9-1  I haven’t been taking too much notes about the targeting I’m experiencing. I have been placing more emphasis on eating healthy so the HPSS is able to thrawt the attacks and I can go on with my life. However, the crimes continues to exist as the criminal apparatus have an unlimited supply of people who can be used to dial up these implants or infiltrate the food with the technology. Meanwhile, after waking up this morning I immediately noticed a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. This is related to eating a cake and using my cell phone. Other attacks also included the pulsing of my knees and electronic brain mapping.
9-2  I did not experienced a rapid heartbeat like this the previous days. However, later in the day I experienced attacks to both of my knees, legs and arms.

9-3  In the middle of the night I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. This was directly related to consuming food later in the day, which contained sugar. But it isn’t isolated to the sugar as the nano- tech is placed in these products before I purchased it. In the early morning I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. It included pulsing and singaling on different regions of my head and face. Some of these transmissions were directly below me as if these devices are placed in the apartment directly below me. When I went into the bathroom, I immediately heard the water turned on. Devices have been placed in the water system to push chemicals and nano tech through the water system.

9-3/4  Early in the night I felt a radiation of signals directed at my head and face. When I went to sleep and got up, I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. Then I noticed the carbon monoxide detector was going off. This was not only restricted to the apartment, but could be heard from other detectors throughout the building. Towards the early morning I was forced to get up, because, of all the signals being directed to my head and face. Because I sleep on the floor, I could feel the signals coming from the floor, which is the apartment directly below me.

9-5/6  I ate three times in the day. The first two times I ate the food that I prepared and I did not feel any attacks. It wasn’t until I ate the food that I did not prepare that I started feeling the signal attacks. And also could taste noticeable smart dust particals, which taste like specs of dirt inside the food. This is when the signal attacks became evident. These signal attacks lead to even more even more signal attacks in the night. And when I woke up I had a noticeable rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. The signals, which was mainly focused on several parts of my head was in sync with an induced rapid heartbeat. This isn’t the first time after consuming the food that I did not prepare lead to these attacks. Anyway, once the rapid heartbeat appeared, so did the signal attacks on my head.

9-4/5  I did not experienced any unusual attacks that I experienced previously. I did not consume the food that I did not prepare. The nano tech organic implants are being placed in the food and water, which then is being attached to different parts of my body.

9-19  New York City Police Department. On my way to Amtrak, I was confronted by two plain clothes officers. I was on the #4 train at the time. I had walked through several cars before these individuals confronted me. I was asked to produce Identification and was told I violated the law (which was walking through the subway cars). I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor officer. His name (as stated) Officer Shepperd 3617. He’s states that he was working out of district 11.  While being questioned several of them was seen GPSing my location. This is symultaneous to the targeting I’m receiving, which involves cell phone to GPS Satellite transmissions. This isn’t the first time the officer of the “law” was used against me. Sometime in 2011, while in my vehicle, several plain clothed sheriff deputies confronted me being on the secondary road. I had been in that area for almost a year. But the criminals of this technology, was not able to target me in a way they wanted. And this is a last result tactic of placing someone in my close proxmity. I had walked through the subway cars before and these officers were placed in this area for this reason. The reason for walking through the cars has more to do with the targeting as several perpetrators congregate in an area to target me. But when I move around, the opportunity to direct these attacks become less probable. All in all, I was given two summons. One $75 for walking through the train cars and $50 for refusing to produce Identification upon request. This is not the first time I was penalized financially for not abiding by the “rules”. It all started with loosing my phone service with AT&T. If I had not used my phone in this area, I would not be writting this entry. The program is structured to financially stricken a person so they won’t be able to stop these horrific crimes. Also noted. That I was placed in hand cuffs. This is to humiliate me. It is similar to the slave codes that were used to signal others that if they were to be disobiediant, the same will happen to them.

9-20  Amtrak. After paying an $220 for a trip that originally cost me $92, which was schedule for the 18th. I was inflicted with several perpetrators who were positioned in my perimeter. It is no different than my trip to New York. The signals can be felt mostly on my head and occassional muscle manipulation. I had to move several times as the attacks are similar to electricity going through the body. And I have to deal with this for 9 hours! When I moved to another car several individuals are already positioned in this area. 90 percent of the people they are using are African American. It is cointelpro with the use of electronic weapons. Also noted that the older woman directly behind me kept pushing my seat. It was part of the street theater campaign.

9-20  I got back to the Fayetteville, NC area about 3:30p. I went straight to my sleeping area. When I got there I was innodated with mosquitos. So I went to the Family Dollar store at 420 Person Street. The first thing I saw was a Pepsi truck parked in the parking lot. As I approached the store I seen two women coming out of the sore. One of the women was wearing dark sun glasses. Neither of them had anything in their hand to indicate that they purchased anything. There presence in the store was to just assist the workers in stocking these re-conditioned products onto the shelves, which assist this criminal organization in this electro-magnetic program against my life. Anyhow, as I was shopping, I seen that the shelvs were recently stocked and several items were still in boxes waiting to be put on the shelves. I seen the pepsi delivery man placing the sodas in the display areas. Nothing has changed. I was expecting that somehow the HPSS would be able to thwart this scripted program, but it is exactly as it was. Anyhow, the store’s phone # is 910-483-8835 and time of purchase is 13:37:35. Because of the nature of these crimes that I have been documenting for nearly 5 years, I did not purchase any food. To add insult to injury, I used the products as soon as I re-entered the sleep location. When I sprayed it, it was like a fuzzy instead of a mist. Then immediately I noticed a sensation of signals immulating from my head. It only affected the areas where the spray was applied. 9-21  ALDI stores #72 3447 Ramsey St. Fayetteville, NC 28311. When I went into this establishment I seen the manager Sandra and one of her associate restocking the shelves. This is typically what I see when I go inside one of these businesses. Anyway, I purchased 3 hot dog buns, Gala Apples, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Smoked Sausages, Red Grapes, Iceburg Lettuce, Vine Tomatoes and Vinaigrette Dressing. The Vinaigrette had noticeable nano castalline in it (smart dust particals).

9-21   Family Dollar store # 074`1 2800 Ramsey St. Fayetteville, NC 28311. Tele #  910-630-1711. Assistant Manager on duty Shiela. Purchased DMZB Water 50 72 oz. 075140005000 (noticeable nano tech crastalline, each time I consumed this product, I got diarrea), Star Dry Roasted Peanuts 14 oz. 733519467771 (noticeable nano tech Crastalline), Amport Tropical mix 6 oz. 071725724441, Amport Apricots 5 oz. 071725724663 and Glad Family size food containers. About 100 percent of these products was reconditioned to make my body susceptible to the SATELLITE BASE TARGETING.

9-21  Upon consuming these products, I developed naseaed symptoms, diarrea, dizziness and trembling. All the products had some level of nano tech in them as I was able to taste it in the form of crastalization. Since this time I could feel the stinging sensation through my entire body. It felt similar to biting insects or bee stings.

9-20/22  Since being in Fayetteville, NC everything that happened before my trip to New York, is exactly the same. Computer software is definately being used to manipulate the masses around me. On-going CHEM-TRAILS and MALICIOUS contamination of food-water and infrastructure. I have taken SUGAR totally out of my diet and am installed with the HPSS. I can’t say that things are better.

9-20  Looking back, I can see how the HPSS is involved in taking back my life. For instance, remember I mentioned that I felt differently after getting to Fayetteville? It felt like I was FOGGY and TENSE. But what it was was the HPSS was REBUILDING my SYSTEM. The next day I woke up feeling dizzy and light-headed. In many cases I felt lie I was going to fall out. At first I thought it was the fact I did not eat hours before the trip, or that I ate the food before making the long journey from New York to Fayetteville. But neither was true until yesterday. The reason I know none of those things had no impact on my physical health is because I did not experienced any of these symptoms when I traveled to New York. A the time, the HPSS wasn’t dealing with the ORGANIC issue and I was INSTALLED for less than a week. There are some thing really different after going to sleep on the 21st. It felt more like NAPPING than actual SLEEPING. Many people would be confused of what the difference is. But let me elaborate. You sleep when you are real tired and you plan to do that for an extended period of time. While napping is like RESTING for a couple of hours. You never feel EXHAUSTED, you just feel RELAX. This is very important with the kind of targeting that I’m receiving. Because most of the PROGRAMMING is being done through the sleep and what everyone knows to be DREAM MANIPULATION. If you are being bogged down with the technology, your body would become more DRAIN and you will want to sleep more. But if you feel relax that that part of the attacks is LIMITED. With that said, the moment the HPSS was working is when I threw up multiple times. I did feel like I was going to die, but I didn’t know what the cause of this new sickness. I automatically thought it was the food and drink, but the dizziness happened right before I ate. And I had went without eatting many times for three days, because of the contamination and I never had this reaction. The HPSS was simply REMOVING the TECH that was embeded in my STOMACH, which is what the criminals attack when I first CONSUME the contaminated food. PLEASE KEEP IT GOING STRONG MELLHEDEK!!!
