Pulled over on Highway 85 in Charlotte NC this pickup over pulled behind of me. This block my view to exit this shoulder.
The purpose of individuals parking near me is to 1. shoot directed microwave energy at me. And 2. to calibrate the area for more intensive targeting.
Leaving the area is necessary to reduce the targeting as is being on the highway. Once leaving the immediate section, the pickup left as well. You can see the pickup headlights from the area I left. You can than see the pickup leaving immediately.

Well it shouldn’t be the government because it requires a warrant by police for location tracking of US citizens. Police are required to get a warrant. If they use a tracking device on your vehicle the investigation have to get a warrant and they only have 10 days to use the tracking device and than they are required by law to contact or notify you if that is what happened. Warrant tracking is an issue the US supreme court ruled on in 2018 and the tracking device is federal law.
So it could be a foreign government. We have thousands of foreign spies in the US and foreign diplomates posessing diplomatic immunity all around us. Or it could be a regular person that thought you had vehicle problems and pulled behind you to help or to microwave you that is possible. Or you could be being stalked by tribal government.
I warn people about this all the time that we have 565 tribal nations in the USA and they are granted tribal nation immunity. So you would have to check and see if you have tribal nations in Carolina and you probably do and what territory they possess. Tribal nations can not be sued or potentially prosecuted depends on the crime that the tribe wouldn’t see a crime depending on the territory they do all kinds of stuff. I warn people about this all the time A recent case was a tribal nation was operating a business in US territory and their car caused an accident doing business. The people injured tried to sue in court and the court refused because although it was in the US the tribes are granted complete immunity. Tribes could monitor any American inside their home. Americans would have a hard time getting them prosecuted. You couldn’t sue them. You’d have a hard time getting the congress to permit a lawsuit and the federal government pressing charges. They give special treatment to Indians and tribal nations. It’s how the laws were made to benefit Indians giving them special treatment.
I live in tribal territory in Oklahoma most people do. The US supreme court granted the tribal nations arresting power and judicial civil law over United States citizens it’s stated at the BIA website that US citizens are subject to tribal civil law in tribal territory, what that means is overwhelming.
In Oklahoma the entire east part of the state is considered belonging to one Tribal Nation so if any crimes are committed there Oklahoma is out of the picture, Oklahoma tried to sue to gain prosecuting power but I believe they lost. And California has more Tribal Nations than Oklahoma. There are 39 Tribal Nations in Oklahoma. California has over 100 Tribal Nations. There are 8 Tribal Nations in North Carolina. The Tribal Nations have massive territory sometimes without people realizing it large cities are in the territory maybe New York city.
So these people have unwarranted power granted by the United States over you and other US citizens.
