2-1/2 Commentary. Changing the OLD guard. We need CHANGE. And CHANGE involves CHANGING the OLD guard. Because we have learned under the OBAMA administration that as long as the OLD guard exist, CHANGE will not happened. And that is exactly what happened. Anyway, besides the Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) assault that many targeted individual faces everyday, there is an extra line of corruption around the contamination of food sources in neighborhood stores. It takes a lot coordination, organization and people to pull this off. This is not something that just happens, it is well plan (like a military taking over another country). And if Donald Trump reason for being elected is to get rid of corruption, this program will have a hard time holding up. The biggest problem with the Obama administration is it did not know what the other hand was doing. Lets hope that Donald Trump know what the other hand is doing so that things like government sponsored organized stalking, electronic stalking/torture and blacklisting no longer exist. Only time would tell.

2-2 7:05 Had Cereal, which was Corn Flakes and Granola with Organic Milk and pressure attacks was first felt in the ears. Than signal attacks the feet and legs follows. Induced tiredness lead me to fall asleep. When I was woken I had a mild rapid heartbeat and the strong pressure attacks to the ears was again noticeable. When I start walking around, the attacks immediately disappeared. The items I eaten was from the Gun Hill Road Aldis.

2-3 Constant pulsing attacks to my ears the entire day. Also attacks could be felt on my hip bone, buttock, legs (lower and thighs), nostrils upon consuming Gun Hill Rd Dollar Tree Chocolate Double Crisp Hearts. Later the attacks also included stinging to my elbows and upper arm joint.

2-3/4 Later in the night, attacks first started with the nostrils. This happened soon after falling asleep. I had to put something in my nostril and breath from my mouth. When I was woken around 4a I could feel strong energy from my buttocks to my lower left leg. This is countered to what happened earlier in the day. So they had placed technology in this areas and now they have mapped this part of my body.

2-4/5 Went to sleep before 11a, but got up around 3:30a, then I went back to sleep and got up around 9:15a. I ran some errands and when I got back I ate some unsalted peanuts that I purchased from Gun Hill Road ALDIS. It had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, which would come up in my mouth at times. Then I immediately felt attacks to my stomach. When I went back to sleep and woke up, I could feel the energy around my knees and than my back. They had remotely placed the technology in these areas of my body while I was asleep with their directed energy weapons.

2-5 Throughout the day attacks was felt on the back, head as either quarter size directed energy attacks or stinging. This also included my neck as muscular pain and hands as signal attacks. It feels like my right hand is bigger than the other. There are coloration differences in my hands that tell me, which hand is being targeted more. Also the amount of noise activity that I hear in the hallway is according to how my body is being attack.

2-5/6 Went to bed earlier and got up before 12a with a strong rapid heartbeat. I had eaten several times into the late evening before laying down. I also felt shakiness around my arms and my back. Then about an hour later I went to sleep and when I was woken, I could feel a strong pulsing signal directed at my right foot. It was continuous until I place the zapper on it. Went back to sleep around 4:30 after being up for 15 minutes. When I got up around 7:15 I move to the other room. The attacks were similar to early part of the evening, except I did not have the strong rapid heartbeat. There was a quarter size signal attack to a part of my heard. I also notice hearing a strong humming sound coming from Apartment G’s windows where the directed energy device is located.

2-6 After making my exercise rounds, I could feel the quarter size attacks to two parts of my back. It was continuous.

2-6 Ate the cereal (cornflakes and raisin brain) and organic milk from Gun Hill Road ALDIs and I immediately heart the neighbor from Apartment B come out and stood next to my door. Shortly later attacks to my legs, feet and than elbow was felt as directed energy and stinging.

2-6 Tiredness and constant pulsing of my lower back near or on my spinal cord.

2-7 Finally went to sleep around 12:15a, which I was woken several times throughout the night. The last time I was woken, it was exactly at 8a and when I stood up I could find strong energy around my arms. The fan that I was using had been turned off remotely, but I manage to turn back on. This is not a digital fan, so that was odd. Also pulsing of my nostrils was felt soon as I closed my eyes. And some attacks to my feet as directed energy was felt.

2-7 When I venture into the other room, after some time I heard loud door slamming, which is the noise campaign as these individuals did not come to and leave from their apartments.

2-8 Immediately after closing my eyes, pulsing attacks to my nostrils was felt. When I woke up and moved to the other room to sleep, I heard them placing devices in the apartment (5A), which is underneath me. So at times I heard and felt pulsing and vibrations in the area I was laid up at. When I was woken around 10:47a I had a rapid heartbeat and constant pulsing of my right hand.

2-8 The presence of nano crystalline in the Raisin Bran that I purchased from ALDIS Gun Hill Road. Attacks increased to my feet, toes and legs.

2-9/10 Before going to sleep aggressive attacks was felt on the stomach. When I was woken around 5:20a attacks to the arms was felt in the form of directed energy. This also included continuous pulsing of my nose when I stood up.

2-10 Attacks increased soon after Aunt arrives into apartment. Than she leaves a short time later with only her cell phone, but not her coat. She even “forgot” her keys. This had never happened before and I had always suspect that my Aunt was a perpetrator. Anyway, her excuse was that she wanted to help one of the tenants who recently had surgery. But her life is not straight, which is why I was hear. She is no longer the person I thought she was. Not only making excuses of what is happening to me, but now flatly denying it. With that said, I know her leaving with her phone had to do with configuring it with others who can than piggy back off her phone.

2-10 The attacks were concentrated on my back as circle size directed energy attacks, my knees and upper arm joints as signal attacks and fingers and toes as stinging. Earlier, I had eating the circle A chicken nuggets and white potatoes from Gun Hill Road ALDIS and Dollar Tree, which both had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it.

2-11 Induced Hunger and Obsessive Weight Gain is the result of the consumption of technology and chemicals placed in food at various businesses and the pushing of these elements through the water system. This is compounded by 24/7 directed energy attacks directed at the stomach and digestive system.

2-11 When ever I go into the room closes to apartment “G” and eventually making it to the front, I would than hear someone going back into apartment “B”. I would also hear the elevator moving, but it does not stop on this floor unless I get out the bathroom.

2-11 From one excuse after another about a moving job that suppose to be finished in September 2016, it is now almost March 2017 and still no real date has been set. So it is clear to me that the moving job is simply a reason to keep me at this location for the purpose of attacking and researching on me. But the thing is, is that there is absolutely no benefit to her as I am not a tenant and do not pay for services. But it is a benefit for individuals part of this criminal organization using technology to obtain a certain mission.

2-11/12 After making my way to the room closes to Apartment G, when I went to sleep and woken (around 1:30a), I experienced an induced strong rapid heartbeat, directed energy directed to both feet, legs, upper arm joints, left forearm and right hand. When I made my way to the other room, I noticed a lot of movement of the elevator. It is clear to me that most of these individuals are coming from the outside and are situating themselves to the apartment directly below me. At times I can hear and feel this device directly below me as it has been placed in the ceiling. They need a lot of people at different times who are link together using different apps. Because of it GPS nature, this explains why the attacks are worse laying on my back than on my stomach. In my case, they have been linking to these satellites since being targeted when Bush was in office. This has not change under the Obama office and now the Trump Administration. So who ever is responsible for this, electing new Government does not change the outcome.

2-12 Went back to sleep after being up for several hours. When I was woken I experienced induced muscle pain that was brought on by the directed energy attacks. This brought me to immediately stand up and walk away from the area. As a result, the spasms that is usually associated with these kind of attacks did not occurred.

2-12/13 I did not eat on the 12th of February so the attacks were minimum. That’s because the technology that is placed in the food and water makes the technology in my body more accessible to directed energy GPS programing. However, I did consume Corn Flakes with Oat Milk and Honey and the result was first felt in the stomach as directed energy. These attacks than migrated to my knees, arms feet, toes, hands, fingers head and other parts of my body in the form of stinging and than directed energy. I also drank lemon water and that just exacerbate the attack. But after a while, the attack subsided or became less noticeable.

2-14 Went to sleep after 12:30a and was woken around 6a with an induced rapid heartbeat. Than I felt strong energy sensations on my left foot toes. It was sync in with the heartbeat and when that slow down, so did the attacks. The attacks are directly connected to what I ate yesterday. After some time I could feel an aching sensation as if the smart dust nano technology was being programmed on my heart. The sensations felt like someone placing pins on this area of my body. You just know by these sensations that they are programming the technology to control the temperament of this part of your body.

2-15 I had not eaten the day before so the attacks where minimum. They included some stinging to the legs and hips, but I was able to sleep comfortably on my back. Very little known attacks was concentrated on my stomach, which is usually the case when I consumed the food. However, in the morning of this day, I had rice and turkey. I noticed that the rice was noticeably degraded, which look more like Quinoa than the long grain rice. It was not cooked any longer than rice that I had purchased in the past. So it was clear that the rice had went through a second process to place large amount of nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Otherwise, it would have hold it form. Anyway, as usual the attacks started with the stomach and eventually migrated to the arms, arm joints, fingers, neck, toes, feet and other parts of the body. That’s because the Digestive system (stomach) has been made into a repository for technology to be directed to other parts of the body using the latest wireless GPS technology.

2-15/16 Immediately upon laying down, attacks was first felt on my stomach. Than I will feel it on my joints such as my toes, fingers, elbow neck, and arms. It was clear that a person or a group of people where working down a list as the attacks would disappear from one part of the body and start to another part of the body. But when I left the room closes to Apartment G, the attacks would disappeared. When I sat down in the other room, I would hear a loud sound underneath me. And at some point the attacks would began again. Later in the early morning I had obsessive diarrhea, which lasted for a couple of hours. When I went to sleep and woke up I had a rapid heartbeat and each time it was accompanied by either pulsing of my nostrils or right had. The right hand had been getting attack, but this time it was my thumb. The other night though, it was the palm of my hand and in the morning it was the front of my hand. So there is no coincidence when you feel a certain part of your body “fallen asleep” and there is no other explanation except that it is being attacked by directed energy.

2-16/17 After eating the peanuts from Gun Hill Road ALDIS, the attacks to my ears happened and is still happening to the next day. To see if it really was the peanuts, I rubbed it on my arms and I immediately felt a stinging sensation. Later in the night I felt internal stinging sensations to my leg and induced muscular pain to my arm. The induced muscular pain to my arm lasted throughout the night into the next morning. At around 7a I experienced an induced sleep after sleeping for several hours and being up until about 5:45a. So I relocated to another area of the apartment. After laying down for a couple hours more, I experienced body vibration attacks, which was centered around my hips. Other attacks also included directed energy manipulation of my right hand.

2-18 Went to sleep after 12a and was woken several times of the night. The last time I was woken I could feel the directed energy on my left buttocks this was in sync with pulsing of my nose.

2-18 Shortly after my Aunt left the apartment. I heard someone slamming the door to apartment B. So I became curious and looked out. It was a young man with a large box item on a hand truck. I had seen several people and things being brought into this apartment throughout the time I have been here.

2-19 Went to sleep after 12a. Attacks to the legs as stinging was present throughout the night. And when I woken, constant attacks was felt on my feet and stomach as directed energy and pulsing. When I went into the other room the directed energy could be felt on my back, neck hands and arms. It was constant.

2-19 Ate the Sea Queen Tilapia Fillets, frozen corn and Reggano Wide Egg Noodles. Immediately attacks was felt on the center back of my head as stinging, which was in 5 different places. This had happened the day before, but the attacks was much more intensive and on-going. Every single item came from the ALDIS Gun Hill Road Store.

2-20 Went to sleep around 2a. When I was woken around 5:30a, I had an induced rapid heartbeat and a strong signal sensation on my middle toes of my left foot. Shortly afterwards, the attacks included the entire top of my left food. It felt like electrical current was going through it. Other attacks included stinging of my elbow and signal attacks to different areas of my centered in the back of my head. The attacks got much lower when my Aunt left. The attacks was no longer centered around the back of my head. This is the area that I felt the stinging sensations just yesterday as well as the manipulation of the technology around my heart. What’s also interesting, is that, soon as my Aunt went to the elevator, one of the occupants from adjacent apartment (B) came out. So this individual would be riding down with my Aunt. This is very important as they are able to latch onto her phone for program coordinated purposes. And if things could not be more noticeable about her role in this criminal program, she made a call right after I consume something. She told me she was calling her friend, but could not reach her, because she did not pick up the phone. What’s interesting about this, is that, my Aunt rarely calls anyone, or use her phone to receive calls. These are the same kind of criminal activity that I receive from the perpetrators on the street, but it is now right in front of me. All the actions that is coming from her is related to the criminal activity that I experienced everyday. From making false accusations, to creating situations that she could accuse me of (like putting toothpaste on her blouse) etc., it is part what my perpetrators do to test this technology on me.

2-20 I was informed by my Aunt that the Tenant in the Apartment 5A below me had a dispossess on her door. This is the apartment where person or persons placed devices on the ceiling. Sometimes I would here a popping sound and feel vibrations through the floor when I was laying down. Both of the occupants of this premise were African American females in their 20s. I was able to capture a video of one of the females in the elevator. It shows her entering the elevator on the 5th floor with cell phone in hand. Anyway, I was able to do video footage of the dispossession. Name of former Tenant: Howell Simone  Marshal’s Legal Possession Execution Date: 02/02/2017 City Of New York Office Of The Marshal 1000 Grand ConCourse Bronx, New York 10451. County Of Index No: 5810/2016. This does not mean no one is occupying the apartment at this time. It just means the former occupants no longer exist. Besides Dispossession, Tenant from Apartment 6C had moved out two weeks ago. This was right after it looked like they were subscribing to the Verizon service FIOS. Also noted. There has been a lot of problems in this building for some time. Whether it was the lack of hot water, heat, torture from electronic weapons, ect., this is what its like to be a targeted individual inside an apartment building. What I learned from this incident (always knew) is no matter how involved the perpetrators where in this apartment 5A they could not escape evictions. Evictions only happened when the tenant 1) runs out of money, or 2) looses a job and can not find work for an extended period of time. But in this case, the money flow should have come from this criminal organization that using these individuals for this attack program. At some point, that might have been true, but 1) maybe the money dried up because of the election of Trump (who knows), 2) they had enough people involved (Apartment 6B and 6G) so Apartment 5A became irrelevant. Note: the occupants in Apartment 6B and 6G are not African Americans. What I know about this program even in the perpetrator world, value is placed on how light your skin is. And maybe they met their level of targeting and having someone in the downstairs apartment became unnecessary. Just a thought. But it is my reality. By the way, their is an White Albanian in Apartment G and 3 Hispanics in Apartment B.

2-20/21 I went to sleep earlier. The attacks did not start to ramp up until after the midnight though. For instance, elevation of the heartbeat, attacks to the toe, finger and arm joints, increased attacks to the head, hands, feet, elbow and legs. When I got up for the last time (from three times before and after moving to the other room), I had a very tired feeling – so this was induced sleep. What you need to understand is that sleeping allows the criminals of this organization to program the technology in your body to do specific things that can’t be accomplished when you are up moving around. Also note: I did not eat or drink anything on the 20th, so one could expect that the targeting would have been worse had I eaten that day.

2-21 Strong quarter size signal sensation attacks to the back and pin size signal attacks to the center back of my head. The attacks were also felt on my arm, feet and finger, toe joints as directed energy. And stinging sensations on my elbows. This was constant throughout the day, so there wasn’t a period where the attacks let up.

2-21/22 Towards the night into the next more burning sensations was felt on my right and left temple. This than advance to continuous pulsing attacks, which later in the net day included my back. But constant directed energy was felt on my back as well. When I ate, increase attacks to my stomach was felt, which than became my head. Several times in the day I heard strong sounds on the floor, which was follow by vibrations. So someone is in the “vacant” apartment below the apartment I’m residing at. This was to be expected as situations like this are stage so that full access can be gain by more involved perpetrators. Other attacks involved attacks to the centered back of my head as stinging, pulsing and signaling. And induced muscular pain to the legs and arms, which includes vibrations as if electrical current is going through your body. Meanwhile, my internet connection speed has increasingly decrease over the past couple of weeks. Instead of seeing a consistant 100 kbps, I’m seeing as low as 25 kbps. I have contact technical support and their recommendation is to upgrade the hotspot device to carry the new technology advancement.

2-23 Went to sleep after 2a. Throughout the night constant directed energy attacks to my right hand index finger. When I got up to move to the other room, experienced an elevated heartbeat and shakiness. Than as I was sitting by the computer, I felt pulsing vibrations underneath me. What was discovered that they were several devices attached to the ceiling directly below me.

2-23 The criminals of this organization have been manipulating the speed of my internet connection from 230 kbps to a mere 26 kbps. So they are linking into my wireless device (antenna and adapter) without my authorization. I have noted this when I contact the T-mobile yesterday. These are some of the hacking crimes that Snowden have been talking about.

2-23 After the consuming the Pinto Beans and Noodles that I purchased from ALDIS Gun Hill Road pulsing and signal attacks began to the neck and back. These were quarter size attacks that was directed to different areas of my neck and back. This lasted for several hours.

2-23/24 Went to sleep around 10:30a and was woken by my Aunt around 2a. This has been occurring since last week and nothing could be explain why she would be moving her things around. But there is plenty of time each night that she could have done this. However, we are not talking about a REAL person or situation. Anyway, after some time of being up, I begin feel strong attacks to my stomach. These attacks can clearly be here, which meant that they were using high power weapons to manipulate my stomach much to produce a sound. After going back to sleep and sleeping a couple of hours, I was woken to an induced rapid heartbeat and strong pulsing of my nostrils. When I got up I notice trebling throughout my body. And as I was laying down attacks were also felt on my hips, legs, head, fingers and arms. She was still present up until 9a, which right before going out the door, continuous pulsing was felt on my right foot ankle. This did not go away immediately, but within 15 minutes of her departure, it was gone. Than I heard a pulse sound under me, which meant that someone moved the device from where I was sleeping to where I’m sitting by my computer.

2-24 Increased attacks to my stomach after consuming the white potatoes and tuna that I purchased from the ALDIS Gun Hill Road store. The attacks than included the burning of the back of my ears, which later affected hearing especially in left ear. When I drank something, the liquid would get trapped and would not drain properly. Also attacks to legs as directed energy, which felt like electrical current going to this part of my body. Induced Muscular pain to my left arm that I have not felt in a long time. When I went to take a nap and woke up, there was no known attacks. But when I fell back to sleep (which was aided by the criminal organization of this technology) I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. Than increased attack to my stomach, which is how they are about to program the technology to the other parts of my body. When I went into the other room, later, I felt directed energy concentrated on my left knuckles. This is a part of my body that I had never felt these kind of attacks. Other attacks included directed energy and burning sensations to the temples, head and to the temples.

2-25 Went to sleep around 1a. When I was woken around 4a I had a strong induced rapid heartbeat. And when I got up to go to the bathroom, I felt trebbling throughout my body as if a device was attached to it. I had eaten apples the night earlier before going to sleep. So the apples had the technology in it. When I went back to sleep and was woken, I had a mild form of a rapid heartbeat. However, I had a continuous pulsing of my right foot ankle. It was continuous throughout the day.

2-25 Continuous attacks to the center back of my head in the form of pulsing was felt after taking a short nap. For approximately two weeks, this has been the area of my body that the criminal organization have been attacking. Other attacks included the joints of my fingers, finger, ankles in the form of directed energy, pulsing and induced muscular pain, toes, toe joints, hands, muscular pain to the right arm joints, burning and directed energy of the temples, etc.

2-26 Went to sleep shortly after 12a. Woke up several times up to 10a and when I went to the bathroom, I felt a strong induced aching pain to my spinal cord. It was between my neck and center of my back. I did not ever experience this kind of attack.

2-26 While working on the computer aggressive attacks to the stomach, which eventually became attacks to my right arm. The attacks was concentrated on my upper arm joint, which produced induced muscular pain. This stopped once I turned the internet off. So these are GPS driven attacks that is brought on by the use of both celluar and wifi services.

2-26 Took a nap towards the evening and when I was woken I felt strong energy sensations on the heals of both of my feet. This was instinct with attacks on the back center of my head.

2-26/27 Went to sleep before 12a. When I was woken the first time I had an induced rapid heartbeat. There was also pulsing attacks to my my arms and feet. When I got up to go to the next room, I felt like I have not slept in several days. But I slept more than the required 8 hours.

2-27 After getting into the bathtub, attacks to my left foot in the form of pulsing was felt. The bathroom is next to Apartment B. At no time earlier (while in the middle room) did I have attacks of this kind.

2-27 Strong pin size directed energy on multiple areas of my back after eating the Potatoes, Pinto Bean and Tilapia (ALDIs Gun Hill Road)meal. It was continuous for a period of time. I had cooked it for a period of time, but I was able to taste the presence of the nano crystalline – smart dust as I was consuming it. Meanwhile, a trebling sensation was felt on my heart and chest for certain period of time. Later towards night the attacks also included my legs and knees.

2-28 When I went to sleep and was woken around 3:30a I had an induced rapid heartbeat. It was very strong. So I knew it was related to what I ate earlier. Also strong sensations was felt on my right leg as if electrical current was going through it. Just after laying down the criminals of this technology were attacking my hips very aggressively and legs. This also explains why these attacks was particularly focused and aggressive. Just before my Aunt walked out the door, I felt strong energy concentrated on my right hand as if electrical current was going through it. It was now around 7a. And after moving to the next room and than falling asleep, when I woke up, I had a very tired feeling. When I stood up, that is when the induced rapid heartbeat occurred. It was instinct with the pulsing of the center back of my head. So when my the heart rhythm went to a normal rate, the pulsing of my head stopped. Both of these energies were strong and had I kept laying down, these attacks would not have been identified. So in other words, when I stood up, I broke the link that the criminals of this technology had on my body.

2-28 Not much targeting happened this day because I did not eat or drink liquids. This confirms that the targeting relates to what I put in my body. However, the tone of my Aunt was not good as she was made into a glorified perpetrator. Meanwhile, I experienced induced tiredness throughout the day and body vibrations caused by directed energy weapons turned up (which I could hear) from surrounded apartment. But when it was time for bed, I did not experienced the targeting that I felt the previous day.

Summation: This month the attacks have been concentrated on my feet, stomach, induced weight gain and hunger, unexplained weakness and tiredness feeling, joints of arms, fingers and toes. When ever I move from the back room a short time later apartment B or D would go inside their apartment. Consistently loop warm and cold water in the bathroom that restrict access to cleaning facilities. And Dispossession Noticed found on Tenant; Howell Simone door – which is the apartment (5A) directly below the apartment I am present in. But the apartment is still being used for the targeting as I am able to still hear these devices on the floor boards.

1-1 New Year: Laid down around 1:47a and immediately attacks was felt on the stomach in the form of directed energy and than the feet and legs in the form of stinging and burning sensations. When I got up, the attacks stop. I than ate some garlic and took some vitamin c’s. I waited 5 minutes before I laid back down and nothing similar occurred. I did get a strong pulsing to my nostril when I was woken at about 7a. Went back to sleep and was woken at 9a with an induced rapid heartbeat and increased attacks to the nostrils. Had I stayed up after 7a, I would have call this a good day. However, taking the vitamins and garlic did played a favorable role in circumventing the targeting.

1-1 Increased attacks to the head throughout the day in the form of directed energy. It felt like electrical current on my head. Later in the night these attacks also included stinging, which was at different points of my head. There was some stomach attacks, but I hate some garlic right before eat. Also noted was attacks to my toes in the form of stinging and directed energy attacks to the palms of my hands causing them to tense up at times.

1-2 1:15a After getting up several times, each time I would hear the elevator moving through the floors. There is no reason for this kind of activity at this time. The elevator has been modified to correspond to the targeting that I’m receiving as the attacks get worse after some time.

1-2 1:32a The water is barely warm in the bathroom, but is so hot in the kitchen that I can not put my hands underneath it.

1-3 Went to sleep around 2a, when I was woken I immediately noticed a strong burning and stinging sensation on my left foot. It was on the left side of my foot. So I stood up and than placed a zapper in this area. I than noticed an induced rapid heartbeat. It was around 7:45a. Than around 10a I was woken with an even more involved rapid heartbeat. This was compounded with shakiness like symptoms that was concentrated on my hips, arms, shoulders and hands. Other attacks include my eyes and nose, which directed energy.

1-3 5p After waking up from a nap I felt very hot and nauseated so later I decided to take another nap. Then attacks to the eyes was felt as directed energy on different parts of my pupil. When this occurred I experienced constant attack to my nostril and right foot in the form of pulsing. Earlier increased directed energy attacks occur to the stomach.

1-3 Went to sleep around 12:41a and was woken around 5a. I seen that my Aunt was up. This happens quite frequently and is unexplainable. Attacks was felt in my ears (particularly my right ear) as if a device was in it. I used some peroxide and that seem to help a little. My left ear is completely clogged and hearing through it is low. The inner swelled up, because, of the amount of technology that is in it. It has been several weeks in this condition and I would be surprise if the swelling goes down and my hearing is returned. Also attacks to my left feet, which I swelling bump. This is the area that the criminals of this organization is pulsing with directed energy. Attacks to the eyes in the form of needle like pulsing. They are programming and manipulating the technology in my eyes. Continuous attacks with pulsing directed energy above my nose. It feels like someone is pushing against it. I even see visual movement, which tell me that they are using a high degree of directed energy power to cause this affect.

1-3 In the Night after my Aunt came in around 7:30p I felt a strong signal concentrated on my right temple. Than the typical directed energy attacks that resembles electrical current on my head was felt. Than later I heard a loud bang in the bends as if something was inside of it.

1-4 Went to sleep around 12:41a. When I woke up (4:46a) I noticed that there was the present of technology in my right ear. Each time I placed the qtip in my ear it would react by going down. Than I placed lemon on the qtip and it did not react at all. This is what they have done while I was sleeping. This is why I was feeling the directed energy attacks concentrated on my stomach early in the night. The second time I got up I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat.

1-4 There is something in the area that is making it more possible to attack me. They had done something when I left out the other day. So now the signals are more stronger throughout the day. I had to pull out the items closes to me to see if they had put smart dust or a device in it. So this involve taking everything out of the items in question. I don’t know if this is going to fix the problem, but I did notice that when I put the bags on the other side of me, than the signals was now felt on this side. But that could be them playing up the attacks on me. Anyway, taking the items out and putting them in the same place did appear to improve my situation, but that remains in question.

1-5 Went to sleep around 1:32a. When I was woken, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. It was around 8:15a, which is later than I usually get up.

1-6 Esteban Ruiz Santiago. Is a Targeted Individual who shot several people at a Fort Lauderdale Airport indiscriminatingly, which 5 people were killed. The media ran it that he was a lone gunman who had mental issues. But the message was clear to me that he was sending a message to the public that a terrible concern was happening in America. How do I know this? He was claiming to the FBI that he was getting Voice 2 skull and that he thought the CIA was after him. These are clear signs that he was trying to get help to trying to stop the attacks that was happening to him. Often times when you go to the government for help, they put you in the mental health system – completing ignoring the crimes at hand. I had a similar run in with the FBI, but fortunately, it did not result in a hospitalization, but it has happened to many Targeted Individuals.

1-7 Went to sleep around 12:38a. Each time I was woken, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. But after some time, attacks to my left leg was felt as directed energy and muscle manipulation around the knee area.

1-8 Went to sleep around 2:10a. Before I went to sleep I felt a burning sensation on my chest. When I went to sleep I was woken at around 4:40a with an induced rapid heartbeat. This was followed with continuous pulsing of my head. Than I into the other room. That is where I heard the elevator several times, which means that one of the person’s targeting me from the apartment below was leaving. They use different people at different times, while some of the same people are doing the targeting. These are the people that come from the outside.

1-8 Went to sleep around 5:33a and was woken around 9:26a with an induced rapid heartbeat. I could feel shakiness in my arms, back, hands and hips. When I went into the next room attack soon included my feet as directed energy.

1-9 Woke up around 6:17a. Soon after strong directed energy attacks was felt and heard on my stomach. This was followed by attacks to my feet and towards 7a a strong pulsing signal in my nostril. This was followed by multiple smaller pulses in the same area. Later the attacks was concentrated on my head after working on the computer for about 35 minutes. It felt like electrical current on my head and than the strong attacks to my stomach was felt and heard again.

1-10 Moved the wireless adapter to a new location and immediately noticed a significant decrease in the targeting. Than later I heard banging sounds coming from Apartment G, which is adjacent to the apartment I’m staying in Apartment A. From my own observation this individual (or several individuals) were in this apartment the time both me and aunt left. This allowed them to place items in the apartment that interface with the wireless router and to create a targeting point when the router was turned on. The directed energy is mostly felt on my head as if something was crawling it. At times it include strong pressure (pulsing) attacks. Although this occurred in the night, it never occurred in the morning. So something had been done while I was away. Also noted is his window is on the side of mine and I can feel the waves from from this direction. He is a relative of the supper and the owner, so he has access to pretty much anything in this building. That is just the way it is living in apartment building in New York City.

1-10 I went downstairs to pick up some mail and when I got back upstairs I could hear one of my perpetrators opening her apartment door. As I was opening my apartment door, she just stood there  as her child was running in the background. Her apartment is directly across from mine. She has been involve perpetrator activity and was often seen standing at her apartment door text messaging on her phone. She is in apartment D. I was able to capture video, but it was too dark. However, it records the moment she opens her apartment door and shows the door opened.

1-11 When I laid down directed energy attacks was immediately felt on my stomach. So I ate some garlic and took some vitamin c pills. That helped a little. Although I was laying down, I did not go to sleep right away. But I kept having the desire to go to sleep; symptoms of yawning was very apparent. I know this to be one of their sleep programs, which is what I seen a perpetrator kept going to on his phone a while ago when I was riding the train to Fayetteville. Each time he access the program, I had the effect of being tired and yawning. The menu on his phone showed an animated green frog who’s mouth would open and close constantly. These programs are design to interface with the implants in our body. The reason why they want me to sleep is that they are able to reach and program the implants to do different things a lot easier. Right before going to sleep, attacks was felt on my legs and feet. I had eaten hot cereal, which obviously contain the nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Went to sleep close to 1a. Throughout the night I had strong signal attacks around the toe joints, finger joints, arms (including elbow) and nose. When I was woken at 8a I had an induced rapid heartbeat. The attacks was also centered on the lower back.

1-11 Reset the time to my spy glasses to the previous day. Capture through spy glasses two foreign guys (most likely connected to the super) working in the hallway. Not a coincidence that I just came out earlier to throw the garbage out. Setup DVR system to monitor hallway from apartment door. No one has came out of their apartment for over 4 hours or since I got up around 8a. It is now 12:05p. A male and now female has come out of their apartment.

1-11 The directed energy targeting increased after these parties left from apartment 6B and the workmen. DVR and Spy glasses show this.

1-11 My DVR picked up the perpetrator female coming out of the apartment 6D than coming up to my door and quickly going inside her apartment. Than someone coming from the elevator and running into apartment 6C. To see if the footage was captured, it wasn’t. What was left was 2 second segments up to 1:14p. It is now about 3:30p. So I’m missing about 5 clips that I had before this woman perpetrator came by my apartment door.

1-11 My DVR did picked up the female perpetrator from apartment 6D. But to make sure I was going to get her this time I went out with my spy glasses. So there is footage of me leaving the apartment. She was on her way out and can be going into the elevator with the spy glasses. It is pretty obvious that she was covering for the “tenant” who lives in apartment 6C. I have footage of this individual from a long time ago when I first came to this building. These are the individuals who have been ring my buzzer from downstairs. I noted this sometime ago. It has already been determine that these individuals move in shifts and time intervals. So when one is about to leave, another one replaces that individual.

1-12 12:35p The water is cold throughout the building.

1-12 Noticeable deep line gashes across the lower, middle and upper part (hairline) of the neck. They are situated primarily back of the neck.

1-12/13 Went to sleep around 11:28p. I got up around 4:32a, because I could not sleep. I tried going back to sleep around 5:42a, but the pulsing attacks to the nostril became apparent. So I waited until about 7:07a to move to another area. There I went back to sleep, but before that happened, I put garlic in my nostrils. This seem to help, however, I began to sneeze until I could no longer do that anymore. At around 9a the nasal attacks began again, but this time I was well slept so I got up. Of course I no longer had any attacks as long as I was mobile. This is when I took the time to shave and cut my hair. I discovered nano technology residue all over my head and after the hair cut was completed, so was the directed energy attacks that I had been having on my head everyday. Keeping yourself well groom can help lower the directed energy attacks significantly.

1-13 Every package is opened before I get it. This can be seen a strip of clear across it with the sticky smalls strips pulled up.

1-13 The bathroom water got hot after running it for about 30 minutes. This was around 1:30p. But around 5p. the water was cold and running it did not result in an improvement in temperature. This is a daily occurrence and it is not uncommon for the water to be like this for a longer period of time. But it is typical for the water to be loop warm unless the heating system is on for a certain period of time. The heating system shouldn’t dictate if the water should be hot, but does in this building. This is not something that just happens, it is by design, as the hot water changes the way they can target me with the directed energy weapons.

1-13 As I was going downstairs I heard the perpetrator from the adjacent apartment G so I went back up stairs. My video was on during this period. He was coming out of his apartment. After recording this sequence I went back down stairs to pick up my mail. From the time I was down stairs not once did see him come off the elevator. What you need to understand is that they go from one apartment to the next and believe his apartment is another floor.

1-13 Induced thirstiness, which result in an individuals to drink large amount of fluids, because they never feel like they ever quench their thirst. This happens often even though this is the first time I’m listed in the journal. Note: the liquids that I drink contain large about of nano technology. Nano technology makes my body susceptible for the specific directed energy attacks that I received everyday.

1-14 Went to sleep around 1:43a. When I was woken around 5:30a I first noticed the false loop dream (which happens everyday), induced rapid heartbeat, directed energy pulsing attacks to the knees and shakiness of the arms and hands after standing up. Soonafter I heard the elevator. When this happens one of the outside perpetrator is leaving one of the adjacent apartment. So there is constant flow of new people coming into the building. The camera system that exist in this building is just a cover for the criminal activity that exist against me.

1-15 Daughter comes out of apartment 6D after I came out of my apartment several times. At first she was heading to the elevator, but than she went back inside her apartment. She never attended to come out of her apartment except to hit me with device that was concealed on her persons. I was able to capture this event as my spy glasses was running at this time. I purposely bring my spy glasses when ever I throw out the garbage.

1-15 Continuous attacks to my stomach in the form of directed energy, which produced bloating and gas.

1-16 Went to sleep around 2:01a and was woken around 8a. I first felt directed energy on my fingers of my right hand. Than I could feel a slight induced rapid heart beat. When I stood up I could feel the upper half of my chest shaking.

1-16/17 Was sick today so I went to sleep earlier, but got up multiple times. The first time the attacks were concentrated on my eyebrows. Then the other times after that, they were induced rapid heartbeat. Each time it was more involved than the last one. Towards the morning around 5:30a strong pulsing was felt on my nostril. Meanwhile, attacks to the stomach in the form of directed energy throughout this period.

1-17/18 Went to sleep around 11p. Throughout the night I experienced strong stinging sensations on the feet and arms. Than an induced rapid heartbeat, which lasted until I stood up and walked to another room. The next time I was woken the attacks was concentrated in my nasal, which later included pulsing and directed energy attacks when I made myself to the other room of this apartment.

1-18 4p Heard a loud popping sound from the window of the perpetrator that lived in the next door apartment. Just earlier I had received a phone call from a TI on my GSS line. I did not accept the call, but instead sent a text message giving instructions. I’m very familiar on how they can pipe through a cell phone carrier using someone’s else’s line, or the perpetrator who calls you for the purpose of establishing a link between you and the implants in your body.

1-18 7p Shortly after my Aunt came into the apartment, I first noticed attacks to the head, which feels like electrical current. Then attacks to my legs followed. My Aunt has a smart phone. They are linking to her phone to establish a link to my body.

1-18 8:23p Heard a very loud popping sound on the floor board, which is connected to the ceiling from apartment 5A. This is where the affects of the energy being directed to my head is coming from. When I went into the shower room the water was close to hot. This was an immediate decision on my part. When I got into the bathtub, the water immediately start getting colder. Note that the hot water changes the composition of the attacks so that is why there is so much emphasis in changing the temperature of the water. But the cold water does the same thing and have thought about taking cold baths as well.

1-18/19 Went to sleep around 11;10p. When I was woken around 4:37a I had an induced rapid heartbeat and several strong pulsing in my left nostril. When I stood up, these attacks stopped immediately. Later I noticed they had place the nano technology in my right ear. What prompted me to check it was the induced burning and itching sensations that I felt in it. Every time I would place a qtip in it, it would retract. This explains the popping sounds I hear throughout the day.

1-19 8p Package was opened and resealed. The product end up dripping out into the package.

1-20 Increased attacks to the head at around 12p. It felt like current was going through it.

1-21 Went to sleep around 1a and got up around 5:30a. Induced dreams and memory retraction was evident this period although it happens everyday. I then worked on some evidence clips that I took when traveling. Then I went back to sleep around 9:45a. When I was woken around 12:33p I felt signal attacks directed to my right foot toes and burning sensations on my ears. These attacks cause my ears to swell up to the point of becoming untouchable.

1-22 Went to sleep shortly before 2a. I could feel strong vibrations through the floor that affected my legs and torso the most. When I went to sleep and was woken and stand up, I could feel the directed energy directed at my up;per arms and shoulders. The day earlier they were attacking this part of my body with the weapons and the attacks felt like induced muscular pain. When I went to sleep the second time (around 5:30a) and was woken around 7a, attacks was concentrated on my heart, which was increased in a steady and rapid rate, feet, legs, hands, shoulders, arms, nostrils and other parts of my body that I can not identified at the moment.

1-22 Went into the bathroom to take a bath and the water was very hot. It had not been hot like this since July. Occasionally, it might get hot water for short periods, but quickly get cold when I get into the tub. This time it was really hot throughout the time I was taking my bath. So the duration of the bath was shorter, because I can heat my body to the point that I no longer want to be in the bathtub. This is common sense to any landlord who want to encourage tenants to save water. But when the water is always loop warm and gets hotter the longer you run it, it explains why more water is needed to take the same bath. But this isn’t just a landlord being cheap. It has been designed by the engineers of the targeting as 1) an intimidation tool and 2) the biology of how they targeting you (a) discourage you from taking a bath (b) moderating the temperature if you take a bath.

1-22 Strong popping sound was heard from Apartment 6G window, which faces me from the side. The result of this was immediate attacks to the head in the form of directed energy. Later this was followed by quarter size directed energy to the back right and than back. It is now 8:30a.

1-22 Went downstairs to pick up some mail. I received three envelops. The first two was to my Aunt. But the second envelop was to Angel Vicioso from the next door apartment 6B. It was from the Church of Scientology New York. Their offices are 227 West 46th Street, New York, NY 10036. I’ve been notified a while back that this is a CULT organization, but at this time I have not determine that, but maybe someone can educate me.

1-22 Now that Barack (IRAQ) Obama (Osamba) is gone, we (the Targeted Individual community) have nothing to show for the 8 years that he has been in office. All we have is that we put a Black (Bi-racial) Man in office. But for TI who took time to campaign for him and write letters seeking his assistance, we lost more than if we did nothing at all. With his tenure behind us, we have an even bigger uphill battle to climb, as Donald Trump has already showed his disdain for the poor by overturning some of Obama’s Legislation. With that said, once we realized that the power is in our hands, we would be able to correct the wrong that is being done to us. The focus must be eating healthier foods and developing counter-measures that will make our bodies in-tuned to nature. Once we become less reliant on the things that affect our ability to live normal life, we will prevail.

1-22 After using the Essential Oil treatment attacks to my right ear became more obvious. The attacks of my right ear was so bad that it swelled up to the point I could not put a qtip in it. The had put the nano crystalline – smart dust in these Essential Oil before I received them. This happens to every single item before I receive it and it does not matter where I might be receiving these items: Bronx NYC, Long Island, Fayetteville NC, ect. The criminal organization spans the entire planet and these mail carrier just goes along with the program.

1-22/23 Went to sleep earlier than I usually do. Besides the constant attacks to my ears throughout the day, attacks were felt on my arm. Than as I laid down I could feel the vibrations of the directed energy as I lay on the floor, When I was woken around 2:30a I felt shakiness on my arms. They had been hitting the top joints of both of my arms throughout the day. Then just before I went back to sleep around 4:40a pulsing attacks to the nostril was felt. So I placed garlic in both nostrils and the pulsing attacks were gone. However, the garlic makes me sneeze so going back to sleep is more difficult. The attacks than revert to my stomach, which became especially strong. When I was woken around 8:30a I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and strong spasms to the right arm.

1-23 When I sat down at my table to work on the computer, the attacks were not noticeable. Than after hearing the device being placed in the window of apartment 6G the directed energy attacks could first be felt on the head. But it later included quarter size attacks to my back. It is now after 9:30a.

1-23/24 Went to sleep around 9:30p and was woken several times (11:15p, 1:00a, 5:30a, 7:00a and 9:30a). The first two times I had the systems leading to an induced rapid heartbeat, which included body vibrations. Each time I was woken the systems were more aggressive, leading me to understand that they were leading up to something. When I stayed up for about 2 hours between 1a and 5:30a the third time I was woken I did not have the above symptoms. However, those symptoms were brought back at 7a and 9:30a. Note each time I was feeling as if I had not slept for 2 days, but I slept for 8 hours in between. Another thing was the pulsing of my nose which happened when I would just go to sleep. So I place garlic in both nostrils and that stop those attacks. However, pulsing of my nostrils each time I was woken and directed energy attack to my stomach, legs and arms was present during this period as well.

1-24 Throughout the day attacks could be felt on the head as directed energy. It felt like electrical current hitting this area of my body. And quarter size directed energy on different parts of my back. Later it included pulsing to my back, shoulders and upper arm joints. At times I will hear popping sounds coming from Apartment G’s window. Later attacks increased to the stomach and directed energy attacks to the knees became continuous in the evening.

1-24/25 When I finally settle down the attacks could be feel as vibrations and the directed energy attacks to the right knee continued for about 30 minutes. Each time I moved my legs it would stop and when I stop it would continue. But it was exactly the same feeling of energy as the room I left from. I finally went to sleep around 11:35p, but I was woken around 4:30a. I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and when I stood up to go to the bathroom I could feel the energy in my arms and shoulders as if technology was embedded in these parts of my body. When I laid back down, I felt a strong energy going through my nostrils. Then I noticed small incisions on my nose. When I went back to sleep and was woken around 7:40a. I had an induced rapid heartbeat, but it wasn’t as aggressive as last time.

1-25 After waking up I went straight to the front door because I had heard the elevator open. It was an older lady pulling a big black luggage inside Apartment D. They have been different people going into this apartment. After some time attacks to the head as directed energy was felt. It was continuous.

1-25 I ate the Uncle Ben’s White Rice and Hunts Ketchup that my Aunt brought some months earlier and it had noticeable nano crystalline in it. The attacks started with an induced sleep, which when I was woken, I had a very strong induced rapid heartbeat. Than I went into the bathtub. That is when constant pulsing of my right foot was felt. Earlier while running the water I heard the flow decreased than it start gushing out at a rapid rate. So that might have contributed to the right foot attacks.

1-25/26 In the evening signal attack was felt on both of my knees, but in sessions.  This happened for several hours until I made it to the back. Other attacks was of course to the stomach as this is the repository for attacks to the rest of the body. When I made it to the back, the attacks continued to my knees, but eventually ended up on my elbow, hands, and the continued pulsing that I was getting to my right foot did not stop. When I went to sleep around 4:20a after laying down for several hours, I had an induced rapid heartbeat similar to the one I had earlier. But this time it included my right had as directed energy.

1-26 My attacks are associate with what I put into my body and much technology is in my body. I’m feeling a lot better than I did yesterday and will not be consuming anything today (Food and Liquid).

1-26 2:45p Strong directed energy sensations to the top of my right hand after being woken from a short nap. But just before sleeping I felt directed energy and pulsing attacks to head.

1-26 I went to sleep early, but got up before midnight. I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and when I stood up, shakiness. But because I did not consume anything like I did the previous day, it was no where as intensive.

1-26/27 I worked on my computer to about 2:30a and went back to sleep. I woke up with hardly any symptoms until later. The symptoms increase at the point when I activate the wireless connection, but it is not immediate it may be as far as an hour. Traditionally the attacks are concentrated on the head until I eat something that contains the nano crystalline – smart dust technology and it shifts to the stomach. Than the attacks are migrated to different parts of my body.

1-27 Before 12p. Early in the morning I had an Apple, Bananas and than Ice Cream. I did not noticed anything unusual. Than I had some bread sticks my aunt left in the refrigerator. It had been their a few days. When I first ate it, everything seem ok. until I ate the last one and I could taste the noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust. I wish I knew where she brought these so I can hold the person or persons responsible. The contamination of food is not across the board as many targeted individuals are lead to believe. They have to code these particles specifically to your biology. So it takes coordination and organization to accomplish this. Maybe at a time the business was free of this criminal organization, but overtime if the subject had been in that business several times, it would be infiltrated. With me, it is the second visit, someone else it might be as much as 5 visits to the same location. Anyway, upon eating this item strong directed energy was concentrated on the right side of my head closes to my ear. Than my temple. During this time I heard several individuals coming out of their apartment, appearing to be standing near my apartment door. So I consumed some garlic and apple cider vinegar and did some exercises to give the above ingredients to work it way through my digestive system.

1-27 The attacks to the right side of my head was still felt into the evening. It eventually included attacks to my knees with directed energy and did not stop after moving to the next room. However, attacks to the heads stopped.

1-27/28 Attacks to the knees lasted for a couple of hours, after a while it stop. When I finally went to sleep and was woken around 5:30a attacks to the right hand was felt. It felt like I had been laying on it and the circulation was cut off. But I was sleeping on the reverse side. So the perpetrators of this technology had manipulated the technology from my stomach to my right hand, which they were than manipulating it with the directed energy. After this attack subsided, directed energy attacks to the stomach was felt. This created gas and bloated as what was happening last night before I felt asleep. The next thing I know a constant pulsing of my right foot was felt. They had reactivated the technology that they placed on my right foot from a few days ago. As long as I did not move my foot the pulsing signal was felt.

1-28 9a Noticeable attacks to the head in the form of directed energy, which is typical what happens once I move to my computer. It feels like electrical current going through my head – a sensation of something crawling on it. The signal is coming from Apartment G as it is line of sight to my position.

1-28 2p The water is cold in the entire apartment (Kitchen and Bathroom).

1-29 This was a busy day, because I was move out of one storage room to another. While walking the targeting was not present, but soon as I went inside the Uhaul Rental Office, the directed energy was directed at my feet. It was around 10:45a and the line waiting for service was fairly crowded. I went straight to the bathroom. When I came out, the line became extremely crowded. This is to keep in this location for a considerable amount of time. But my Aunt was the primary person involved in this transaction, so I did not have to wait online. But I did need to sign off on her transaction, because I was the driver. Because of the nature of my targeting and how it associates with the amount of individuals present at a location, It was made sense to run an errand and than to comeback once my Aunt had reached the front of the line. And that is exactly what happened. Also the typical perpetrator tapping on their cell phone, which allows them to coordinate and program implants in my body. After the truck was rented, our next stop was the Storage room. I had been to this storage room before. When I got there, there was someone already moving out. And later I noticed a woman perpetrator working inside her room. I had seen her earlier just entering the area as I was driving in. This is typical what I deal with when they know where I’m going to be at. So it is important to the criminal organization to always have these individuals around me so they can tap into their cell phones to manipulate the implants in my body. After leaving the storage room and driving for a short time, I immediately noticed that someone had been in the vehicle as the signals were present to different parts of my body. This happened as long as vehicles were in my vicinity. This was not present when I first drove the vehicle and after moving in the second storage. I also noticed that the door was not closed all the way. Because the floor I was moving from was not the on the same floor, this gave the perpetrators on the floor unlimited access to the vehicle when I wasn’t on the floor. Certain attacks included pulsing of the temple, directed energy on the face and head, stinging of the thighs and feet, etc.

1-29 19:10 Aldis Store #19 1750 East Gun Hill Road, Suite B, Bronx, NY 10469. Drive into this business, because my Aunt had rented a truck for a storage move earlier. Of course when I got into the store, the typical perpetrators and the use of cell phone for electronic stalking purposes. 1-29/30 After settling down, the attacks to the body was mild in comparison compare to what later happened to me. It was constant pulsing directed energy to the heal and side of my right foot and crawling sensations to the head, forehead and eyebrows. I went to sleep with these symptoms. Note I had not eaten or drink for over two days. I had went to Aldis before I came back to the apartment, so I had food that would last for over two months. Anyway, when I woke up I had Southern Grove Pistachios Roasted with Sea Salt and Apples and Oranges. But I also drank some lemon tea water that I made before I left several hours. This is what lead to strong spasm attacks to both my left and right legs. I could hear their equipment from Apartment G. Because of the intensity of the attacks I could not move my legs, because moving them would produce even more pain. As I was rubbing my leg down, I noticed the muscles was being manipulated with such force that I did not think I would ever come out of this. But I had some vitamin C, Magnesium and Garlic around, which I consumed. And just as these attacks came upon me, they were gone just as fast. That’s because the attacks are being propel from the stomach to the other parts of the body. It is where the technology first enters the body. If I had not eaten or drink the lemon tea, the attacks would have decreased from the point that it was the day before. Because the reserve would have been too low to maintain the same level of the attacks. Also important is that I was in close proximity to the perpetrators and this gave them direct signature to my body. So they were able to program these implants with great accuracy. But there wasn’t enough to produce the kind of attacks I just, because 1) I had not eaten or drink for two days, so the reserve was low and 2) it was not night fall where attacks are generally worse. And 3) the most important thing is the weapons is not just a cell phone, but a pulsing devices that produce very strong waves. And to add the fact that they are in surrounding apartments makes sense why the targeting would be MUCH worse.

1-30/31 I went to sleep earlier than usual. Got up around 8:07a and the attacks was concentrated on my back in the form of shakiness. I also experienced an induced rapid heartbeat several times of the night as well as pulsing attacks to the nostrils. This also included a tiredness feeling although I had slept many more hours than usual.

1-31 Signal attacks to my back was felt throughout the day and towards the evening attacks became the head and knees after hearing two guys talking in the hallway. This happened soon after taking out the garbage. So their is a transmitter in the hallway that they control. I went into exercise mode which diverted the attacks. The exercises is also to deal with the excessive weight gain brought about the perpetrator using the technology on me: 1) creating a shut-in situation, 2) Induced huger and over-eating and 3) how the technology manipulates how food and liquid is removed from the body. So not only does exercise diverts the attacks, it also motivates the removal of technology that is motivating weight gain.

1-31/2-1 I eventually venture into the room where I sleep. Immediately attacks was felt on the stomach. Than the attacks became concentrated on my legs and specifically below the knee cap. I took some vitamin “C”, Magnesium and raw garlic cloves, which quiet it down. After going to sleep around 12:30a and being woken at 4a and than around 6:51a attacks was concentrated on my nostrils. But after being up for sometime in the same location, stinging attacks to my legs was felt. As I was coming towards the front of the apartment, I heard one of the “tenants” going to their apartment. They were coming from apartment G to Apartment B. Then shortly later I heard a lot of movement in the hallway. The lady from apartment C came out with her baby. Apartment D lady came out with her children and Apartment B young male ran out.

Summation: This month started with attacks to the Ears, which greatly affect the hearing especially in the left ear. Than the attacks became concentrated to the Head the entire day, but usually restricted to the evenings. Why was this happening? Well, this start occurring around the time I would hear the pulsing device in apartment G window. Further, this became the month that I was able to get the name of the “tenant” in the next door apartment and video footage of my “neighbors”. Also, intensive documentation was focus on how they operate around me is now known. Later towards the month, what started out as quarter size DEW attacks is now signal attacks and body vibrations concentrated on my back.

12-1 The garlic that I purchased from the Community Vegetables on White Plains Road had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, because each time I consumed it increased attacks to the head was felt. The attacks felt like directed energy on different part of my head.

12-1/2 When I was woken I felt extremely tired as if I had not slept for several days. All day the criminal organization have been making me feel tired. When I went back to sleep I was woken with strong pulsing to my right nostile. It was so strong that another person hearing it would think I was snoring. When I got up I noticed that they had been manipulating my left arm. It felt like technology had been placed in my upper arm joint and that is why it ache in such a way. Meanwhile, attacks to my stomach was continuous. When I moved to another location of the apartment, I immediately heard the elevator as if someone was going down. It was about 2:45a Than as I was searching the internet, I begin to hear the elevator several times. If someone was using it, they was riding it for sometime, because it kept going for at least 5 minutes. I did noticed the energy around my head increasing after the elevator had stopped. It is now around 3:25a.

12-2 3:45a Went back to sleep and when I woke back up around 7a I immediately noticed that my left ear had been completely clogged. So my hearing on my left ear was totally reduced. Plus an induced rapid heartbeat and continuous directed energy to my feet was felt.

12-2 It has not improved since I put the peroxidase in ear. The criminal organization is putting the technology in my ear through my nose by way of my stomach. This explains why my entire left ear is totally clogged. Every now and than I hear an airy sound in my left ear.

12-2/3 Was woken several times with an induced rapid heartbeat and attacks to the feet and arm as directed energy and induced muscular pain.

12-3 Tuck-it Away. Went to the storage room around 9:15a. When I got there I noticed on of the employees in his vehicle. He was programing with his cell phone, which I later found to be two phones. When I confronted him, he explain to me what he was doing. It was pretty obvious that he was given a script to explain to me what he was doing with his cell phone. I did not inquire about what he was doing, it was his reaction to me when he saw me walking several times – so I confronted him about why I was in the storage room. Anyway, there wasn’t many people that I seen at this facility, but I did noticed some attacks coming from a previous storage room that I inquired about during my last trip. The storage room with the man and woman that sit almost across from mine.

12-3 When I was done at the storage room, I made it to the Library, but of course I stopped off several places, because I needed to pick up some gloves and a scarf. It was cold outside. Of course the typical perpetrator activity at these establishments. I had shopped at this store previously, so the electronic stalking activity was very active and coordinated. Pointing cell phones, crowding, getting on the line when I get on and following is just some of the things this criminal organization does.This will be in my video documentation for later viewing.

12-3 New York Public Library. I decided to walk to the NYPL in Fordham Bx NYC. This is a newly built library that I had been to before and that the targeting is very coordinated. When I would sit down, persons who you thought was regular customers of this facility turn out to be the typical stalkers. Than at different times, you will see different individuals standing in your perimeter or sitting down. All of this is being recorded. In one place in the library, it was a security guard who started the initial targeting. When you have personel in any facility engaging in your targeting, you have real problems, because they control how that facility operates around you (people, cameras, wifi, ect). When I first sat down, I noticed strong energy directed at my legs as if there was electrical current turn on at full blast. Each time I got up, the energy will disappeared, so the device was in a book bag that I was able to record. This action makes it possible for perpetrators in your perimeter to manipulate your implants with the cell phone apps on their cell phones. The pain did not start until after 2 hours of being in this facility. It was a feeling of directed energy of my left foot, which would not go away even after leaving the library.

When I went into the store, it was very crowded. There was the usual perpetrators and the store was very dirty with stuff all over the floor. I did not see the particular boxes that I seen in my previous visit. Plus when I asked the Manager for his name, he did refused to give it. He gave the name “Fernando” instead. He said he is the general manager.

12-3 After I got home I consumed the Candy Canes and the Old Fashion Hard Candy. Than I consumed the Fast Bites Cheese Burgers. The attacks was first felt on my jaws. When this happens, the concentration of technology is usually very high, but I did not have the blisters that I had in the past.

12-3/4 When I went to sleep and was woken, attacks was strongest on my left leg. The induced pain was so intensive that moving my leg resulted in more pain. This pain was similar to a muscle spasm or a recent spasm. Eventually I gain full control of my leg after consuming some garlic and vitamins. When I went back to sleep and waking up, the attacks was in the form of directed energy, which was directed at my feet. This was the same kind of signal that I had in the Library.

12-4 When I ate the food that I purchased from dollar tree and took an evening nap, the attacks to my right leg was in the form of pulsing. In this case it felt like a vibrating instrument was attached to my leg. This affect the muscles in my leg, but it was nothing like the spasm like symptoms I experienced the night before. I was able to get up quickly and the attacked disappeared once I moved from the area.

12-5 After eating the Oven Baked Fudge Striped Shortbread attacks to the head, legs and knees was felt. I did not experienced these kind of symptoms throughout the night after the earlier ordeal.

12-5/6 Went to sleep around 10a was woken around 4:15a. When I stood up I could feel shakiness to both hands and arms as if something was attached to it. But a little under 5 minutes these symptoms were gone.

12-6 Ate Chicken Spice Strips with Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain and I could taste noticeable Nano Crystalline In these items. After consuming these items attacks to toes in the form a needle pricks and directed energy to my feet and arm (upper joints). Later I consumed the Pepperidge Farm Swirl Cinnamon and the same as the above was experienced. So you could expect the reaction that I received from the “manager” at the Dollar Tree Store, since over 90 percent of these items have been reconditioned with the nano technology – smart dust. The nano technology have been placed in these products for the purpose of heightening my targeting with directed energy weapons.

12-6/7 Different periods I was being attack on my hands, fingers, legs, feet and toes. When I went to sleep and was woken around 3A when I stood up I experienced shakiness to the arms and hands. Than continuous pulsing to my nose was felt even after staying up. And going to sleep the second time, attacks to my nose was felt through the time I got back up,

12-7/8 Went to sleep around 11:30p. When I woke up I could feel the directed energy focused on my upper arm joints as if something was attached to it. But after 5 minutes of standing the symptoms disappeared. I had broken the connection that was made while laying on the floor. See, the criminals of this advance technology program had placed devices in the ceiling that interact with the implants that are in my body. At times I will hear strong pulsing and feel the vibrations that these devices produce. This is how it is living in an apartment in New York City as a Targeted Individual.

12-8 The graham Crackers that my Aunt purchased from an unknown store had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in them. I felt strong stinging sensations when the crumbs fell on my feet. So the technology placed in the food interacts with the technology that is already in my body. When I consume the product, increased attacks to the stomach, head, feet, fingers joints, back, eyebrows, toes and hands was felt.

12-9 Went to sleep around 2:43a. When I woke up, I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness of the arms and hips. Some attacks was also felt on my hands as directed energy. When I stood up, the attacks stopped, because the link was broken. This happened several times in the night and each time I will hear the elevator going through the floors. This means two things to me. The elevator had been program to be remotely operated. When the elevator go through the floors, it is actually interacting with a pulsing device that was installed in the shaft closes to the apartment that I’m staying in. And because they use many people to reach you, the person involved in the targeting immediately leave the apartment below me, so they can start the process over again when I lay back down.

12-9/10 – The typical shakiness of the arms and shoulders after getting up.

12-10/11 – Throughout the night attacks was felt to the chest, stomach, feet, hands, finger joints, eyes, arms, toes and toes joints and stinging, directed energy and muscular pain.

12-11 Upon consuming the TJ Farms French Fries, Broccoli and Meatballs that I purchased from a Webster Avenue Dollar Tree, quarter sized directed energy attacks was felt on my head. This progressed to attacks to my arms, fingers, hands and nose. Meanwhile, continuous attacks to my stomach was felt before the above attacks occurred.

12-11/12 Went to sleep around 11:15p. When I was woken the first time, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. This included directed energy attacks to my chest and back, shoulders and arms and feet. When I went back to sleep and woke up, it was concentrated on my left ear in the form of burning and crawling. This cause it to itch and to become irritated. The last time I laid back down, it involved attacks to my nostrils in the form of directed energy, Each time this area of my body was attacked it produced a snoring sound. So I put garlic in it. This seem to help somewhat. At some point, attacks was felt on my right hand small finger joint as directed energy. When I got up and start moving around, I notice a loud sound directly underneath me as if something was being moved around. Meanwhile, I can hear and feel pulsing sounds from the floor below me and it is clear that these directed energy devices was placed on the ceiling in apartment 5A.

12-12/13 Went to sleep around 10p. Attacks were first felt on my legs as directed energy, which affected the muscles on legs – something similar to electrical current hitting this part of my body. When I was woken around 4a I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness to the shoulders and arms. Meanwhile, throughout the night attacks was felt in the ears, feet, toes, fingers, hands, joints, knees, eyes and head as directed energy and stinging. I had consumed chicken that I purchased from ALDIS yesterday.

12-13 Induced sleep after consuming Chicken with Noodles that I purchased from ALDIS Gun Hill Road. When I woke up, I could feel the attacks to my legs and knees as strong directed energy vibrations. When I got up to go into the bathtub, these symptoms stopped.

12-14 Went to sleep around 12:30a. When I woke up around 5a, I noticed strong pulsing of the nostrils of my nose in the form of directed energy. They had attached the technology to this part of my body. This happened when I stood up and also shakiness of my shoulders and arms were also felt. It felt like current was going through it. It stopped almost as immediately as it started. The difference from last night is that the attacks was concentrated to these two main areas. But the biggest part was that I did not eat or drink in the night, so the technology wasn’t as concentrated as it had been.

12-`14 9:30a Loud banging on the roof above me. I’m on the top floor.

12-14 1:30a Induced leg spasms. When I moved my legs the pain was so intense that I could not move it. This lasted for about 5 minutes.

12-14/15 Went to sleep around 11:45p. When I was woken, it was around 2a. When I stood up I could feel the shakiness concentrated on both of my arms. After only a few minutes these symptoms disappeared. When I went back to sleep and woke up, the attacks was concentrated on my arms, but the shakiness was less noticeable.

12-15 I have been having a very tiredness feeling for about two weeks now. It makes me feel like sleeping all the time. It is part of the electronic program that I experience everyday. When I sleep, they are able to program these technologies than when I am up and awake.

12-16 Went to sleep around 12:15a. When I was woken around 4a I had a strong induced rapid heartbeat and when I stood up, the shakiness was really strong to my arms. Also strong pulsing to the nostrils of my nose was felt. When I went back to sleep and was woken around 5:30a and 7:30a the same thing occurred. But each time I was woken, the symptoms were less than before. So the amount of technology in my body was less each time I was woken, because the technology that I consumed was being dissolved through the process electro-magnetic energy programing. Yesterday, I had consumed some bumblebee Tuna, Oreo Cookies, Wheatbread and water. All these items had some levels of nano crystalline – smart dust, which would result in these type of attacks. It isn’t so much the attacks than the severity of the attacks, because of the amount of technology that I consumed yesterday.

12-17 Went to sleep around 1:18a. When I was woken around 6:05a I had a noticeable rapid heartbeat. Than when I stood up, shakiness was felt on my shoulders and strong pulsing of my nostril. When I went to sleep again and woken up again, the shakiness wasn’t as prevalent as before as well as the induced rapid heartbeat. The third time I was woken, the attacks was felt on my legs, which prompted me to get up. Strong pulsing of my nostril happens each time I’m woken.

12-17 8:30p Laid down and after about an hour, I felt a strong muscular pain sensation on my chest. When I move, at times the pain becomes overwhelming. The pain is where the technology is placed on this part of my body. Other attacks was my left foot in the form of directed energy. When I placed the zapper in this area, the directed energy attacks stopped.

12-17/18 Went to sleep around 10:37p and woke up around 2:34a and I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. It was strong. This was followed by multiple pulsing of my nostrils. Also shakiness of my arms was felt, which was concentrated on my shoulders and upper arm joints and hands. When I walked around, the attacks subsided.

12-18 One of my computer start shutting down unexpectedly. There was no explanation, except that the criminals of this organization could be shutting off remotely. However, this is the only computer that I have this problem, which have not happened a long time ago. When I turned on the computer the second time, the sound would not work from the motherboard. This cause me to reboot again, which it did work, but again, the computer turned off without assistance. If the computer is over-heating because of a malfunction fan, it would have happened everytime I turn the machine off. But it didn’t. It does appeared that they can manipulate the fan on and off function, which could be causing the machine to turn off, because of a temperature protection of the motherboard.

12-18 Went to sleep around 3:21a and when I was woken at around 6:54a attacks was concentrated on my heart, which became increasingly rapid as I was getting up as well as a strong pulsing of the left nostril of my nose. Than I noticed a strong directed energy concentrated on one of my finger joints. Once I walked around, the attacks decreased.

12-18 What I have learned from this experience is that each time I went to sleep the attacks would be more apparent when I get up. It was liked they program these nano tech – smart dust device into different parts of my body. The last time I got up, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. But as long as I was laying down, the symptoms were almost non existent. Also that occurred was a strong surge of directed energy directed on the joints of my right foot big toes. It was obvious that this was programmed to this part of my body while I sleep.

12-18 While showering, the water started off cool. So I ran it until it became at least tolerable for a bath. Throughout this time, the water kept fluctuating as if someone one controlling the output. When I got in the tub, at times, the water flow would slow to almost nothing and speed up again. Than I noticed a temperature change at this point. I also noticed the sounds of the pulsing device next door. It happens every time I go to the bathroom. But these devices have been placed everywhere, especially the apartments that surround this apartment. That’s why the rooms closes to these apartments are where the signals are strongest.

12-19 Went to sleep around 12:30a, woken around 2:30a, went to sleep around 2:48a was woken around 4:20a, went to sleep around 5:17a and woken around 7:36a. Each time I was woken I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat which was followed by signal attacks to other parts of my body.

12-19 Around 7:45a I went to take a shower. The water was hot, because the heat was on, but it was nothing like what I felt when I put my hand underneath the kitchen sink water. It was scolling hot, which I had to mix with cold water. I believe the water is being feed into another process before it gets into the bathtub. There is no reason for the water to always be close to cold, when I could barely place my hand in the kitchen sink water. I had informed the SUPPER about this, so he is very aware of this problem. He is also a participant, because of past documented evidence concerning these events. Besides, there is no reason for this water issue to escalate at this level and could only happen from the inside.

12-19 Every night increase attacks to the head could be felt as directed energy. It feels like electrical current on my head and gives the receiver the feeling of many things crawling on my head.

12-19/20 Very Tiredness feeling throughout this period that cause me to take a lot of short naps. This is part of the induced sleep program that they put you in so that they can program the technology to do different things in your body. But because I did not drink the tap water or eat the food, I did not experience some of the symptoms that I had experienced the previous nights. Note: Not eating the foods doesn’t stop the attacks, it just minimizes it, because the technology is still in us.

12-20 Turned on the water, it was cold all morning. It is now 12:34p. This includes the Kitchen Sink water, which was very hot around 9a. The bathroom water has not been hot since July.

12-20 Drank the Nestle Pure Life bottle water and after consuming this product attacks to the head and stomach was felt. Than attacks to the right eye, feet, ankles and other parts of my body. This is not the first time I experienced these attacks after drinking this brand of water. DO NOT BUY NESTLE PURE LIFE BOTTLE WATER. I had drank another company water and did not experienced this. This is not bottle water that I’m picking up from the store, this is bottle water that I found in my Aunt’s Apt.And where I found it, NO ONE could have possibly contaminate it. So the result leads me to know that this company is a PERPETRATOR company. Also noted that they was really HITTING the bottle REAL hard with the DIRECTED ENERGY that LITERALLY caused the BOTTLE to move. That is just the frequency weapons targeting the technology in the BOTTLE and my consumed BODY.

12-20 The hot water did not come on until later in the night. When I laid down for an hour and got up, a continuous pulsing of my lower right leg. They had attached the technology that was in the bottle water to this part of my body.

12-20 12:59p Filed a complaint with the New York City complaint line under Migdalia Romero from apartment 6B for an inspection of this premises. Spoke to James Employee Id: M1616. Complaint No: C1-1-1345364612.  The complaint is regarding cold water, water pressure and inconsistency of water temperature from bathroom and kitchen sink.

12-21 Went to sleep around 12:45a, but was woken around 4:10a with an induced rapid heartbeat. It was continuous for about 5 minutes. I went into the bathroom to take a bath, because the heat was now coming on. Surprisingly the water was hot, so I was able to take a short bath unlike the times when the water is loop warm.

12-21 The third time I laid down (5:20a) when I woke up around 6:55a, I noticed directed energy attacks to the stomach. Then I felt a strong signal sensation on my head as if many devices was attached to the right side on my head. At the time I was laying on the right side, because earlier I felt strong pulsing to my nostril when I laid on my left side. Apartment 6G is on this side. They had attached the nano technology that I consumed yesterday from my stomach to my head. This is DNA specific technology.

12-21 8:40a When I stood up I could feel the directed energy that I first felt yesterday on my right leg. It was continuous. Then I felt a directed energy signal as if devices was implanted on my left hand. It, too, was continuous. And continuous quarter size directed energy attacks to the right side of my back. So now there are 3 active attacks to my body.

12-21 Noticeable nano technology – smart dust in the Reggano Angel Hair spaghetti that I purchased from the Gun Hill Road Aldi’s. While I was consuming this product, I could taste the technology as the criminal organization was access it with the directed energy technology.

12-21 Went to take shower and less than a hour I immediately noticed my right hand started to tense up. It became deform from being in the water. However, my left hand did not experienced this same defect. The way to explain this is A large amount nano technology is concentrated on this right hand. I did smell a large amount of chlorine in the water. Meanwhile, the water went from moderate warm to cold almost immediately after getting in the tub.

12-21 White residue seen on right hand after it dried. But nothing was seen on left hand. At this time I can not explain this.

12-21/12-22 Went to sleep around 11:27p. When I was woken around 4:41a spasm attacks to my right leg. It felt like the technology was surround the muscles of my legs. It was so painful that if I moved my leg, the pain would increase.

12-22 The CountrySide Creamery Unsalted Butter from Aldis had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. I had to separate the butter from the ShopRite Strawberry Jelly to determine it was the butter that I was tasting the technology in.

12-22 Strong directed energy that felt like electrical current was experienced on my head near 9p. Than quarter size directed energy focused on the back of my head. But each time I moved from the location it started, the signals would stop.

12-23 4:32a Burning sensation first started on the right ear, than I noticed continuous directed energy attacks to the right foot. As the early morning went on, attacks involved induced muscular pain to the upper right and left arm (especially the right arm) and the continuous pulsing of the right nostril. I put garlic in this area and it stopped. Than some time later continuous pulsing of the right leg. This brought me to stand up.

12-23 Constant pulsing of the lowest part of my right leg and occasional pulsing of my right ear, which feels clog at times. Earlier strong attacks could be felt and heard on my stomach producing gas and bloating.

With each bite I could taste it as if it was cooked into this product. The product was Neumans Date Nut Bread 16 oz. My Aunt ate a small amount of it. It had been in the refrigerator for several weeks. I learned a long time ago not to eat anything right away because the technology is very new. There is a high potency level when the item is first purchased, which explains the heavy amount of stocking when I go into these establishment.

12-23 Induced muscular pain directed at my upper arm joints and stinging sensation to my fingers.

12-24 Went to bed around 1a and was woken around 6:37a. When I stood up I could feel the shakiness through my arm, shoulders and hands. Then I noticed directed energy on the tips of my fingers of both of my hands as if they had feel asleep. These symptoms lasted for about 5 minutes.

12-26 When I got up the directed energy was concentrated on my right foot and the joints of my right fingers. When I went into the bathtub the energy was directed to my lower leg, head and hands. When I go out the bathtub the energy stop.

12-26 Later the energy was concentrated on my back as quarter size attacks. This also similar attacks could be felt on my head and ankles.

12-26/27 Every night after about 10p increased attacks to my head, which feels like electrical current going through it. Added is strong signal sensations to the heal of my right feet, quarter size attacks to my head, some pulsing attacks to my arms and sexual stimulation.

12-27 Went to sleep around 3:15a and was women around 7:30a. Attacks was felt on the arms as shakiness and later my left foot and knee as directed energy. So this put me at only about 4 hours of sleep.

12-27 Shortly after my Aunt left the apartment, I noticed a lot of activity in the hallway. When I looked out, I saw a man that I had never seen in the hallway talking to someone I couldn’t see from my positioned. After they left, the activity continued until about 10 after she had left. Prior to she leaving, I did not noticed any noise in the hallway. The activity appeared to be how they coordinate the targeting.

12-28 Went to sleep around 12:30a and was woken around 2a. Soon afterwards I could feel the directed energy around both of the HEAL of my feet. It progressively got worse as long as I was laying there, so I got up. Meanwhile, I noticed that my Aunt had gotten up to go to the bathroom. This same event also happened earlier, but I was on the computer at the time. Also noted. Before going to sleep, continuous and aggressive attacks was experienced on my stomach in the form of directed energy. I had consumed several things before this time. The aggressive attacks is associated with the nano technology – smart dust in the food and drink and it is clear to me that the attacks to the heals of my feet is related. I don’t know if my aunt getting up before me is connected, but one could wonder.

12-28/29 The typical activity after my Aunt leaves of several “tenants’ going out of their apartment. Some standing in the hallway and others going into the elevator. Others even coming from downstairs into apartment. It is usually around 15 to 45 minutes before it quite.

12-28/29 Went to sleep around 11p, but was woken about 3 hours later. It is typical that when I first try to sleep attacks to my nostril occurs. Than I have to put garlic in my nose, which seems to help. But this day also included attacks to the side of my face centered around my right temple and the centered of my chest, which became so painful that it was difficult to move. I had to put the zapper on this area of my body.  Some attacks was felt on my feet, hands, fingers and toes as well. When I was waken up around 7:30a the attacks consist of a quarter size directed energy to my head. But placing the zapper on this part of my head put an end to this attack.

12-30 Went to sleep around 1:32a. As soon as I was about to go to sleep, I experienced the typical pulsing of my nose. Than I could feel the directed energy on my legs and sexual vibrations. When I woke up around 7:15a I felt no symptoms. But when I stood up, I felt shakiness in my shoulders, upper arm joints, elbows and hands.

Summation: The typical targeting of the body with the surrounding directed energy from surrounding apartment, but the first month that the elevator wasn’t always at play. However, still people congregated in the hallway especially after Aunt leaves apartment. What was different is a stubborn ear infection that won’t go away and affects hearing in my left ear. This is complicated by electro-magnetic pulsing and exposure to chemical technology from the water and food that I consumed and used, which is quite frequent throughout the day.

Year In Review: This is the first year since the targeting begin that I spent a considerable time in the City of New York. So the targeting is more people oriented than in Fayetteville North Carolina, which consist of various pulsing devices that was placed throughout the area. As always, the targeting started off as less involved, but picks up after a month. However, I have access to various techniques that I do not have living away from infrastructure, which can affect me in a positive way.

Anyway, the month started off with recovering from stolen items that occurred in December 2015. Seeking help from the Targeting Individual “community” quickly refreshes my memory of why I go it alone. I don’t participate in conference calls or personal calls or activities associated with this population. But I continue to document the crimes facing me, because this is what I was doing before I  was targeted.

In March I received a call of the passing of my sister. She had been complaining about pain for sometime. My Aunt had told me that she had taken her to the hospital and the doctor had recommended surgery. She walked out the hospital my Aunt claim. Me and my sister have been having an in and out relationship for some years and I had no clue of the severity of her medical condition until the very end. She was 49.

This year also brought the passing of Prince 58, Florence Henderson 82 and George Michael 53. But early in the year it was David Bowie and Glenn Frey. They were both 67. I liked Glenn Frey with the Heat Is On and my Sister liked David Bowie, but George Michael was her BEST.

Other than what was said, there is not much I could add, because the targeting is always a repeat of what has been going on for almost 9 years. So I summarize it as psychological, which is a method of keeping someone in a very depressed frame of mind. Why is this bad, because you are living a unproductive life based on fear of what they will do to you.

Now that might not be the case for everyone being targeted with directed energy weapons, but it is mine. You must respect that and let it be. The PSYCHOLOGICAL factor in my targeting is so real that if I decided to live a normal life, I might just be able to deal with it better. However, I would be wrong if I ignore the fact that being close to these criminals will result in worst targeting as I have been able to identify.

Other important events of 2016 were the dissolving of Freedom From Covert Harassment & Surveillance, GAVIN LONG, the Baton Rouge shooter who was a TI, “Testimonies of Targeted Individuals” Booklet created by PACTS Derrick Robinson that was made for the FBI to investigate these crimes and another TI Suicide, Richard Diell, which tells me we are no better off than 2008.
