After using Oregano and Peppermint Supreme 4 days ago, I have experienced 2nd to 3rd Degree Burns.
The result is I lost some movement of my Left arm and intensive pain on my back and neck.
The use of these products is the increase attacks to these areas of my body.
The pain resulting from these attacks includes mobility, lifting and carrying on simple tasks.
The technology for a number of months have been centered around the lower and upper spinal cord area, which includes lower and upper back regions and neck.
I have been purchasing essential oils for some time is little relief. Usually concentrated peppermint and DMSO. So I decided to get Peppermint Supreme and Oregano.
Both of these essential oils have proven to be more potent to the skin than the earlier ingredients (especially Oregano).
The symptoms damage is so bad that I have not been able to be active. But than my targeting became so bad that I could hardly lift anything.
So it is common for TIs to try different things to relieve ourselves from the pain. But oftentimes, it can be more detrimental than the targeting itself!
I know of several TIs who are no longer her because they try to relieve the their pain and proven to be lethal.
So the the perpetrators and their alliances are affectively,
- Funding companies with our monies by how much pain they inflict on us.
- Creating a disabled population that exist for the profit of others.
- Create life threatening medical conditions due to the use of products that supposedly aide in the recovery of someone life.
All because I choose to buy food like anyone else from retailers like Walmart, Aldi’s and Food Lion, who systematically develop a process of placing reconditioned nano laced food on the shelves.
Nano is a wireless technology. It is a technology that can be manipulated and programmed by surrounding electro magnetic scalar waves.
When digested, it is manipulated and than program to different areas of the body. Than it is programmed as nerve attachment, which the controller of an electro magnetic device can induce pain, or of their choosing manipulate the motor skills of the person. They can also induce weakness and make it difficult for the person gather up enough energy to move.
That is really bad your problem. Draining you. Now I go to the store and shop and the food to start is not too bad, but than I go back and it’s changed its all filthy and taste bad. At first I thought that they targeted me watching what I buy and than they will buy the same product contaminate it and counterfeit a shipping box, send it back to Walmart to be restocked because Walmart will stock anything its just extra shipment to Walmart.
Than I buy it and eat it.
It’s making me so sick.
But than again food has gotten bad with higher wages. To save money and not throw food away to the dumpster which it should go when it’s bad they go ahead and ship it out. That keeps wages high by feeding us the garbage.

be extended if the evidence is located in a foreign country. Article 32 of the Geneva
Convention prohibits scientific and medical experiments, and torture of civilians. The United States
has been in a declared state of war since October 2001, which invokes the Geneva Conventions.
Military personnel have a Duty to Disobey Unlawful Orders. Military Personnel took an oath, “… to
preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or
domestic.” The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809[890].ART.90 (20), makes it clear that
military personnel need to obey the “lawful command of his superior officer.” The moral and legal
obligation is to the U.S. Constitution, and not to those who issue unlawful orders. Under federal law,
18 USC 242, it is illegal for any government employee to deprive any person of the rights, privileges
or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and 18 USC 241, it is felony to conspire to violate
such rights. It is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Plaintiff’s Complaint: Brian David Robson, dob 08/18/1978, US Citizen, Navy Veteran began
noticing harassment, intimidation, stalking, Electro Magnetic Frequency or EMF strikes (direct
energy, or microwave frequency weapons) and voice to skull attacks a for years. Since then he
suffers from severe sleep deprivation in the form of EMF strikes and shocks to various parts of his
body whenever he falls asleep most nights, loud voices and noise attacks which are intensified at
night. It has been about five (5) years of severe sleep deprivation through a combination of all these
unlawful attacks. Initial Cease and Desist was served via United Stated Certified Mail last August 6,
2021(on file). Not only was the notice ignored, the harassment and attacks have intensified:
Increased numbers of CBAs or “community base agents‖, stalkers and other hired individuals have
been assigned to conduct relentless remote and face to face attacks daily, seven days a week, parking
multiple vehicles in front of his residence, pointing exhaust directly towards bedroom window and
running their engines for hours attempting to poison with carbon monoxide; following him and his
significant other while driving and inside stores, placing aggressive breed dogs off leash in front of
his residence’s door (pitbulls)—photos and videos on file—.Verbally assaulting him and his

significant other (gas lighting), intimidating, using derogatory language, while conducting face to
face assaults, stalking and harassment outside of his residence, in stores and public places. Other
forms of indirect harassment include interfering with his work related activities, blocking important
calls, texts emails. Hacking, tampering with all his electronic devices and infiltrating his social
media blocking his posts and attempting to discredit him in various ways. His phone is muted while
on important calls, his phone rings when he sleeps more than usual, with spam calls or wrong
numbers; tampering with his vehicles and his significant other vehicles. During the last year Brian
D. Robson has moved to 3 different states within the United States seeking relieve and traveled once
outside the United States. His residences have been broken into, he was followed on the plane and
on the foreign land, stalked, harassed relentlessly. His heating system was tampered with during the
coldest winter months, making everyone in his home severely ill (urgent care records and complaint
emails on file, reported to police). His mail was stolen from his mailbox; due to the intensity of this
harassment it has been documented with police in at least 2 states. Significant documentation exists,
including videos, photos, emails, police 911 calls and reports. Videos and photos of license plates of
stalkers on the act; Witnesses from several walks of life can attest to the suffering and harm
described herein. Resulting from the events described herein, Brian D. Robson has suffered severe
damages to his physical, mental and psychological health; He has suffered financially due his
inability to work consistently after intense daily sleep deprivation. His nervous system has been
critically impacted; he experiences high blood pressure, sleep apnea, his personal relationships been
affected due to severe stress resulting from the harassment and he presents intense PTSD.

You and your employees, subcontractors, third party associates and delegates are now commanded
to immediately and upon reception of this Notice comply with the following terms:
Cease ALL harassment practices immediately,
a. Refrain from and do not contact him or his significant other, family members or
business associates.

him.
f. Refrain from and do not use tracking devices, satellite, or telephone based gps,
geographical locators, nor external or internal tracking devices on him, his vehicles,

while walking, driving, traveling by air, sea or train worldwide.
g. Refrain from and do not stalk him, follow him in public places, private or commercial
property, his immediate relatives or individuals living with him.
h. Refrain from and do not contact him or his immediate relatives or individuals living
with him, neither by regular mail, electronic media or phone, directly nor through
third parties.
i. Refrain from and do not verbally intimidate him, gaslight him or use any form of
derogatory language, verbal threats or coercion towards him, his immediate relatives
or individuals living with him.
j. Refrain from and do not access his electronic media or that of his immediate relatives
or individuals living with him, including but not limited to phones, computer, social
media accounts or websites which he may use either for personal, recreational or
work related activities.
k. Refrain from using voice of god weaponry, voice to skull, v2k, or other remote
weaponry to harass him, his immediate relatives or individuals living with him.
l. Refrain from using directed energy weaponry, or other Electro Magnetic Frequency
or Microwave weaponry, with the intension to harass him and cause physical harm,
mental harm, or diminish his wellbeing or his immediate relatives or individuals
living with him worldwide.
m. Refrain from and do not use drones, flying objects, cameras, microphones, ultra
bright lights, sirens, loud noises, beeping sounds, or other disturbing noise or spyware

to harass, intimidate or unlawfully spy on him nor his immediate relatives or
individuals living with him.
n. Refrain from and do not download softwares, cameras, microphones, or other spying
tools on his phones, computers, devices, place of residence, place of work or other
recreational location he may reside.
o. Refrain from and do not enter, trespass or break into his place or residence, work nor
his vehicles without properly serving a warrant that is duly supported by law.
p. Refrain from and stop tampering with and destroying his personal property, including
vehicles, electronics, clothing, furniture and any other of his personal property or that
of his immediate relatives or individuals living with him.
q. Refrain from and stop the use of any and all Artificial Intelligence (AI) interrogation
software or any other AI computer programs currently interacting with him.
r. Refrain from and stop using mind reading programs used to send and receive
information, signals to and/or from his brain immediately.
s. Refrain from and stop using satellites, 5g towers or vehicles equipped with frequency
and microwave weapons against him or any other weapons currently in use or those
which could be developed in the future.
t. Refrain from and stop using nanoparticles, smart dust or any other kind of drugs,
mind altering substances or technology of similar to these types against him.
u. Refrain from and stop intercepting and tampering with his medical care and health
related services such as medical, dental, psychological, and metal or any other part of
his body. Including the use of unauthorized medications, experimental drugs or any
other medical procedures and/or frequency related ―treatments.‖
Failure to immediately comply with the terms set forth in this Notice to Cease and Desist will
result in further legal action.
Remedies: Brian David Robson has served his Country and expresses love for this Country, the
values the Founding Fathers have set forth in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence
of the United States of America; especially for the first and second amendment rights, while it is
understood, that only due process may affect these rights.

The Plaintiff has a long road to recovery resulting from the harm this unlawful attacks have inflicted
on his life. Therefore, he reserves all rights to seek commensurate and adequate financial restitution
for these damages.
The Plaintiff gives notice herein and reserves all rights to self-defense with commensurate, equal or
greater force if facing trespassing, or is physically threaten, or attacked.
Besides Brian David Robson, the Plaintiff to this civil action, there are sadly thousands of
Americans unlawfully targeted. All men are created equal under the Constitution of the United
States and as stated in the International Declaration of Human Rights. We therefore urge all of you
to abide by the laws and international treaties the United States is a party to and discontinue this
type of programs, effective immediately, these programs bring shame to all of the citizens of this
great nation, as these programs do not reflect the values of “We the People‖ of the United States of
