I have seen the same people being used in the same and different areas. I particularly see this at the library, which happens to be a government facility. Also, as I was coming towards the bridge for HWY 87, a woman dress in Red & Black was in the front of her house with her dogs. Then I noticed my head being burned by painful electro-magnetic energy. The only way this could have happened is if she and a group of individuals placed devices along this stretch of area.

2-12/16 In this period I noticed multiple signals attacking different areas of my body. These signals are continuous. The primary signal is directed at my knees, but can be felt on both legs, fingers, hands, toes, feet, ankles, arms buttocks, eyes and head.

2-16/17 Went to sleep underneath the railroad bridge near murchinson road. This was after consuming the contaminated food that I purchased from N.Y. Deli and Aldis. However, the criminals who are controlling this “operation” using me to destroy them as these micro-wave technologies are closer to them then to me.

2-17/18 Slept under the Murchinson Bridge from 9p to around 4:30A. Although I did experience a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system, it was masked under cold weather. Before leaving the area, several vehicle came by. This is typical as my body operating frequency changes when I wake up. Anyway, after leaving the area, I got some water from a spiket owned by V-point supermarket. The water had a lot of chemicals in it.

2-18 After going back to sleep in an entirely different area, the criminals of this technology kept attacking my stomach. The result of these attacks is due to consuming chemically laced water that I got from a V-point spiket on Murchinson road. Businesses, homes and other infrastructures have been heavily infiltrated. This includes both water, food, clothes and electronic devices. Anyway, when I got up around 9A, I seen several individuals walking the railroad tracks. It looked like they were given jobs to clean this area. But that is not why they were really here. The way I know is since I noticed their presence, I been getting a lot of signal vibrations. 2-23 Library. The older security guard stood about 15 feet from me as I was working in the front of the library. One of the library perpetrator staff had called him up there to GPS my location from this position. Later the electronic became so overburden that I had to move my location. This promoted a new group of people to enter this area. The purpose of this constant flow of people is to keep me under this electronic torture system. Then as I was working inside the WINDOWS operating system, the perpetrators controlling the library WIFI kept knocking me off the internet. This only happens in the Library, which explains that this harassment is coming from the Administrators of this facility. What makes the library such an attractive place for perpetration is that it is a government facility I don’t receive this level of perpetration from the staff except if they are working for the government. Another thing, perpetrators make themselves noticeable when they are walking down or upstairs, so they are close enough to pulse these dangerous micro-wave signals at my body.

2-22/23 Throughout the night into the morning I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. I had slept underneath the bridge, before settling in the Gillepsie St. location.

2-23 FSU Bronco. When I entered this facility they were only two people. Within 15 minutes, this was increased to six people. All of these individuals are associated with cointelpro and the electronic torture program I was placed in.

A series of things I failed to mentioned occurred, which were the signals was directed to the left cheek of my face.
