Important: Targeted Justice Files Urgent Motion

**Today, Targeted Justice filed an urgent Motion with the U.S. District Court in Texas.**

We requested that the Court order the FBI to REMOVE ALL Targeted Individuals (Non-Investigative Subjects) from the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) that is distributed to over 18,000 government, corporate, private and foreign contacts. If the Court takes it up, we believe there are approximately 6 million Targeted Individuals worldwide that would be affected by this order.This is called a Preliminary Injunction.

We provided compelling information that irreparable harm was occurring, including the targeting and torture of children. We provided evidence that the FBI knew that children were included in the TSDB. How does the FBI explain to a Court, that a 3 year-old child is a threat to National Security? And yet, there are numerous children that are listed on the TSDB.We intend to stop these outrageous crimes being committed by the FBI, DOJ, and DHS.

The FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) in Vienna, Virginia. If you are a Targeted Individual – the computers here hold all of your personal and confidential information. It is Unconstitutional.

FBI Agents in the Elhady v. Kable case admitted that they were unaware of a single act of terrorism halted due to the TSDB.

DHS Customs and Border Protection admitted that it has never publicly identified an act of terrorism that the TSDB helped prevent.

So why does the U.S. government continue to use a list that has failed its only purpose?

According to the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) “Redress Operating Procedures Manual,” the TSDB is a sensitive but unclassified database and does not contain any derogatory information.

The FBI’s reckless approval of nominations to the TSDB results in the inclusion of an estimated 98.9% of the people nominated to it. They reject only 1% of the nominations – Does that sound like a verification process?

Former Deputy FBI Director Timothy P. Groh stated under penalty of perjury that there were approximately 1.16 million persons in the TSDB and that only approximately 0.5% (fewer than 5,000) of those were US persons. Let’s see if the numbers add up?

Under penalty of perjury in the Elhady case, the FBI submitted the table below. When subtracting the ‘additions’ and ‘rejections’ to the number of nominations, there is a large number that remains unaccounted for. Where did they go?

Terrorist Screening Center Database (TSDB)

The contradictions between official government sources regarding the TSDB’s records are obvious. And the numbers do not add up.

The Department of Justice’s Office of The Inspector General’s, May 2009 Audit Report 09-25 “The Federal Bureau Of Investigation’s Terrorist TSDB Nomination Practices” found that 35% of the nominations to the lists were outdated, many people were not removed in a timely manner, and tens of thousands of names were placed on the list without an adequate factual basis.

If you were a Judge, would you allow this list to continue violating U.S. citizens Constitutional Rights?

The existence of Directed Energy and Electronic Weapons has long been considered conspiracy theory or science fiction. Yet emails from defense companies to the Italian mercenary hackers ‘Hacking Team’ leaked to WikiLeaks confirm that:
* Both Directed Energy Weapons and Electronic Weapons do exist
* Not to be confused with laser weapons now in military use, they are in fact categorised ‘Less-Lethal’ and/or ‘Non-Lethal’ weaponry specifically marketed to domestic law enforcement agencies
* The weapons have been ‘tested’
* The weapons are now ‘operationally feasible for the first time’
* The emails include a comprehensive list of companies who manufacture the weapons, including companies who manufacture Tasers and other law enforcement weapons
* The emails include a comprehensive list of law enforcement agencies to whom the weapons are being marketed
* The emails state that the weapons are being rolled out in the period 2014-2024
* The weapons are classified as ‘Electronic Warfare’
The mainstream has yet to acknowledge that such weaponry is in play. The reason for the restriction of the official information confirming the existence and deployment of these weapons to date appears to be money.
In the emails to Hacking Team, marketing company Visiongain Defense offers to sell them a ‘business report’, company-wide access to which costs 7000GBP or just shy of 8,800EUR.
The teaser for the report contents states:
New developments in technology have made directed energy weapons operationally feasible for the first time.
Though recent pressures on defence and law enforcement budgets have placed a strain on research and development and acquisition budgets the testing of new technology has shown good results and is likely to be further funded. Furthermore the acquisition of non-lethal systems is likely to be given priority status by many law enforcement departments to deal with the increasing number of civil unrest situations…
The synopsis continues on to claim that it contains details of 202 contracts awarded and ‘Less-lethal’ programmes worldwide. It goes on to state that ‘Energy Weapons Testing Continues’ and, alarmingly, that there is “Relatively Low Regulatory Pressure for Procurement”.
There are multiple further references to ‘civil unrest’ in relation to the development of the weapons:
According to Visiongain, the leading “Companies Involved with Directed Energy Weapons Programmes” which presumably involves the development and testing of the weaponry are BAE Systems plc, Ball Corporation, The Boeing Company, General Dynamics Corporation, KRATOS Defence and Security Solutions Inc, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation and The Raytheon Company.
Visiongain names the companies supplying the weaponry as being Aardvark Tactical Inc., Brügger & Thomet AG, Condor Non-Lethal Technologies, Lamperd Less Lethal Inc., MACE Security International Inc., NonLethal Technologies Inc., PepperBall Technologies, The Safariland Group and TASER International Inc.
Countless citizens worldwide have taken to their personal blogs and YouTube channels to talk about their experiences of being Targeted Individuals (TI) and claiming that they have had such weaponry used upon them. To date they have been discredited by psychologists who deride such claims as being the result of mental illness. To study reports of victims, web search “Targeted Individuals Direct Energy Weapons”. There are extensive resources, victim support groups and countless first-hand accounts available online.

NYT: Microwave Weapons Are Prime Suspect in Ills of U.S. Embassy Workers

Now, doctors and scientists say such unconventional weapons may have caused the baffling symptoms and ailments that, starting in late 2016, hit more than three dozen American diplomats and family members in Cuba and China. The Cuban incidents resulted in a diplomatic rupture between Havana and Washington.

The medical team that examined 21 affected diplomats from Cuba made no mention of microwaves in its detailed report published in JAMA in March. But Douglas H. Smith, the study’s lead author and director of the Center for Brain Injury and Repair at the University of Pennsylvania, said in a recent interview that microwaves were now considered a main suspect and that the team was increasingly sure the diplomats had suffered brain injury.

Strikes with microwaves, some experts now argue, more plausibly explain reports of painful sounds, ills and traumas than do other possible culprits — sonic attacks, viral infections and contagious anxiety.

1-2 The pinto beans that I purchased from the Eastern Blvd Dollar Tree has noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Upon consuming this product, pulsing and signal attacks to the right ear occurred. Than stinging and signal attacks to the right thigh.

1-2 Later after consuming the lemons I purchased from ALDIs constant signal attacks to the center of my head, feet, stomach and right hand.

1-4 Nano crystalline – smart dust could be tasted in the Jiffy Corn Bread, Earthly Grains Parboiled Rice, Onions and other items I purchased from ALDI Ramsey Street. Upon consuming these items, strong stinging sensations to the heart.

1-4/5 Later in the night stinging and signal attacks to the hips, feet, legs and arms.

1-7 The Now And Later candy had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, because upon consuming it, strong stinging sensations could be felt on both legs. Than later spasm attacks to the right hand, which affected hand movements.

1-7/8 In the night attacks to the arms in the form of muscular pain. Early in the morning I heard an alarm at the church property. It was going off for some time.

1-8 The chicken nuggets, grapes and tropical gormet nut mix had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Upon consuming these products, increased attacks to the chest was felt.

1-9 The pillsbury Homestead biscuits from Food Lion had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Upon consuming this product, strong stinging sensations could be felt on my leg – mainly the thigh area.

1-12 Signal attacks to the face and stinging attacks to the legs after consuming the parboiled rice, which had noticeable amount of nano crystalline – smart dust in it.

1-13/14 Constant pulsing of my inner right ear and in the night signal attacks to my notrils, which produces snoring like symptoms.

1-14/15 A person was heard in the woods section closes to the church property several times in the night. When I got up to observe, they quickly ran away. I also heard dogs barking, so I knew the criminal organization was sending people from the main street. Before this I did not feel the targeting. But after they arrived to this area I felt pulsing and signal attacks to the ears and nose several times in the night. The technology that I consumed in the meal yesterday is taken from my stomach and applied to the back of my ears and my sinus cavity. That is why it is felt and heard a popping and sinus pressure. At certain times the pressure is so strong that it cause my heart rate to increase. This causes me to breath through my mouth.

1-16/17 After consuming the indulgent trail mix, tropical trail mix and the chocolate & nut trail mix from Dollar Tree Bragg Blvd, induced movements of the right hand, which the muscles was being manipulated. I also consumed Natures Made Vitamin C Tablets, Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc and Rite Aid brand Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc with copper tablets.

1-16/17 Strong stinging sensations to the legs after settling down.

1-17 Extreme signal attacks to the right hand, which caused abnormal movements. I had to do a youtube video. Also constant pulsing to the front middle of the head.

1-17/18 Tightness of the arms, nasal attacks, which produce snoring and from time to time signal attacks to the right ear drum.

1-18 Ate Farmington Butcher’s Choice Hot Italian Sausages and it had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it.

1-19 Large amount of nano crystalline – smart dust in the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. It was purchased from the Bragg Blvd Dollar Tree. Strong stinging proceeded there afterwards.

1-20 Both the tuna and the premium Pick 5 Seasoned Potato Wedges had noticeable crystalline nano technology (smart dust – glass sensors) in them. Crystallization would form around the mouth. Also nano technology has a tendency to crystallized when heated. When I consumed the tuna without heating it, no such reaction occurred.

1-23 One package of the Circle A Ranch Chicken Breast Nuggets had 13 Nuggets and another had 16 nuggets. This item was purchased from a Bragg Blvd Dollar Tree.

1-23/24 Other than consuming the products that I purchased from Save A Lot, I consumed Vitamins that I purchased from Rite Aid.

1-24 Another package of Farmington Butcher’s Choice Hot Italian Sausages had a large amount of Crystallized nano – smart dust in them.

1-24/25 Burning, Stinging attacks of my leg in the night into the morning.

1-25 Signal attacks to my right hand after turning on cell phone for a few minutes. However, attacks were completely gone to this area of my body. The technology was activated in my hand and the phone served as a locator for this attack. The result of these attadcks was abnormal movement, which is being controlled remotely and wirelessly.

12-26 Large amount of nano crystalline in the Columbia Penne – Enriched Macaroni. With each mouthful crystallized nano technology formed around my mouth. Any company that puts out a product with this amount of nano should be remove from service. But I know that these items are placed into the packages and resealed. The Circle A Ranch in one package had 12 and another 14, when 8 is typical for the Breast Chicken Nuggets. Upon consuming both products, increase attacks to the stomach, tightness of the arms, popping of the right ears and stinging of the legs.

12-27/28 Constant signal attacks to the right hand thumb after consuming the chicken from IGA Bragg Blvd and the white potatoe from Save-A-Lot Ramsey Street, which I tasted noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it.

1-28/29 Induced rapid heartbeat, which attacks to the right hand thumb followed. Also stinging attacks to the elbows, arms and signal attacks to the right knee.

1-29 In the night very strong stinging sensations to the right leg than numbness. Prior night it had rain, so the attacks was minimum. What this means is that these attacks are driven by several individual setup in different areas of my position. So this is not just Satellite targeting.

1-30 Did not drink or eat anything and as expected, the attacks was very minimum. However, several times in the night I heard someone walking around in the area. This happens when the crimina organization can’t reach me with the distant devices so they place smart dust, which interact with the technology in my body.

1-31 Ate Russett Potatoes, Polish Sausages (Save-A-Lot Ramsey Street), mixed vegetables, Kidney Beans (Dollar Tree Bragg Blvd) and I could taste an unbelievable amount of nano smart dust in it. Immediate attacks to the stomach and than constant pulsing of the knee. I did take Vitamin C, Magnesium/Calcium/Zinc/Copper Capsules, which caused me a bowel movement several times. However, the attacks were persistent as if I did not take anything.

PACTS 2/27/17 Newsletter: CANADIAN CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT UPDATE

The Canadian class action lawsuit is slowly progressing. This is a case against the police, gov’t, and health services that denied help to targets who complained of being gang stalked and harassed.

In conjunction, a Canadian-International human rights association has asked to see victim files that show denials-of-help. They are taking the matter seriously.

As of last Thursday, a British Columbia human rights association has also joined in and would like to see victims’ denials-of-help files and testimonies as well.

All this has occurred because we changed tactics and have gone after those who deny help rather than going after the perpetrators.

Come on Canadians! We have three sincere opportunities to not only get support, but to have OS legally recognized and, in turn, have the laws changed in our favour.

If there is not much interest, the offices that are willing to assist us will drop our cases; it will look like ti’s are unbothered by the crimes.
Several ti’s have shown disgruntlement because EH is not part of this endeavor; thus, they have decided not to partake. Note well that this is the first time multiple influential offices are ardently researching any element of our plight. Once these offices (human rights associations and a lawyer) grasp and tend OS matters, then EH will subsequently follow: OS and EH go hand in hand. Focusing on our most believable problems, on-heels stalking and harassment, is just the first step.

11-1 While working on the computer an attack to the middle of my chest was felt as muscular pain. I knew that this pain was cause by them remotely putting technology in this area of my body, The pain was so bad that I could no longer work on the computer and any time I move, it just exacerbate it. But after applying green alcohol for a few minutes, the pain subsided.

11-2 Upon waking up I felt pulsing on my left foot ankle and my right knee. When I moved around I heard a person coming out of the next door apt. Than I laid back down. Within about ten minutes, I heard them reenter the apartment. So they must have gone outside to meet someone to recalibrate their phone or device for next round of targeting. The targeting stops once I move around and did not continue until the perpetrator return for next round of targeting. So it isn’t something that happens automatically, it is very person and people involved.

11-3 Soon as I lad down to go to sleep, I heard the elevator and than someone going into the apartment next door. Than I decided to get up to run my water and than I heard someone coming into the same apartment. I stayed in the tub for about 30 minutes until I made it back to my sleeping area. When you go to sleep, the criminals of this organization are able to programmed the technology to different parts of your body. When the morning came, I woke up with no substantial “symptoms”, but I woke up the second time I had noticeable “symptoms.” They were an induced rapid heart mean, manipulation of my right arm in the form of shakiness and directed energy to my feet and hands.

11-3 Throughout the day increase amount of activity outside the apartment in the form of opening and closing doors with no purpose of interrupting the peace inside the building. When I look out, no one have left their apartment. Also with the elevator, no one gets off even though the door has opened several times. So it is clear the elevator is being purposely sent to the floor. Another thing is I have been hearing a lot of construction going on on the roof. The activity in this location has been constant at all hours of the day. It appears that a device has been placed on the roof.

11-4 Soon as I laid down, within a few minutes aggressive attacks to the nose in the form of pulsing was felt. It was continuous throughout the night. When I got up my right arm was shaking and I can feel energy through my hand. Also an induced rapid heartbeat was felt. The attacks are associated with the combination of new devices that was installed the previous day and consuming some fruit last night. The technology in the fruit is remotely placed in different parts of my body like my upper arm joint, which always feels like muscular pain throughout the day, nose, eyebrows, etc. As expected the attacks are felt through my stomach as directed energy, which a pass through for attacks to the other parts of my body.

11-4 11:45p I now check my door periodically to see who enters the perimeter and one of the tenant that lives on the side of me was entering his apartment. He as well as another tenant that lives on the other side of me shares the same blood line with the super. I found this out by an unknown source. Anyway, upon him entering the area, I immediately felt noticeable pulsing to both my right and left knees. Than I heard what sound like a pow sound in the bathroom. I know it to be one of their devices and it had been activated or uplink with new information from this individual. This is around the time that specific attacks start to happen so there is no coincidences here.

11-5 12:30a I decided to run the shower to take a bath later. As was documented, the water would be loop warm sometimes the entire day. But every now and than, the water will get hotter if you ran it long enough. So I left it running until it started to steam up the bathroom. Everything was fine until I got into the tub. Just understand they can see everything you do and read your thought in real time. Anyway, upon getting in the tub I immediately hear someone entering the apartment next door. Than I noticed that the water kept fluctuating as if something was connected to the hot water line, since that is the only water I used, because it is always cooler than it should be. What happened next I knew already. The first few weeks of being in this building, the hot water ran like it does in the kitchen area. But it eventually became a regular everyday event to have loop warm water coming from the hot water faucet. Not once did I think this was just the building not providing hot water, because the kitchen sink is fine. However, after just about 5 minutes, the water began to change in temperature as if I had added cold water to the mix. It was not the familiar loop water, which is being pushed from the apartment next door as well as the nano crystalline – smart dust technology and chemicals that aide in this criminal assault.

Purchased: Nature’s Own 100 percent Wheat Bread, Nature’s Harvest Honey Wheat, Storoehmann Dutch Country 100 percent Whole Wheat Bread, Banana Cello, Key Food Brand Long Grain Rice and San Giorgio (Ziti, Penne Rigate). As I was shopping, I notice two individuals that told me that they were part of organization around programing implants in my body and surveying food that had been just been placed on the shelves. I also noticed a shopping cart by the meat display and that the bread looked like it already had been stocked on the shelf before I entered the supermarket. When I left, I was confronted by the same character that I seen in the meat section. His pick as well as the surveyor would be posted.

11-7 After consuming the Stroehmann whole wheat bread that I purchased from Key Food Jerome Avenue, I first noticed attacks to the stomach and than attacks proceeded to the feet, head and left finger index finger. I felt it as directed energy and than pulsing. I did not experiencing anything like this before consuming the bread.

11-7/8 Went to sleep earlier than I usually do. The first time I was woken, I experienced strong attacks to my chest that resembled an anxiety attack. Then I got up. This is when I heard the elevator again, which they use to program the technology that is in my body. When I went back to sleep and was woken the second time, the attacks was more involved. It consist of an induced rapid heartbeat, strong directed energy to different parts of my chest and stomach, shakiness of my right arm and than later a strong directed energy pulse to my left eyebrow. Then I got up and start moving around and the elevator is heard. As noted earlier, because I had eaten the bread consisting of a lot of nano crystalline – smart dust, the attacks was especially strong to my stomach and than my head as electronic brain mapping. This is always a sign that the attacks will be especially strong in the areas that the criminal organization put the technology in my body.

11-8 9a Major work on the roof, which consist of a lot of banging. This has been an ongoing experience since this and last month.

11-9 Hillary Clinton lost the election to Donald Trump. This happened after weeks of the media reporting that Hillary was doing better in the polls than Donald Trump. So they might have been some apprehension to go out to vote, since she was going to win anyway. Anyway, what does this means? We know Donald Trump past aggressions were racist towards African Americans, particularly around the Central Park Case and his recent rants around illegal immigration. But America has become increasingly corrupted by a small minority of individuals. This was especially true under the Bush Administration whereby the cases of gang stalking and electronic harassment increased tenfold. If his claims of shaking up corruption in government is true, could it means that there is a potential to end these specific crimes? Let see. But I’m very doubtful. It did not end under Barack Obama who claim he was going to change everything and the next day after being president his cabinet is made of the same people.

11-9 The spaghetti sauce that I had eaten many times before had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. So how it get in there draws suspicious. But it had been a while since I consumed the item, so it must have happened sometime ago. I do know that there is some inside involvement, which is why my Aunt keep stalling her move. There are several other things happening that doesn’t have anything to do with her that is also affecting my presence in this location. It is being controlled by the same people who are placing nano technology in the food, following me around with program cell phone (other devices), pushing chemicals and technology through the water system and targeting me with directed energy while I’m in the apartment, ect. The attacks is motivated by money and the amount of people who are involved. If Donald Trump is effective, these are one of the crimes that will be very difficult to maintain because of the money factor associated with it.

11-9/10 Went to sleep earlier than usual. My Aunt had stayed over from her other place. When the morning came I noticed directed energy directed at my feet. When I stood up, I felt shakiness on both of my arms. The night before muscular pain was felt particularly on my left arm, so I knew they had remotely embedded the technology to this part of my body. Note: It has been very common for the attacks to be centered on my right arm. So this explains the shakiness to both of my arm. The technology placed in the food that I consumed.

11-10/11 Went to sleep around 11p. When the morning arrived attacks to the feet was felt. Then I stood up and a noticeable induced rapid heartbeat was was experienced as well as the shakiness of both of my arms.

11-11 I was able to get some footage of a man and woman in the hallway. Soon as I was seen twice they left. This is the first time I got live footage as I had already indicated in this journal that this activity had happened before.

11-11 7:40p The kitchen hot water came to a trickle after using it for 5 minutes. This did not affect the bathroom water, which I immediately tried after the incident.

11-12 Went to sleep around 1:15a. When I got back up around 5:15a I could feet directed energy around my shoulders and upper arm joints in the form of shakiness. Than after a short time I went to sleep, When I got up around 7a the shakiness was felt on my arms, but nothing like the day before.

11-12 2p The kitchen sink hot water is still off. Before this time I had not had problems with the hot water in this area.

11-13 17:40 Great Variety, Inc. 3072 White Plains Road. As I was walking, several people were seen with text messaging on their cell phone as they were coming towards me. But it was the amount of people pushing shopping carts that got my attention. I also had a shopping cart, which I brought with me. Also, the targeting did not become noticeable until I entered the first store. It was a 99 cents store that I had gone to before. As I was going towards it, I immediately seen two people going towards the store. When I got into the store, I saw one of the employees on his cell phone. Than while looking for items that I wanted to purchased, I seen a guy I originally thought was a customer talking loud on his phone. Than I seen him again as I was shopping in an aisle. This told me that he was part of a criminal network that uses gps technology to access medical implants that are in my body. As I was checking out, this same individual who was previously seen with items was now just standing empty handed. Earlier he even claim that he was a customer, which was quickly discounted by video footage.

As I was shopping I seen several workers STOCKING items on the shelves. This was seen on several alse and is part of my video evidence footage. Further, several individuals was seen on their cell phone in different locations of the store. When this is seen, the store have been configured with remote directed energy devices in different areas of the store. These individuals simply upload information to these devices from the data that they collected as I’m being targeted by perpetrators on my way to the store. This explains why the targeting is more DIRECTED than when I’m mobile. This is also compounded by the fact that I’m now in a confined space.

CVS Pharmacy 310 East Gun Hill Road Bronx, NY 10467. Phone: 718-944-2221. Manager: Lubna. Purchased CVS C 500 MG, NM CAL/MAG/ZINC and Gummy NM Vitamin C Adult. The store became increasingly crowded and individuals began getting on the line soon after I appeared on the line. Some video footage indicate this.

11-13 Quarter size attacks to the head became noticeable after going into several stores in the form of directed energy. Also stinging attacks to the feet was also felt.

11-13/14 After consuming the apples, oranges peanuts, and trail mix that purchased from ALDI Gun Hill Rd, there was noticeable technology in them. When I tried to go to sleep I could not. But when I finally gone to sleep and woke up, I had an induced strong rapid heartbeat.

11-14 Finally the hot water came on. For several days, it was running as a trickle and the temperature of the water was cold. As already mentioned, the bathroom water was not affected.

11-14 The vitamin C’s and Vitamin Magnesium/Zinc/Calcium had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. When I consumed it, the attacks became noticeable to my stomach in the form of directed energy.

11-14/15 Went to bed around 10a. In the evening noticeable attacks to my right arm was felt on my elbow, forearm and upper joint. Than I put the zapper on my arm and the attacks was no longer present. Early in the morning the attacks became directed on my right foot, but after putting the zapper there, the attack subsided.

11-15 When I turned on the cold water pipe, the water did not come out first. Then the water kept squirting out as if something was connected to it. After running it a while, the water flow became normalized. This is the first time the cold water ever had problem, which tells me the effort to connect these devices into the water line to push more chemicals and nano technology through the water system. There is absolutely nothing that can prevent this as the water coming through the building is controlled by the criminal organization. It just gets increasingly worse the longer I’m in the building. Those who are part of this criminal activity just consumes water from outside the building, but those who are not part of this criminal activity are victims of these crimes as well. This explains why I never hear anyone turn their water on.

11-15 After getting up, the elevator was heard again. When I go to sleep, after a while, it quiet down. The elevator has been modified to several as a pulsing device for coordinated attacks. After some time of this, increased attacks to the head, forehead and eyebrows in the form of directed energy was felt. It felt like electrical current on this part of my body.

11-15 Noticeable nano dust (crystalline – smart dust) in the grapes that I purchased from ALDS. This was especially noticeable after eating them as the crystallines could be felt in my mouth.

11-16/17 Went to sleep earlier in the morning on both of these days and when I woke up I had an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness was experienced on my arms. It felt like current was going through it. Once I got up and moved around, these particular attacks stopped. However, attacks are now directed at my feet and legs in the form of directed energy. But once I moved from the area that the attacks got started, it was gone and did not come back right away.

11-17 – The kitchen sink hot water is no running the same loop water flow that the bathroom been running since after a month of being in this building. It does not matter how long I run it. The cold water all ways runs as if I had not turned it on for days. Also, the water flow is not consistent, but very sporadic as if something else is connected to it. There are even periods where the water flow drops down to almost nothing and than it speeds up again. This is not someone turning on the water from an adjacent apartment, this is someone turning on the devices that had been connected to the water system.

11-18 Went to sleep around 12:30a. When I got up the targeting was mostly felt on both of my feet as directed energy and shakiness on both of my arms as if electrical current was going through it. I did not feel a strong induced rapid heartbeat as I did the previous days. I stayed up a good 30 minutes and than I went back to sleep. When I got up this time, no major attacks was felt. Than I changed my sleep location and getting up the third was normal. I did noticed a very dry mouth as if I did not drink water for days, but that too slowly decreased. The thing about the attacks is according to how much technology you consumed and the time span when you consume them. If you consume the technology closes to sleep time and in the evening, the attacks will be worse. Also, according to where you sleep in the apartment can reduce the attacks. I found sleep furthest away from the two adjacent apartments, the attacks where lower as long as I followed the basic rules of not consuming anything in the night and close to sleeping. The current sleeping area is close to the SUPER’S relative, which I was able to pick up via spy camera. So these individuals are living normal lives while they destroy yours. But there is always someone in their apartment to do the attacks. It does not matter what time of the days it is. The walls provide all the cover they need to carry out this criminal activity. It also provides a second income for these individuals. So instead of altering my sleeping patterns, I will alter my sleeping location so I’m in the middle of the apartment.

11-18 Ate the Season Choice Crinkle Cut French Fries from Alds Gun Hill Road and it had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Soon after consuming this product attacks to the stomach was felt. Than attacks to my head, back, hands, fingers and feet in the form of directed energy was experienced. I had not had these symptoms before consuming this product.

11-18/ 19 Slept away from the elevator shaft and there was a noticeable difference in the targeting. I have developed multiple areas to sleep at.

11-19 The Super came up to drop of the rent receipt. I mentioned about the water pressure and the change of temperature between the kitchen and the bathroom. He told me that a washer machine was connected to the line and that explains why these problems occur. But I did not explain to him that all of this occurred a month after I got here and the knocking of the toilet occurred before I arrived. Further, there was a notice left underneath the apartment 6B next to mine. It had the name of Migdalia Romero owing $2,799.88. So now I have a name concerning these cointelpro attacks using wireless technologies, nano tech and infiltration of the water system.

11-21 2:17 Went to sleep and was woken several times because of the noise my Aunt was making. Each time I woke up I could feel the directed energy around my waist as if a device or motor was attached to it. There was also some induced muscular pain on both of my arms. I eaten rice that I purchased from Keyfood and Sausage and Peas from Alds the previous day.

11-21 Attacks to the feet after consuming meal. The attacks was in the form of burning or stinging to different sections of my feet as if technology was being remotely replaced there. Towards the night, the attacks was in the form of pulsing these different sections of my feet, but the most ongoing attacks was the right heal of my feet.

11-22 2:27a Went to sleep this time. When I got up around 5:30a, attacks to my nose in the form of pulsing. There was some attacks to my arms and and induced rapid heartbeat. It was more noticeable when I first got up than the second time. Further, the feeling of dry throat was experienced this day as if I had not drank liquids for days or took medication that created these kind of symptoms. This is not true as I drank almost a half of gallon of liquids just the night earlier. Moreover, there was a strong sensation of directed energy on my right hand, which felt like it was falling asleep or current going through it. When I got up in to move to another location, the attacks were primarily to my nose. This was exactly like yesterday.

11-22 8:33a Rising up finally and I began to hear the elevator again. I also noticed more people coming out of their apartments.

11-22 Noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in the Parkview Brats Beer Bratwurst that I purchased from the Gun Hill Road Alds. This make more that 90 percent of the products contaminated with these nano technology pathogens in it. Within about 10 minutes of consuming the Peas and Brats attacks to the stomach and than the right heal of my foot was felt in the form of directed energy. Also a strong pulse of both my right and left ear was felt. This explains the crawling and stinging sensation that I feel in this part of my body.

11-24 6:24a Strong induced spasm centered around lower right leg below knee and strong signal on centered of right hand in the form of directed energy. This happened as soon as I was woken. Induced muscle spasms is one of the worse assaults that I experience since the attacks began.

11-24/25 Induced rapid heartbeat and attacks to the feet and hand.

11-25 Went to the Tuck Away storage room for a relative to move from one room to another. When I first came into the room, I see a young female siting in the office as if she was waiting for someone or something. Her presence was brief and she was on her cell phone. I had been to this location several times and the presence of devices throughout this facility was felt. I even heard what sounded like a cellular phone in the perimeter of where I was moving items too. I know for a fact (as it had happened in another storage room that I frequent) that such devices like cell phones are placed in a perimeter that they will think I will be at. This allows perpetrator who enter the storage room to program the devices that in return program the technologies in my body. This is why I feel stinging sensations on my feet or toes or other parts of my body. But when I go outside, the attacks stop, because the area is free of devices – especially when mobile. Anyway, in the beginning, I was able to work without the presence of individuals around me. But after a while, one by one individuals would be coming into my perimeter. For instance, two individuals came within two storage room down. They were moving boxes that was probably placed there shortly before I entered the storage room building in anticipation of me being there. They have to have people around me, because this is how they able to map out the area using GPS micro-wave technology. After some time, the targeting became more pronounce and this brought me to leave the storage room briefly. The whole time, there was a white vehicle parked right outside the storage room. This vehicle provides a link from the storage room and the people passing this facility on foot and motor vehicle. So in many incidences, you will not see all the people who is targeting you.

11-25 17:33 Community Green Market 2228 White Plains Road Bronx, NY 10487. Phone Number: (718) 655-4197. Purchased Brocolli, Grapefruit, Garlic, Apples, Pears and Bananas. A female claim to be manager and my video was running at the time.

11-25 I spoke the super, which I seen in the basement. He had came from his apartment. It was about the water (pressure and temperature). He told me that Tenants are allow Washing Machines in their Apartments for $35 a month. Note: there is a Laundry downstairs.

11-25 As I was waiting in front of my Aunt’s Apartment, soon as she arrived, the male perpetrator immediately came out of his apartment, which is next door to the apartment I’m staying at. I had my spy glasses turned on at the time. Unfortunately, my glasses did save the footage of this guy rushing up to me. I had experienced this before and this is why a view finder camera is important in these kind of situations. Well, when I went into the apartment, I could feel a strong continuous pulsing signal underneath the heal of my right foot. So the timing of this guy coming into my perimeter was very important.

11-25 Immediately after eating the Pears, Bananas and Grapefruit attacks to the stomach increased. At some point I laid down and went to sleep and what felt like spasm in both of my legs was being propel by the constant attacks to my stomach. The pain was so excruciated that I could no longer move my legs without feeling intensive pain so I immediately took some vitamin C’s. As a result, the pain was quickly reverse and I was able to gain the use of my legs. From the constant attacks and programmed implants from various perpetrators to the eating the food that I purchased from this Community Green Market is why the attacks was so intensive.

11-26 4:38a When I was woken I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness of my right arm. Also attacks of my left foot in the form of directed energy was felt, specifically the heal of my foot. After this happened, I stayed up and eventually made my way to the bathtub. Like the previous day, the water was hot and did not take long to get a bath.

11-28 The attacks occurred after I was woken and when I stood up. I could feel the directed energy directed to my upper arms joints and shoulders, elbow and hands. As well as a rapid heartbeat. The second time, did not feel any noticeable attacks, but later I decided to get up, I heard what sound like a pulsing device in the apartment directly below mine. When I got up the third time, it was exactly the same as before – rapid heartbeat and when I stood up, it was the noticeable shakiness to the arms, hands, shoulders and elbows as if devices was placed in these areas.

11-29 Subways. This is about the worse thing that a targeted individual is subjected to. When you first entered a subway station, you will notice a single individual loitering around on a cell phone. Than you will see several “passengers” waiting in the token both area. When the train comes, you will see several perpetrators sprinkle throughout the station. This is the starting point of targeting you on the train. Than you will immediately notice at least one perpetrator sitting in the car. They will be usually wearing white ear buds, but sometimes they will be stagged as homeless people laid across several seats. I seen a lot of this. The perpetrators don’t aways need to dial into their cell phone and usually their cell phones will be concealed to a set frequency that other perpetrators would work off of. Something similar to a beacon. In certain instances, a perpetrator will sit right across from me. I have documented evidence of this happening to me. This only happened twice although I had change several subway cars. When you change cars and trains, it makes it difficult for them to reach you the way they want. So it is important to move throughout your trip. The main reason why the subways is so bad is because people tend to be in close proximity to you. And the wifi element is the biggest part of your targeting. I have been in certain subway stations with no persons around and I was able to feel the targeting. Once I moved from these wifi areas onto the outside platform, the targeting pretty much disappeared. I did noticed that the Brighton “Q” line was the worse of all my trips, but that is why each station south of Newkirk had wifi in it. Once the WIFI element is gone, the targeting become more difficult to maintain. Also underwater tunnels seem to be safe havens. I remember traveling this section and the surrounded perpetrators made gestures to stop doing several things to their phone. Once out of this section, they were back to dialing into their phones. The important things is, is that had they continue to dial into their phone the way they were doing before we hit the underwater tunnel, they will have to start from the baseline. Anyway, uploading images and video is a very uphill battle especially if you are using a wireless connection. You might be able to get a few incidences, but we are talking about hundreds of situations that can be linked to electronic stalking. And that is not counting the ones that I was not able to video tape. See, when you are video taping these situations, you might see someone pulling out a cell phone with your eyes, but your video tape might be on someone already dialing into their cell phones. Even with a back camera, I would need a side camera as well, because sometimes that is where the action is. With that said, my targeting involves a lot of people. Some of the people are handlers and some of the people are actual perpetrators, but most of the people are being manipulated through the technology to target me with their cell phone. And not to forget to mentions, some of the people are using their cell phones for other things beside targeting you. So be careful casting everyone as perpetrators. All in all the targeting was mainly focused on my ankle, feet and toes as directed energy. Some attacks was even felt on my head as quarter size directed energy. And many times there was not a single person in the car. But each time I walked, the attacks were gone, even in a car full of people.

11-30 After eating some lemons and garlic, attacks to my head and feet was felt as directed energy. The directed energy increased over time so I placed some skin detox on my head and the decrease of this symptom decreased immediately. This might explain why I have been given these memory retractions through the induced dreams that they give me every night.

11-29/30 Went to sleep around 11:37p. Throughout the night I was woken with muscular and signal attacks to the arms, arm joints, feet (especially left foot), knees (especially left knee), head, hands, back, fingers and toes. I could hear vibrations in the floor as well as a pulsing device, which is in the apartment below me (5A) and the side of me (6G). When I finally got up, the attacks did not stop on my left foot.

11-30 Attacks to my right foot was brief and then redirected to my left foot after placing the zapper on my right foot. This now included the burning of my eyebrows and right knee, which I did not experienced at any time this month (speaking of my right knee).

11-30/12-1 Went to sleep around this period when I stood up around 6a I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat, strong pulsing of the left nostile of my nose and shakiness focused on my right arm. It felt like they had placed the technology in my right arm and which was programmed to give these kind of symptoms. As always upon moving from the position the attacks came from, these symptoms quickly diminish. When I laid back down it wasn’t long that I felt the directed energy on my right foot and than my left foot.

Summation: The month was mainly concentrated on my nose in the form of pulsing and directed energy and feet. Burning and crawling sensations to my ear was also felt. As has been happening the water temperature remain cold for extended period of time, especially the bathroom. But the kitchen became increasingly colder than usual. I knew that they had hooked in more systems into the water system and this explain the lower pressure.

Richard Diell committed suicide.

Richard Diell TI Commits Suicide in the early morning hours of October 12, 2016. He was an active member of People’s Against Covert Torture & Surveillance before he committed these heinous acts. He asked for help not just once, but several times in the time frame of two weeks. But that help never arrived even though he was well known in the Targeted Individual “Movement.” All I can say, as I did before, many times, that the TI movement failed him. But there have been many before him so his death should not come as a surprised.

Since 2007 I became aware of my Targeted Individual status. And in 2008, I connected to an organization called Freedom From Covert Harassment & Surveillance. At this time, there was a lawyer present to do a civil suit against the government of these crimes.

But today no lawyer means no class action lawsuit. In it place is a bunch of disorganization that is purposely being orchestrated as an organization. And somehow, many of these members is ending up dead.

I’m not pointing fingers, but regardless of what it is called, the person who is running it is the same. I don’t accept coincidences, I document them. When things like this continues to happened, you have to draw your own conclusions. I know it is not popular, but it is the truth that would set us free.

With that said, all I can do is pray for his soul and hope he has gone to a better place. And that the people who loved him understood that he had to make this decision. I know it sounds shallow, but it is our reality.

Notice: This will be the first official journal since June. I’ve been using my time to document my evidence with the use of video and this project is completed. 9-1 After consuming a salad and sausage attacks to my stomach increased in the form of directed energy. Later after waking up in the morning attacks included my left hand in the form of directed energy. It felt like electricity was going through my left hand, but it was the attached technology that was felt through my stomach. Also unexplanableable blurry vision, which is taking time to go away. This is something the perpetrators were doing right before leaving for new york.

9-1 Went to pick up mail in Woodlawn, Bronx. I received only one parcel and had not communicated with this establish since about February. Than I went to the United States Post Office to certified a piece of mail that I mailed over 2 months ago. I had it certified this time. As I was waiting online the typical perpetrators were there. I have video footage showing this.

9-1 After my mail visit, I decided to walk to Cross County Mall in Westchester County. My first visit would be the Micro Center. This is a retail outlet that specializes in computer hardware, software and technical services. When I got into the door I was confronted by several sale’s associates. This was very unusual. I was trying to find the keyboard that I purchased the last time. So after the third sale’s person asked me “can I help you” I responded “yes.” After he looked up my last purchased of the keyboard, eventually the manager showed me a similar keyboard, but was made by a different company. Instead of being $6.99 it was $14.99. Meanwhile, as I was dealing with that last sale’s person, I noticed directed energy around my right foot toes. Than later I noticed him reaching for his cell phone device. I have video footage of all of this. When I was about to check out, I notice that over 90 percent of the employees was African decent. This is a 90 percent white area in an industry that is dominated by white males. Not surprisingly the manager was black as well. It is nothing wrong with hiring blacks males, but they wanted to make me comfortable in the store. I was not. They also knew my stance on hiring black males and that is why they set it up this way. But every single one of them were perpetrators and the only purpose they were in that store was to shoot directed energy at me. This is how it is to be a targeted individual.

9-1 As I was circling the area, I eventually came across stop & shop. Stop and Shop is a grocery outlet in this region and they have been growing exponentially. The products are better than the local stores in my neighborhood supermarkets, so I stop here. I was immediately confronted by stock people. As I was in the store, I seen the typical carts with boxes. Some are siting in alse waiting to be unloaded on the shelves and some have empty boxes. I’ve seen mostly blacks males stocking these shelves. Some of them actually looked like they had some time in the bin. So here we have a 90 percent black male population in a store that is in an area about 90 percent white. They are being bus in from somewhere and the video would have clearly showed this. If I had not lost my memory chip from my spy sun glasses, I would have been sitting on a lot of evidence. The sun glasses uses a pop up design and it probably got lost this way. Next time I will use my clear glasses for the store, unlike the sun glasses, it has a lock in design and accepts 32gb unlike the sun glasses, which only does 16gbs. Anyway, clearly many of these kats are paroles and they have an agreement with the courts to perform this “civil” duty. Well this civil duty ensure that the government has unlimited arms and legs just so they can keep an able body under their directed energy protocol.

Purchased Pinera Country White Bread, Pinera Tomato Basil Bread, Entenmanns Chocolate Donuts, Arnold Whole Wheat Bread, Mars Snickers Candy, Hershey Mini Candy, Red Grapes, SB Chicken Wings 4lbs. Garlic Bulbs, SHBF 93% Ground Turkey and SBF Hot Italian Sausages.

9-1 Immediately upon arrive to my destination, I ate the Entenmanns Chocolate Donuts. Then the nano crystalline – smart dust began to build up in my mouth. This was noticeable by the surrounding directed energy. Than I ate some Red Grapes and it too had the presence of nano technology in them. Although the attacks started with my stomach as directed energy resulting in bloating, indigestion and gas, it soon included my legs and feet as if electrical current was going through them. And later in the evening my right hand was attacked with spasm like sensations. These spasm attacks is a symptom of them remotely placing the technology in my hand.

9-2 Upon consuming the Hershey candies that I purchased from Stop & Shop attacks to the arms became noticeable. These attacks were muscular in nature. Than stinging pain to the right foot toes.

9-2 Increased Diapheria like symptoms after consuming grapes and Hershey candies.

9-2/3 Throughout the night into the morning the typical directed energy attacks to the feet.

9-3 Attacks to the right foot big to joint and induced muscular pain to the right arm. Hacking of my computer internet connection as well as the firefox browser components.

9-4 After being woken I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. During the morning directed energy attacks to my left foot was felt.

9-4 Increased attacks to the stomach after consuming boiled and than frozen ice herbal tea water, ground turkey and bread I purchased from a yonkers, ny Stop & Shop and collared greens I purchased from Aldis Gun Hill Road, Bronx, New York. The result is I felt directed energy going through my index finger. I than chopped up some fresh garlic, which help to decrease these attacks.

9-4/5 Induced tiredness, which kept me sleep until late in the morning. Signal attacks to the right foot and I placed zapper on his part of my body. And attacks to my right finger joints while getting up.

9-5 Constant pressure directed energy attacks to the nose. The result is snoring sound and build up sinus around the eyes and nasal area.

9-5 Water spilled into the downstairs apartments. I was running the sink hoping that eventually the loop warm water would turn into hot water. That didn’t happen all day. But the kitchen water is always scaling hot, which was explain earlier in this entry. Between the perpetrator connected devices and how this building boiling system is structured, there is no hopes in getting hot water in this place!

9-6 I went to sleep close to 6A this morning. I was moving some files from the defective drive to the new drive I purchased from Best Buy. The most recent downloads were all inaccessible, but files on the internal computer hard drive plays well. Something happened to cause the external hard drive to go out the way it did, but the restoring program did manage to bring most of them back. After most of this function was completed, I went to sleep. I than woke up at around 10:15A. Although I had a slight rapid heartbeat, I could feel noticeable directed energy coming through my right arm and hand. Than after getting out of the shower, it was my right leg and feet. After walking around a little, the attacks stopped.

9-7/8 Both days I went to sleep in the morning and when I woke up there was energy directed at my feet. When I got up I noticed the directed energy was on my right arm as well. It felt like electronic current was going through this part of my body. Each time I put the zapper to the feet that was being attacked, the other feet would be attacked. This went on until I got up and start moving around.

9-8 After consuming the food that I purchased from Stop & Shop, the attacks always began at the stomach and than it is directed in other areas of my body. These attacks were felt as pulsing to my left and right temples. When I drink the tap water (which is boiled for an hour and than frozen) the attacks pick up to include my right arm particularly and left arm. I can than feel pulsing in the upper joint of my two arms and the signal sensation increases at this point. It feels like electricity going through this part of my body. And soon it feels like muscular pain. The attacks also includes my elbows in the form of stinging. That is just them remotely putting the technology in this part of your body. The attacks could also be felt in my knees and legs and muscular pain and directed energy. Although I had experience something similar to this outside, it isn’t as involved in an apartment. These individuals are right up on you. The other day when I went into their apartment to clean up some water that I spilled from the apartment above, I see that they were two African American women there. The apartment looked like they had recently moved in. It was furnished, but you all know how an apartment looks when someone has been there a while. They were nice and very accommodating so no one would suspect that they were involved in targeting someone with directed energy weapons. However, many of us are aware of what is involve and apartment that is looks this tailored is always suspect.

9-9 Sister’s birthday. She had past sometime in late March. There still isn’t a death certificate for her and her death is still under investigation. Before going to sleep this day, my computer was shut off. I never had this computer shut off on me. It just goes to show you that when you are this close to these individuals, they can remotely shut off and turn on things without your intervention. I was getting tired after a long day attending to my business. Anyway, after falling asleep, I was given the usual dream. There is never a night I can go to sleep without these induced dreams. But this one involved a memory retraction, so that is why I’m listing it here. Memory retractions is a period that they access that could have occurred several years or decades ago and put it in the storyline in your induced dream. So it is an extra layer of BS that you have to process, which mean your mind is busy. This is good for them as they able to program these technologies into your body more effectively. Before getting up in the morning, I noticed the directed energy at the base of my right foot. So I put the zapper on that foot. When I woke up again, I see that they moved the attacks to the left foot. When I get up, the attacks disappears.

9-10/11 Each night that I slept in this period continuous attacks to the feet in the form of directed energy. However, 9-11 was particularly worse as I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and induced dreams from the area I left, which tells me the person doing this is from or working from the area that I left. Not too long ago as I was walking a NYC area and as I stopped to ask a guy a question, he had a noticeable southern accent. At first I thought maybe he was visiting from out of town, but there are no coincidences in this program. Everything is by design. And if you suspect that it something you fear it’s not, than you are right for having this thought.

9-12 8:30A Went to sleep around 3A. When I got up up my left arm was shaking, which included my left hard. This also include some slight shakiness to my right hand and right arm. And then I noticed 3 strong pulses to my nose as if my sinuses was opening up from a stuffy nose. But it was embedded technology in my nose. Then I seen deep line gashes above my nose. I have seen these gashes before, but they were more noticeable than previous days. I believe these embedded gashes have a lot to do with the attacks I felt today.There was noticeable technology in the rice I ate yesterday. As I was eating the rice during several occasions I could taste the technology being activated in it. The technology can be activated from surrounding directed energy. Not long did I hear somebody come out of the adjacent apartment.

9-12 For the first time I actually heard water running for an extended period of time. So I decided to turn the water on to prepare for a bath. I immediately noticed the flow of the water fluctuating. Than when I turned the water off, no longer could I heard water running from the adjacent apartment. It’s not they heard me turn the water on. Listen. Those white buds (sometimes different colors according to rank or position) are not being worn to listen to music, it is worn so there bosses (handlers) can communicate with them. The handlers are the ones who can see every move I make and read my mind. So they were instructed to turn the water on, so they can turn on the system that is connected to the water system to push nano technology (and other technologies) and chemicals through the pipes. That’s why when you get into the tub or shower, the signals increase. The technology that they push through the water interacts with the technologies in your body. A similar experience is gotten when you consume foods that have been tampered with and tap or bottle water that you drink. After getting out of the tub increased attacks to the feet was felt.

9-12 Attacks to my stomach in the form of directed energy increased after drinking the boiled ice water that I prepared a couple of days ago. This tells me that the nano technology (other technology) and chemicals are still active in the water. Then the attacks moved to include my knees, t;oes and feet as directed energy. There was also needle pricking to my right hand fingers. And attacks to my head was felt. No matter water I drank, I never felt like I had enough, because of what is contain in it.

9-13 3:30a When I went to sleep and woke up, my entire right arm was shaking, which included my hand. I could feel it from the upper joint and the elbow. Then I noticed the bloating from my stomach. I have a high level technology in my body and that’s why I’m getting these symptoms. Once I move around, the shakiness to my arm is gone. The attacks get worse when I eat or especially drink the tap water and in the night and just before getting up in the morning. This is similar to what i experience outside but much worse. Rarely does my arm shake when I get up. As a matter of fact I can count only twice this had happen. And I have been sleeping outside since 2011. But I’m not near infrastructure or people. However, devices have been placed in areas surrounding me that I can’t get to.

9-14 After waking up I immediately noticed an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness of both of my arms. The attacks also included my toes and head. I had drank the tap water and ate some bread and chicken the previous day.

9-16 Induced rapid heartbeat and stimulation of private parts. The day before attacks were hardly noticeable. So I think they build up the tech that I consumed the previous two days.

9-14/16 Strong pulsing attacks to the left and right temples during this period. This is experienced especially in the kitchen, bathroom or laying on the floor in the center room. But when I stand up in the center room, the attacks are not present. What does that sound like to you? There are individuals standing around the clock near closes wall of the apartment I’m at. I hear them as I come into these areas. Anyway, the pulsing attacks usually turn into signal attacks later to the areas they are attacking. And it has already been clarified that the directed energy manipulates the technology in your body.

9-18/19 Throughout the night into the morning experienced an induced rapid heartbeat each time I was woken. And each time I woken, I had a very tired feeling as if I hadn’t slept for several days. The last time I was woken, I had shakiness particularly on my right hand and arm. Later as I was preparing my bath, the attacks also included my left ankle. What brought about these attacks was consuming some marshmallows in the evening. When I bit into it, there was a noticeable sensation as if someone had placed technology in them. The marshmallows were way past their consumption date, so it could have just been place there for me to consume them. Also the cheerios and soy milk had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust as the attacks increased thereafter.

9-19 When I look in the mirror I notice more nano residue on my face and particularly right above my nose. They are much darker in color than my complexion. They also produce line marks in the skin and that is where the “wrinkles” come from. When I use both the citric acid and the dmso, this part of my face starts to tense up or take on a different shape. And when I applied the solutions to the entire face, the intense pain can be felt in the areas where the nano technology was applied. For instance, I felt it on my left and right temples, nose and forehead. These are the areas that has the largest amount of nano technology. How the nano technology get to these areas is through directed energy. When I consumed the food that has the nano technology, there is an increase attack to the stomach. That is the criminals of this organization using directed energy technology to access the nano technology. So now we talking about dna here. Than you might feel a burning sensation to the part of your body that they are applying the nano technology or you might feel a pressure attack. Then later you will notice that it is signaling or directed energy feeling like electrical current to those parts of the body. That is them programing the nano technology to do certain things to that part of your body. Both the head, face, stomach and feet are important areas for them when they are attacking your body.

9-19/20 Went to sleep around 11p and was woken around 4:15a, because some boxes had fallen. After that occurred I immediately heard two apartment doors open up and than the elevator. All this happened in a frame of less than 3 minutes. So the sound of the boxes must have interfere with something they were doing to me, because I did not move a muscle. Meanwhile, after hearing all of this, I did noticed I had an induced rapid heartbeat and it is not because of the boxes falling. I had train myself a long time ago not to react to sudden change of noise or sounds that might interfere with concentration. And this had happened many nights before, so I had became somewhat immune to it. Anyway, it appears that new people and or, high level people are being used and that could be why the sound of boxes falling startled them and the course of instructions could no longer be met. It also meant short-term assigners had to leave because their purpose could no longer be met. It does appear to be that way, since a continue cycle of new people are always part of the equation in my targeting. This is the spiritual component – these are occultist.

9-20 Went back to sleep at around 5:45a.. When I got back up, it was around 9:30a. When I walked around I suddenly felt different energies directed at the heal of my right foot. During sleep the criminal organization had programmed the nano technology in my feet and I felt it as multiple signal points being transmitted upon.

9-20/24 I don’t really log my situation in if the attacks are almost none apparent, so that is why you have not heard from me in a few days. But the 23rd was different and that is why you are seeing this post. I have consumed more than I should of the tap water, which was made into a tea and oatmeal and whatever else I could find in this crazy world. And as expected the attacks were beyond anything you can imagine. But I have developed techniques to deal with the attacks. However, that isn’t why I’m writing this log. The reason why I’m writing this log at 3:45a, is because, I have taken DRASTIC steps, which involved going into the cabinet and grabbing some baking soda and apple cider vinegar. I knew already that once I consumed these two items, I was going to deal with the SHIT as HORRIBLY and AS IRRITATING as possible. As expected, when ever this method is done, they will turn their weapon systems UP to maintain and regain control. It started with the vibrations and than it was the pulsing and burning of different sections of my head. I use to think this was them adding to the tech in my body, but it felt very FORCED. When I said FORCED, it wasn’t what they usually do when they are successful. They are very specific. This wasn’t very specific. There was light 10 different places they were hitting my body. With this kind of arraignment, they would never make their mark. But the AGGRESSIVE TARGETING is a small price to pay to break down this control they have. And I know from experience if I switch things up a bit, I usually comes out the victor. Do not be impress with low targeting. They are building up to something more grandiose in the future. So always do something even when your targeting is low. Brain Mapping attacks just means regrouping to me – or maintain or regain control. Vibrations felt throughout the entire body is the same. At this point the specific stuff they were doing earlier is gone. That is where my attention has been in later years. So pay attention to the specifics, not the AGGRESSION. If they are burning you or doing some of the older stuff, that is a good sign. If they are doing some new things, that is a bad sign. That means they have been able to map that new element into their system. Just pay attention.

9-24/25 Attacks immediately to the stomach after consuming fruit and ice cream. Than the feet and later the eye brows in the form of stinging. So the technology was in the food and after consuming it, the technology was taken from my stomach and than burned into the above areas. The result is these areas of my body became access points for the directed energy. Also, continuous pulsing of my nose throughout the night into the morning.

9-25 After consuming the Cream Of Wheat attacks were first felt in the stomach. Than attacks to the feet and knees was felt as directed energy. And burning of my elbows in the form of stinging was felt. Also continuous attacks to the left temple in the form of pulsing attacks, which sometimes was felt on the left temple.

9-25 Diarrhea symptoms developed later in the day, which several times I had to use the bathroom. The symptoms is coming from the combination of the nano crystalline – smart dust in the food and water, constant attacks to the stomach by directed energy technology and increase intake of vitamins to build a strong resistance to the targeting.

9-25/26 Woke up to shakiness to the arms and hands, which felt like current was going through them. But that is them accessing the attached technology that they remotely embed in my arm while I was sleeping. I also noticed numbness in my hands and right arm. When I go into the bathtub, I could feel the energy through my right foot.

9-26 My quota is already almost up and it has not been 15 days. The quota is the amount of bandwidth that is offered each month. You have the option to purchase more and I’m already on my second payment. So it is very possible that someone is surfing the internet underneath my connection, which is why it is running out so soon. Had I gotten DSL, this would not have been a problem. Plus, my connection is always dropping. I’m in an apartment situation and any of the surrounding buildings could be responsible.

9-26 My Aunt has been stalling this moving job for over a month. Yesterday I absolutely had it. I had purchase tickets for a schedule date. If she is not ready by than, that would be on her. But the stalling is just their tactic for me to stay here. They have uploaded a lot of this shit in her mind that each time she say she going to do something, she does the complete opposite. There is absolutely no benefit in staying in NYC as the Targeting limits me to access to clean drinking water and the option to leave the place any time I want. When I’m in North Carolina, I have the option to sleep in another locations and drinking water never consist of tap water. It is a much better environment for me and less favorable for individuals targeting me, because it is not climate controlled. So when it is very cold, it something I look forward to, because I know not too many people would want to be outside. However, the targeting never goes away, it just doesn’t get to the level I’m experiencing daily in NYC.

9-28/29 Went to sleep around 11:30a. Early in the morning attacks was felt on the feet and knees in the form of directed energy. At one point this part of my body was engulfed in directed energy technology. But while I was sleeping the nano technology that I consumed after in the night was embedded in this part of my body and they were simply programming it with the directed energy. Before waking up after being woken several times, I had an induced rapid heartbeat and than I felt strong pulsing to my nose. This was them putting the nano technology in my nose and this was done by elevating my heart rate. After this time, I could feel the technology being accessed by the directed energy. It sounded like snoring, but that is the effect of how they access this technology. Also continued attacks to my eyebrows in the form of burning and than directed energy. The burning is them embedding the technology to this part of my body and the directed energy is programming the technology.

9-29 I used the skin detox agent on my head and face. When I observed it, I could see where they embed the technology to this part of my body. It was lighter in color and the agent form a crystallized substance in this area. Than the burning came in the area where this technology is and than the signaling attacks. At this point the attacks increased to the knees and legs briefly. So targeting this area of my body cause the technology to take on an aggressive form. Also attacks above my nose was felt.

Summation: This month suppose to end my official visit in New York City. But I’m waiting for several things to happened before I depart. In this month attacks were mostly felt on my arms, nose and eyebrows in the form of directed energy, burning, muscular pain and pulsing. Chemicals are still being pushed into the water system, although at times the water does appear to be normal. The targeting always appears worse in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom where they are close to adjacent apartments than the living, which sits in the middle.

6-28/7-18 I’ve been taking supplements right before and after I eat and that seems to help reduce the attacks. All the supplements do is throw off the symmetric of the body in my situation. I also take multiple baths. When I don’t do nothing, the attacks are unbelievable especially after drinking the water and eating the food that had been maliciously contaminated with the technology.

6-28/7-18 There is still the same scripted people around. When I go into the store these individuals are focused in my perimeter. There is still people walking towards me with their cell phone. One young man was seen on his phone than as I was coming in his direction, he darts into the side of the street that I was walking on. However, I was onto him, because his body language told me that he was GPSing my location. Anyway, when he darted towards me I reverse directions immediately. So contact could not be initiated. I knew his actions were being controlled and when it was over I seen him wobbling in confusion as if he didn’t know where he was going. But I knew it was the computer program.

6-28/7-18 Getting access to clean drinking water is difficult due to 1) Contractors in adjacent apartments pushing technology and chemicals through the water system, 2) lacking of space to put bucket inside apartment to store collected water and, 3) the lack of selected hours I could leave the apartment based on the rain time schedule.

7-2/5 Throughout this period attacks to the feet was most noticeable. I have been doing intense detoxing so notes taking has been a low priority. That’s why you are seeing this post in September. And June 2016 has not been finished yet. Anyway, the Bob’s Red Mill Honey Oat Granola had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, although the product is beyond it due date of 4-13-2013 and I did not purchased this product. However, often times I’m finding the old stuff free of nano technology than the recent brought items.

7-3 I brought a zapper, which I use daily. It does work, but you have to remember that our bodies are constantly being attacked so things will come back. That is where changing diet is very important. Eat hot and sour foods and stay away from sugars and carbohydrates. Limit your contents of meat and dairy. The point of saying this is that you want to starve this technology of the things that make it grow.

7-5/7 Attacks mainly to the feet. Some attacks felt to the legs, knees and head. When I get up the contractors in the downstairs apartment jump up. When I entered the bathroom, I immediately hear the water being turned on, but for a few seconds. The water has been connected to the devices that push the chemicals and nano technology through the pipes. And not once is the water heard for a certain period of time, because these individuals don’t live here. They just occupied these apartments to push the chemicals through the pipes and shoot directed energy at me using micro-wave weapons. This the exact same thing that happened to me when I was here in November 2015. The targeting is not only restricted to the bottom apartment, but the apartments of each side of me (B bathroom and G Bedroom). This is a cointelpro operation that has been designed for the electro-magnetic torture that I experience daily. It does not matter if I leave the apartment, they will be people there to make sure any manner of quality of life is quickly diminish.

7-8/11 Throughout the night in this period I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. It occurred each time I was woken.

7-9 I downloaded some video of a young guy claiming to be a Targeted Individual. His videos were informative and the basis of them is that a machine was setup to gang stalk people. True, but there are other elements as well – like a criminal enterprise finds and additional benefits of using a central control unit to do their bidding all for gaining financial wealth over a person’s demise. He is now claiming schizophrenia. What I gathered from this is when TIs don’t organized to the point of finding shelter for the targeting, it becomes easy for us to be picked off like this. There was no reason for this young dude – who identifies as ERIC should be taking this on by himself. Being in your 20s makes you more vulnerable, because your reactions to situations would not be thought through.

7-12/13 Strong attacks to the toes, feet and fingers. Also attacks to the legs, hands and head as directed energy. The attacks are coming from three apartments surrounding this one (6B, 6G and 5A) Everytime I got to the bathroom a pump is turned on, which a hard knocking sound is heard. The water pressure varies from time to time, which also affects the temperature.

7-17 I have not found much benefit from the “anti” nano device I recently built. The current doesn’t feel strong enough to affect the nano technology that is in my body. The only benefit is the citric acid, baking soda, vinegar and laundry detergent combination. Using a bucket instead of a bathtub just means that I can reduce expenses and 2) focus the solution to my feet, arms and hands since that is the only area of my body that the bucket can reach. I also purchased a product called DMSO or Dimethic Sulfoxide. Just like the citric acid it is very concentrated, which means if you can’t take pain, don’t use it. The way I use it is that I pour the contents straight to my head and face. I do not recommend this, because the pain is unbelievable. Let the truth be told, the reason why the pain is there is because of how the nano technology (other technologies) is embedded in the body and how it is reacting to the solution. Since using it, increased attacks to the head was felt. Do not be fooled by this, that is them trying to maintain and obtain control. This process needs to be done every other day at least. It is a skin purifier and interrupts the nano technology that is embedded in the skin.

7-19/20 Strong stinging attacks to the right foot and left foot big toe. Directed energy attacks to the feet was also felt.

7-21 Attacks to the knees in the form of directed energy after consuming tap water, which is being pushed in from adjacent apartments (6G, 5G, 6B and 5A). Elevated rapid heartbeat and stinging of the toes, feet, hands and fingers were felt.

7-21 Surveillanced video of scenes of gang stalking was taken this day.

7-22 Quarter size directed energy attacks to the back of my head. After consuming apples and pears I purchased from a Fordham Road Morton Williams supermarket. Attacks was also felt in the knees and constant attacks to the stomach in the form of directed energy.

Summation: This was the first full month in New York City. Because of this adjustment, most of my time was focused on preparation and less time was put in recording events of the day. But the most important aspects of the targeting was logged.
