4-30/5-1 Was woken around 7:30A with a rapid heart beat and uncontrollable nervous system. When I stood up, the rapid heart beat decreased and my nervous system became normal. Throughout the night the perpetrators kept hitting me on different parts of my head. I was woken several times throughout the night: 1A, 2:30A and 5:30A.
5-2 Was woken around 7:30A. I did not notice a rapid heart beat until 3 munutes. That was after laying back down. Then I immediately felt pulsing on my left temple. I left the area and the pulsing did not stop. So I place electrical current around my head and that stopped it. However, as I was holding my head, I could feel how desperate they were trying to pulse this area, so I turned on my engine and left the vehicle. Walking around seem to help as well. When I came back to the vehicle, I turned the engine off, wrap the wire back around my head. At this time, this criminal element is consistantly trying to direct this energy at me and I’m constantly using different methods to stop it. Yesterday, I consumed soda, I did not walk around as I was consuming this beverage. This has a lot to do with what is happening to me today.
5-4 Was woken around 7:30A with a rapid heart beat and uncontrollable nervous system. Then I noticed a presence of electro-magnetic energy directed at my head. This included stinging various regions of my head.
5-3 As I was leaving AIDI’s supermarket, a Fayetteville NC Police Officer approached me. He told me he was informed by the manager of Dollar General located at 3445 Ramsey St. He told me I can not come back into this establishment. He told me if I should come back into this store I would be arrested for trespasing. So I asked him if we can go to speak to the manager. He told me before he can do that, he had to check my license. Of course the purpose of this situation is so he can run a warrant check on me. This is how these crimes started. The over use of this method to profile black males caused me to make a complaint against the Fayetteville NC Police Dept. As a result, the next day, I was placed in a highly advanced harassment program that involves stalkers and the use of electronic weapons. The program is 24/7 and involves the use of the GPS system to monitored and signal attacks to various parts of my body. Many of these attacks are torturous and invasive. The attacks also involves the malicious contamination of food, drink/water and products in the area were the TARGET shops. Anyhow, after the officer returned, we went over to speak to the manager. The manager change her story throughout the conversation, but she later confirmed what I was saying. He name is Natisha. The Officer’s name is confirmed on video as Roppa. After meeting with the manager, I mentioned to the officer about the gang stalking and suddenly the officer had to leave. In short, the officer did say my attitude was not abusive – which should not have warrant the manager’s response. She could be sued for 1) calling the police and 2) making a false allegation that was not founded. But I got BIGGER fish to fry than simply fighting to get into a store that was know for contaminating several products, which I have in my persession. One such product led to me have a difficult bowel movement.
5-4 Around 9:30p as I was laying down, I felt a jerk and immediately stood up. When I stood up, I felt a continuous signal on my right foot. This happens every night. And all in a sudden, I see a line of vehicle passing. There were about 8 vehicles. There is a connection between someone placing these devices on and around my vehicle and the sudden increase in traffic flow in the area. This happens too frequently for no one to not to know what is going on. Even law “enforcement” is very much aware of this situation. Besides this, it is confirmed by me constantly telling them what’s going on. My last video clearly is telling of the situation.
5-5 Was woken with a rapid heart beat and unstabled nervous system. It was around 1:30A. I also felt a wave of electro-magnetic energy directed at my left side of my head. Earlier I heard banging sounds at different parts of my vehicle floor. So the perpetrators is placing these devices there.
5-5 Approximately around 8A sheriff arrived. Told me that someone called about a “suspicious” vehicle on the side of the road. I told him about my situation and was told that I should seek help from the hospital. I was parked on HWY 24, right above I95.

This included the manager of this establishment. Anyway, I purchased Long Grain Rice #3, All purpose potato, Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cans of chuck tuna w/ water, 3lb polish sausage, and sharp cheddar. All products were noticeably contaminated even after cooking it.

Saw “Manager” place orange bag in the fruit and vegetable alse. Earlier I was going to purchase oranges from another store.
5-6 At around 6P the criminal perpetrators are pulsing my legs with electro-magnetic weapons. The pulsing is similar to electricity current going through my body.
5-7 Was woken at around 5:30A. I was attacked with electro-magnetic weapons between my legs. This weapon left large gashes between my legs that swelled up. Went back to sleep.
5-7 Was woken around 8A. I felt electro-magnetic waves throughout my body. Then I noticed a rash of bumps on my back side, which wasn’t present before. This includes attacking of my genitals.
5-7 I consumed one of the 12Pk Fanta Orange Fridge soda’s and Immediately felt nasuea. Then the criminals constantly attack me with electro-magnetic weapons. It was directed to my stomach. I became dizzy and light-headed and could not stand up straight. I ended up taking a nap. But before that, the chemicals that was placed in the food with the contamination of being attack in my stomach cause me to use the bathroom several times.
5-8 Mother’s Day. Heard loud sounds in the back of the vehicle, then I saw vehicles on the roadway heading towards me. It was within 500 ft from me – which is line of sight. Then the vehicle turned around. It was approx. 1P. This happened at my owen drive location next to HWY 87. Within a minute of the vehicle leaving, I felt tingling on my right foot.

When I laid back down, I immediately felt multiple transmissions directed at my head. Each time I get up, with in a few minutes, I will feel a jerk on my vehicle.
5-9 Woke up around 6:30A with a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. But it was not as intense. As I laid down, again, within a few minutes, I felt a jerk on my vehicle, so someone is placing this remote technology on and around my vehicle. The remote technology produces a signal strong enough to affect my entire body.

See lady take milk from refridgerator and she then looked at me as to say I know you wanted to purchase milk. Another lady followed her in picking up the milk – which is psychological programming. They were trying to get me to purchase the milk, because the milk was chemically altered to work with their electronic equipment. When I was about to leave, I saw a man packing groceries in the front of the store. He was constantly eyeing my vehicle. When I went outside, I saw a male coming out of the store without purchasing anything. His license plate is WVD-1460nc. I have seen this many times before. Perpetrators who don’t purchase anything go into the store to stock these contaminated items on the shelves or to survey items that were stocked on the shelves. They have no interests in purchasing something that they know has been contaminated.

I did not have a rapid heartbeat or unstabled nervous system during this period and these attacks were the result of that.

I believe the current to feed the billboards is being used to assist in feeding this micro-wave signal to my body. As I was pulling away, the station came back in. But I decided to move to another location.

5-14 After falling asleep again after only an hour I was woken with a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. The perpetrators was trying to produce a massive heartbeat, because they woke me up suddenly and then attack my stomach. It was around 5:45A.
5-14 I purchased ICE at a Ice House on Owen Drive. After it melted, I could see the smart dust – nano tech particals in the water. So the water is not good for drinking.
5-14 Went to Food Lion to purchase btl water and the first thing I seen was two large carts of food being stocked in the meat section. When I went to the water section, I seen only a few btl. of water to choose from. Earlier I seen a male with a shopping cart full of food, but something unusual I saw. He had a single earplug in his ear. I have seen this many times before. The perpetrators are given commands through these sound/receiving devices, which explains why a single plug was connected to his ear.
5-15 I was woken 10 minutes before 4A with a rapid heartbeat and unstabled nervous system, which I noticed when I stood up. When I laid back down, I was attacked with micro-wave laser between my legs. Later in the night the perpetrators transmitted noises in my right ear.
5-16 Went to slee around 10:30P (which was an induced sleep) and was woken around 2:30A. Throughout this period the perpetrators kept signaling my location (GPSing my location) from a nearby perpetrator situated in a woody area of the roadway were I was positioned. I could feel constant tingling on my right feet. When I moved out of the area to go to the end of the roadway, the tingling stopped for a little while, then it began again. They have several perpetrators positioned in the woods of the roadway where I’m positioned. They are positioned in these areas to GPS my location around the clock. GPSing my location involves the use of a GPS device such as a cell phone, which has been calibrated to interface with nearby cell towers and satellite systems. These cell towers and satellite systems can then target my body with electro- magnetic transmissions and micro-wave frequency attacks. Car traveling the HWY 87 next to the roadway are also part of this onslaught. Anyway, throughout this period, I experienced a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system several times. This included electronic brain mapping, which was directed at several parts of my head.

5-17 Was woken around 2:45A with an extremely rapid heartbeat and unstabled nervous system. I could feel a wave of electro-magnetic signals/transmissions directed at my head. When I stood up, these transmissions quickly disappeared as the signals were coming from below the vehicle. I also noticed the rapid heartbeat continued until it slowly desipated. Earlier I ate some chicken I purchased from IGA supermarket. It was around 4P.
5-17 It rain and some of the rain water ended up inside my vehicle. Then I noticed transmissions being directed to my right foot. Often times the perpetrators would come and place smart dust particals and conductive material underneath my van. This conductive material allows them to send signals to various parts of my body. They usually target my feet so they can then channel it to my heart and head.

I had to sleep on the side were my heart is an that makes it easier for the criminals to trigger a rapid heartbeat. And because I can’t get a visual of my vehicle, I can’t use this facility. The perpetrators often go into my vehicle when I’m not around.

I did not see anything unusual until I went back to purchase a door handle for my truck. I saw a “sale’s” clerk placing new items on the shelf. These are all automotive products. This drew my suspicion, because of how she looked while placing these products on the shelf. There was a evil aura in her eyes.
5-17 Around 9:45A I went inside a Family Dollar Store #0068 on 2873 Owen Drive Fayetteville, NC tele. no. 910-485-1015. I noticed a male and two female workers. One of them was the manager. I saw them hanging out in front of the store. Then as I was checking on my vehicle, I heard them laughing. When I got to the front of the store, both male and female employee surrounded me and than accused me of video tapping them. I denied it, but I was video tapping the store. As usual, their were several carts of food throughout the entire store that have not been stocked yet. So traveling in the store was hazzardous! All in all, because of the continue nature of these crimes, I’m forced to document and that’s the price these employees have to face when they participate in this criminal organization.
5-1/17 Constant attacks of my ears is a result of build up contaminates that is consumed from drinking fluids (water) and consuming food. The attacks are in the form of pulsing my right ear with electro-magnetic transmissions. The constant attacks of my ear force me to clean ou my ear with paper towels, paper receipts and even paper. Both the constant cleaning out my ear of these contaminates lead to swelling.
5-17 On my way to the town center on Owen Drive I was confronted by a black pickup truck positioned on the side street. It was positioned there to drive directly behind me, so I was forced to pull over and than into a lot. Driving into the lot was the result of vehicles that were formerly in the distance are now in my proxmity. Then later as I was entering the Eastern Blvd/Gillepsie Intersection an “All Man” truck arrived suddenly. I pulled into the “Quality Inn” parking lot and drove onto Eastern Blvd and than Gillepsie St. This “ALLMAN” Truck/van got on Gillepsie Street. So I turned off of Gillepsie St. to a side street. I then took a backend road. Next, I made my way onto Southern Avenue onto Owen Drive. And to my amazement I see this “ALLMAN” van again. It was definately setup to be the lead vehicle as I was not traveling in a straight pattern. All the manuvering that I do result in using more gas, but these actions are necessary to divert the electronic attacks. With the height of “terrorism” and the amount of man power used to deter it, it should be surprising that 1) someone is able to operate a motor vehicle, while pulsing a micro-wave signal at “TARGETED SUBJECTS”, 2) someone is able to push chemicals through the age old water system without being detected and so on. If this was some MUSLIM/ARABIC “TERRORIST” doing this to AMERICAN citizens, safety measures would have been put into place to prevent this occurrance. But when American citizens target each other, the U.S. Government does absolutely nothing to STOP it! This is because the U.S. Government has a MANDATE that it wants to fulfill and regardless of who is hurt (or killed) by these actions, these crimes will continue.

5-19 After running errands I rearrived at my friend’s Les’s house. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, my detector kept going off. there were no reason for it. The perpetrators have activated my detector before so this occurrance wasn’t unusual. Activating my detector could have been to get me inside my vehicle to target me, since that would A) put me closer to the perpetrators or B) use whatever they placed inside my vehicle earlier to attack me with these devices. At the time, two men were on the porch in the house across the street “204 Circle CT” off Ramsey St.
5-21 Was woken around 4:30A. This was one house and a half after going to sleep. I immediately experienced a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. Then I noticed my entire arm and hand was saturated with electro-magnetic transmissions. It felt similar to my arm and hand falling asleep, but I was laying on my back the entire time.

And at around 15 minutes to 9A, I experienced a similar heartbeat and unstabled nervous system. Then I noticed that they blew my penis up. This was followed by burning between my legs and electronic brain-mapping (transmissions) to various parts of my head.

I did not see the budwiser can the day before, so someone was hanging out in this area near my vehicle. This is an “isolated” area free of houses, cars and original life.

Meanwhile, he is holding his cell phone, which he glimpse at several times. He gave me his business card, but I gave it back to him. It was very clear why he would got through such an effort to be in my presence – to GPS my location. The chemicals that they place in the water and food makes my body into a magnetic for these electronic devices.

Instead, my fan was turned off due to a “lack” of electricity and I was attacked with micro-wave laser weapons on my genital and upper legs. This was followed by two- vehicles passing through. 5-23 Went to bed around 6:30A. When I got up, I felt a noticeable heartbeat and unstabled nervous system. It was a little after 11A. Then I noticed my fingers being numb on my left hand. My right feet felt like current was going through it.
5-24 In the middle of the night after being woken, I was given a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. I did not stand up. Later after standing up, I could feel the electro-magnetic energy as if there was electrical current.

When I went to the beverage section, I saw items sitting in the boxes half stocked onto shelves . It was like they stopped in the middle of stocking these items as I arrived into the store. Anyway, the SODA was heavily contaminated. Even after I boiled it! After sleeping, when I woke up, I experienced a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. These events are associated with the chemicals that were placed in these products that I consumed. The reason I could equate this to the SODAs is on the next day, I did not consume these sodas and did not get a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system.
5-24 After purchasing the sodas at FOOD LION, I went across the street to purchase ICE at the ICE HOUSE. It looks very similar to BEACH sand. These smart dust particals make me susceptible to the electro-magnetic transmissions that is equated with mind control. The smart dust particals act as a magnifier to the technology, which also manipulates my dreams, transmit false imagines, sounds and decipher mind reading and the visual cortex. This is all being done through a remote-satellite system with the help of GPS, vehicle transmitting micro-wave energy as they pass through the area.
5-26 Was woken several times throughout the night. I was attacked with micro-wave laser between my legs. I did not experienced the usual rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. This is equated to not drinking the SODA or ICE water. So my body is highly dehydrated because of it.

5-26 I’m receiving all the channels on my TV in an area that I was receiving only a few TV stations. This lack of TV signals is related to an area that has been saturated with micro-wave transmissions.
5-25 As I was about drive off, I felt the muscles of my lower leg tightening. The pain was induced by a signal that was transmitted from satellite and or passing vehicles. For a short period, it disabled my ability to walk. I believe the attacks came from constant transmissions made to this area of my body as a calibrated frequency of attacks of the lower muscles controlling my leg.

Each time I stood up, I was viciously attacked between my legs and genital area with remote micro-wave laser weapons. The attacks created electronic swelling in these areas. The reason I stood up is that I felt continuous transmissions directed at my head. It was like someone running a scanner from one part of my head to another.
5-28 Was woken again around 7:30A with a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. What prompted me to stand up is the continue pulsing of different parts of my head with electro-magnetic weapons.
5-28 Within 5 minutes of eating, I hear a poping sound. It was coming from the direction of the woods, which is along side the roadway I was parked at. It sounds very much like a generator (portable), which is connected to a micro-wave transmission device.
5-28 I can taste small particals in the food, while eating it and after the food was consumed.
5-30 After laying down for an hour and standing up, I’m inflicted with a persistant heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. The micro-technology that they placed underneath the vehicle is like a conductor to the chemicals and smart dust particals that was consumed from eating and drinking the contaminated products. The particals are already in the area before I park my vehicle, but several of the perpetrators persistantly places additional particals to make my body susceptible to the technology. Was woken at around 3:30A, 5:30A and 15 minutes to 7A. What prompted me to stand up is the amount of transmissions directed to various parts of my head. This usually is associated with a rapid heartbeat and unstabled nervous system. When I laid back down my heart and nervous system stablizes. The transmissions are being directed to various parts of my head. If I did not drink the liquids or consumed the food, I would not be experiencing this amount of attacks. However, if I consume these products later than I should, the attacks on my body wosens.
5-30 Each day that I wake up, I noticed large amount of fluids coming out of my right ear. The build up of the chemicals is associated with digesting the contaminated food and drink the day earlier.
5-29 Peter Perez mentions to me over the phone that he received a letter from the “JUSTICE” Department. He said that the letter mentioned that it could not help him. This is typical what TARGETED INDIVIDUAL receive. The purpose of sending the Affidavit is procedural and should not be looked at as not meeting it’s goals. Once it is found that the DOJ knew all along about these technology, than they have to explain why they didn’t help him.
5-29 While laying down at my usual location, a vehicle entered the roadway. It went all the way to the end of the roadway and turned around facing me. I have not seen any vehicles staying parked in this area after arriving. I did not get the license plate. I just left the area.
5-29 The Burman’s Whipped Salad Dressing 041498121297 was definately contaminated, as this was the only time I used it with my meal. Another result were continuous rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. This product was purchased at a Ramsey St. ALDI’s Store.
5-30 My entire arm (right) is shaking over two-hours after waking up. This also includes directed energy focus on the right side of my head.
5-30 Saw my right/back camera turned up and occurred last night when someone was placing these remote devices underneath the vehicle. I was parked on the shoulder ramp before you enter I95 towards Lumberton, NC. This isn’t the first time my camera’s were tampered with.
5-30 The perpetrators started stinging me between my legs with micro-wave laser soon after they knew I wasn’t going to stay in my typical area (owen drive). What prompted me to move from this area is the amount of generators that are powering the micro-wave devices. When I got into my new area, a red pickup truck past me and then parked in the spot that I usually park at. This was HWY 24 going towards Fayetteville. It was just sitting there, so I drifted towards I95 North.
5-31 Shortly after 2A I was woken. Then I stood up. That’s when I felt a continuous hard heartbeat that lasted about one minute. This included an unstabled nervous system. This was complicated by me drinking the contaminated btl. water that I purchased from Food Lion. When I laid back down, I could feel the transmissions below me as if there was electrical current underneath me. When I entered the area, I did not experienced this sensation. So I’m sure someone must have placed this technology underneath the vehicle to get this sensation. Oftentimes when I go to sleep, someone who place these devices underneath my vehicle so when I slept, they can manipulate my body with the technology. After standing up, they saturated my genital with painful electro-magnetic waves, which is similar to lighting a match and burning the surface of the skin. They don’t like me standing up, because this breaks the link between the technology and my body.
5-31 Was woken around 6A with a rapid heartbeat and unstabled nervous system. This was after standing up.
