I have enclosed an affidavit with this letter as a means of seeking your support. Your support can come in the form of informing your colleagues, family members, friends, or just someone you meet by coincidence.

It can be from an attorney who can give helpful legal advice or someone from the medical establishment who can inform me about current technologies. It can be someone from the media who can do a report on this subject, or someone who is a scientist and technical engineer who can develop technology that will protect citizens.
