12-1 The garlic that I purchased from the Community Vegetables on White Plains Road had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, because each time I consumed it increased attacks to the head was felt. The attacks felt like directed energy on different part of my head.

12-1/2 When I was woken I felt extremely tired as if I had not slept for several days. All day the criminal organization have been making me feel tired. When I went back to sleep I was woken with strong pulsing to my right nostile. It was so strong that another person hearing it would think I was snoring. When I got up I noticed that they had been manipulating my left arm. It felt like technology had been placed in my upper arm joint and that is why it ache in such a way. Meanwhile, attacks to my stomach was continuous. When I moved to another location of the apartment, I immediately heard the elevator as if someone was going down. It was about 2:45a Than as I was searching the internet, I begin to hear the elevator several times. If someone was using it, they was riding it for sometime, because it kept going for at least 5 minutes. I did noticed the energy around my head increasing after the elevator had stopped. It is now around 3:25a.

12-2 3:45a Went back to sleep and when I woke back up around 7a I immediately noticed that my left ear had been completely clogged. So my hearing on my left ear was totally reduced. Plus an induced rapid heartbeat and continuous directed energy to my feet was felt.

12-2 It has not improved since I put the peroxidase in ear. The criminal organization is putting the technology in my ear through my nose by way of my stomach. This explains why my entire left ear is totally clogged. Every now and than I hear an airy sound in my left ear.

12-2/3 Was woken several times with an induced rapid heartbeat and attacks to the feet and arm as directed energy and induced muscular pain.

12-3 Tuck-it Away. Went to the storage room around 9:15a. When I got there I noticed on of the employees in his vehicle. He was programing with his cell phone, which I later found to be two phones. When I confronted him, he explain to me what he was doing. It was pretty obvious that he was given a script to explain to me what he was doing with his cell phone. I did not inquire about what he was doing, it was his reaction to me when he saw me walking several times – so I confronted him about why I was in the storage room. Anyway, there wasn’t many people that I seen at this facility, but I did noticed some attacks coming from a previous storage room that I inquired about during my last trip. The storage room with the man and woman that sit almost across from mine.

12-3 When I was done at the storage room, I made it to the Library, but of course I stopped off several places, because I needed to pick up some gloves and a scarf. It was cold outside. Of course the typical perpetrator activity at these establishments. I had shopped at this store previously, so the electronic stalking activity was very active and coordinated. Pointing cell phones, crowding, getting on the line when I get on and following is just some of the things this criminal organization does.This will be in my video documentation for later viewing.

12-3 New York Public Library. I decided to walk to the NYPL in Fordham Bx NYC. This is a newly built library that I had been to before and that the targeting is very coordinated. When I would sit down, persons who you thought was regular customers of this facility turn out to be the typical stalkers. Than at different times, you will see different individuals standing in your perimeter or sitting down. All of this is being recorded. In one place in the library, it was a security guard who started the initial targeting. When you have personel in any facility engaging in your targeting, you have real problems, because they control how that facility operates around you (people, cameras, wifi, ect). When I first sat down, I noticed strong energy directed at my legs as if there was electrical current turn on at full blast. Each time I got up, the energy will disappeared, so the device was in a book bag that I was able to record. This action makes it possible for perpetrators in your perimeter to manipulate your implants with the cell phone apps on their cell phones. The pain did not start until after 2 hours of being in this facility. It was a feeling of directed energy of my left foot, which would not go away even after leaving the library.

12-3 17:04 Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. Store #4274 2659 Webster Avenue Bronx, NY 10458-4270 Phone: (718) 584-5194. Manager: Carmillo. Purchase Fast Bites BBQ and Breaded Chicken Sandwich and Cheese Burgers, Old Fashion Hard Candy, 12 Candy Canes, Lemon Bar Cookies, Circle A Ranch Spicy Chicken Strips and Chicken Breast Nuggets, Pepperidge Farm Farm House 12 Grain and Whole Grain, Swirl Cinnamon, Oven Baked Fudge Stripe Shortbread, TJ Farms Winter Blend, Shoestring French Fries, Brocoli Cut and PictSweet Corn. When I went into the store, it was very crowded. There was the usual perpetrators and the store was very dirty with stuff all over the floor. I did not see the particular boxes that I seen in my previous visit. Plus when I asked the Manager for his name, he did refused to give it. He gave the name “Fernando” instead. He said he is the general manager.

12-3 After I got home I consumed the Candy Canes and the Old Fashion Hard Candy. Than I consumed the Fast Bites Cheese Burgers. The attacks was first felt on my jaws. When this happens, the concentration of technology is usually very high, but I did not have the blisters that I had in the past.

12-3/4 When I went to sleep and was woken, attacks was strongest on my left leg. The induced pain was so intensive that moving my leg resulted in more pain. This pain was similar to a muscle spasm or a recent spasm. Eventually I gain full control of my leg after consuming some garlic and vitamins. When I went back to sleep and waking up, the attacks was in the form of directed energy, which was directed at my feet. This was the same kind of signal that I had in the Library.

12-4 When I ate the food that I purchased from dollar tree and took an evening nap, the attacks to my right leg was in the form of pulsing. In this case it felt like a vibrating instrument was attached to my leg. This affect the muscles in my leg, but it was nothing like the spasm like symptoms I experienced the night before. I was able to get up quickly and the attacked disappeared once I moved from the area.

12-5 After eating the Oven Baked Fudge Striped Shortbread attacks to the head, legs and knees was felt. I did not experienced these kind of symptoms throughout the night after the earlier ordeal.

12-5/6 Went to sleep around 10a was woken around 4:15a. When I stood up I could feel shakiness to both hands and arms as if something was attached to it. But a little under 5 minutes these symptoms were gone.

12-6 Ate Chicken Spice Strips with Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain and I could taste noticeable Nano Crystalline In these items. After consuming these items attacks to toes in the form a needle pricks and directed energy to my feet and arm (upper joints). Later I consumed the Pepperidge Farm Swirl Cinnamon and the same as the above was experienced. So you could expect the reaction that I received from the “manager” at the Dollar Tree Store, since over 90 percent of these items have been reconditioned with the nano technology – smart dust. The nano technology have been placed in these products for the purpose of heightening my targeting with directed energy weapons.

12-6/7 Different periods I was being attack on my hands, fingers, legs, feet and toes. When I went to sleep and was woken around 3A when I stood up I experienced shakiness to the arms and hands. Than continuous pulsing to my nose was felt even after staying up. And going to sleep the second time, attacks to my nose was felt through the time I got back up,

12-7/8 Went to sleep around 11:30p. When I woke up I could feel the directed energy focused on my upper arm joints as if something was attached to it. But after 5 minutes of standing the symptoms disappeared. I had broken the connection that was made while laying on the floor. See, the criminals of this advance technology program had placed devices in the ceiling that interact with the implants that are in my body. At times I will hear strong pulsing and feel the vibrations that these devices produce. This is how it is living in an apartment in New York City as a Targeted Individual.

12-8 The graham Crackers that my Aunt purchased from an unknown store had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in them. I felt strong stinging sensations when the crumbs fell on my feet. So the technology placed in the food interacts with the technology that is already in my body. When I consume the product, increased attacks to the stomach, head, feet, fingers joints, back, eyebrows, toes and hands was felt.

12-9 Went to sleep around 2:43a. When I woke up, I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness of the arms and hips. Some attacks was also felt on my hands as directed energy. When I stood up, the attacks stopped, because the link was broken. This happened several times in the night and each time I will hear the elevator going through the floors. This means two things to me. The elevator had been program to be remotely operated. When the elevator go through the floors, it is actually interacting with a pulsing device that was installed in the shaft closes to the apartment that I’m staying in. And because they use many people to reach you, the person involved in the targeting immediately leave the apartment below me, so they can start the process over again when I lay back down.

12-9/10 – The typical shakiness of the arms and shoulders after getting up.

12-10/11 – Throughout the night attacks was felt to the chest, stomach, feet, hands, finger joints, eyes, arms, toes and toes joints and stinging, directed energy and muscular pain.

12-11 Upon consuming the TJ Farms French Fries, Broccoli and Meatballs that I purchased from a Webster Avenue Dollar Tree, quarter sized directed energy attacks was felt on my head. This progressed to attacks to my arms, fingers, hands and nose. Meanwhile, continuous attacks to my stomach was felt before the above attacks occurred.

12-11/12 Went to sleep around 11:15p. When I was woken the first time, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. This included directed energy attacks to my chest and back, shoulders and arms and feet. When I went back to sleep and woke up, it was concentrated on my left ear in the form of burning and crawling. This cause it to itch and to become irritated. The last time I laid back down, it involved attacks to my nostrils in the form of directed energy, Each time this area of my body was attacked it produced a snoring sound. So I put garlic in it. This seem to help somewhat. At some point, attacks was felt on my right hand small finger joint as directed energy. When I got up and start moving around, I notice a loud sound directly underneath me as if something was being moved around. Meanwhile, I can hear and feel pulsing sounds from the floor below me and it is clear that these directed energy devices was placed on the ceiling in apartment 5A.

12-12/13 Went to sleep around 10p. Attacks were first felt on my legs as directed energy, which affected the muscles on legs – something similar to electrical current hitting this part of my body. When I was woken around 4a I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness to the shoulders and arms. Meanwhile, throughout the night attacks was felt in the ears, feet, toes, fingers, hands, joints, knees, eyes and head as directed energy and stinging. I had consumed chicken that I purchased from ALDIS yesterday.

12-13 Induced sleep after consuming Chicken with Noodles that I purchased from ALDIS Gun Hill Road. When I woke up, I could feel the attacks to my legs and knees as strong directed energy vibrations. When I got up to go into the bathtub, these symptoms stopped.

12-14 Went to sleep around 12:30a. When I woke up around 5a, I noticed strong pulsing of the nostrils of my nose in the form of directed energy. They had attached the technology to this part of my body. This happened when I stood up and also shakiness of my shoulders and arms were also felt. It felt like current was going through it. It stopped almost as immediately as it started. The difference from last night is that the attacks was concentrated to these two main areas. But the biggest part was that I did not eat or drink in the night, so the technology wasn’t as concentrated as it had been.

12-`14 9:30a Loud banging on the roof above me. I’m on the top floor.

12-14 1:30a Induced leg spasms. When I moved my legs the pain was so intense that I could not move it. This lasted for about 5 minutes.

12-14/15 Went to sleep around 11:45p. When I was woken, it was around 2a. When I stood up I could feel the shakiness concentrated on both of my arms. After only a few minutes these symptoms disappeared. When I went back to sleep and woke up, the attacks was concentrated on my arms, but the shakiness was less noticeable.

12-15 I have been having a very tiredness feeling for about two weeks now. It makes me feel like sleeping all the time. It is part of the electronic program that I experience everyday. When I sleep, they are able to program these technologies than when I am up and awake.

12-16 Went to sleep around 12:15a. When I was woken around 4a I had a strong induced rapid heartbeat and when I stood up, the shakiness was really strong to my arms. Also strong pulsing to the nostrils of my nose was felt. When I went back to sleep and was woken around 5:30a and 7:30a the same thing occurred. But each time I was woken, the symptoms were less than before. So the amount of technology in my body was less each time I was woken, because the technology that I consumed was being dissolved through the process electro-magnetic energy programing. Yesterday, I had consumed some bumblebee Tuna, Oreo Cookies, Wheatbread and water. All these items had some levels of nano crystalline – smart dust, which would result in these type of attacks. It isn’t so much the attacks than the severity of the attacks, because of the amount of technology that I consumed yesterday.

12-17 Went to sleep around 1:18a. When I was woken around 6:05a I had a noticeable rapid heartbeat. Than when I stood up, shakiness was felt on my shoulders and strong pulsing of my nostril. When I went to sleep again and woken up again, the shakiness wasn’t as prevalent as before as well as the induced rapid heartbeat. The third time I was woken, the attacks was felt on my legs, which prompted me to get up. Strong pulsing of my nostril happens each time I’m woken.

12-17 8:30p Laid down and after about an hour, I felt a strong muscular pain sensation on my chest. When I move, at times the pain becomes overwhelming. The pain is where the technology is placed on this part of my body. Other attacks was my left foot in the form of directed energy. When I placed the zapper in this area, the directed energy attacks stopped.

12-17/18 Went to sleep around 10:37p and woke up around 2:34a and I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. It was strong. This was followed by multiple pulsing of my nostrils. Also shakiness of my arms was felt, which was concentrated on my shoulders and upper arm joints and hands. When I walked around, the attacks subsided.

12-18 One of my computer start shutting down unexpectedly. There was no explanation, except that the criminals of this organization could be shutting off remotely. However, this is the only computer that I have this problem, which have not happened a long time ago. When I turned on the computer the second time, the sound would not work from the motherboard. This cause me to reboot again, which it did work, but again, the computer turned off without assistance. If the computer is over-heating because of a malfunction fan, it would have happened everytime I turn the machine off. But it didn’t. It does appeared that they can manipulate the fan on and off function, which could be causing the machine to turn off, because of a temperature protection of the motherboard.

12-18 Went to sleep around 3:21a and when I was woken at around 6:54a attacks was concentrated on my heart, which became increasingly rapid as I was getting up as well as a strong pulsing of the left nostril of my nose. Than I noticed a strong directed energy concentrated on one of my finger joints. Once I walked around, the attacks decreased.

12-18 What I have learned from this experience is that each time I went to sleep the attacks would be more apparent when I get up. It was liked they program these nano tech – smart dust device into different parts of my body. The last time I got up, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. But as long as I was laying down, the symptoms were almost non existent. Also that occurred was a strong surge of directed energy directed on the joints of my right foot big toes. It was obvious that this was programmed to this part of my body while I sleep.

12-18 While showering, the water started off cool. So I ran it until it became at least tolerable for a bath. Throughout this time, the water kept fluctuating as if someone one controlling the output. When I got in the tub, at times, the water flow would slow to almost nothing and speed up again. Than I noticed a temperature change at this point. I also noticed the sounds of the pulsing device next door. It happens every time I go to the bathroom. But these devices have been placed everywhere, especially the apartments that surround this apartment. That’s why the rooms closes to these apartments are where the signals are strongest.

12-19 Went to sleep around 12:30a, woken around 2:30a, went to sleep around 2:48a was woken around 4:20a, went to sleep around 5:17a and woken around 7:36a. Each time I was woken I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat which was followed by signal attacks to other parts of my body.

12-19 Around 7:45a I went to take a shower. The water was hot, because the heat was on, but it was nothing like what I felt when I put my hand underneath the kitchen sink water. It was scolling hot, which I had to mix with cold water. I believe the water is being feed into another process before it gets into the bathtub. There is no reason for the water to always be close to cold, when I could barely place my hand in the kitchen sink water. I had informed the SUPPER about this, so he is very aware of this problem. He is also a participant, because of past documented evidence concerning these events. Besides, there is no reason for this water issue to escalate at this level and could only happen from the inside.

12-19 Every night increase attacks to the head could be felt as directed energy. It feels like electrical current on my head and gives the receiver the feeling of many things crawling on my head.

12-19/20 Very Tiredness feeling throughout this period that cause me to take a lot of short naps. This is part of the induced sleep program that they put you in so that they can program the technology to do different things in your body. But because I did not drink the tap water or eat the food, I did not experience some of the symptoms that I had experienced the previous nights. Note: Not eating the foods doesn’t stop the attacks, it just minimizes it, because the technology is still in us.

12-20 Turned on the water, it was cold all morning. It is now 12:34p. This includes the Kitchen Sink water, which was very hot around 9a. The bathroom water has not been hot since July.

12-20 Drank the Nestle Pure Life bottle water and after consuming this product attacks to the head and stomach was felt. Than attacks to the right eye, feet, ankles and other parts of my body. This is not the first time I experienced these attacks after drinking this brand of water. DO NOT BUY NESTLE PURE LIFE BOTTLE WATER. I had drank another company water and did not experienced this. This is not bottle water that I’m picking up from the store, this is bottle water that I found in my Aunt’s Apt.And where I found it, NO ONE could have possibly contaminate it. So the result leads me to know that this company is a PERPETRATOR company. Also noted that they was really HITTING the bottle REAL hard with the DIRECTED ENERGY that LITERALLY caused the BOTTLE to move. That is just the frequency weapons targeting the technology in the BOTTLE and my consumed BODY.

12-20 The hot water did not come on until later in the night. When I laid down for an hour and got up, a continuous pulsing of my lower right leg. They had attached the technology that was in the bottle water to this part of my body.

12-20 12:59p Filed a complaint with the New York City complaint line under Migdalia Romero from apartment 6B for an inspection of this premises. Spoke to James Employee Id: M1616. Complaint No: C1-1-1345364612. The complaint is regarding cold water, water pressure and inconsistency of water temperature from bathroom and kitchen sink.

12-21 Went to sleep around 12:45a, but was woken around 4:10a with an induced rapid heartbeat. It was continuous for about 5 minutes. I went into the bathroom to take a bath, because the heat was now coming on. Surprisingly the water was hot, so I was able to take a short bath unlike the times when the water is loop warm.

12-21 The third time I laid down (5:20a) when I woke up around 6:55a, I noticed directed energy attacks to the stomach. Then I felt a strong signal sensation on my head as if many devices was attached to the right side on my head. At the time I was laying on the right side, because earlier I felt strong pulsing to my nostril when I laid on my left side. Apartment 6G is on this side. They had attached the nano technology that I consumed yesterday from my stomach to my head. This is DNA specific technology.

12-21 8:40a When I stood up I could feel the directed energy that I first felt yesterday on my right leg. It was continuous. Then I felt a directed energy signal as if devices was implanted on my left hand. It, too, was continuous. And continuous quarter size directed energy attacks to the right side of my back. So now there are 3 active attacks to my body.

12-21 Noticeable nano technology – smart dust in the Reggano Angel Hair spaghetti that I purchased from the Gun Hill Road Aldi’s. While I was consuming this product, I could taste the technology as the criminal organization was access it with the directed energy technology.

12-21 Went to take shower and less than a hour I immediately noticed my right hand started to tense up. It became deform from being in the water. However, my left hand did not experienced this same defect. The way to explain this is A large amount nano technology is concentrated on this right hand. I did smell a large amount of chlorine in the water. Meanwhile, the water went from moderate warm to cold almost immediately after getting in the tub.

12-21 White residue seen on right hand after it dried. But nothing was seen on left hand. At this time I can not explain this.

12-21/12-22 Went to sleep around 11:27p. When I was woken around 4:41a spasm attacks to my right leg. It felt like the technology was surround the muscles of my legs. It was so painful that if I moved my leg, the pain would increase.

12-22 The CountrySide Creamery Unsalted Butter from Aldis had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. I had to separate the butter from the ShopRite Strawberry Jelly to determine it was the butter that I was tasting the technology in.

12-22 Strong directed energy that felt like electrical current was experienced on my head near 9p. Than quarter size directed energy focused on the back of my head. But each time I moved from the location it started, the signals would stop.

12-23 4:32a Burning sensation first started on the right ear, than I noticed continuous directed energy attacks to the right foot. As the early morning went on, attacks involved induced muscular pain to the upper right and left arm (especially the right arm) and the continuous pulsing of the right nostril. I put garlic in this area and it stopped. Than some time later continuous pulsing of the right leg. This brought me to stand up.

12-23 Constant pulsing of the lowest part of my right leg and occasional pulsing of my right ear, which feels clog at times. Earlier strong attacks could be felt and heard on my stomach producing gas and bloating.

12-23 KeyFood Lydig Avenue Bronx, NY 10462. Phone: (718) 829-6604. An item that was purchased (by my Aunt) from this establishment had noticeable Nano Crystalline – Smart Dust in it. With each bite I could taste it as if it was cooked into this product. The product was Neumans Date Nut Bread 16 oz. My Aunt ate a small amount of it. It had been in the refrigerator for several weeks. I learned a long time ago not to eat anything right away because the technology is very new. There is a high potency level when the item is first purchased, which explains the heavy amount of stocking when I go into these establishment.

12-23 Induced muscular pain directed at my upper arm joints and stinging sensation to my fingers.

12-24 Went to bed around 1a and was woken around 6:37a. When I stood up I could feel the shakiness through my arm, shoulders and hands. Then I noticed directed energy on the tips of my fingers of both of my hands as if they had feel asleep. These symptoms lasted for about 5 minutes.

12-26 When I got up the directed energy was concentrated on my right foot and the joints of my right fingers. When I went into the bathtub the energy was directed to my lower leg, head and hands. When I go out the bathtub the energy stop.

12-26 Later the energy was concentrated on my back as quarter size attacks. This also similar attacks could be felt on my head and ankles.

12-26/27 Every night after about 10p increased attacks to my head, which feels like electrical current going through it. Added is strong signal sensations to the heal of my right feet, quarter size attacks to my head, some pulsing attacks to my arms and sexual stimulation.

12-27 Went to sleep around 3:15a and was women around 7:30a. Attacks was felt on the arms as shakiness and later my left foot and knee as directed energy. So this put me at only about 4 hours of sleep.

12-27 Shortly after my Aunt left the apartment, I noticed a lot of activity in the hallway. When I looked out, I saw a man that I had never seen in the hallway talking to someone I couldn’t see from my positioned. After they left, the activity continued until about 10 after she had left. Prior to she leaving, I did not noticed any noise in the hallway. The activity appeared to be how they coordinate the targeting.

12-28 Went to sleep around 12:30a and was woken around 2a. Soon afterwards I could feel the directed energy around both of the HEAL of my feet. It progressively got worse as long as I was laying there, so I got up. Meanwhile, I noticed that my Aunt had gotten up to go to the bathroom. This same event also happened earlier, but I was on the computer at the time. Also noted. Before going to sleep, continuous and aggressive attacks was experienced on my stomach in the form of directed energy. I had consumed several things before this time. The aggressive attacks is associated with the nano technology – smart dust in the food and drink and it is clear to me that the attacks to the heals of my feet is related. I don’t know if my aunt getting up before me is connected, but one could wonder.

12-28/29 The typical activity after my Aunt leaves of several “tenants’ going out of their apartment. Some standing in the hallway and others going into the elevator. Others even coming from downstairs into apartment. It is usually around 15 to 45 minutes before it quite.

12-28/29 Went to sleep around 11p, but was woken about 3 hours later. It is typical that when I first try to sleep attacks to my nostril occurs. Than I have to put garlic in my nose, which seems to help. But this day also included attacks to the side of my face centered around my right temple and the centered of my chest, which became so painful that it was difficult to move. I had to put the zapper on this area of my body. Some attacks was felt on my feet, hands, fingers and toes as well. When I was waken up around 7:30a the attacks consist of a quarter size directed energy to my head. But placing the zapper on this part of my head put an end to this attack.

12-30 Went to sleep around 1:32a. As soon as I was about to go to sleep, I experienced the typical pulsing of my nose. Than I could feel the directed energy on my legs and sexual vibrations. When I woke up around 7:15a I felt no symptoms. But when I stood up, I felt shakiness in my shoulders, upper arm joints, elbows and hands.

12-31 New Years Eve – These are the pictures of my next door neighbor and the super of the building I’m in.

Summation: The typical targeting of the body with the surrounding directed energy from surrounding apartment, but the first month that the elevator wasn’t always at play. However, still people congregated in the hallway especially after Aunt leaves apartment. What was different is a stubborn ear infection that won’t go away and affects hearing in my left ear. This is complicated by electro-magnetic pulsing and exposure to chemical technology from the water and food that I consumed and used, which is quite frequent throughout the day.

Year In Review: This is the first year since the targeting begin that I spent a considerable time in the City of New York. So the targeting is more people oriented than in Fayetteville North Carolina, which consist of various pulsing devices that was placed throughout the area. As always, the targeting started off as less involved, but picks up after a month. However, I have access to various techniques that I do not have living away from infrastructure, which can affect me in a positive way.

Anyway, the month started off with recovering from stolen items that occurred in December 2015. Seeking help from the Targeting Individual “community” quickly refreshes my memory of why I go it alone. I don’t participate in conference calls or personal calls or activities associated with this population. But I continue to document the crimes facing me, because this is what I was doing before I was targeted.

In March I received a call of the passing of my sister. She had been complaining about pain for sometime. My Aunt had told me that she had taken her to the hospital and the doctor had recommended surgery. She walked out the hospital my Aunt claim. Me and my sister have been having an in and out relationship for some years and I had no clue of the severity of her medical condition until the very end. She was 49.

This year also brought the passing of Prince 58, Florence Henderson 82 and George Michael 53. But early in the year it was David Bowie and Glenn Frey. They were both 67. I liked Glenn Frey with the Heat Is On and my Sister liked David Bowie, but George Michael was her BEST.

Other than what was said, there is not much I could add, because the targeting is always a repeat of what has been going on for almost 9 years. So I summarize it as psychological, which is a method of keeping someone in a very depressed frame of mind. Why is this bad, because you are living a unproductive life based on fear of what they will do to you.

Now that might not be the case for everyone being targeted with directed energy weapons, but it is mine. You must respect that and let it be. The PSYCHOLOGICAL factor in my targeting is so real that if I decided to live a normal life, I might just be able to deal with it better. However, I would be wrong if I ignore the fact that being close to these criminals will result in worst targeting as I have been able to identify.

Other important events of 2016 were the dissolving of Freedom From Covert Harassment & Surveillance, GAVIN LONG, the Baton Rouge shooter who was a TI, “Testimonies of Targeted Individuals” Booklet created by PACTS Derrick Robinson that was made for the FBI to investigate these crimes and another TI Suicide, Richard Diell, which tells me we are no better off than 2008.

11-1 While working on the computer an attack to the middle of my chest was felt as muscular pain. I knew that this pain was cause by them remotely putting technology in this area of my body, The pain was so bad that I could no longer work on the computer and any time I move, it just exacerbate it. But after applying green alcohol for a few minutes, the pain subsided.

11-2 Upon waking up I felt pulsing on my left foot ankle and my right knee. When I moved around I heard a person coming out of the next door apt. Than I laid back down. Within about ten minutes, I heard them reenter the apartment. So they must have gone outside to meet someone to recalibrate their phone or device for next round of targeting. The targeting stops once I move around and did not continue until the perpetrator return for next round of targeting. So it isn’t something that happens automatically, it is very person and people involved.

11-3 Soon as I lad down to go to sleep, I heard the elevator and than someone going into the apartment next door. Than I decided to get up to run my water and than I heard someone coming into the same apartment. I stayed in the tub for about 30 minutes until I made it back to my sleeping area. When you go to sleep, the criminals of this organization are able to programmed the technology to different parts of your body. When the morning came, I woke up with no substantial “symptoms”, but I woke up the second time I had noticeable “symptoms.” They were an induced rapid heart mean, manipulation of my right arm in the form of shakiness and directed energy to my feet and hands.

11-3 Throughout the day increase amount of activity outside the apartment in the form of opening and closing doors with no purpose of interrupting the peace inside the building. When I look out, no one have left their apartment. Also with the elevator, no one gets off even though the door has opened several times. So it is clear the elevator is being purposely sent to the floor. Another thing is I have been hearing a lot of construction going on on the roof. The activity in this location has been constant at all hours of the day. It appears that a device has been placed on the roof.

11-4 Soon as I laid down, within a few minutes aggressive attacks to the nose in the form of pulsing was felt. It was continuous throughout the night. When I got up my right arm was shaking and I can feel energy through my hand. Also an induced rapid heartbeat was felt. The attacks are associated with the combination of new devices that was installed the previous day and consuming some fruit last night. The technology in the fruit is remotely placed in different parts of my body like my upper arm joint, which always feels like muscular pain throughout the day, nose, eyebrows, etc. As expected the attacks are felt through my stomach as directed energy, which a pass through for attacks to the other parts of my body.

11-4 11:45p I now check my door periodically to see who enters the perimeter and one of the tenant that lives on the side of me was entering his apartment. He as well as another tenant that lives on the other side of me shares the same blood line with the super. I found this out by an unknown source. Anyway, upon him entering the area, I immediately felt noticeable pulsing to both my right and left knees. Than I heard what sound like a pow sound in the bathroom. I know it to be one of their devices and it had been activated or uplink with new information from this individual. This is around the time that specific attacks start to happen so there is no coincidences here.

11-5 12:30a I decided to run the shower to take a bath later. As was documented, the water would be loop warm sometimes the entire day. But every now and than, the water will get hotter if you ran it long enough. So I left it running until it started to steam up the bathroom. Everything was fine until I got into the tub. Just understand they can see everything you do and read your thought in real time. Anyway, upon getting in the tub I immediately hear someone entering the apartment next door. Than I noticed that the water kept fluctuating as if something was connected to the hot water line, since that is the only water I used, because it is always cooler than it should be. What happened next I knew already. The first few weeks of being in this building, the hot water ran like it does in the kitchen area. But it eventually became a regular everyday event to have loop warm water coming from the hot water faucet. Not once did I think this was just the building not providing hot water, because the kitchen sink is fine. However, after just about 5 minutes, the water began to change in temperature as if I had added cold water to the mix. It was not the familiar loop water, which is being pushed from the apartment next door as well as the nano crystalline – smart dust technology and chemicals that aide in this criminal assault.

11-6 3:24p Key Food 3515 Jerome Avenue Bronx, New York 10467. Phone: 718-881-8790. Manager: Jason. Purchased: Nature’s Own 100 percent Wheat Bread, Nature’s Harvest Honey Wheat, Storoehmann Dutch Country 100 percent Whole Wheat Bread, Banana Cello, Key Food Brand Long Grain Rice and San Giorgio (Ziti, Penne Rigate). As I was shopping, I notice two individuals that told me that they were part of organization around programing implants in my body and surveying food that had been just been placed on the shelves. I also noticed a shopping cart by the meat display and that the bread looked like it already had been stocked on the shelf before I entered the supermarket. When I left, I was confronted by the same character that I seen in the meat section. His pick as well as the surveyor would be posted.

11-7 After consuming the Stroehmann whole wheat bread that I purchased from Key Food Jerome Avenue, I first noticed attacks to the stomach and than attacks proceeded to the feet, head and left finger index finger. I felt it as directed energy and than pulsing. I did not experiencing anything like this before consuming the bread.

11-7/8 Went to sleep earlier than I usually do. The first time I was woken, I experienced strong attacks to my chest that resembled an anxiety attack. Then I got up. This is when I heard the elevator again, which they use to program the technology that is in my body. When I went back to sleep and was woken the second time, the attacks was more involved. It consist of an induced rapid heartbeat, strong directed energy to different parts of my chest and stomach, shakiness of my right arm and than later a strong directed energy pulse to my left eyebrow. Then I got up and start moving around and the elevator is heard. As noted earlier, because I had eaten the bread consisting of a lot of nano crystalline – smart dust, the attacks was especially strong to my stomach and than my head as electronic brain mapping. This is always a sign that the attacks will be especially strong in the areas that the criminal organization put the technology in my body.

11-8 9a Major work on the roof, which consist of a lot of banging. This has been an ongoing experience since this and last month.

11-9 Hillary Clinton lost the election to Donald Trump. This happened after weeks of the media reporting that Hillary was doing better in the polls than Donald Trump. So they might have been some apprehension to go out to vote, since she was going to win anyway. Anyway, what does this means? We know Donald Trump past aggressions were racist towards African Americans, particularly around the Central Park Case and his recent rants around illegal immigration. But America has become increasingly corrupted by a small minority of individuals. This was especially true under the Bush Administration whereby the cases of gang stalking and electronic harassment increased tenfold. If his claims of shaking up corruption in government is true, could it means that there is a potential to end these specific crimes? Let see. But I’m very doubtful. It did not end under Barack Obama who claim he was going to change everything and the next day after being president his cabinet is made of the same people.

11-9 The spaghetti sauce that I had eaten many times before had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. So how it get in there draws suspicious. But it had been a while since I consumed the item, so it must have happened sometime ago. I do know that there is some inside involvement, which is why my Aunt keep stalling her move. There are several other things happening that doesn’t have anything to do with her that is also affecting my presence in this location. It is being controlled by the same people who are placing nano technology in the food, following me around with program cell phone (other devices), pushing chemicals and technology through the water system and targeting me with directed energy while I’m in the apartment, ect. The attacks is motivated by money and the amount of people who are involved. If Donald Trump is effective, these are one of the crimes that will be very difficult to maintain because of the money factor associated with it.

11-9/10 Went to sleep earlier than usual. My Aunt had stayed over from her other place. When the morning came I noticed directed energy directed at my feet. When I stood up, I felt shakiness on both of my arms. The night before muscular pain was felt particularly on my left arm, so I knew they had remotely embedded the technology to this part of my body. Note: It has been very common for the attacks to be centered on my right arm. So this explains the shakiness to both of my arm. The technology placed in the food that I consumed.

11-10/11 Went to sleep around 11p. When the morning arrived attacks to the feet was felt. Then I stood up and a noticeable induced rapid heartbeat was was experienced as well as the shakiness of both of my arms.

11-11 I was able to get some footage of a man and woman in the hallway. Soon as I was seen twice they left. This is the first time I got live footage as I had already indicated in this journal that this activity had happened before.

11-11 7:40p The kitchen hot water came to a trickle after using it for 5 minutes. This did not affect the bathroom water, which I immediately tried after the incident.

11-12 Went to sleep around 1:15a. When I got back up around 5:15a I could feet directed energy around my shoulders and upper arm joints in the form of shakiness. Than after a short time I went to sleep, When I got up around 7a the shakiness was felt on my arms, but nothing like the day before.

11-12 2p The kitchen sink hot water is still off. Before this time I had not had problems with the hot water in this area.

11-13 17:40 Great Variety, Inc. 3072 White Plains Road. As I was walking, several people were seen with text messaging on their cell phone as they were coming towards me. But it was the amount of people pushing shopping carts that got my attention. I also had a shopping cart, which I brought with me. Also, the targeting did not become noticeable until I entered the first store. It was a 99 cents store that I had gone to before. As I was going towards it, I immediately seen two people going towards the store. When I got into the store, I saw one of the employees on his cell phone. Than while looking for items that I wanted to purchased, I seen a guy I originally thought was a customer talking loud on his phone. Than I seen him again as I was shopping in an aisle. This told me that he was part of a criminal network that uses gps technology to access medical implants that are in my body. As I was checking out, this same individual who was previously seen with items was now just standing empty handed. Earlier he even claim that he was a customer, which was quickly discounted by video footage.

11-13 17:49 ALDI Store #19 1750 East Gun Hill Road, Suite B, Bronx NY. Manager Eli and Vasilika claims to be another manager. Purchased Carlini Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bunlength Wieners, Frozen Sweet Corn, Navel Oranges, Value Pk Til Fil, Lemons, Beer Brats, Steam Pea or Corn, Chicken Thighs, 16oz WE Noodles, Great Northern Beans, Bagged Broccoli, Angel Hair Spaghetti, Beef Smoked Sausage, Pinto Beans, Trail Mix, Crinkle Cut Potato, Red Grape Bags, Empire Apples, Celery, Vine Tomatoes, Unsalted Southern Grove Dry Roasted Peanuts and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. As I was shopping I seen several workers STOCKING items on the shelves. This was seen on several alse and is part of my video evidence footage. Further, several individuals was seen on their cell phone in different locations of the store. When this is seen, the store have been configured with remote directed energy devices in different areas of the store. These individuals simply upload information to these devices from the data that they collected as I’m being targeted by perpetrators on my way to the store. This explains why the targeting is more DIRECTED than when I’m mobile. This is also compounded by the fact that I’m now in a confined space.

CVS Pharmacy 310 East Gun Hill Road Bronx, NY 10467. Phone: 718-944-2221. Manager: Lubna. Purchased CVS C 500 MG, NM CAL/MAG/ZINC and Gummy NM Vitamin C Adult. The store became increasingly crowded and individuals began getting on the line soon after I appeared on the line. Some video footage indicate this.

11-13 Quarter size attacks to the head became noticeable after going into several stores in the form of directed energy. Also stinging attacks to the feet was also felt.

11-13/14 After consuming the apples, oranges peanuts, and trail mix that purchased from ALDI Gun Hill Rd, there was noticeable technology in them. When I tried to go to sleep I could not. But when I finally gone to sleep and woke up, I had an induced strong rapid heartbeat.

11-14 Finally the hot water came on. For several days, it was running as a trickle and the temperature of the water was cold. As already mentioned, the bathroom water was not affected.

11-14 The vitamin C’s and Vitamin Magnesium/Zinc/Calcium had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. When I consumed it, the attacks became noticeable to my stomach in the form of directed energy.

11-14/15 Went to bed around 10a. In the evening noticeable attacks to my right arm was felt on my elbow, forearm and upper joint. Than I put the zapper on my arm and the attacks was no longer present. Early in the morning the attacks became directed on my right foot, but after putting the zapper there, the attack subsided.

11-15 When I turned on the cold water pipe, the water did not come out first. Then the water kept squirting out as if something was connected to it. After running it a while, the water flow became normalized. This is the first time the cold water ever had problem, which tells me the effort to connect these devices into the water line to push more chemicals and nano technology through the water system. There is absolutely nothing that can prevent this as the water coming through the building is controlled by the criminal organization. It just gets increasingly worse the longer I’m in the building. Those who are part of this criminal activity just consumes water from outside the building, but those who are not part of this criminal activity are victims of these crimes as well. This explains why I never hear anyone turn their water on.

11-15 After getting up, the elevator was heard again. When I go to sleep, after a while, it quiet down. The elevator has been modified to several as a pulsing device for coordinated attacks. After some time of this, increased attacks to the head, forehead and eyebrows in the form of directed energy was felt. It felt like electrical current on this part of my body.

11-15 Noticeable nano dust (crystalline – smart dust) in the grapes that I purchased from ALDS. This was especially noticeable after eating them as the crystallines could be felt in my mouth.

11-16/17 Went to sleep earlier in the morning on both of these days and when I woke up I had an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness was experienced on my arms. It felt like current was going through it. Once I got up and moved around, these particular attacks stopped. However, attacks are now directed at my feet and legs in the form of directed energy. But once I moved from the area that the attacks got started, it was gone and did not come back right away.

11-17 – The kitchen sink hot water is no running the same loop water flow that the bathroom been running since after a month of being in this building. It does not matter how long I run it. The cold water all ways runs as if I had not turned it on for days. Also, the water flow is not consistent, but very sporadic as if something else is connected to it. There are even periods where the water flow drops down to almost nothing and than it speeds up again. This is not someone turning on the water from an adjacent apartment, this is someone turning on the devices that had been connected to the water system.

11-18 Went to sleep around 12:30a. When I got up the targeting was mostly felt on both of my feet as directed energy and shakiness on both of my arms as if electrical current was going through it. I did not feel a strong induced rapid heartbeat as I did the previous days. I stayed up a good 30 minutes and than I went back to sleep. When I got up this time, no major attacks was felt. Than I changed my sleep location and getting up the third was normal. I did noticed a very dry mouth as if I did not drink water for days, but that too slowly decreased. The thing about the attacks is according to how much technology you consumed and the time span when you consume them. If you consume the technology closes to sleep time and in the evening, the attacks will be worse. Also, according to where you sleep in the apartment can reduce the attacks. I found sleep furthest away from the two adjacent apartments, the attacks where lower as long as I followed the basic rules of not consuming anything in the night and close to sleeping. The current sleeping area is close to the SUPER’S relative, which I was able to pick up via spy camera. So these individuals are living normal lives while they destroy yours. But there is always someone in their apartment to do the attacks. It does not matter what time of the days it is. The walls provide all the cover they need to carry out this criminal activity. It also provides a second income for these individuals. So instead of altering my sleeping patterns, I will alter my sleeping location so I’m in the middle of the apartment.

11-18 Ate the Season Choice Crinkle Cut French Fries from Alds Gun Hill Road and it had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Soon after consuming this product attacks to the stomach was felt. Than attacks to my head, back, hands, fingers and feet in the form of directed energy was experienced. I had not had these symptoms before consuming this product.

11-18/ 19 Slept away from the elevator shaft and there was a noticeable difference in the targeting. I have developed multiple areas to sleep at.

11-19 The Super came up to drop of the rent receipt. I mentioned about the water pressure and the change of temperature between the kitchen and the bathroom. He told me that a washer machine was connected to the line and that explains why these problems occur. But I did not explain to him that all of this occurred a month after I got here and the knocking of the toilet occurred before I arrived. Further, there was a notice left underneath the apartment 6B next to mine. It had the name of Migdalia Romero owing $2,799.88. So now I have a name concerning these cointelpro attacks using wireless technologies, nano tech and infiltration of the water system.

11-21 2:17 Went to sleep and was woken several times because of the noise my Aunt was making. Each time I woke up I could feel the directed energy around my waist as if a device or motor was attached to it. There was also some induced muscular pain on both of my arms. I eaten rice that I purchased from Keyfood and Sausage and Peas from Alds the previous day.

11-21 Attacks to the feet after consuming meal. The attacks was in the form of burning or stinging to different sections of my feet as if technology was being remotely replaced there. Towards the night, the attacks was in the form of pulsing these different sections of my feet, but the most ongoing attacks was the right heal of my feet.

11-22 2:27a Went to sleep this time. When I got up around 5:30a, attacks to my nose in the form of pulsing. There was some attacks to my arms and and induced rapid heartbeat. It was more noticeable when I first got up than the second time. Further, the feeling of dry throat was experienced this day as if I had not drank liquids for days or took medication that created these kind of symptoms. This is not true as I drank almost a half of gallon of liquids just the night earlier. Moreover, there was a strong sensation of directed energy on my right hand, which felt like it was falling asleep or current going through it. When I got up in to move to another location, the attacks were primarily to my nose. This was exactly like yesterday.

11-22 8:33a Rising up finally and I began to hear the elevator again. I also noticed more people coming out of their apartments.

11-22 Noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in the Parkview Brats Beer Bratwurst that I purchased from the Gun Hill Road Alds. This make more that 90 percent of the products contaminated with these nano technology pathogens in it. Within about 10 minutes of consuming the Peas and Brats attacks to the stomach and than the right heal of my foot was felt in the form of directed energy. Also a strong pulse of both my right and left ear was felt. This explains the crawling and stinging sensation that I feel in this part of my body.

11-24 6:24a Strong induced spasm centered around lower right leg below knee and strong signal on centered of right hand in the form of directed energy. This happened as soon as I was woken. Induced muscle spasms is one of the worse assaults that I experience since the attacks began.

11-24/25 Induced rapid heartbeat and attacks to the feet and hand.

11-25 Went to the Tuck Away storage room for a relative to move from one room to another. When I first came into the room, I see a young female siting in the office as if she was waiting for someone or something. Her presence was brief and she was on her cell phone. I had been to this location several times and the presence of devices throughout this facility was felt. I even heard what sounded like a cellular phone in the perimeter of where I was moving items too. I know for a fact (as it had happened in another storage room that I frequent) that such devices like cell phones are placed in a perimeter that they will think I will be at. This allows perpetrator who enter the storage room to program the devices that in return program the technologies in my body. This is why I feel stinging sensations on my feet or toes or other parts of my body. But when I go outside, the attacks stop, because the area is free of devices – especially when mobile. Anyway, in the beginning, I was able to work without the presence of individuals around me. But after a while, one by one individuals would be coming into my perimeter. For instance, two individuals came within two storage room down. They were moving boxes that was probably placed there shortly before I entered the storage room building in anticipation of me being there. They have to have people around me, because this is how they able to map out the area using GPS micro-wave technology. After some time, the targeting became more pronounce and this brought me to leave the storage room briefly. The whole time, there was a white vehicle parked right outside the storage room. This vehicle provides a link from the storage room and the people passing this facility on foot and motor vehicle. So in many incidences, you will not see all the people who is targeting you.

11-25 17:33 Community Green Market 2228 White Plains Road Bronx, NY 10487. Phone Number: (718) 655-4197. Purchased Brocolli, Grapefruit, Garlic, Apples, Pears and Bananas. A female claim to be manager and my video was running at the time.

11-25 I spoke the super, which I seen in the basement. He had came from his apartment. It was about the water (pressure and temperature). He told me that Tenants are allow Washing Machines in their Apartments for $35 a month. Note: there is a Laundry downstairs.

11-25 As I was waiting in front of my Aunt’s Apartment, soon as she arrived, the male perpetrator immediately came out of his apartment, which is next door to the apartment I’m staying at. I had my spy glasses turned on at the time. Unfortunately, my glasses did save the footage of this guy rushing up to me. I had experienced this before and this is why a view finder camera is important in these kind of situations. Well, when I went into the apartment, I could feel a strong continuous pulsing signal underneath the heal of my right foot. So the timing of this guy coming into my perimeter was very important.

11-25 Immediately after eating the Pears, Bananas and Grapefruit attacks to the stomach increased. At some point I laid down and went to sleep and what felt like spasm in both of my legs was being propel by the constant attacks to my stomach. The pain was so excruciated that I could no longer move my legs without feeling intensive pain so I immediately took some vitamin C’s. As a result, the pain was quickly reverse and I was able to gain the use of my legs. From the constant attacks and programmed implants from various perpetrators to the eating the food that I purchased from this Community Green Market is why the attacks was so intensive.

11-26 4:38a When I was woken I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness of my right arm. Also attacks of my left foot in the form of directed energy was felt, specifically the heal of my foot. After this happened, I stayed up and eventually made my way to the bathtub. Like the previous day, the water was hot and did not take long to get a bath.

11-28 The attacks occurred after I was woken and when I stood up. I could feel the directed energy directed to my upper arms joints and shoulders, elbow and hands. As well as a rapid heartbeat. The second time, did not feel any noticeable attacks, but later I decided to get up, I heard what sound like a pulsing device in the apartment directly below mine. When I got up the third time, it was exactly the same as before – rapid heartbeat and when I stood up, it was the noticeable shakiness to the arms, hands, shoulders and elbows as if devices was placed in these areas.

11-29 Subways. This is about the worse thing that a targeted individual is subjected to. When you first entered a subway station, you will notice a single individual loitering around on a cell phone. Than you will see several “passengers” waiting in the token both area. When the train comes, you will see several perpetrators sprinkle throughout the station. This is the starting point of targeting you on the train. Than you will immediately notice at least one perpetrator sitting in the car. They will be usually wearing white ear buds, but sometimes they will be stagged as homeless people laid across several seats. I seen a lot of this. The perpetrators don’t aways need to dial into their cell phone and usually their cell phones will be concealed to a set frequency that other perpetrators would work off of. Something similar to a beacon. In certain instances, a perpetrator will sit right across from me. I have documented evidence of this happening to me. This only happened twice although I had change several subway cars. When you change cars and trains, it makes it difficult for them to reach you the way they want. So it is important to move throughout your trip. The main reason why the subways is so bad is because people tend to be in close proximity to you. And the wifi element is the biggest part of your targeting. I have been in certain subway stations with no persons around and I was able to feel the targeting. Once I moved from these wifi areas onto the outside platform, the targeting pretty much disappeared. I did noticed that the Brighton “Q” line was the worse of all my trips, but that is why each station south of Newkirk had wifi in it. Once the WIFI element is gone, the targeting become more difficult to maintain. Also underwater tunnels seem to be safe havens. I remember traveling this section and the surrounded perpetrators made gestures to stop doing several things to their phone. Once out of this section, they were back to dialing into their phones. The important things is, is that had they continue to dial into their phone the way they were doing before we hit the underwater tunnel, they will have to start from the baseline. Anyway, uploading images and video is a very uphill battle especially if you are using a wireless connection. You might be able to get a few incidences, but we are talking about hundreds of situations that can be linked to electronic stalking. And that is not counting the ones that I was not able to video tape. See, when you are video taping these situations, you might see someone pulling out a cell phone with your eyes, but your video tape might be on someone already dialing into their cell phones. Even with a back camera, I would need a side camera as well, because sometimes that is where the action is. With that said, my targeting involves a lot of people. Some of the people are handlers and some of the people are actual perpetrators, but most of the people are being manipulated through the technology to target me with their cell phone. And not to forget to mentions, some of the people are using their cell phones for other things beside targeting you. So be careful casting everyone as perpetrators. All in all the targeting was mainly focused on my ankle, feet and toes as directed energy. Some attacks was even felt on my head as quarter size directed energy. And many times there was not a single person in the car. But each time I walked, the attacks were gone, even in a car full of people.

11-30 After eating some lemons and garlic, attacks to my head and feet was felt as directed energy. The directed energy increased over time so I placed some skin detox on my head and the decrease of this symptom decreased immediately. This might explain why I have been given these memory retractions through the induced dreams that they give me every night.

11-29/30 Went to sleep around 11:37p. Throughout the night I was woken with muscular and signal attacks to the arms, arm joints, feet (especially left foot), knees (especially left knee), head, hands, back, fingers and toes. I could hear vibrations in the floor as well as a pulsing device, which is in the apartment below me (5A) and the side of me (6G). When I finally got up, the attacks did not stop on my left foot.

11-30 Attacks to my right foot was brief and then redirected to my left foot after placing the zapper on my right foot. This now included the burning of my eyebrows and right knee, which I did not experienced at any time this month (speaking of my right knee).

11-30/12-1 Went to sleep around this period when I stood up around 6a I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat, strong pulsing of the left nostile of my nose and shakiness focused on my right arm. It felt like they had placed the technology in my right arm and which was programmed to give these kind of symptoms. As always upon moving from the position the attacks came from, these symptoms quickly diminish. When I laid back down it wasn’t long that I felt the directed energy on my right foot and than my left foot.

Summation: The month was mainly concentrated on my nose in the form of pulsing and directed energy and feet. Burning and crawling sensations to my ear was also felt. As has been happening the water temperature remain cold for extended period of time, especially the bathroom. But the kitchen became increasingly colder than usual. I knew that they had hooked in more systems into the water system and this explain the lower pressure.

Richard Diell committed suicide.

Richard Diell TI Commits Suicide in the early morning hours of October 12, 2016. He was an active member of People’s Against Covert Torture & Surveillance before he committed these heinous acts. He asked for help not just once, but several times in the time frame of two weeks. But that help never arrived even though he was well known in the Targeted Individual “Movement.” All I can say, as I did before, many times, that the TI movement failed him. But there have been many before him so his death should not come as a surprised.

Since 2007 I became aware of my Targeted Individual status. And in 2008, I connected to an organization called Freedom From Covert Harassment & Surveillance. At this time, there was a lawyer present to do a civil suit against the government of these crimes.

But today no lawyer means no class action lawsuit. In it place is a bunch of disorganization that is purposely being orchestrated as an organization. And somehow, many of these members is ending up dead.

I’m not pointing fingers, but regardless of what it is called, the person who is running it is the same. I don’t accept coincidences, I document them. When things like this continues to happened, you have to draw your own conclusions. I know it is not popular, but it is the truth that would set us free.

With that said, all I can do is pray for his soul and hope he has gone to a better place. And that the people who loved him understood that he had to make this decision. I know it sounds shallow, but it is our reality.

10-2 I went out this day, so this day is more involved than usual. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my targeting, I can only go out when someone is going to be present for a certain period of time. So it can be weeks that I don’t see daylight. Anyway, the day is always confronted with people electronically stalking me. It happens on the street corners and near building entrances where people come out expectantly. It happens when I get to the train station where someone’s head is pin to their phone and hardly notices anyone around them. It is especially challenging in Mass Transit, which my future uploaded video will show. But it takes on a slightly different direction when I entered food stores, because it involves stocking re-conditioned items. Re-conditioned simple means the means to an end. Another way of saying it is that the technology (nano tech and other technologies) and agents (chemicals) are placed in the food to make the body (or target) more susceptible to more targeting with directed energy. This has always been the worse form of targeting, but the easiest to prove. So why aren’t our government agencies doing anything about it? Because there has been a stand down operation initiated for all these agencies to stay quiet. And they are told it is for the good for the nation, because the United States have to be the lead in the development of this technology. So the hell with the thousand of people who had their lives turn upside down.

10-3 Waking up at around 4:30a so that I can get an early bath before official morning arrives. As soon as I run the water, I hear the elevator. The targeting is always worse in the bathroom, because it is adjacent to an apartment and the technology/chemicals that they push through the pipes makes my body more susceptible to the directed energy attacks. When I get out the tub and leave the bathroom, the elevator is again heard. So these individuals are moving from one apartment to the next and are coming from outside the building. After 10 minutes everything becomes quiet again. This is my experience within 15 minutes of taking a bath!

10-5/6 After waking up from a late evening sleep, attacks could be felt on my chest as vibrations. Then my arms and hards. I had consumed a late snack, which consist of chocolate candy. On the 6th night, it included some prunes, which made me go to the bathroom. But the morning felt worse as I had this very tiredness feeling that didn’t want to go away. I believe it had everything to do with what I eaten. I did noticed nano crystalline in the chicken bread nuggets I purchased from a Gun Hill Road, Bronx Dollar General Store.

10-6 Constant attacks to the stomach than my right foot ankle. Some attacks were felt on my knees and my left and right temples. I eaten some cornbread, beans and sausage this day. I could taste the presence of nano crystalline in the cornbread. It is still there after 4 years. The cornbread box says 4-13 2012.

10-6/7 Constant attacks to my feet throughout the day into the next day. The attacks begin to come to a stop towards the mid-afternoon.

10-8/10 Pulsing of my nose, burning of my elbows and stinging of my eyebrows was felt through this period. When I eat the attacks begin in the stomach and are soon directed to my legs, arms and feet. Sometimes I can feel increase attacks to my head.

10-12 After eating the rice and noodle meal I became really tired. Attacks was immediately felt on my stomach and than my feet, legs, head, hand and other parts of my body. I had been outside around many people. And when this happens, they are able to program the various implanted devices in my body. When I eat, these devices become more active, because their are technologies in the food that make my body more active. I also noticed the technology more in the noodles that I purchased from Dollar Tree on Gun Hill Road in NYC.

10-12/13 Throughout the night in to the morning I had several incidences of an induced rapid heartbeat, stinging attacks of my feet, legs and head. Signal attacks to my head and elbows and continuous pulsing of my nose was also felt. Later on in the night I ate some Garlic with some Cytric concoction and that seem to help with reducing some of the attacks, which was being propelled from my stomach. Each time I got up, I felt like falling back asleep. So a sleep program was placed on me while I was outside amongst people.

10-16 After eating the second time, attacks was felt immediate above the eyes (eyebrows) as burning or stinging. Also attacks to the stomach, feet and hands was felt as directed energy.

10-17 Throughout the night into the morning, attacks consist of an induced elevated heartbeat, stomach, hands, legs, feet and head as directed energy. And continuous pulsing of my nose.

10-18 In the evening attacks were centered around the head, eyebrows, hands and arms in the form of directed energy, burning, signaling and muscle manipulation. From time to time it could be felt on my feet and toes.

10-18/19 Throughout the night into the morning attacks were felt on my stomach (which involved strong vibrations of electro-magnetic energy), legs and arms as if I was on top of a motor or engine of a high velocity automobile. This also included aggressive pulsing of my nose and burning and signaling of my eyebrows.

10-20 Similar to last night. Attacks was felt as mostly vibrations when I got up in the morning. It was centered around the arms and legs. Burning of eyebrows and continuous pulsing of nose was very common this period.

10-21 After consuming the food and liquid concoction notice attacks was felt in the stomach as directed energy, Than it was my finger joints, hand and feet as continuous signal pulsing, Later in the evening strong signal pulsing could be felt on my right and left temples and head over all.

10-22 After laying down, I immediately felt the noticeable pulsing of my nose. I had been hearing noise at different points of the floor. So they setup these devices in different areas of their celling so that when I sleep, they can manipulate the different implants that is in my body.

10-22 Right after going to sleep within an hour I was woken with a rapid heartbeat. It was really noticeable and I knew it had to do with the fact I had been drinking the lemon tea throughout the night. The lemon teas consist of boiled tap water, tea, citric acid and other eliments. When I was woken the second time, each time I risen my left leg calves, I felt induced muscular pain. I also noticed I felt extremely tired, so I was put into another controlled sleep. The third time, the attacks was directed to my right leg particularly my calves. The pain mirror the last leg. And when I got up, I immediately noticed the elevator moving throughout the floors. So their are different individuals accessing the apartment directly below me, as I did not hear anyone on this floor. This is pretty typical after getting up after laying in the same position for several hours. And I also noticed that my entire arms, hips and chest was shaking. But after a while of moving that stops. These types of attacks become more prevalent when I’m in an apartment versus if I was sleeping outside. So there is no real benefit of being in an apartment.

10-22/23 I went to sleep several times in the evening until I settle down during the early morning hours. I had not gotten much sleep the previous day. Each time I gotten up I felt the directed energy throughout my body. It was so strong that it made me feel more tired than I should feel. By the time the sun came out, I started the directed energy on my right foot. This prompted me to get. Noted also is the attacks to my nose in the form of pulsing was felt throughout this period, which included burning of my eyebrows.

10-23 As I came towards the elevator I felt a very strong pressure pulse on my right temple. Than I heard someone in the basement I was present at. Right where I felt this strong pressure pulse was a circuit box. It is also where the super of this building lives. And since no one else lives down in the basement, but him and his wife, it is pretty obvious that it is him. I had seen him the previous day and it makes sense that he was there when this happened. So if he is directly involved in targeting me specifically, it is clear to me why an entire network of people are place around me. It also is clear to me why the water pressure varies and temperature from the bathroom vs the kitchen. I have documented this several months ago in my blog.

10-23/24 Went to sleep just after 11p. I had taken a nap earlier, but I still felt tired. For several weeks it has been a pattern of attacking my nose in the form of pulsing. Although these attacks eventually subsided, they return again after the sun rises. But this period the attacks was centered around my chest as multiple signals and my feet. This is the result of consuming food and drink and than going out amongst individuals. When this happens, perpetrators of this program are able to program these smart dust technologies to specific points of my body. This is automatically program into these perpetrator devices before they are in my perimeter. In some respect, the targeted individual can see a perpetrator keying something into their phone as they are coming towards or passing you, And the various vehicles that pass you or stationary, I have video showing all of this. It is a well organized program around the smart dust nano technology that is pushed through the water system and placed in food in area supermarkets where the targeted individual lives. The method explained here is well know and had been explains in posts at least two years. So for the fact that the “PROTECTIVE” government pretend to not know is totally a BULLSHIT lie.

10-25/27 Each night attacks to the head, eyebrows and face will increase as directed energy, which feel like electrical current cover this whole part of my body. When I move, however, these sensation will stop until I settle back down in a standing position. You know about the energy coming from surrounding apartments with the building I’m currently in. But I have not mentioned that there is a court yard consisting of two buildings. The way I know how I’m being hit by the building across from me, is how my television reacts to the directed energy. When I move away from the television, the interference stops and continuous when I’m sitting in front of the television. The television is between me and the building, so the directed energy would have to go through the television to get to me. Also, I noticed someone moving around in their kitchen each night around this time. Their kitchen is directly across from my living room and provides a direct line of site. However, their building is slightly lower than mine, which is why the week I was here, I saw someone on the roof of the other building. So we are not only looking at the super (manager) of the building I’m in, but the supers (managers) of the two building adjacent to the courtyard. This is exactly what I’m dealing with 100 percent participation of all parties involved.

10-27 During the night into the morning at around 6a I heard the elevator going back and forth. This is usually someone coming into or out of the building, but it is also how the elevator was constructed to serve as a remote pulsing device for electro-magnetic activity. Shortly after this, included attacks was felt in the stomach and attacks to the feet as directed energy. The previous nights these same areas, I felt stinging and induced joint pain.

10-27 Induced sleep attacks to the toe and finger joints and head as directed energy. Several times I heard the presence of persons in the hallway outside my apartment. It was the apartment next to me and many incidences the individual was standing by the elevator. So the elevator never went down, but it did open after a while of the person getting back on. This happens all the time, because the individuals don’t live in the building. The program need lots of arms and legs for this activity. Right now, since about 1:00p, I’ve been constantly hearing the elevator going back and forth for about 30 minutes. There is no reason for this other than the elevator had been modified to pulse the directed energy as it goes through the floors. There is a certain knock that you hear when it goes through the floors. This can not happen without the super not knowing, as I already documented that he is directly involved. Maybe not the beginning, but after being here several months, anyone, even not so week would get involved. But when I sat on the steps for 5 minutes, he was talking to me. Anything goes if you are part of a government contract program that will cover you if the targeted individual complaints.

10-28/29 Both times this period I heard individuals talking in the hallway. It is one of the lady “tenant” who resides in front of me who I have documented coming out of here apartment text messaging on her cell phone after drinking something. And one of the males that resides as a “tenant” next door to me. I even noticed both doors on the side of me cracked. There are two other apartments besides mind and the lady’s apartment in front of me. So their is clear cooperation going on here between these parties. Constant sounds of the elevator going through the floors, which I have already documented being programed with directed energy devices. Understand that the methods of targeting gets worse when a target is in the same location for a long period of time. This is documented clearly in this journal.

10-29 Burning and than clogging of my ears, particularly clogging of my left hear. It feels like a lot of fluid in my ear, but it is a mixture of induced swelling and embedded technology that was remotely placed in my ear. The result is reduced hearing. Also attacks to my legs and arms as induced muscular pain, join pain and manipulation of the muscles with the directed energy. At certain periods I can feel attacks directed at the upper joints of my arms.

10-29 I had macaroni with fish and vegetable. The macaroni that I purchased from Gun Hill Road Dollar Tree had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. After consuming it, attacks to the stomach increased. Than attacks to the arms as induced muscular and joint pain was felt.

10-30 Soon as I was about to go to sleep I heard the sound of noise underneath me as if someone was placing devices underneath the floor. Than I immediately felt attacks to my nose in the form of pulsing. When I woke up and start moving around, I felt shakiness on both arms as if something was attacked to my upper arm joints. I have to also note that early yesterday, I felt burning on both elbows and manipulation of my upper joints. I also felt as if something was attached to my back. This was also felt as directed energy attacks to my back yesterday. So when I eat or drink anything that consist of the nano technology, they are able to remotely manipulated to control the muscles to a specific part of my body. And when I sleep, they are able to create the kind of vibrations that I experienced this morning. I did not hear the sounds of the elevator and it has been over an hour. Not a single person has come out of their apartment like yesterday and the day before. Often times when this happens, I can hear them standing near my door. I experienced nothing like this when I am outside, because I’m not enclosed anywhere and I’m in a opened space. The targeting is still there, but it is not as direct.

10-30 A steady induced rapid heartbeat each time I wake up gives me a very tiredness feeling of going back to sleep again. I forgot to record that last nice I noticed a burning sensation around my heart last night. It felt like pin surrounding my heart. That is the technology being program by the surrounding directed energy to create what was experienced today – an abnormal heart rhythm. This induce heart rhythm assist the perpetrators to do even more programing to the other parts of your body.

10-30/31 Throughout the night into the morning continuous attacks to the nose in the form of directed energy pulsing. They had placed the nano crystalline – smart dust in my nose and they were now accessing it with the technology. When I got up I felt some of the shakiness in my back and upper arm joints, They had placed the technology in these area of my body the previous days. Once I moved around, the attacks subsided. Note: I did not eat or drink the entire day of the 30th.

10-31 Since this month there has been numerous times when the buzzer was ring for the apartment I’m in, but no one was visiting me. This time after hearing the buzzer within 5 minutes, I heard someone entering the apartment right next to mine. There is no coincidence as this has happened more than 5 times this month. I believe this form of harassment is to let me know that outside people are entering the building, which I explain earlier on this website. The perpetrators will simply reenact the claim and show me that they don’t care. This is where a digital voice recorder would have been good, because it would show the time the buzzer was rung and the time that the perpetrator entered the apartment. It would also show how these people come out of their apartments, the time spent between the various perpetrators on the floor and the duration of quietness. This also includes the elevator and how it is remotely sent through the floors and the way it sounds, which has been modified for this purpose. There is no coincidence of total quietness for a period of time and than all in a sudden everyone got to go somewhere. What this is, is timing according to location, but instead of seeing it, I hear it. These individuals are being cycled through in my location as a communicate with the devices in the area and the GPS satellites. Because at this point the targeting begins to take a different form. For instance, more recently, every time my Aunt would leave, after 5 minutes of her absence, at least one perpetrator is heard in the hall. There is no coincidences. If it happens, it is plan that way and the people who are involved in this activity are knowingly engaging in this crime.

Summation: During this month attacks were concentrated on my ears in the form of popping, pulsing, clogging and burning sensations that affected hearing. Also typical attacks to the arms and legs as muscular pain, fingers-toe joints and head as directed energy, signaling and stinging was felt. There was a lot of modifications made to my environment, which included the elevator and how individuals stood around my door at different time.
