Irole: He was the sergeant in command of the two officers who issue the citation for walking between the subway cars and failing to present identification. I told him the situation and he tacked on an additional citation. Im an out of state resident and I was trying to make a schedule with Amtrak. Because I was asked to give off the train, I miss my connection. Instead of addressing the matter, he told the 2nd officer to not give his badge id.

Irole2: He was the officer who issued the citation to me for walking between the subway cars and failure to present identification. I was trying to explain to him that due to the amount of bags I was carrying, I needed to find a less crowded car. But when these two officers approached me, I did not identify them as police officers but thugs.
story: When I finally got to the train car that was empty, I was able to rest my luggage on the floor. This would not have been possible in the last car I left from. Suddenly, two guys that looked like street thugs, approached me. I was taken off guard as they were telling me to present them identification. I told them that I didnt have to, because I wasnt breaking any laws. There afterwards I was told to leave the train. There mannerisms was very threatening to me, so I comply. When I got off the train, they kept telling me to present identification to them. The result of this was requesting a supervisory officer on the scene. Meanwhile, they told me I could be a terrorist (I was just walking through the train to find a comfortable place to put my bag at). So after this ordeal, I was given a summons for walking through the train cars and failure to present identification. I have been confronted by individuals claiming to be police officers before and I just could not trust these individuals. Plus, the crimes that Im dealing with told me that something wasnt right with this situation. I have documented this evidence for approximately 5 years. Anyway, Im requesting that this matter be looked at further.
