizona Sodas: Fruit Punch 813008718763 and Mucho Mango 073360709258. Upon consuming these products, I noticed transmissions on the bottom of my right feet. The transmissions were continuous and then I noticed the transmissions directed at my head. I had to pull over, because of these attacks. Was able to gather video evidence of this incident. The manager was black but had an indian name tag.
12-27 Florence, SC. Saveway gas station 1825 Cherokee Road. I went here to get gas. Later I found the gas line to be broken. It sprayed the area with gas, so I went inside the gas station store to speak to the manager. I then requested my money back. She refused. So I then requested that she call the police. Then I asked one of her employees to investigate the manner. He noticed the gas line broken so he wrapped a bag around the pump. The gas sprayed the entire back side of the vehicle and the area surrounding it.
Meanwhile, perpetrators came into the gas station while I was dealing with this situatio. I have been able to video tape the incident. When the officers arrived, they were very rude. They were already informed about this situation and had received calls about this same gas station before. This is clarified in my video documentation as that 1) they were aware of the bad business practices of this establishment and 2) they clarified that they saw gas covering my vehicle and the surrounding area. Instead of closing down the gas station so that this cleanup can occur, they told me to leave the property. I was told that if I did not leave the property in a timely manner, I was going to be arrested and my vehicle was going to be impoded. So I left, but proceeded to police headquarters. I later found that they were not helpful. The police officer refused to speak to me outside the office booth and more than 5 minutes had past since getting a visual of my vehicle. This was intensionally done to give the perpetrators time to put the technology inside my vehicle. The technology makes me suseptible to electro-magnetic weaponry and directed energy torture.
Earlier as I left the Safeway Gas station, the officers had smirks on their faces. The “supervisor” officer M. HAAP, was particularly noticeable.
12-28 I woke up around 2:30A. I felt a constant transmission on the heal of my right foot. The transmissions was coming from my vehicle and at times, I felt these transmissions on my head. Almost immediately upon waking up, I saw a vehicle in the parking lot. It had it brights on. What prompted me to turning my DVR system on is the noise I was hearing from the backend of the vehicle. This vehicle, later to find that i was a street sweeper, was accessing this technology that was placed underneath my vehicle earlier. The noise is a strong cracking sound, similar to someone hitting the vehicle with a metal object. After sitting in this position for 15 minutes, this vehicle started driving around my vehicle. I have video footage of most of this incident and gives you the extend of the cointelpro crimes that I’m experiencing.

Upon drinking these beverages, I began coughing uncontrollably, watery eyes, stuffy nose, thickning of silavia. I felt transmissions on the heal of my feet and head. I purchased these sodas around 3AM and there is no reason to believe that they would be contaminated. But they were. And the criminal perpetrators knew that at some point I would purchase something. So in anticipation of my presence, they flooded the entire area with these contaminates.

When I went to sleep, I barely noticed anything unusual, but after waking up, I could feel constant transmissions on both feet, my back, ribcage, legs and burning between my legs and penis. And when I went to drive to another parking lot, I felt it directly underneath me. The micro technology was put underneath my vehicle in broad daylight. The technology they use manipulates human behavior, so to allow them to place this technology undertected.

12-30 First full day back in Fayetteville, NC. Felt electro-magnetic around my face and they kept attacking my buttocks muscles as I lie asleep in sub-freezing temperature. It was so bad that I had to get up several times. And each time I got up, they attacked my penis and between my legs surround it.

Large groups of individuals entering store as I pulled into parking lot. Manager “Lisa” looks at me immediately as I past through the doors. As I was shopping, I notice boxes on the floor and store shelves empty. When I went to checkout, I noticed older male standing in alse closes to checkout line. He was pretending to be interested in a particular product, but he was really there to transmit a frequency, which the other perpetrators works off of. The lady in the line in from of me was very hesitant in leaving the store. And when I was about to check out, this same older male came on the line. I witness this kind of behavior everytime I enter a store. And the purpose of this activity is to keep me in this non-consenting, human experiment program.
12-31 As I was driving up Gillepsie Street in Fayetteville, NC, I noticed a police cruiser driving slowly behind me, side of me, and then in front of me.
