Be very careful who you hang with. If you know they ain’t good, let them go! The perpetrators will feed on these negative energies. These negative energies allow them to map out your brain for psychological programming. It is the psychological programming that they are after, not the induced pain that they cause you. They are trying to change us as individuals with clone personalities that they feed us through the wireless technology.
Try never to be angry at the things they do to you. Train your mind to tolerate the negative and live your life as if you are not a targeted individual.

One of the regular targeting protocols that I received is similar to rheumatoid arthritis, which affects the joints and the nerves.

Initially the targeting is felt as.a signal energy. But over the years once the perpetrators with their wireless technology are able to configure these nano pathegens into the joint area. And you feel the pain as a spasm. So that means that the wireless technology is embedded into your body that allows them to cause extreme pain.
Your muscles are forced to tense up to the point that you loose mobility or you are in constant pain. This is done by remote wireless technology.
Anyone with a cellular phone that can tap into specific apps will allow them to activate any part of your body to control these symptoms of pain.
You are constantly forced to purchase remedies to reduce (not get rid of) the pain. So you are constantly spending money for something that is being induced by a group of individuals that you have identified.
The authorities (as well as the surrounding communities) are very aware of this criminal program, as any complain or noise lead to no where.

But the same way these symptoms can be induced upon you, they can be removed using similar wireless methods. But I’m not going to get into that on this post, because it pretty intensive.
But the perpetrators have to keep attacking your body to maintain the level control once you find out.
Read below. This statement. Any opportunity to bring TIs together is a good idea. But first there must be structure. As you might know, one of the biggest issue we have is infiltration. So all it takes is a couple of perpetrators to.mess up things for the rest of the TI community. The other issue is cost. Most TIs have been stripped of their life savings indirectly or directly due to the targeting. So charging close to market.rent works against anyone who can benefit from this collaboration.
Anyway, when ever you offer something, you have to have a set of guidelines that everyone should follow. And being that society and the TI community is heavily infiltrated around us, it is necessary to require a notarized statement with these questions: 1) When your crimes started 2) Who is responsible 3) What are they doing to you 4) The methods that they use 5) How are you affected by it and 6) What are you doing to get help. But it doesn’t stop there.
You must make sure they follow a set of guidelines that they agree to in writing that they would abid by your rules. For instance, no visitors, no cellular communications after midnight, curfew starts after a certain time, no loud music or sound after a certain time, no disturbing the peace.
There should be a security detail on the site at all times and residences should agree to 1/3 hour intervals daily. Security cameras must be placed throughout property and the video feed should be seen by all residence of the property.
It is my understanding that electricity and water is provided on the property. Understand this, any state operated utility is heavily infiltrated. They can ascerbate attacks through the wires and the consumption of the water. I have been in a lot of places to know this to be true, that’s why I have my own solar system and I’ve been drinking rain water for years!
Rental Fee. The cost of staying at this RV park works against everything our community is trying to deal with. So the compromise is that it offered for no more than $250 a month or $75 a week. The idea is help TIs escape some of the bad torture they experienced before they came to the park. And the only person’s who can comfortably afford this rental are perpetrators, as they are constantly getting paid for their service.
Also, every TI who enter the property should agree to mandatory inspections. This will prevent anyone from housing a pulsing device in their property. That is also the reason to cut off cell phones at a certain time. This will greatly reduce the targeting and make living at the park tolerable.
UPDATES FROM CARL’S RV PARK – More to come?
Hello to all, Well once again it’s always my fault or the RV park’s fault . I have had a few people who have come out to the park and are now saying untrue statements or not giving accurate information. As we all know, There are two SIDES to every story.First of all, I tell everyone I can not stop your attackers from everything and all that they do to each one of us. I have never said I could .. Some people have experienced less of certain issues.I don’t have any magical powers or force fields. I don’t try to upset people or lurk around their places or invite trouble. However, I have had people causing drama, calling police. I have people doing hard drugs. I had people trying to sabotage the infrastructure of the park property. I have had people sneaking around in the dark at the park.Now with all that said, everyone is gone !!!!! except two tenants …….One has been here since November, done more labor around here than most anyone!!!!!!! Another came to stay to get some stuff together and is on his way in a few weeks.So I guess I will try again to get some good people here who wanna live with other Ti’ s. That’s all I am truly offering; the ability to live next to another TI and be friends to one another. If you wanna come for that reason, please contact me.Thank you.
