More FBI privacy violations confirmed

Several months ago I told you how I was victimized by the Fayetteville Police Department and how they have made it their mission to monitor my internet activities. You probably thought I was crazy, but I’m not. The american people are under surveillance  by their government and most are not aware of it. Could it be that the terrorism that happened in 2001 was setup for the purpose of spying on how americans spend their time online. If you are like me, I value my privacy. If someone is prying into my business, I become very alarm. I don’t think it is no one’s DAMN! FUCKING BUSINESS! WHAT I DO ONLINE!!!! AND I VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AS WELL!!!

More FBI privacy violations confirmed

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080306/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/senate_fbi

WASHINGTON – The FBI acknowledged Wednesday it improperly accessed Americans’ telephone records, credit reports and Internet traffic in 2006, the fourth straight year of privacy abuses resulting from investigations aimed at tracking terrorists and spies.

The breach occurred before the FBI enacted broad new reforms in March 2007 to prevent future lapses, FBI Director Robert Mueller said. And it was caused, in part, by banks, telecommunication companies and other private businesses giving the FBI more personal client data than was requested.

Testifying at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Mueller raised the issue of the FBI’s controversial use of so-called national security letters in reference to an upcoming report on the topic by the Justice Department’s inspector general.

An audit by the inspector general last year found the FBI demanded personal records without official authorization or otherwise collected more data than allowed in dozens of cases between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, last year’s audit found that the FBI had underreported to Congress how many national security letters were requested by more than 4,600.

The new audit, which examines use of national security letters issued in 2006, “will identify issues similar to those in the report issued last March,” Mueller told senators. The privacy abuse “predates the reforms we now have in place,” he said.

“We are committed to ensuring that we not only get this right, but maintain the vital trust of the American people,” Mueller said. He offered no additional details about the upcoming audit.

National security letters, as outlined in the USA Patriot Act, are administrative subpoenas used in suspected terrorism and espionage cases. They allow the FBI to require telephone companies, Internet service providers, banks, credit bureaus and other businesses to produce highly personal records about their customers or subscribers without a judge’s approval.

Last year’s audit by Justice Department Inspector General Glenn A. Fine, issued March 9, 2007, blamed agent error and shoddy record-keeping for the bulk of the problems and did not find any indication of criminal misconduct. Fine’s latest report is expected to be released as early as next week.

Several Justice Department and FBI officials familiar with the upcoming 2006 findings have said privately the new audit will show national security letters were used incorrectly at a similar rate as during the previous three years.

The number of national security letters issued by the FBI skyrocketed in the years after the Patriot Act became law in 2001, according to last year’s report. Fine’s annual review is required by Congress, over the objections of the Bush administration.

In 2005, for example, Fine’s office found more than 1,000 violations within 19,000 FBI requests to obtain 47,000 records. Each letter issued may contain several requests.

In contrast to the strong concerns expressed by Congress and civil liberties groups after last year’s inspector general’s report was issued, Mueller’s disclosure drew no criticism from senators during just over two hours of testimony Wednesday.

Speaking before the FBI chief, Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., urged Mueller to be more vigilant in correcting what he called “widespread illegal and improper use of national security letters.”

“Everybody wants to stop terrorists. But we also, though, as Americans, we believe in our privacy rights and we want those protected,” Leahy said. “There has to be a better chain of command for this. You cannot just have an FBI agent who decides he’d like to obtain Americans’ records, bank records or anything else and do it just because they want to.”

Following last year’s audit, the Justice Department enacted guidelines that sternly reminded FBI agents to carefully follow the rules governing national security letters. The new rules caution agents to review all data before it is transferred into FBI databases to make sure that only the information specifically requested is used.

Fine’s upcoming report also credits the FBI with putting the additional checks in place to make sure privacy rights aren’t violated, according to a Justice official familiar with its findings.

Critics seized on Mueller’s testimony as proof that a judge should sign off on the national security letters before they are issued.

“The credibility factor shows there needs to be outside oversight,” said former FBI agent Michael German, now a national security adviser for the American Civil Liberties Union. He also cast doubt on the FBI’s reforms.

“There were guidelines before, and there were laws before, and the FBI violated those laws,” German said. “And the idea that new guidelines would make a difference, I think cuts against rationality.”
Folks! It isn’t about terrorism, it is about the fear of loosing control and how to maintain it.

My Worse Enemy

My worse enemy is listening to other people and than following their advice.

I recently put a downpayment on a lot. It wasn’t something I really wanted to do, but I felt my choices to pursue other options were limited. Therefore, I took it upon myself to listen to the church’s advice to rent a lot at a mobile home park.

To make matters short, it was the worse idea I could have done. It has no electricity until an inspector approves on the repairs. The major repair is the main electric box. Stupid me though it was the owners or power company responsibility.

The last inspection resulted in deaming the box unsound for electricity output and needed to be replaced. So I contacted the church. At first the church said it was going to get a qualified electrician to do the repairs. They also said they were going to cover the cost. Only to find out, neither was true.

The city inspector refuse to write off the repairs since the individual has to prove they are legit. Then I find out that possible jail time might result in this action.

Someone is liable. It isn’t me. Victor the land owner should have had these boxes repaired before anyone moved into these units. It wasn’t the church responsibility, and it surely wasn’t my responsibility!

I know in New York, the power company is responsible for these until. This doesn’t seem to be the case here. But if it was there responsibility, I wouldn’t be having problems with the inspection.

What it seems like is that someone wants to get paid. Every electrician must be licenced before repairs are made. They must registered with the City Of Fayetteville. It cost money to do that. It also cost money to get an inspector to the site. So giving the responsibility to the power company just removes the amount the revenue the city can make off an inspection. CORRUPTION RED TAPE!!!

Some of the things I have experienced in this city has already told me that Fayetteville would not be a good place to develop a base. And the longer I stay here, the more I realize that.

I will give you a report by the end of the week regarding this situation.

But so far, it does not look good. As far as I’m concerned, if I don’t come out of the lease agreement with about 75 percent of my money, I will have to go to court. SIMPLE AS THAT!

The fact that these power systems are not suitable for electricity, only tells me that a more thorough inspection need to be done.

Pocket PC

Things are looking better, but I still haven’t figured out what type of Pocket PC I want to purchase. I’m trying to stay within budget, however, the better ones are more expensive and are recent editions. What this means is that the technology is close to what is currently available today.

The reason why I’m putting so much emphasis on purchasing a Pocket PC, is because it will allow me to pick up more wifi signals without draining my car battery.

Because of cost and convenience, most time my car is stationary. What this means is that I’m not running my gas out my vehicle, which can be pretty costly. Unfortunately, this translates to an inoperable car battery and an emergency jump start.

I had to pay two people to crank my car until I realize that charging my computer isn’t going to work (I nearly lost my labtop due to a power surge and I smell an unsual odor in my vehicle that seems to indicate that if I did not disconnect my labtop, my vehicle would have caught on fire). So this brings me back to the idea of purchasing a pocket PCs.

There are other advantages besides the fact that it won’t drain my battery. It will also allow me to move around a bit better.  But most of all, it will allow me to make phone calls and receive constant weather/financial and news alerts.

The Pocket PC should compliment my labtop, not replace it. Because I still need to code webpages and marketing material.

But it will be a costly proposition indeed; AND A NECESSARY ONE AT THAT!

Other issues include security. I have been faced with a lot of hackers in the city of FAYETTEVILLE NC (more later), so security is my second name. There will be  multiple BULLETPROOF security features included so that I can run my business both effectively and sufficiently.

There is no mokeying around with this issue. IT HAS TO BE DONE RIGHT! OR NOT AT ALL!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!

Staying In Fayetteville

It’s really funny… before I left for my trip to New York, Greyhound called the police stating that homeless people were congrugating in the bathroom. To my surpise, Officer Randall was one of the police officers who arrived. It was six of them! This is the kind of policing that happens in Fayetteville. Instead of targeting the drug dealers, they target the homeless.

Anyway, I was immediate request to prove that I was taking a bus out of town by this negro officer. And can you believe that he was very upset that I was coming back???

Well… he nearly ran out of the bus station when I told him this is a lawyers paradise.

What’s also funny is that I slept for three hours on Port Authority floors and not one officer said anything to me.

The officers in Fayetteville just have too much time on their hands. And this over policing is just a front for them covering up some thing else. I know what it is, it isn’t wise to discuss it right now.

With that said, the church in Fayetteville is opened to me for my internet activities. I have put together some of their computers and plan to update certain sections of their websites.

Hopefully I can incorporate some of my projects within their concept. But it will take some time to get them to understand this new concept.

Anyhow, I have decided to discontinue my plans to go to Raleigh.

Until next time.

New York

I took the bus out of Fayetteville around 10:30 PM and arrived in New York 10:30 AM the next morning. It was a long and enduring ride, but I sufficed. I got my business taken care of as planned and am satisfied with the results.

I left New York at 8:30 PM and arrived in Fayetteville at 8:30 AM. Then I picked up my car and closed my Fayetteville storage room out.

In NY, I reduce the size of my storage room. So now I’m paying $55 vs. the $106 I was paying earlier. I paid 6 months. At the last minute, due to the reduce size of the new storage room, I had to get rid of some furniture; a table and a cabinet I used for my radio equipment. It would have cost me a $100 for the garbage man to pick up, but the storage room manager picked it up for nothing.

I’m down to mostly boxes.

I had to file some papers with the state. It was done without very little hesitation. The staff was so helpful.

Again. I’m satisfied with the results of the trip.

Bike Stolen; Thanksgiving Day

Yes! The back wheel of my bike was stolen. Just earlier I saw a female watch me lock the bike onto a fence. That should have signal an alarm to move the bike to a safe place. I realized this after I came from the shopping center to search for a bike rack to install on my roof. I was not surprise though. Crime has increased in this area tenfold.

Because the bike had gear problems, I was going to trade it in for parts. This would have consisted of an entire bike, but now short of a back wheel. I’m not happy, but I’m not really upset, because just earlier I fell on my head. The weight of my bag did not help and the lack of a clearing zone which made manners worse. But most of all! I was trying to get to lunch; looking at a vendors coat display at the same time. I’ve been needing a coat for some time and that lead to the distraction.

Other than that, I’m ok. I expect to get a new bike soon. Hopefully I don’t break an arm and a leg doing it.

Thanksgiving was considered a good day for me. I was entertained to a variety of different servings and I had more than my share of helpings. It even went as far as me getting a few pieces of clothing to add to my wardrobe.

Anyway, I’m satisfied with what is happening, except the rain. Since I have decommissioned my shopping cart, I realized it takes me a lot longer to prepare for an emergency.

I don’t think I will be using the same sleeping arraignment. It just opens me to a lot of unnecessary headaches.

Other than that, I should be in a better position next week. Please wish me good luck.

Cheers.

Chris

Alex Jones Broadcast

To my 5,358 readers,

I’m running out of patience. If this situation continues, I’m getting the Feds involve.

Recently I wrote Alex Jones about these concerns. It is my hope that he air something about privacy issues and how it is being compromize in America. I don’t believe in everything he says.. .He’s a reformist with some conservatism attributes. He kind of reminds me of former William Cooper (he was murdered by authorities for no reason – NOV 5th), but a lot less forward thinking. I do like the fact that he speaks true to his heart, which means he doesn’t sugarcoat his reasoning.

In some ways, he kind of remind me of myself. If you did not know, I use to host my own radio program. It was more resource oriented (not activist oriented as it later became). But because I wanted to put more emphasis on my websites, I decided to end the program in 2001.

But I do plan to go back on the air again (homeless or not, I’ll be your alternative media of informational networking QOLSPONY). Not the kind of blubber you hear from the elite black minority, but what is happening that people are not aware of.

This brings up the fact that even though “black” radio exist here, it is not accessible to everyone. If you are not part of the black elite community, they will not take your calls. PERIOD! That’s just how it is and that’s why more blacks in the ditchs need to start stations. It isn’t simply having a black person speak about racism (that is just to get you locked into something that has a small impact on what is really going on in america.)

What is going on in America is militarism and globalism. These are the major things that affect american lives. Not just black americans. The poor are major targets of this enterprise, but the middle class is not far behind. If you do not conformed to the power structure, you will become a victim of it.

This is hardly mentioned in black elite stations. And I’m about to out them out in another discussion.

(I’m a product of a middle class family, so this does not include all people from this category.)

This is what I send Alex Jones >

“Hey Alex,

I listen to your program on the shortwave frequency of 99.75 KHZ in the afternoon. I find it to be very informative for what is happening in America today. I particularly can relate to the story you spoke about concerning a trip you took with your family. You stated that the authorities search your car and made you feel very intimidated. In the airport, the situation was worse.

I’m going through a similar experience. It involves the Fayetteville North Carolina police. The story begins with me being stopped on the street because the officers claim I look “suspicious.” This was followed by having to put my hands on my head and emptying all my processions on the ground. I was so baffled by this experience, I sent an email to various organizations.

Since this incident, the police has situate themselves outside the Amtrak Station where I work. See, I use the free WIFI service at the station so I can continue to operate my business. It is how I make my living.

Unfortunately, the police authorities are equipped with various technologies that the public is not aware of, they can tap into any private or public network at their own discretion. As a result, any security becomes invalid (as in my case).

Other government agencies (LIBRARIES AND SCHOOLS)are equipped with this anti encryption technology. Besides that, they have place cameras across the entire city. So they know when I enter and leave the station.

I bring forth this manner because I think it will be a good topic for future programs. There is too much violation of privacy happening in America today.

For instance, why are libraries filled with cameras and why are Internet activities monitored? Why are police targeting law abiding citizens while they let real criminals go unchallenged?

Why? WHY? WHY???”

Well… there you have it, I was basically telling the guy to do an investigation.

Other than that, due to the nature of my websites (bconnews.com and blackconnet.com, I plan to redirect some to other sites I have worked with in the past. They are owned by other people, but you are sure to read my postings there. This is temporary. I do not have the facilities to work on them.

Computer Cointelpro

Could this be a retaliation against the complaint I filed against the police department of Fayetteville, NC who were involved in racial profiling? Well, my computer has been acting very funny recently (mouse acting funny, receiving constant disconnects). This is a week prior to be lorging a complaint against the Police department for stopping within blocks from the precinct for “looking suspicious.”

They haven’t done that recently, so I account this response from the action I took.

The last time my computer went down, I was suspcious of government interference since around here the police have so much time on it hands. And since this is a small town, they can “target” individuals more specifically than in a bigger city.

Why are the police after me? Is it the complaint I made against the “Crumberland” (Cumberland) library system. Remember, the negro told me that this is how things are in Fayetteville and how it always will be. He also say it is legal for the Crumberland Library (Government) system to use ecryption to spy on individuals internet activities.

I wish I can say good things about this place. But as you can see, there are a lot of racist white supremacist who don’t want real black people to achieve. A sad fact indeed.

It is a lot deeper than black/white. Actually, they want you to think it is a white and black thing so they can continue to keep us fighting amongst ourselves.

Anyway, as of 4:03 AM, the Fayetteville vultures are running spy operations on my internet activity. Their cars all have computers in them. It is my belief that they use it to run warrant checks on them through some kind of face recognition technology. So there is no need to stop anyone since they have access to a national database (state id’s and licenses). It is just used for intimedation purposes.

Since the population isn’t vast, they can bean down on individuals unlike a big city (I could be wrong though). They literally have cameras all over the place. These cameras have automatic lenses so they can take pictures of almost any moving object. I’ve observe this with my own vision.

This whole terrorist plot is so the government can keep a watchful eye on american citizens. They are preparing for martial law.

Government Has TOO MUCH POWER

Government has too much power. This power is being used against law abiding citizens like myself who do not have a criminal record. While the criminals continue to control the community. Why is the Fayetteville Police Department so interested in what I type on my computer? Why must I have to spend all my time trying to convenience myself that this really isn’t happening? But it is? It’s happening as of 4:24AM.

What could have prompted the Fayetteville Police to do an individual cointel pro operation on me? (OH! If you don’t know, the cointel pro operation was created in the 60’s and 70’s to kill off all the thinking people and to scare of the people who might become wise). It is how the government maintains this leash today.

I’ll be back. I’m actually motivated now to deal with this violation of our privacy and human rights. The police of FAYETTEVILLE just have too much time on their hands.

I’m an African American. If someone is a terrorist, it is the many white people (and power structure) who make our lives difficult everyday. It is reason why I am homeless today, because of this power structure of authority.

As I sit down here and type this message, I know that I’m running a risk. You have heard it first hand. I’m not safe in Fayetteville or the rest of this country. Because I do not believe in war and colonizing of people of this land.

We are entering our last days of the white power structure. So they are doing everything to stay in power. But GOD won’t let them. Because they are not the choosen people.

Let the truth speak freely.

Driving Lesson

As you have already read, I’m working inside of Amtrak due to the WIFI neglect I received from the library earlier. The woman who is the ticket agent has been very nice to me. She lets me stay uninterrupted. It has been a blessing. Recently she has hooked me up with her son. He agreed to teach me “FREE” of charge. But I told him I will pay him. My thought is when you pay, you can get help later down the road. So that is what I’m looking forward to: establishing a lifetime contact. He will do the 10 hours (or what is necessary to get my license).

I will give you more details next week as this situation develops.
