Then I have to turn right at the next entrance, which takes me into the church’s parking lot. There is even a sign that says it is the court house parking lot.
Traditionally, individuals parking near my vehicle are signaling/GPSing my location. In other words, they act as a beckon for other perpetrators to attach their devices/transmissions through.
