I’ve come across new information regarding this technology. It seems we’ve been on the wrong path. The common consensus is some sort of ultra low frequency.

In reality they are using a technology known as Near Infrared Spectroscopy. Using nanometer wavelengths in the near infrared spectrum, they are obtaining blood flow patterns based on the absorption of chromophores in the brain. They use an advanced artificial intelligence to then recognize patterns and decode blood flow into inner thoughts, images, and impulse thoughts.

This technology is being combined with a new intelligence program known as SENTIENT. SENTIENT is used as an analysis tool in order to combine the brain data from the near infrared spectroscopy along with IR visuals (through most materials and thin metals), Laser Doppler Vibrometers (focused laser beam reading soundwaves in a given area). This program combines these and other sensors to give the operators options to proceed.

Currently the only known deterrent to this technology is Carbon Black. There are possibly others, anything that can absorb or reflect the near infrared spectrum waves.

I understand this is quite different from what we’ve believed thus far, but they are using satellites to track people and scan their brain with this technology.

I don’t have much more information, but the foils and mylar aren’t enough to reflect near infrared. I wanted to keep everyone informed.

By nature of its function the Orgone Generator’s Orgone output pulses at an adjustable* Hertz frequency. The Hz frequency of the Orgone Generator is the pace at which its Orgone output pulses.

Hertz is named after Heinrich Rudolf Hertz, the first person to provide conclusive proof of the existence of electromagnetic waves. One Hertz is one cycle per second.

(*The JU99 was adjusted by us to 7.83hz the Schuman resonance though the JU99, AO1100, and AO2000 have a fixed frequency which the device’s operator cannot change.)

Unlike devices such as the rife machine, the Orgone Generator’s frequency setting determines the Orgone output itself – not two separate functions and not, as with the rife, “just the frequency.”  For example, all of the wall outlets in the US are set at 60 Hz and one can easily rig an electrical set up to a certain frequency. The frequency is more significant with Orgone Generators over a rife machine because instead of just an “empty electricity” the Orgone itself is pulsing at the frequency to which the operator tunes their device.

One can tune any frequency desirable into the heavier duty devices.

All Orgone Generators above the Ju99, AO1100, and AO2000 have an adjustable frequency. The PFC 2000, PFC2400HD, RAD2400HD, Performer 2400HD, Rad 5, and ATG 12 have a digital frequency displace which provides the operator the ability to precisely tune the frequency of the device.

I will write later on the misconceptions between frequencies and vibration common in New Age circles – when many talk about frequency they more so are interested in the functions discussed in Sympathetic Vibratory physics.

Three classifications of the frequencies listed:

Brainwave Frequencies – These are frequencies associated with various mental states. You can coax your brainwaves to a certain frequency, and in doing so, achieve the mental state associated with that frequency.  These frequencies have been tested for use with pulsed orgone.

Energizing Frequencies – These are frequencies that various parties claim could be used to stimulate some region of the body such as chakras and specific organs.  We have not tested with the orgone generator most of the frequencies that energize organs.

Natural Phenomena Frequencies – This includes natural frequencies that occur in nature (Schumann’s Resonance, for instance), as well as sound tones calculated from the revolution/orbit of the various planets.  The sources of these frequencies claimed that they could affect humans in a variety of ways.  This is a fertile field for astrologers to explore.

0.30 – 0.15 Hz: Mood elevator, against depressive states of mind

0.5 Hz: Whole brain toner.  Very relaxing, especially lower back and head.  Energizes the thyroid, reproductive organs.

A reply comment to aTI who is going through something similar to myself. But because her targeting is more intensive than myself, it require a lot of time to address her issue.

Please understand in addressing her it is not my intentions to neglect my other readers. The long comment is particularly design to address the physical symptoms that a lot of TIs are enduring.

The symtoms don’t go away by complaining as I have done with my former Journals. It goes away by being proactive in making good health and sound decisions concerning the targeting.

No TI organization is good enough to address this problem, which is why I will no longer listen them. They are all on a repeated cycle process, which never ever address the real needs of the TI.

And spending tons of money on shielding is just so they pocket your money without really benefiting you.

Here’s the following message. Pay close attention on what we need to do.

Get rid of SUGAR out of your diet and reduce carbohydrates considerably. Do a monthly cleanse of your body to remove parasites, metals and other materials that can be used for the targeting. Engage in plenty of exercises that will promote presperation and energy.

These are the foods you should eat. Garlic, Ginger, Lemons (peels included), cinnamon, radish, celery or any foods that will build a resistance to the attacks.

Take vitamins C, B complex, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, potassium, grapefuit seed abstract.

What I have done is green tea, citric acid, Epsom salt (internal and in baths). You want remove the technology from the surface of the body.

You also want to use essential oils. Peppermint, clove, and that helps in dealing with pain.

Drink plenty of filtered water. Do not drink bottle water unless you know the source. Tap water is a no no.

Reduce your need for cell phone and wireless communications. Do not use a phone in a car. It magnify the signal, which is a draw to your perpetrators around you. Turn it off when you at home unless you are expecting a call. All calls should be kept short, because of how these criminals can link to the GPS satellites. Never have a phone on when you are sleeping.

Be aware of people around you. They don’t always have cell phones, but it is important to see how they are position to you.

The body has seven chakras. One being the back. So it is important that you know this, because you will feel pain in this area.

Stop fast foods period! The perpetrators are known to put technology in these places.

Walk barefooted when you could. This process will give you balance to the earth, which would make it more difficult for them to access you.

Listen to spiritual music. There is various music that have frequency tones that will interfere with their program to you. You can search frequency healing on YouTube and Google.

When you go to sleep, don’t ever sleep with a full stomach. Sleeping is when they program these pain elements to you.

Anyway, you are an elevated level to me. But you can reverse the control that they have of your body.

So if you follow at least half of what I said, you should see improvements.

I’m no longer referring TIs to groups or organizations, which I feel have all been infiltrated. Most have been started just so they can track TIs.

And the mere fact someone would be encourage on a conference call for hours works against them. Because the cell phone is a major tool for our targeting. So keep the phone off unless you really need it for business.”

As you can see, it is the habit that we have done in the past that is catching up to us today. All the perpetrators are doing is taking advantage of these habits. So the bottom line is to break the cycle of ignorance and you should see improvements in the future.

For instance, stop relying on things that you think is convient. Start making sacrifices for you, your family and the public as a whole.

No TI call or organization is going to tell you. And having rallies convincing other people about our issue, when they themselves have not broken from these minor conveniences is a no go for me.

So follow my examples and you should see improvements.

Police say Kevin Douglas Limbaugh, 48, is the suspect who ambushed and killed Davis police officer Natalie Corona, 22, who had been on the job only a few weeks. Limbaugh opened fire as Corona was investigating a three-car crash.

Hours after the shooting, Limbaugh killed himself with a single gunshot to the head as police closed in, said Davis Police Chief Darren Pytel. A note was found face-up on Limbaugh’s bed during a search by police of Limbaugh’s apartment. “The Davis Police department has been hitting me with ultra sonic waves meant to keep dogs from barking,” read the note, which was typed on a computer. “I notified the press, internal affairs, and even the FBI about it. I am highly sensitive to its affect (sic) on my inner ear. I did my best to appease them, but they have continued for years and I can’t live this way anymore.”

The shooting occurred Thursday night, when Limbaugh rode up on a bicycle and opened fire. Corona fell to the ground after she was struck by the first bullet, but Limbaugh continued to fire, hitting her several times, including once in the neck. Limbaugh then reloaded his handgun and continued shooting — striking a passing bus, the backpack of a woman and the boot of a firefighter — before going back to his home near Fifth and E streets. He was identified as the suspect when authorities discovered a backpack he left at the scene.

Officers later surrounded the home and ordered Limbaugh to come outside. Wearing a bulletproof vest, he came outside, yelled something at the officers and then went back into the house again. He emerged a second time — this time with a gun — before retreating indoors. No shots were fired by the officers. Officers sent a robot into the house after hearing a single gunshot. Limbaugh was found to have shot himself in the head, police reported. It does not appear that Limbaugh and Corona had ever crossed paths before the shooting.

The killing of Corona, and the shooting spree that followed it, was not Limbaugh’s first brush with the law. In September, Limbaugh was arrested at his Davis home — the same place where he shot himself — on a felony charge of battery with serious bodily injury, according to Yolo County Superior Court records. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor in October after a plea deal in which Limbaugh pleaded no contest. The deal resulted in an eight-day jail sentence [TI was probably implanted while he was a captive in jail and didn’t realize it] and probation. Limbaugh was also ordered to surrender a black .223-caliber Bushmaster semiautomatic assault rifle, according to court records. Before the September incident, Limbaugh had no arrest record in Davis.

How Does Rife Machine Work

In 1930s, a Rife Machine was invented by an American Scientist Royal Raymond Rife. Dr. Rife used the principles of resonant frequency to achieve an incredible progress. Everything has a specific frequency, objects can have resonance at the same frequency. It’s like vibration shattering a wine glass in front of a loudspeaker. The wine glass is vibrating a certain vibration rate and when the loudspeaker produces sound at the same frequency, then the wine glass shatters. In the same way, each microorganism (fungi, bacteria, virus, parasite, amoeba, mold, etc.) has a unique and specific frequency (or vibrational rate). When you add more of the same frequency to the microorganism, it cannot tolerate it and it bursts or dies. Rife resonators generate resonance waves that destroy harmful bacteria without doing any harm to the users.

His research eventually recorded 52 specific frequencies that could be used to heal acute, chronic and serious diseases. His experiments were proved that he could safely shatter bad cells and microorganisms by increasing the intensity of frequency. Meanwhile normal human body cells do not resonate to the frequencies produced by a Rife machine. They respond to a much higher frequency. Therefore, healing frequencies will not affect the normal body cells’ structure and good bacteria.
