Early this morning I was woken to the sounds of an intruder who placed technology underneath vehicle.

As you already read, when I woke up, my nervous system was extremely uncontrollable. It never fully recovered. But when I first notice these constant transmission to my left temple, I was sitting in the train. And has not stop since.

I was woken at around 3:45 AM. It was worse than last night. It felt like the floor was vibrating underneath. I tired walking around, stretching and twisting my arms and it did help a little bit.

I went to sleep around 1:30, so this gave me only about 2:30 hours of sleep. The night earlier, I only got 4 hours of sleep after being woken 3 times. I notice a lot of gang stalking activity from my floor.

The entire building has been infiltrated from the landlord down to the super. This include the sabotage of the water system and apartments. This allows the perpetrators to focus on the area business.

Since there presence have grown there has been an increase of criminal activities in this area. It is now not safe for the average person to come home late at night.

This is the price that is paid for these groups like this to exist.

God told me to go downstairs and walk around. After about a couple of hours, I was amazed to finally see someone entering Apt. 5B. The male perpetrator claim to have recently moved in. He had a bucket and what looked to be two mops. Then as he open the door, I saw what looked like either a generator or water pump that you hook into a water line. He also appear to be nervous and unwilling to talk further. His temperament was very uneasy for someone who suppose to have just moved.

It is not only two perpetrators. Generally I have heard three perpetrators moving around in this apartment and they operate in rotation. He/She is just one out of many who have convince the super to let them rent apartments in this building.

I created some footage of another perpetrator who lives on the other side of the building on the same floor as me. At least 30/40 percent of this building have gang stalkers living in apartments. And many are being feed from the outside.

Although the harassment has not stopped, this is very good information. I now have two faces, a name, but the evidence is forthcoming.

Please note that this isn’t the only apartment that I’m experiencing, water contamination, electronic harassment, neural monitoring, and other violations, I’m surrounded by these individuals. The difference is that the apartment shares the entire floor area and it makes it easier to attack me where I go. The only advantage I have is that I’m on the highest floor. So the attack could be worse if the situation was in reverse.

I was woken at around 3:30 AM with an irregular heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. This left me about two and half hours of sleep.

I couldn’t sleep until about 6:10 AM and at 7:15 AM I was woken with similar symptoms. My internet webcast was also off.

I was woken around 2:30 AM. This only gives me about 1 hour of sleep. When I woke up, my whole upper body around my shoulders was vibrating as if someone placed a motor on top of my shoulder. My heart rate didn’t feel abnormal. It looks like they mapped my brain to cause my nervous system to increase in my upper body. Then I notice my Internet music was turned off. Something about the music they don’t like so they turn it off.

I also notice wordpad, a windows program was removed. My affidavit is written in the wpd and rtf format. I’m able to read it through another program though.

The entire attack on my way of life is a total abuse of power.

The program I was placed in targets the most vulnerable populations, especially single women. Blacks and other minorities is a close second.

What people don’t understand is that the United States government has had this technology for at least 3 decades. They have been secretly violating people’s without their knowledge. Now that has changed. They are openly coming after specific people who they feel are not deserving of right. But overall, it is a testing ground for placing everyone under this intensive targets system.

Not only are they networked with criminal groups such as “gang stalkers” they are networked with nazi scientists who is behind this technology. But the way they got this technology is through the good will of others. They create nothing, they just know how to manipulate everything.

The scientists who create this technology are mostly dead. They were assassinated by yours truly, the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT!!!!

It’s about 4AM in the morning. After trying to sleep, they won’t let me. They elevated my nervous system to the point that they are transmuting high levels of radiation at my head.

I was woken up about 6:30AM and again at around 8:45 AM. The result was the same. UnStabilized nervous system.

SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! A MAN CAN’T GET NO SLEEP NO MORE!!!

I was woken up around 3:15 AM with rapid heartbeat and compromised nervous system. I also notice my internet radio station not playing. I had to turn it back on twice and each time it was immediate turned off.

I was woken up at around 7:30 AM with a compromised nervous system. I did not feel it through my heart but my upper back.

At around 11PM I ate some noodles and felt sick. The sickness I felt was numbness, dizziness and over heated. It was so bad I felt that I was going to fall out. It didn’t happen immediately after I consume the food, it came with 10 minutes.

I remember eating grapefruit and felt something similar. So I believe I could have had a very negative reaction of what they put into the water.

If anything happens to me, it is related to these crimes happening to me. I do not use drugs, smoke or drink alcohol.

I was woken up around 5AM and 9:15AM with an extremely compromised nervous system. I was shaking all over. So I start walking around, which helps stabilize my heart rate and nervous system overall. Then I notice some dropping from the downstairs apartment. It happens almost all the time. But as far as the Super is concerned, no one is staying in the apartment. Even the tenant below me can testify that she hear noise throughout the day and the light is on at night.

I think the Super is using his kid for this, because I see his too much now. Also notice that he has open this building to an array of criminal elements recently. This allows them to be grounded in an area.

Street crime and robberies always increase in areas that have these element in existence.

They turned my internet webcasts off, which is computer sabotage.

Felt my heart racing at around 7AM this morning.
