9/5 Went to Richmond Va. Library. Came back and notice memory out of camera and the red light indicating that someone entered the vehicle. They were various criminals in the library and one made a point to sit right next to me. They really have an affect on the services in any institution that they enter until that facility become unuseable. I have taken a picture of a black and white criminal in the library. 9/7 Got up at around 9a. Throughout the night I felt tingling throughout my head and feet. Once I turned off the cell phone the sensations went away. I also felt more relax. The cell phone interferce with the brain frequencies and some activitists have such that it also manipulates brain manner. The operator can receive “data” or info. from my brain. This includes memory, behavor and functionality. On a wider scale this would include anyone who were in range of a cell phone tower or device. Any operator is able to gather personal or secret information from the user without their knowledge. And to this makes the technology that the cell phone frequencies operate on illegal. It also is a grounds for a future lawsuit as this technology has been manipulated for purposes other than communications. ….

9/10 I visited the senate two buildings and dropped off my cover letter and affidavit. I filed at almost every office except the offices who could not make a duplicate copy of these documents. I have indicated this on the businesses I requested. I visited offices of the senate and the house of representative and only received a call from the capital police. It was from a “cop” named zimmerman, but the call could have come from anyone. The call was to discourage me from filing anymore documents with these representatives of our country. But I was not deterred. I the 8th and 10th day of Sept.. I had a chance to stop by Jan Sckowonsky office. Her staff was not very helpful and appeared to have been coached by someone outside this office. He claims to have no knowledge about the hearing that Jan was going to have about the CIA’s role with crimes against humanity. Meanwhile, it appeared that a CRIMINAL was stagging as a rep. of a non- profit org., but I was not able to substantate this was correct. ….

Wilmington Residents Press for Probe of

(NNPA)—Although charges of driving under the influence have been dismissed against Mayor Pro Tem Katherine Moore, members of the African-American community are pressing for an investigation of the circumstances and the Wilmington police officers who made the “false” arrest. The recent release of recordings of the police radio conversations during the Nov. 6 incident indicate that the arrest may have been a set up when one officer dispatched another and instructed him to find Moore’s vehicle and “blue light” her before she arrived at her home in Echo Farms. Moore has alleged that she was a victim of racial profiling at its worst when she was charged with driving under the influence despite the fact she blew a .00 on the breathalyzer following her arrest. She alleges that she was a victim of racial profiling at its worst and that she was denied the test at the time of her arrest. In response to the controversy, a group of concerned citizens from the African-American community seized the opportunity to express their concerns before city council during its recent meeting. Community activist Ali Kaazim told council members that the transcripts, which were comparable to a “horror movie” many in the minority community. “We saw a scenario where Ms. Moore is being monitored citywide, countywide, area-wide…When we have people reporting back to the police on the activities of a private [citizen], that’s an alarming event,” he said. “We in the community feel that the police department should be about law and order, and yet and still, we still have officers who disrespect the law to the degree that they will take the law into their own hands and do what they want to do with the law. It is time for us to have a change. I hope that this city council today will pass a resolution to make available all material in this case. I also think that it is time for us to bring an outside agency in to investigate the WPD…” Stating that some police officers in Wilmington possess a cowboy mentality, he demanded, “If Chief [John] Cease can’t control his men, then we need to find another chief.” Richard Irving, president of the local chapter of National Action Network, agreed that the Wilmington police Department (WPD) “overstepped its bounds” when they “tracked” Moore down like a “criminal.” He presented the council a petition with 400 signatures of supporters asking that the city council direct the city manager to investigate the events leading up to and including the “false” arrest of Moore; direct the district attorney to direct the SBI to investigate the arrest and prosecute any officers and supervisors in the WPD, as well as the Wrightsville Police Department, who are found to have committed criminal acts; direct the elimination of all activity designed to entrap Moore, including unwarranted surveillance and harassment; and that any officers in both departments found guilty of wrongdoing be punished accordingly. Irving also asked that a resolution be passed to make public the results of the investigation. With hopes of finding closure, Mayor Harper Peterson read a memo from City Manager Sterling Cheatam. “The police department has completed its factual investigation of the driving while impaired charges involving Mrs. Moore… A report of the investigation has been forwarded to the district attorney’s office,” the statement said. “The police department is evaluating the results of the investigation to determine if there are any violations for policies or procedures. The recommendations for action regarding council’s approval will be made at your meeting on Dec 10…” He then went on to express his personal feelings about the case. “Obviously there is a great concern to the entire community. There is a history here, and we do have to respect policy and procedure in investigating this. And we do rely on our city manager, our police chief, the internal affairs division of the police department to do a factual and speedy investigation.” Mayor Peterson also emphasized the need for an independent review of the police department’s policy and procedure in order to “erase the perception” of wrongdoing and racial profiling. “A report, I think again, is needed… I think the entire community—regardless of race—needs information,” Peterson said. “We need to understand what is happening with one of our service departments in this community. I ask Mrs. Moore, her family, her friends, her supporters to please be patient. We will seek out justice on this…” When asked to respond, Moore echoed the feelings of Irving and Kaazim, proposing that the findings of the investigation be made public information because of a “lack of confidence” in the police department. District Attorney John Carriker, issued a statement announcing the dismissal of the charges against Moore. “After reviewing the Wilmington Police Report delivered the District Attorney’s office on Nov. 18, which contained interviews with all law-enforcement officers having knowledge of the case and all civilians having direct knowledge of the case of State vs. Katherine Moore, there is insufficient evident that Katherine Moore was impaired by alcohol or any other substance in this case for the state to proceed… The State takes a voluntary dismissal in the charge of driving while impaired in State vs. Katherine Moore.” However, Moore and her supporters intend to pursue further investigation until they receive satisfactory response about the officers’ behavior that night. Richard Irving ,after hearing that Carriker dismissed the charges against Moore, stated, “Dropping the false charges against Mayor Pro Tem Katherine Moore does not relieve the WPD from explaining how the WPD came to falsely charge her in the first place. The National Action Network is pleased that the charges were dropped but still enraged that a citizen can be targeted in the manner that Mrs. Moore has been targeted and harassed over the years. The Irving family beating and the Harrison shooting are also illustrations of the WPD operating as loose cannons in the community.” The petitions calling for an investigation will be given to city council. Meanwhile, community organizations and residents marched on Dec. 10, 2002, and rallied at City Hall before entering council chambers to present their petitions. When asked what is next for her, Mrs. Moore said, “I am still in the state of disbelief that in the year 2002, that law abiding citizens can be targeted for arrest without any probable cause.” She concluded, “The results of the investigation must be made public. The citizens have a right to know.”

I left Durham NC a week ago and now I’m i the state of Virginia. I was able to find a place to cook my food, but as of today, the owner told me I couldn’t come back.

Anyway, the harassment activity is ongoing, because this is coming from the United States government. But I’m confident that with enough exposure and a legal case, it will stop. Although it will not convince me to state in the United States.

This criminal government have gotten a lot of people involve to do the targeting.

These parasites have swelled up my leg and eyes and have to sleep with them covered up.

They have placed many receptors in my vehicle for the purpose of these experiments. This explains why so many people are driving around my vehicle.

They have people sitting i there cars mocking me. I had to keep my head moving so that they are able to get a clear shoot of my eyes, which the do frequently.

They block and interfere with my internet access.

8/3 9:00a remp 1684065 Kerr Drugs at 1812 Holloway Dr. Cindy Sauls (sales). Reese’s Butter Cups each had broken sides. The kit kat was broken on the side and top. I have video tapes of both candies. That is over $2 worth of product I could not eat. This is a constant occurance of switching good products out in place of contaminate products. I suspect that a facility or warehouse have been open for this particular purpose. Some of the workers of the establishment are brought into the store but most brought into the reason the contaminant foods should be on the shelves. The contaminant foods are for the purpose of the experiments as are the gang stalking groups that were hired. As I’m shopping in the store, these criminals use this “opportunity” to go inside my vehicle. Once they are inside my vehicle, they poison my food and water. And they place electronic receptors in and outside my vehicle. This is for the purpose of the technology to interface with the satelight. Meanwhile, various “people” in cars park next to my vehicle for the purpose of reading information off those receptors, which they will use for the targeting later. The targeting consist of mainly laser type weapons and neurological technologies. They target my eyes and my genitals and this is the reason why they put everyone’s health in jeapody. This is the kind of U.S. domestic terrorism that occurs in this country and due to the lack of safeguards, it goes unnoticed. Food Poisoning

Soon as I eat the food I buy from the supermarket, I notice the electronic targeting gets worse. I also notice such symptoms as running nose, thicker saliva forming in my mouth. I feel my legs vibrating as if electricity is entering my body. I also notice muscle spasms of various part of my body.

This is evidence that my food is being tampered with before I enter the store.

I also notice the water tasting funny and strange people behavior in the area.

Most of the people are either sitting in their cars or standing in front of the store.

After consuming the content, I notice particular cars parking in my vicinity, usually on the side or back of my vehicle.

For about about a week, my head has been under attack by these criminals. I have notice more vehicle parking closer to me. This is because they have install more technology in the vehicle to interface with the satellite that is beaming this technology to my head. This is 24/7 days a week of radiation current being transmitted to me. This inhumane and racist activity happens regardless to the fact that I have contact various officials about this madness.

I was shopping recently and came across a DUKE UNIVERSITY “student” or “worker” inside a KROGER Supermarket. I also notice a BM perpetrator with a can in his hand with no shopping basket.

I have seen countless individuals like this throughout the supermarket and should warrant an investigation as to their connection to organized crime.
