After years in testing, research and development programs, portable, land, sea and spaced based highly advanced weaponry and influence technology has arrived in full force!
Below are names of original inventors, patents, etc., of some of the brilliant, highly perfected technology currently in use, including descriptions and capabilities. Some or all have the ability and capability to be used positively, such as communicating with the deaf (Voice to Skull.)
Throughout the years, people have been tested on without their knowledge or consent. Although there are legitimate cases of delusional or psychosis disorders, in light of this technology now fully implemented, the mental health field stating, many years back, that diagnosis must also include/exclude, or rule out these advancement’s first as a possible contributor. However, some choose instead to look the other way. Painfully, many people have lost, their families, jobs, and lives after years of “Synthetic Telepathy,” tormenting which is one of the official names for Voice to Skull. It is obvious why testing is necessary. How else is effectiveness determined? Voice to Skull, was originally called the Neurophone. However, Alan Frey, invented microwave technology which has the same capability and effect.

July 16, 1968. Inventor – Dr. Patrick Flanagan (Invented in 1958)
DESCRIPTION: A device that converts sound to electrical impulses; allowing information to be transmitted to the brain by means of radio waves directed at any part of the body (skin). In other words, recorded or live messages, noise, music can be directed at an individual and, through the nerves, the signal will be carried (involuntarily) to the brain, bypassing the inner ear, the cochlea, and the 8th cranial nerve. In its original form electrodes were placed on the skin but with defense department developments, the signals can be delivered via satellite.
PURPOSE: Practically, the Neurophone could be used to communicate with the deaf but more often, it is used to terrorize targets. The tracked individuals her recorded/live threats, propaganda, etc. which those around them do not hear (delivered mainly via satellite laser). This harasses and discredit’s the targets; especially if the problem is communicated to those unaware or the relevant technologies.

March 7, 1972. Inventor – Dr. Patrick Flanagan (Invented 1967)
DESCRIPTON: This Neurophone incorporates an electronic circuit duplicating the encoding of the Cochlea and 8th cranial nerve themselves. The NSA placed a secrecy order on this development for over 5 years because of the military applications of the technology. Further Neurophone advances include the development of the time recognition processor, improved memory application and the advances in satellites incorporating neurophone technologies.
