12-1 The garlic that I purchased from the Community Vegetables on White Plains Road had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, because each time I consumed it increased attacks to the head was felt. The attacks felt like directed energy on different part of my head.

12-1/2 When I was woken I felt extremely tired as if I had not slept for several days. All day the criminal organization have been making me feel tired. When I went back to sleep I was woken with strong pulsing to my right nostile. It was so strong that another person hearing it would think I was snoring. When I got up I noticed that they had been manipulating my left arm. It felt like technology had been placed in my upper arm joint and that is why it ache in such a way. Meanwhile, attacks to my stomach was continuous. When I moved to another location of the apartment, I immediately heard the elevator as if someone was going down. It was about 2:45a Than as I was searching the internet, I begin to hear the elevator several times. If someone was using it, they was riding it for sometime, because it kept going for at least 5 minutes. I did noticed the energy around my head increasing after the elevator had stopped. It is now around 3:25a.

12-2 3:45a Went back to sleep and when I woke back up around 7a I immediately noticed that my left ear had been completely clogged. So my hearing on my left ear was totally reduced. Plus an induced rapid heartbeat and continuous directed energy to my feet was felt.

12-2 It has not improved since I put the peroxidase in ear. The criminal organization is putting the technology in my ear through my nose by way of my stomach. This explains why my entire left ear is totally clogged. Every now and than I hear an airy sound in my left ear.

12-2/3 Was woken several times with an induced rapid heartbeat and attacks to the feet and arm as directed energy and induced muscular pain.

12-3 Tuck-it Away. Went to the storage room around 9:15a. When I got there I noticed on of the employees in his vehicle. He was programing with his cell phone, which I later found to be two phones. When I confronted him, he explain to me what he was doing. It was pretty obvious that he was given a script to explain to me what he was doing with his cell phone. I did not inquire about what he was doing, it was his reaction to me when he saw me walking several times – so I confronted him about why I was in the storage room. Anyway, there wasn’t many people that I seen at this facility, but I did noticed some attacks coming from a previous storage room that I inquired about during my last trip. The storage room with the man and woman that sit almost across from mine.

12-3 When I was done at the storage room, I made it to the Library, but of course I stopped off several places, because I needed to pick up some gloves and a scarf. It was cold outside. Of course the typical perpetrator activity at these establishments. I had shopped at this store previously, so the electronic stalking activity was very active and coordinated. Pointing cell phones, crowding, getting on the line when I get on and following is just some of the things this criminal organization does.This will be in my video documentation for later viewing.

12-3 New York Public Library. I decided to walk to the NYPL in Fordham Bx NYC. This is a newly built library that I had been to before and that the targeting is very coordinated. When I would sit down, persons who you thought was regular customers of this facility turn out to be the typical stalkers. Than at different times, you will see different individuals standing in your perimeter or sitting down. All of this is being recorded. In one place in the library, it was a security guard who started the initial targeting. When you have personel in any facility engaging in your targeting, you have real problems, because they control how that facility operates around you (people, cameras, wifi, ect). When I first sat down, I noticed strong energy directed at my legs as if there was electrical current turn on at full blast. Each time I got up, the energy will disappeared, so the device was in a book bag that I was able to record. This action makes it possible for perpetrators in your perimeter to manipulate your implants with the cell phone apps on their cell phones. The pain did not start until after 2 hours of being in this facility. It was a feeling of directed energy of my left foot, which would not go away even after leaving the library.

12-3 17:04 Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. Store #4274 2659 Webster Avenue Bronx, NY 10458-4270 Phone: (718) 584-5194. Manager: Carmillo. Purchase Fast Bites BBQ and Breaded Chicken Sandwich and Cheese Burgers, Old Fashion Hard Candy, 12 Candy Canes, Lemon Bar Cookies, Circle A Ranch Spicy Chicken Strips and Chicken Breast Nuggets, Pepperidge Farm Farm House 12 Grain and Whole Grain, Swirl Cinnamon, Oven Baked Fudge Stripe Shortbread, TJ Farms Winter Blend, Shoestring French Fries, Brocoli Cut and PictSweet Corn. When I went into the store, it was very crowded. There was the usual perpetrators and the store was very dirty with stuff all over the floor. I did not see the particular boxes that I seen in my previous visit. Plus when I asked the Manager for his name, he did refused to give it. He gave the name “Fernando” instead. He said he is the general manager.

12-3 After I got home I consumed the Candy Canes and the Old Fashion Hard Candy. Than I consumed the Fast Bites Cheese Burgers. The attacks was first felt on my jaws. When this happens, the concentration of technology is usually very high, but I did not have the blisters that I had in the past.

12-3/4 When I went to sleep and was woken, attacks was strongest on my left leg. The induced pain was so intensive that moving my leg resulted in more pain. This pain was similar to a muscle spasm or a recent spasm. Eventually I gain full control of my leg after consuming some garlic and vitamins. When I went back to sleep and waking up, the attacks was in the form of directed energy, which was directed at my feet. This was the same kind of signal that I had in the Library.

12-4 When I ate the food that I purchased from dollar tree and took an evening nap, the attacks to my right leg was in the form of pulsing. In this case it felt like a vibrating instrument was attached to my leg. This affect the muscles in my leg, but it was nothing like the spasm like symptoms I experienced the night before. I was able to get up quickly and the attacked disappeared once I moved from the area.

12-5 After eating the Oven Baked Fudge Striped Shortbread attacks to the head, legs and knees was felt. I did not experienced these kind of symptoms throughout the night after the earlier ordeal.

12-5/6 Went to sleep around 10a was woken around 4:15a. When I stood up I could feel shakiness to both hands and arms as if something was attached to it. But a little under 5 minutes these symptoms were gone.

12-6 Ate Chicken Spice Strips with Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain and I could taste noticeable Nano Crystalline In these items. After consuming these items attacks to toes in the form a needle pricks and directed energy to my feet and arm (upper joints). Later I consumed the Pepperidge Farm Swirl Cinnamon and the same as the above was experienced. So you could expect the reaction that I received from the “manager” at the Dollar Tree Store, since over 90 percent of these items have been reconditioned with the nano technology – smart dust. The nano technology have been placed in these products for the purpose of heightening my targeting with directed energy weapons.

12-6/7 Different periods I was being attack on my hands, fingers, legs, feet and toes. When I went to sleep and was woken around 3A when I stood up I experienced shakiness to the arms and hands. Than continuous pulsing to my nose was felt even after staying up. And going to sleep the second time, attacks to my nose was felt through the time I got back up,

12-7/8 Went to sleep around 11:30p. When I woke up I could feel the directed energy focused on my upper arm joints as if something was attached to it. But after 5 minutes of standing the symptoms disappeared. I had broken the connection that was made while laying on the floor. See, the criminals of this advance technology program had placed devices in the ceiling that interact with the implants that are in my body. At times I will hear strong pulsing and feel the vibrations that these devices produce. This is how it is living in an apartment in New York City as a Targeted Individual.

12-8 The graham Crackers that my Aunt purchased from an unknown store had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in them. I felt strong stinging sensations when the crumbs fell on my feet. So the technology placed in the food interacts with the technology that is already in my body. When I consume the product, increased attacks to the stomach, head, feet, fingers joints, back, eyebrows, toes and hands was felt.

12-9 Went to sleep around 2:43a. When I woke up, I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness of the arms and hips. Some attacks was also felt on my hands as directed energy. When I stood up, the attacks stopped, because the link was broken. This happened several times in the night and each time I will hear the elevator going through the floors. This means two things to me. The elevator had been program to be remotely operated. When the elevator go through the floors, it is actually interacting with a pulsing device that was installed in the shaft closes to the apartment that I’m staying in. And because they use many people to reach you, the person involved in the targeting immediately leave the apartment below me, so they can start the process over again when I lay back down.

12-9/10 – The typical shakiness of the arms and shoulders after getting up.

12-10/11 – Throughout the night attacks was felt to the chest, stomach, feet, hands, finger joints, eyes, arms, toes and toes joints and stinging, directed energy and muscular pain.

12-11 Upon consuming the TJ Farms French Fries, Broccoli and Meatballs that I purchased from a Webster Avenue Dollar Tree, quarter sized directed energy attacks was felt on my head. This progressed to attacks to my arms, fingers, hands and nose. Meanwhile, continuous attacks to my stomach was felt before the above attacks occurred.

12-11/12 Went to sleep around 11:15p. When I was woken the first time, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. This included directed energy attacks to my chest and back, shoulders and arms and feet. When I went back to sleep and woke up, it was concentrated on my left ear in the form of burning and crawling. This cause it to itch and to become irritated. The last time I laid back down, it involved attacks to my nostrils in the form of directed energy, Each time this area of my body was attacked it produced a snoring sound. So I put garlic in it. This seem to help somewhat. At some point, attacks was felt on my right hand small finger joint as directed energy. When I got up and start moving around, I notice a loud sound directly underneath me as if something was being moved around. Meanwhile, I can hear and feel pulsing sounds from the floor below me and it is clear that these directed energy devices was placed on the ceiling in apartment 5A.

12-12/13 Went to sleep around 10p. Attacks were first felt on my legs as directed energy, which affected the muscles on legs – something similar to electrical current hitting this part of my body. When I was woken around 4a I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat and shakiness to the shoulders and arms. Meanwhile, throughout the night attacks was felt in the ears, feet, toes, fingers, hands, joints, knees, eyes and head as directed energy and stinging. I had consumed chicken that I purchased from ALDIS yesterday.

12-13 Induced sleep after consuming Chicken with Noodles that I purchased from ALDIS Gun Hill Road. When I woke up, I could feel the attacks to my legs and knees as strong directed energy vibrations. When I got up to go into the bathtub, these symptoms stopped.

12-14 Went to sleep around 12:30a. When I woke up around 5a, I noticed strong pulsing of the nostrils of my nose in the form of directed energy. They had attached the technology to this part of my body. This happened when I stood up and also shakiness of my shoulders and arms were also felt. It felt like current was going through it. It stopped almost as immediately as it started. The difference from last night is that the attacks was concentrated to these two main areas. But the biggest part was that I did not eat or drink in the night, so the technology wasn’t as concentrated as it had been.

12-`14 9:30a Loud banging on the roof above me. I’m on the top floor.

12-14 1:30a Induced leg spasms. When I moved my legs the pain was so intense that I could not move it. This lasted for about 5 minutes.

12-14/15 Went to sleep around 11:45p. When I was woken, it was around 2a. When I stood up I could feel the shakiness concentrated on both of my arms. After only a few minutes these symptoms disappeared. When I went back to sleep and woke up, the attacks was concentrated on my arms, but the shakiness was less noticeable.

12-15 I have been having a very tiredness feeling for about two weeks now. It makes me feel like sleeping all the time. It is part of the electronic program that I experience everyday. When I sleep, they are able to program these technologies than when I am up and awake.

12-16 Went to sleep around 12:15a. When I was woken around 4a I had a strong induced rapid heartbeat and when I stood up, the shakiness was really strong to my arms. Also strong pulsing to the nostrils of my nose was felt. When I went back to sleep and was woken around 5:30a and 7:30a the same thing occurred. But each time I was woken, the symptoms were less than before. So the amount of technology in my body was less each time I was woken, because the technology that I consumed was being dissolved through the process electro-magnetic energy programing. Yesterday, I had consumed some bumblebee Tuna, Oreo Cookies, Wheatbread and water. All these items had some levels of nano crystalline – smart dust, which would result in these type of attacks. It isn’t so much the attacks than the severity of the attacks, because of the amount of technology that I consumed yesterday.

12-17 Went to sleep around 1:18a. When I was woken around 6:05a I had a noticeable rapid heartbeat. Than when I stood up, shakiness was felt on my shoulders and strong pulsing of my nostril. When I went to sleep again and woken up again, the shakiness wasn’t as prevalent as before as well as the induced rapid heartbeat. The third time I was woken, the attacks was felt on my legs, which prompted me to get up. Strong pulsing of my nostril happens each time I’m woken.

12-17 8:30p Laid down and after about an hour, I felt a strong muscular pain sensation on my chest. When I move, at times the pain becomes overwhelming. The pain is where the technology is placed on this part of my body. Other attacks was my left foot in the form of directed energy. When I placed the zapper in this area, the directed energy attacks stopped.

12-17/18 Went to sleep around 10:37p and woke up around 2:34a and I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. It was strong. This was followed by multiple pulsing of my nostrils. Also shakiness of my arms was felt, which was concentrated on my shoulders and upper arm joints and hands. When I walked around, the attacks subsided.

12-18 One of my computer start shutting down unexpectedly. There was no explanation, except that the criminals of this organization could be shutting off remotely. However, this is the only computer that I have this problem, which have not happened a long time ago. When I turned on the computer the second time, the sound would not work from the motherboard. This cause me to reboot again, which it did work, but again, the computer turned off without assistance. If the computer is over-heating because of a malfunction fan, it would have happened everytime I turn the machine off. But it didn’t. It does appeared that they can manipulate the fan on and off function, which could be causing the machine to turn off, because of a temperature protection of the motherboard.

12-18 Went to sleep around 3:21a and when I was woken at around 6:54a attacks was concentrated on my heart, which became increasingly rapid as I was getting up as well as a strong pulsing of the left nostril of my nose. Than I noticed a strong directed energy concentrated on one of my finger joints. Once I walked around, the attacks decreased.

12-18 What I have learned from this experience is that each time I went to sleep the attacks would be more apparent when I get up. It was liked they program these nano tech – smart dust device into different parts of my body. The last time I got up, I had an induced rapid heartbeat. But as long as I was laying down, the symptoms were almost non existent. Also that occurred was a strong surge of directed energy directed on the joints of my right foot big toes. It was obvious that this was programmed to this part of my body while I sleep.

12-18 While showering, the water started off cool. So I ran it until it became at least tolerable for a bath. Throughout this time, the water kept fluctuating as if someone one controlling the output. When I got in the tub, at times, the water flow would slow to almost nothing and speed up again. Than I noticed a temperature change at this point. I also noticed the sounds of the pulsing device next door. It happens every time I go to the bathroom. But these devices have been placed everywhere, especially the apartments that surround this apartment. That’s why the rooms closes to these apartments are where the signals are strongest.

12-19 Went to sleep around 12:30a, woken around 2:30a, went to sleep around 2:48a was woken around 4:20a, went to sleep around 5:17a and woken around 7:36a. Each time I was woken I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat which was followed by signal attacks to other parts of my body.

12-19 Around 7:45a I went to take a shower. The water was hot, because the heat was on, but it was nothing like what I felt when I put my hand underneath the kitchen sink water. It was scolling hot, which I had to mix with cold water. I believe the water is being feed into another process before it gets into the bathtub. There is no reason for the water to always be close to cold, when I could barely place my hand in the kitchen sink water. I had informed the SUPPER about this, so he is very aware of this problem. He is also a participant, because of past documented evidence concerning these events. Besides, there is no reason for this water issue to escalate at this level and could only happen from the inside.

12-19 Every night increase attacks to the head could be felt as directed energy. It feels like electrical current on my head and gives the receiver the feeling of many things crawling on my head.

12-19/20 Very Tiredness feeling throughout this period that cause me to take a lot of short naps. This is part of the induced sleep program that they put you in so that they can program the technology to do different things in your body. But because I did not drink the tap water or eat the food, I did not experience some of the symptoms that I had experienced the previous nights. Note: Not eating the foods doesn’t stop the attacks, it just minimizes it, because the technology is still in us.

12-20 Turned on the water, it was cold all morning. It is now 12:34p. This includes the Kitchen Sink water, which was very hot around 9a. The bathroom water has not been hot since July.

12-20 Drank the Nestle Pure Life bottle water and after consuming this product attacks to the head and stomach was felt. Than attacks to the right eye, feet, ankles and other parts of my body. This is not the first time I experienced these attacks after drinking this brand of water. DO NOT BUY NESTLE PURE LIFE BOTTLE WATER. I had drank another company water and did not experienced this. This is not bottle water that I’m picking up from the store, this is bottle water that I found in my Aunt’s Apt.And where I found it, NO ONE could have possibly contaminate it. So the result leads me to know that this company is a PERPETRATOR company. Also noted that they was really HITTING the bottle REAL hard with the DIRECTED ENERGY that LITERALLY caused the BOTTLE to move. That is just the frequency weapons targeting the technology in the BOTTLE and my consumed BODY.

12-20 The hot water did not come on until later in the night. When I laid down for an hour and got up, a continuous pulsing of my lower right leg. They had attached the technology that was in the bottle water to this part of my body.

12-20 12:59p Filed a complaint with the New York City complaint line under Migdalia Romero from apartment 6B for an inspection of this premises. Spoke to James Employee Id: M1616. Complaint No: C1-1-1345364612. The complaint is regarding cold water, water pressure and inconsistency of water temperature from bathroom and kitchen sink.

12-21 Went to sleep around 12:45a, but was woken around 4:10a with an induced rapid heartbeat. It was continuous for about 5 minutes. I went into the bathroom to take a bath, because the heat was now coming on. Surprisingly the water was hot, so I was able to take a short bath unlike the times when the water is loop warm.

12-21 The third time I laid down (5:20a) when I woke up around 6:55a, I noticed directed energy attacks to the stomach. Then I felt a strong signal sensation on my head as if many devices was attached to the right side on my head. At the time I was laying on the right side, because earlier I felt strong pulsing to my nostril when I laid on my left side. Apartment 6G is on this side. They had attached the nano technology that I consumed yesterday from my stomach to my head. This is DNA specific technology.

12-21 8:40a When I stood up I could feel the directed energy that I first felt yesterday on my right leg. It was continuous. Then I felt a directed energy signal as if devices was implanted on my left hand. It, too, was continuous. And continuous quarter size directed energy attacks to the right side of my back. So now there are 3 active attacks to my body.

12-21 Noticeable nano technology – smart dust in the Reggano Angel Hair spaghetti that I purchased from the Gun Hill Road Aldi’s. While I was consuming this product, I could taste the technology as the criminal organization was access it with the directed energy technology.

12-21 Went to take shower and less than a hour I immediately noticed my right hand started to tense up. It became deform from being in the water. However, my left hand did not experienced this same defect. The way to explain this is A large amount nano technology is concentrated on this right hand. I did smell a large amount of chlorine in the water. Meanwhile, the water went from moderate warm to cold almost immediately after getting in the tub.

12-21 White residue seen on right hand after it dried. But nothing was seen on left hand. At this time I can not explain this.

12-21/12-22 Went to sleep around 11:27p. When I was woken around 4:41a spasm attacks to my right leg. It felt like the technology was surround the muscles of my legs. It was so painful that if I moved my leg, the pain would increase.

12-22 The CountrySide Creamery Unsalted Butter from Aldis had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. I had to separate the butter from the ShopRite Strawberry Jelly to determine it was the butter that I was tasting the technology in.

12-22 Strong directed energy that felt like electrical current was experienced on my head near 9p. Than quarter size directed energy focused on the back of my head. But each time I moved from the location it started, the signals would stop.

12-23 4:32a Burning sensation first started on the right ear, than I noticed continuous directed energy attacks to the right foot. As the early morning went on, attacks involved induced muscular pain to the upper right and left arm (especially the right arm) and the continuous pulsing of the right nostril. I put garlic in this area and it stopped. Than some time later continuous pulsing of the right leg. This brought me to stand up.

12-23 Constant pulsing of the lowest part of my right leg and occasional pulsing of my right ear, which feels clog at times. Earlier strong attacks could be felt and heard on my stomach producing gas and bloating.

12-23 KeyFood Lydig Avenue Bronx, NY 10462. Phone: (718) 829-6604. An item that was purchased (by my Aunt) from this establishment had noticeable Nano Crystalline – Smart Dust in it. With each bite I could taste it as if it was cooked into this product. The product was Neumans Date Nut Bread 16 oz. My Aunt ate a small amount of it. It had been in the refrigerator for several weeks. I learned a long time ago not to eat anything right away because the technology is very new. There is a high potency level when the item is first purchased, which explains the heavy amount of stocking when I go into these establishment.

12-23 Induced muscular pain directed at my upper arm joints and stinging sensation to my fingers.

12-24 Went to bed around 1a and was woken around 6:37a. When I stood up I could feel the shakiness through my arm, shoulders and hands. Then I noticed directed energy on the tips of my fingers of both of my hands as if they had feel asleep. These symptoms lasted for about 5 minutes.

12-26 When I got up the directed energy was concentrated on my right foot and the joints of my right fingers. When I went into the bathtub the energy was directed to my lower leg, head and hands. When I go out the bathtub the energy stop.

12-26 Later the energy was concentrated on my back as quarter size attacks. This also similar attacks could be felt on my head and ankles.

12-26/27 Every night after about 10p increased attacks to my head, which feels like electrical current going through it. Added is strong signal sensations to the heal of my right feet, quarter size attacks to my head, some pulsing attacks to my arms and sexual stimulation.

12-27 Went to sleep around 3:15a and was women around 7:30a. Attacks was felt on the arms as shakiness and later my left foot and knee as directed energy. So this put me at only about 4 hours of sleep.

12-27 Shortly after my Aunt left the apartment, I noticed a lot of activity in the hallway. When I looked out, I saw a man that I had never seen in the hallway talking to someone I couldn’t see from my positioned. After they left, the activity continued until about 10 after she had left. Prior to she leaving, I did not noticed any noise in the hallway. The activity appeared to be how they coordinate the targeting.

12-28 Went to sleep around 12:30a and was woken around 2a. Soon afterwards I could feel the directed energy around both of the HEAL of my feet. It progressively got worse as long as I was laying there, so I got up. Meanwhile, I noticed that my Aunt had gotten up to go to the bathroom. This same event also happened earlier, but I was on the computer at the time. Also noted. Before going to sleep, continuous and aggressive attacks was experienced on my stomach in the form of directed energy. I had consumed several things before this time. The aggressive attacks is associated with the nano technology – smart dust in the food and drink and it is clear to me that the attacks to the heals of my feet is related. I don’t know if my aunt getting up before me is connected, but one could wonder.

12-28/29 The typical activity after my Aunt leaves of several “tenants’ going out of their apartment. Some standing in the hallway and others going into the elevator. Others even coming from downstairs into apartment. It is usually around 15 to 45 minutes before it quite.

12-28/29 Went to sleep around 11p, but was woken about 3 hours later. It is typical that when I first try to sleep attacks to my nostril occurs. Than I have to put garlic in my nose, which seems to help. But this day also included attacks to the side of my face centered around my right temple and the centered of my chest, which became so painful that it was difficult to move. I had to put the zapper on this area of my body. Some attacks was felt on my feet, hands, fingers and toes as well. When I was waken up around 7:30a the attacks consist of a quarter size directed energy to my head. But placing the zapper on this part of my head put an end to this attack.

12-30 Went to sleep around 1:32a. As soon as I was about to go to sleep, I experienced the typical pulsing of my nose. Than I could feel the directed energy on my legs and sexual vibrations. When I woke up around 7:15a I felt no symptoms. But when I stood up, I felt shakiness in my shoulders, upper arm joints, elbows and hands.

12-31 New Years Eve – These are the pictures of my next door neighbor and the super of the building I’m in.

Summation: The typical targeting of the body with the surrounding directed energy from surrounding apartment, but the first month that the elevator wasn’t always at play. However, still people congregated in the hallway especially after Aunt leaves apartment. What was different is a stubborn ear infection that won’t go away and affects hearing in my left ear. This is complicated by electro-magnetic pulsing and exposure to chemical technology from the water and food that I consumed and used, which is quite frequent throughout the day.

Year In Review: This is the first year since the targeting begin that I spent a considerable time in the City of New York. So the targeting is more people oriented than in Fayetteville North Carolina, which consist of various pulsing devices that was placed throughout the area. As always, the targeting started off as less involved, but picks up after a month. However, I have access to various techniques that I do not have living away from infrastructure, which can affect me in a positive way.

Anyway, the month started off with recovering from stolen items that occurred in December 2015. Seeking help from the Targeting Individual “community” quickly refreshes my memory of why I go it alone. I don’t participate in conference calls or personal calls or activities associated with this population. But I continue to document the crimes facing me, because this is what I was doing before I was targeted.

In March I received a call of the passing of my sister. She had been complaining about pain for sometime. My Aunt had told me that she had taken her to the hospital and the doctor had recommended surgery. She walked out the hospital my Aunt claim. Me and my sister have been having an in and out relationship for some years and I had no clue of the severity of her medical condition until the very end. She was 49.

This year also brought the passing of Prince 58, Florence Henderson 82 and George Michael 53. But early in the year it was David Bowie and Glenn Frey. They were both 67. I liked Glenn Frey with the Heat Is On and my Sister liked David Bowie, but George Michael was her BEST.

Other than what was said, there is not much I could add, because the targeting is always a repeat of what has been going on for almost 9 years. So I summarize it as psychological, which is a method of keeping someone in a very depressed frame of mind. Why is this bad, because you are living a unproductive life based on fear of what they will do to you.

Now that might not be the case for everyone being targeted with directed energy weapons, but it is mine. You must respect that and let it be. The PSYCHOLOGICAL factor in my targeting is so real that if I decided to live a normal life, I might just be able to deal with it better. However, I would be wrong if I ignore the fact that being close to these criminals will result in worst targeting as I have been able to identify.

Other important events of 2016 were the dissolving of Freedom From Covert Harassment & Surveillance, GAVIN LONG, the Baton Rouge shooter who was a TI, “Testimonies of Targeted Individuals” Booklet created by PACTS Derrick Robinson that was made for the FBI to investigate these crimes and another TI Suicide, Richard Diell, which tells me we are no better off than 2008.

6-28/7-18 I’ve been taking supplements right before and after I eat and that seems to help reduce the attacks. All the supplements do is throw off the symmetric of the body in my situation. I also take multiple baths. When I don’t do nothing, the attacks are unbelievable especially after drinking the water and eating the food that had been maliciously contaminated with the technology.

6-28/7-18 There is still the same scripted people around. When I go into the store these individuals are focused in my perimeter. There is still people walking towards me with their cell phone. One young man was seen on his phone than as I was coming in his direction, he darts into the side of the street that I was walking on. However, I was onto him, because his body language told me that he was GPSing my location. Anyway, when he darted towards me I reverse directions immediately. So contact could not be initiated. I knew his actions were being controlled and when it was over I seen him wobbling in confusion as if he didn’t know where he was going. But I knew it was the computer program.

6-28/7-18 Getting access to clean drinking water is difficult due to 1) Contractors in adjacent apartments pushing technology and chemicals through the water system, 2) lacking of space to put bucket inside apartment to store collected water and, 3) the lack of selected hours I could leave the apartment based on the rain time schedule.

7-2/5 Throughout this period attacks to the feet was most noticeable. I have been doing intense detoxing so notes taking has been a low priority. That’s why you are seeing this post in September. And June 2016 has not been finished yet. 7-5/7 Attacks mainly to the feet. Some attacks felt to the legs, knees and head. When I get up the contractors in the downstairs apartment jump up. When I entered the bathroom, I immediately hear the water being turned on, but for a few seconds. The water has been connected to the devices that push the chemicals and nano technology through the pipes. And not once is the water heard for a certain period of time, because these individuals don’t live here. They just occupied these apartments to push the chemicals through the pipes and shoot directed energy at me using micro-wave weapons. This the exact same thing that happened to me when I was here in November 2015. The targeting is not only restricted to the bottom apartment, but the apartments of each side of me (B bathroom and G Bedroom). This is a cointelpro operation that has been designed for the electro-magnetic torture that I experience daily. It does not matter if I leave the apartment, they will be people there to make sure any manner of quality of life is quickly diminish.

7-8/11 Throughout the night in this period I experienced an induced rapid heartbeat. It occurred each time I was woken.

7-9 I downloaded some video of a young guy claiming to be a Targeted Individual. His videos were informative and the basis of them is that a machine was setup to gang stalk people. True, but there are other elements as well – like a criminal enterprise finds and additional benefits of using a central control unit to do their bidding all for gaining financial wealth over a person’s demise. He is now claiming schizophrenia. What I gathered from this is when TIs don’t organized to the point of finding shelter for the targeting, it becomes easy for us to be picked off like this. There was no reason for this young dude – who identifies as ERIC should be taking this on by himself. Being in your 20s makes you more vulnerable, because your reactions to situations would not be thought through.

7-12/13 Strong attacks to the toes, feet and fingers. Also attacks to the legs, hands and head as directed energy. The attacks are coming from three apartments surrounding this one (6B, 6G and 5A) Everytime I got to the bathroom a pump is turned on, which a hard knocking sound is heard. The water pressure varies from time to time, which also affects the temperature.

7-17 I have not found much benefit from the “anti” nano device I recently built. The current doesn’t feel strong enough to affect the nano technology that is in my body. The only benefit is the citric acid, baking soda, vinegar and laundry detergent combination. Using a bucket instead of a bathtub just means that I can reduce expenses and 2) focus the solution to my feet, arms and hands since that is the only area of my body that the bucket can reach. I also purchased a product called DMSO or Dimethic Sulfoxide. Just like the citric acid it is very concentrated, which means if you can’t take pain, don’t use it. The way I use it is that I pour the contents straight to my head and face. I do not recommend this, because the pain is unbelievable. Let the truth be told, the reason why the pain is there is because of how the nano technology (other technologies) is embedded in the body and how it is reacting to the solution. Since using it, increased attacks to the head was felt. Do not be fooled by this, that is them trying to maintain and obtain control. This process needs to be done every other day at least. It is a skin purifier and interrupts the nano technology that is embedded in the skin.

7-19/20 Strong stinging attacks to the right foot and left foot big toe. Directed energy attacks to the feet was also felt.

7-21 Attacks to the knees in the form of directed energy after consuming tap water, which is being pushed in from adjacent apartments (6G, 5G, 6B and 5A). Elevated rapid heartbeat and stinging of the toes, feet, hands and fingers were felt.

7-21 Surveillanced video of scenes of gang stalking was taken this day.

7-22 Quarter size directed energy attacks to the back of my head. After consuming apples and pears I purchased from a Fordham Road Morton Williams supermarket. Attacks was also felt in the knees and constant attacks to the stomach in the form of directed energy.

Summation: This was the first full month in New York City. Because of this adjustment, most of my time was focused on preparation and less time was put in recording events of the day. But the most important aspects of the targeting was logged.

6-1/2 Throughout the night attacks to the nasal cavity right after hearing someone in the area. Then after being woke the second time attacks to the feet – particularly the area closes to the toes was felt. The third time it involved my left hand and the top of my right foot. It felt like current was going through it. Each time I heard the presence of individuals in the area.

6-2 Continuous pulsing attacks to the left temples. This started at around 7a and it is now 10:10a.

6-2 Around 4:45p I seen dogs in my perimeter. They are following the same route, which is between me and the pulsing device.

6-3 Upon eating the strawberries that I purchased from the Eastern Blvd Food Lion I tasted noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in them as they were accessing with the surrounding directed energy. Soon afterwards I noticed induced muscle tightening on my arm. I have not eaten for 3 days and my targeting while at my homebase was almost non existent. Later as it was raining spasm attacks to my right hand was felt. This was continuous and spasm attacks to the right foot was felt as well.

6-3 Muscular spasm to the back. This was felt while walking into town as well as a very tiredness feeling, which forced me to stop several times to take a break. Then I noticed an increased in my heart rat for no apparent reason. It is especially true when I visit stores. Induced sickness from time to time, which makes me feel like throwing up. Also I was light-headed that can’t be explained.

6-3 The food that came from a man and woman driving through was heavily contaminated. I did not consumed it, I just ran my tongue across it, which I immediately noticed the presence of nano crystalline – smart dust. They claim to be from a church and they just wanted to help the homeless. Sounded pretty scripted to me. Anyway, this was expected as these kind of individuals seek me out when they need me to consume a large amount of technology. The food is a gateway to the electro-magnetic targeting that I have experienced for about 8 years, which lead to homelessness.

6-6 After consuming the cooked ham with white potatoes and broccoli increased attacks to the right arm in the form of muscular pain. Induced sleep. Then attacks to the stomach and heals of feet.

6-6 Saw a video talking about: Morgellons. Some of the major symptoms discussed was stomach muscle pain affecting the digestive system. This is a major symptom that I have, which Morgellons spread to the other parts of the body. Sugar as well as fruit is very bad for it as it grows worse in the body. What is good for it is apple cider vinegar, garlic and baking soda, because it does not like an alkaline body. I believe he is the main perpetrator in the area and was responsible for stealing my stuff last December. “YO” is a term used up north and these people love taking stuff that doesn’t belong to them. Anyway, I hope I can cure some of the damage caused by Morgellons and reduce some of the attacks associated with this government sponsored conditioned.

So they manipulate the charging mechanism to indicate that the battery is charging but it isn’t because they remotely setup devices in the area that manipulate the charging sensors.

6-8 Increased interference to my radio while I was preparing my meal. The source of the interference was from my WIFI broadband adapter. This was found after turning the adapter off. 6-12/13 Attacks to the feet and legs continued throughout the night into the morning. This also included my stomach.

6-13 After leaving the homebase attacks to the side of my right head closes to my ear was felt. It wasn’t immediate though – only after visiting several of the stores when these types of attacks began to occur. Other attacks follows: legs, eyes as directed energy attacks and pulsing of my right and left temples. As I was in the Storage Room I heard a vehicle in the driveway. This is opposite of the main entrance. And shortly later I seen a vehicle parked on the side of the street. This is no place to park a vehicle as the street was designed for thorough traffic. When I saw this individual I knew he was a criminal government contractor, because of the vehicle situation. His reason for being in the storage room was to 1) GPS my location and 2) to place smart dust in the area that I was pulling stuff from my storage unit.

6-14 I drank the concoction that I made yesterday, which it main ingredients were Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda. Immediately after consuming it I went to the bathroom. Note: This is my fourth day of not eating anything. This is just the start of this Detoxification of the Morgellon Disease that was given to me.

6-14 Attacks to the head increased and can be felt in different places. This is an uncommon experience. However, there were a benefit in drinking the concoction. The pain at the very bottom of my back is now gone. I could also see the worms and fungus in my waste. 6-14/15 Throughout the night into the morning attacks increased everywhere! Head, Legs, Fingers, Arms, Stomach, ect. Butt the attacks were more like maintaining control. Drank Apple Cider Vinegar with Baking Soda with no water added. Then I start eating fresh Garlic with lemons and limes with Oregano and Ground Cayenne Red Pepper. I could literally feel the organism shrinking inside my stomach. Now my whole entire body felt like it was in an electric socket, which was centered around my head, stomach and face. In the morning I swallowed a Garlic whole and I thought the Angels was coming. It was that incredible!

6-16 Increased attacks to the stomach after consuming the Bakers Harvest Chicken Flavored Crackers from Dollar Tree Eastern Blvd.

6-16/17 Throughout the night into the morning my first experienced was an induced rapid heartbeat. The second time the attacks was concentrated on my right leg upper joint, which felt like directed energy. While on the computer quarter size attacks to the left side of my head was felt. And waking up the third time it was directed energy surrounding my left foot big toe. Body vibrations centered around my left hip was felt during the entire period as well.

6-17 All the vitamins that I purchased from Dollar Tree Eastern Blvd store had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Upon consuming this item a strong pulse attack was felt in my stomach. They were Nature’s Measure Vitamin C 500 MG, Fish Oil 1000 MG, Vitamin E 100 IU, Vitamin D 400 IU and Gingo Biloba 500 MG.

6-18 The Nut Cracker Dry Roasted Peanuts had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Upon consuming this item attacks to my upper left leg joint was felt in the form of directed energy and increased muscular pain on my right arm was experienced.

6-18 Towards the evening pulsing attacks to my left eye was continuous. Later it also included my right eye. Some attacks to the head, nose cavity and feet was felt as directed energy.

6-19 After consuming the baking soda and Apple Cider Vinegar attacks was immediately felt on my left foot. The baking soda itself have considerable amount of nano crystalline – smart dust in it, because when I consumed the Vinegar alone, the attacks are almost non existant.

6-22/23 Throughout the night into the morning attacks was first felt on the head, which felt like electrical current going through it. Stinging of my thighs and signaling of my leg joints including knees. The stinging and signaling of my toes joints. Consuming the Ragu Spaghetti Sauce from Eastern Blvd Food Lion was the deciding factor.

6-23 Was schedule to leave for New York City today. However, I could not get myself together. Rescheduled. Storage Room. It took me longer to find what I needed to take to my trip. I ran into a situation with the attendant (DON) due to a complaint I made earlier concerning her not being present. She suggest that I get a new storage and that I had 6 weeks. This was retailation and there is no reason for her to suggest that I get a new storage room, when she should be there until 5p. I have noted this in my journal earlier.

6-23 Canceled my trip to New York and instead went to Home Depot to purchase three buckets and cooper wire for my Anti-nano device. Unfortunately I did not purchase enough wire to complete my nano device, so this project would have to be completed when I get back.

6-23/24 Attacks occurred later in the night after tasting nano crystallized sensations in my mouth. Earlier in the morning pulsing of my right foot was felt. It would come and go.

6-24 Throughout the day repeated attacks to the stomach, which resulted in gas and bloating. Also attacks to the right foot was felt.

6-27 I have not eaten in 6 days and although the targeting still exist, it was on the mild level. So it is clear to me that the nano technology placed in the food activates the technology already in my body. Anyway, at this point the targeting is mainly felt in the stomach and can be heard as a stomach growl, which happens quite frequently.

6-27 My first day eating after 6 days. It consist of spaghetti and tuna, which both had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. While cooking saw chem-trail spraying and an x pattern above me. This is what was happening in the beginning of my targeting. Anyway, I put a lot of spicy ingredients in this meal and it seem like it helped alot. But that is just a small thing that I need to combat the targeting. I now know (been have known) that the large presence of technology in the body represents more targeting. That’s why my computer always works better when I don’t eat for several days. When I began to eat within minutes the computer is having trouble again. Anyway, I have to get my body to the point that regardless if I eat or not that technology can not survive in my body – let alone being controlled by outside forces. This involves eating the right foods and fasting. When I mean fasting, I mean not eating several days so that the body can break down the remaining particles (food). This puts less pressure on the digestion system and allows it to recover for the next batch of food. In respect to nano technology, it showed in the targeting (explain above). Using Petox methods is good in the short-term and should be done for Targeted Individuals for at least every 6 months. But eating foods that Alkaline the body uplift good health is an absolute necessity in combating the targeting. Both sour and bitter foods are good. You want to make it very uncomfortable for nano technology to survive.

6-27 The Assured Instant Hand Sanitizer that I purchase from the Eastern Blvd Dollar Tree had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Upon applying it to my face and head, noticeable signal attacks increased (similar to electronic brain mapping).

6-28 Amtrak. Going to stick me in a sardine can with this ASSIGNED SEATING bullshit! It didn’t start off like that way though. Since I was the first one to get on the train in this section, it was noticeably empty. All the other people from Fayetteville stop was also directed into this same car. Not long an older man sat across from me, he was going to New York as well. Surprised? You shouldn’t be as they need someone in my perimeter for the entire time. Then I get up and walk to the next car and guess what? It was practically empty. So now I’m in the Dinning car. Not a single person. That lasted 10 minutes.

6-28 Amtrak Travel. As I worked on my computer typing my journal, one person after another pass through me to go to the dinning car. Each time I noticed directed energy to the right eye. This happened for a week and started at the homebase. I managed to get my video phone out for some footage on what kind of criminal activity I was dealing with. First an Asian woman and white guy who came together, but left at different times. A dark skinned black male who sat behind the Asian woman. Then later another white guy dressed in red and a cap displaying ny. And finally a dark skinned female dress in black sat straight across from me. The video will show her phone pointing towards me and her dialing into it. This will be the first time that video and pictures will be included in the Journal entry, Also noted is my computer charging mechanism became compromised when this female sat across from me.

6-28 Amtrak Travel. I moved back to the passenger car and I’m confronted with the same scripted but different set of people. But it wasn’t until Baltimore that I noticed an African American carrying store shopping bags and looked to be homeless. I knew he was going to sit across from me; a seat that was purposely left unoccupied. He had three phones, which he was using to program the implants in my body. Of course he had outside support from surrounding perpetrators, but they needed someone this close that had dark melanin. But it was clear that he was a paid contractor. He had to purchase a ticket on the train – so I know he was brought in at the last minute. I have several clips of him – but video is not of good quality. He got out at the Philadelphia. Note: I also have clips of a white guy sitting behind him and an older white female. All these parties got off in Philly. Than there is a white male who came on from Philly. He originally was sitting towards the front and than I see him being instructed by one of his handlers to move to the area I was sitting. I have seen the handler before and he never appeared to be targeting me directly. So I left to go to the dinning car, which I saw an black female who clearly appeared to be a government contractor. There were bags of Amtrak Employees that I did not see last time. This is the crew north of DC. Shortly after sitting in this area, I noticed a strong directed energy signal on my left elbow. I never experienced this before. There is not a single individual not involved on some level. On a brighter note it took them almost an entire trip of twelve hours to move this technology to my elbow. The signal has since stopped. After 30 minutes, I now feel numbness and muscle manipulation in my right arm.

6-29 After getting to Penn Station I decided to sit some where away from commuters and immediately I see an old man that appeared to be homeless and semi cripple. Many actors are used to get close enough to me. Than I see another man stopping in the perimeter of the actor and me. This is how they GPS a location. The actor has a device, but it is concealed. Plus the entire station has been equipped with WIFI, which makes it easy to target an individual with this technology. When I went to slide my metro card in the machine a female decided to stand there. So not only can they read your mind, they can get individuals to stand in selective places. Of course the whole time she was standing there, she did not slide her metro card in. The grid in NYC is very tight and everyone in this city is instruments to this system.

6-29/30 I walked to lover Manhattan and throughout this period from time to time I was confronted by mostly people that would be considered government contractors. However, most were in vehicles. Areas that have WIFI are particularly favorable for these government contractors. Once I move from these places the attacks disappears. If I go to a park where no buildings exist, I would notice someone placing smart dust technology in the area. Particularly garbage cans and around trees. This is around 3a in the morning and seeing someone even in NYC is unusual. These people are being contract to the area. The purpose is to always keep you under directed energy attacks. Anyhow, I finally made my way to Battery Park. I immediately seen a number of different people. One such individual followed me to another location. So I went further down. Shortly later I see 2 uniform guys pointing what looked like flashlights. I was laying on the bench at the time so I got up and walk towards them. A first glance it looked like they were interested in a water sprinkler. But after asking them if I was on private property and they saying no, I see these same guys a short time later pointing these same devices at me in another location. So I got up again and as I was walking I can now clearly see that these were not flash lights (the were portable micro-wave pulsing devices) and they were with the New York City Park’s Department. Eventually I settled at the bottom tip of the park. When I first went to sleep, it I was woken with a rapid heart beat. But the second time it appeared that I was ok. When I woke up after sleeping for two hours, I see a number of individuals in my perimeter. But one particular individual walked past me to put something in the garbage can. Earlier he was programming the smart dust that he put there. See.. when you sleep they are programming the technology in you. And when they wake you up, they program technology that interacts with the technology in your body. This usually happens right after sun up, which is why the attacks are always worse getting up around this time.

6-30 I went shopping at a vitamin shop in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx. Immediately seen stocking of products happening throughout this store. So the original items that once lined the shelves were removed and replaced with reconditioned items that contain DNA specific nano technology and other ingredients that makes my body vulnerable to the electro-magnetic attacks that I’m being exposed to. Plus later I found that the person claiming to be the owner was actually irregular worker. And the owner was actually Anthony. This is all rehearsed before I come into this establishment. The next store sells vegetables. The manager claiming to be named Lee was actually referred as another name by an employee. So the names are not always accurate. Anyway, these individuals know about this program. They are allowing their businesses to be infiltrated, because the money makes sense. So all this Bullshit that we are being feed about these people are MIND CONTROL is hogwash and all you looking at is just a CRIMINAL program about DOLLARS and CENTS.

6-30/7-2 I made my way to my aunt’s apartment in New York City. As was the last time I was here the first day was decent, but the second day and thereafter was worse. All the apartments surrounding this one are occupied by government contractors. The signals get worse as I consumed the products that I purchased from businesses and the tap water coming into the apartment. There is noticeable moving around in the apartment below me. For instance, when I move from one side of the apartment to the next, I hear them move as well. When I go to the bathroom, I can hear them turn on a device that is connected to the water system. The second day I can now here a pulsing device, which I heard them moving around earlier. Increased attacks to the head, feet, hands, fingers and other parts of my body was felt. There is absolutely no benefit in being inside an apartment or in New York City. The amount of criminal control is at incredible levels and there is absolutely no recourse here. All the tap water is chemically controlled and nano technology is pushed in by the government contractors. The food here is of a low quality, because most of it is brought in from somewhere else. In addition, the food is reconditioned with the nano technology and chemicals that make you susceptible to the directed energy attacks which cause pain and illness.

Summation: This month was spent providing health tips and beginning remedies to conquer directed energy attacks caused by nano and implanted technology. And towards the end of the journal, it was about my trip to New York, on Amtrak and my experience into the last day of the month at this new location.

A while back I documented how I was attacked at this location after eating. Someone was parked right behind the church (one of the church members – not some random criminal), which is close to this location. After feeling the intensity of the pulsing I left the area slightly. Upon leaving the area slightly, I saw the church member get out of his vehicle with the cell phone in his hand. Because I had went into the woods where no device was present, he no longer was able to reach me and so it was time to go about his business. Meanwhile, I just had to prepare for another set of attacks at another location. Anyway, I had experienced this many, many, many times and it does not matter what position a person is (police officer, EMS, UPS, Pastor, teacher, business owner, ect.). As things are the system is controlled from the top (Bankers, Business Men, Politicians before it gets to the police, EMS, teacher, pastor, etc.).

5-5 Continuous pulsing of my right arm joint since about 3a. This is compounded with attacks to the stomach, which lead to bloating, gas and diapheria. I could feel a burning sensation in my rectum and genital due to the amount of chemicals and technologies in the food and how the surrounding directed energy is accessing it.

When I got into this establishment, there were hardly anyone in the store. As I was shopping, I see more and more people around me. Later an employee named Jacqueline made a presence in my vicinity several times (more than 10). This did not stop after coming to the line. She made it her duty to be busy around me. That’s because she was the main criminal installed with the pulsing device that is designed to manipulate the implants in my body. These are the same implants that are place in the food items that I consume. This particular store is notorious for this kind of behavior though. Also noted. What was interesting is, when some acquire about opening a line, she, Jacqueline instructed Carlos “Manager” to open the line. Understand this, there is a perpetrator higher arkie that supersedes any Manager. I have seen this play out in other establishments as well. I got back to my homebase after shopping. Immediately upon getting there I started feeling Nauseous as if I was going to throw up. 5-17/18 Throughout the night into the morning continuous attacks to the stomach and legs with directed energy. The pulsing was directed to my left leg thigh.

5-18 After cooking I heard the dogs in the background. They were positioned near the warehouse on the side street. This is usually the place where I hear these dogs. I knew if I ate that they were going to be in my perimeter, so I did not eat.

5-18/19 Throughout the night into the morning attacks to the legs in the form of stinging and feet, which felt like electrical current was experienced. I heard the presence of individuals in the area and their weapons. Also induced urination during this period. At around 6a I had trouble urinating. I had a burning sensation (inflammation) and I still felt like going but couldn’t go all the way. Could this be the first sign of PROSTATE cancer? Was it induced by the directed energy program I was signed up for? LIKELY! Could this just be a reaction to the targeting? LIKELY! You never can tell, but when your body is put through so much of this torture (24/7), it does make sense that an illness can be introduce in this way. This also include a recent bout with reduced VISION clarity. Anyway, having any abnormality adds an extra layer of complication to the targeting.

5-19 As expected the food (macaroni (Roses Express at Eastern Blvd) and the Circle A Ranch Meatballs (Dollar Tree)) had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. Attacks to the stomach became more noticeable.

5-19 Attacks are now directed to my left knee as directed energy. Muscular pain to my left arm follows. Pulsing of my right arm became apparent as well.

5-19 Heard dogs coming in my vicinity.

5-19/20 I did not noticed the attacks getting worse until night fall. Earlier I ate Meatballs with Elbow Macaroni and Beans, which had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. And 5 hours later it compose of Elbow Macaroni with Beans and Tuna. The Elbow Macaroni is from Roses and by itself it had an enormous amount of nano crystalline – smart dust in it. This does not eliminate the fact that the Tuna that I purchased from Big Lots had some levels of this technology. The attacks first involved my thigh muscles. This is why I would feel stinging sensations in this area first, because they would work there way up to manipulating my muscles, which at times become so tense that moving my legs is difficult. Pulsing of both my left and right arm during various periods of the night. Each time I would get attacks to this area of my body, I would hear someone in the area. So this discounts that the attacks are coming from very far away. The only way that would happen is if I was moving around. Also I heard someone setting up something before all of this occurred. So, with all the pulsing devices in the area, they still uses individuals to set things in motion and to do the actual targeting.

5-20 Please understand that they have to build up enough technology (nano, smart dust, ect.) in your body before they can target you. And there is varied degrees of targeting at this point. This explains why they go through so much trouble lacing the food supply in area stores that I shop at. So if you are still listening to people telling you that you don’t have to be implanted, BULLSHIT! It doesn’t have to be a traditional implant or an implant that could be identified. It could be millions of nano particles (or other micro technologies) unknown to the average people passing through the body. That’s why many of us who noticed that attacks getting worse after we have eaten or drink something. Or use a cell phone or computer wifi. The technologies that have been placed in our bodies can be manipulated by cell phones (towers), pulsing devices, ect. They can move these technologies to different parts of the body at will. So, it isn’t a laser you are feeling, it is them using the nano technologies assisted by directed energy to manipulate that part of your body. It is especially true when you sleep and they wake you up. Your body becomes open to the assault when you sleep. Why doesn’t the government know about this? Because they are funding it. Remember my targeting started the day after complaining about racial profiling from the Fayetteville North Carolina Police Department, which happens to be a government agency. And the day after I made a complain via email, I see two strange looking white men at the train station walking in my vicinity and two weeks later I noticed a bank correspondent that I dropped in a mail box across from the police station never was received. So now I’m dealing with what I considered retaliatory harassment using spies, mail fraud and invasion of privacy. The correspondent that I mailed was a dispute claim concerning a payment at local business. And it wasn’t the police’s right to have it. Anyway, the lack of trusting of the police goes way back to 1993 – the NYC Dirty 30th, which put me on local television. So when went to Rhode Island to collect my cousin’s ashes and we had to go to the police station there, it did not surprise me that when I purchased a soda in a soda machine that was right next to the police station, the police officers had smirks on their faces. Of course they knew I was coming to their town so they took some of the sodas and placed nano crystalline – smart dust in them. When I turned the top some of the soda’s came pouring out. So they recently shake it so that technology did not settle in the bottom. When it comes to this point that the police would engage in this level of criminality, than you know they police is the last place you want to get help from. This is not just a few officers, it is an entire organization of corruption that trickle from the top to the bottom. If you don’t know, the police is the recruiting arm to the Federal criminal program that we were placed in. They are the protectors of the stalkers and the overall program. They get more funding dollars for people they place in this program. And to ensure ultimate success, they themselves will participate in your demise. There network is across the country (and in many case across the world). Rhode Island Pawtucket was especially unique with the police department as they themselves was engaged in food/liquid tampering.

5-20 After leaving my homebase I noticed an increased in aggressive stalking by both pedestrians and vehicles. I did not eat or drink before leaving the area, but I did consumed a heavily contaminated meal the day before. When I got to the Ramsey Street shopping district, I head right to the laundry and before I could get into the door, I see two Caucasion men rushing to this location. Meanwhile, I see a female of the same type going outside the Cleaners (adjacent to the Laundrymat) making a call. There were just one car parked in the parking lot and it was on the Clearner’s side. So it was clear to me that this was a staged event. The timing was just right to put everything in motion, so I decided to leave to come back later. Meanwhile, the motherboard that I purchased and received from the mailbox was a lemon. When I installed it, YEAH it turned on. But it stayed on for only two minutes. So I FLASHED the BIOS and it was BRICK. Never should a motherboard go out after Flashing it. This was unacceptable! I have contacted the seller for later feedback. But the board was tossed in the garbage, because it would have cost more to ship it than it value. After this situation I went back to the laundry to drop off clothes and now they were 4 cars parked in the parking lot. There were obvious perpetrators and the laundry is very well setup for the kind of targeting that many victims of directed energy attacks experienced. Because of this, I limit my time at a facility that would normally be beneficial after traveling about 5 miles with a shopping cart to get to this location. My next visit was in this order: Dollar Tree Ramsey Street, Dollar General Ramsey Street after clothes pickup) Food Lion Rosehill Rd and Walmart Murchinson Rd. and each one of the business had noticeable stocking activity happening at these locations.

5-20 18:39 Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. #472 3646 Ramsey St. Fayetteville, NC 28311-7646. Phone: 910-482-0038. Manager: Monica (which I seen while walking in the store. Her demeanor is always negative and stereotyical of an African American woman and she was text messaging on her cell phone). This is the exact replica, which tells me the scene behavior have been well crafted before I entered the area. Also, I noticed boxes everywhere that have not been opened and some recent evidence of stocking activity. Anyway, I purchased Nacho Cheese Chips, Fruit & Nut Mix 6oz., Jale/Chor Pot Skin, Pamerita Cookies, Astd Tarts, Kidney & Pinto Beans, Steamed Corn 10oz., Meatballs, SWT Peas 10z., Chicken Nuggets & Tenders, Chocolate Nut & Mix 6oz., Salty Snacks and Antiok Snack Mix. When I left the store I see a man in a vehicle text message on his phone. He was illegally parked in a fire zone in front of the store. So they were already people in the store that he can piggy-back from as well as the store itself.

5-20 20:24 Food Lion #1533 3300 Rosehill Rd. Fayetteville, NC. Phone: 910-822-4667. Manager: Fon Dockery. All the items I purchased in this store had considerable amounts of nano crystalline – smart dust in it. It had so much technology in it that the average person would notice it. And give or take, they wouldn’t feed their dog it if they had to choose for those animal lovers out there. It only got this bad, because of the government we have today. One that create regulatory agencies that protect the corporations (and the criminals who run it) while it chastise any opposition who wants to protect the public. Anyway, I purchased the FL IQR Drummetes, Kansas City BBQ Ribs, White Flush Nectarines, Bananas, (Royal, gala, red graper and Fuji) apples, carrots, navel oranges 8lb. bag and red grapefruit.

5-20 21:28 Walmart 3421 Murchinson Rd Fayetteville, NC. Phone: 910-364-0956. Manager: Eli. This is a new store that opened recently. While shopping, all over I seen unpacked boxes next to isle, very similar to Dollar General and Dollar Tree Stores. Food Lion was already stocked with these contamination items (obviously) before I entered the store. This might have explain why I only experienced the Ballpark hot buns with some levels of contamination. Anyway, I purchased Ballpark Hot Dog Buns, Red Grapes, Golden Apples, Great Value Evaporated Milk, SC Milk and Jennie-O Jumbo Turkey Franks.

5-20 After purchased my items at the Murchinson Rd Walmart, I headed down this street and as I got closer to Fayetteville State University, the attacks to my body increased. The attacks was mostly directed to my feet and toes as stinging. It was clear to me that the transmitters at this facility have been turned up for this kind of activity. Once I pass the University (which involved several blocks) the attacks stopped. I have documented pass problems with targeting from FSU staffers and consumers and this is just additional evidence. The UNIVERSITIES all get government funding, so they all must operate within that framework. Meanwhile, attacks to my right arm and eyes was continuous throughout the day.

5-20 When I got to my homebase, while passing the church attacks was immediately felt n my back right below my right arm joint. It came from one of the church houses that became a 24 residence. The pulsing signal, which probably came from someone holding a handheld pulsing device was so strong that the muscle on this part of my body move involuntary. As I came towards my sleeping area it began with very strong directed energy attacks to my legs. It was clear to me that someone was shooting me with an handheld device behind the bushes. When I moved I could hear them move. The result of this activity is due to many vehicles GPSing the implants in my body to do specific things. I made the mistake of consuming the peaches and apples that I purchased from a Rosehill Rd Food Lion. The Fugi apples especially tasted like they went through a chemical bath and I could taste the presence of nano crystalline – smart dust as they were being accessed by the surrounding directed energy. Fifteen minutes later while setting up my new tarp, I begin to get induced spasms to my right hand, which was centered around the bone of my baby finger. Then it became my left hand. The spasms were so painful that I had to move around. There were at least 5 people in the area when this occurred in all different directions. Remember I covered distance of 15 miles pushing a shopping car that needs to be fixed. So this cart is putting additional wear and tear on my body. I’m tired, but it does not matter to these parasites who are getting paid by government as contractors. Also attacks to my arm increased. Now it is very numb and difficult to move. This also included continued signal attacks to the left foot, right toe and neck.

5-21 After eating the food my vision became blurry to the point that it was hard to see clearly. This is especially true when it gets darker. Also more floater was seen.

5-21/22 The bananas and peaches that I purchased from the Rosehill Rd Food Lion had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. When I went to sleep I was woken with an induced rapid heartbeat and I was put into a tunnel dream. Attacks to the stomach and induced pain to the right arm increased.

5-22 The Food Lion chicken wing drummetes had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. As I was consuming this item I could taste it as they were being accessed by the surrounding directed energy. After consumption attacks were felt to the feet and stomach. Also had elbow macaroni (dollar Tree Eastern Blvd) with this meal and it too had the technology in it even after washing through water several times.

5-22 Attacks to the left arm shoulder in the form of directed energy.

5-22 Ate the TGI Friday potato skins Jalapena Cheddar, Grace Gourmet Delight Assorted Tarts Strawberry and Pineapple filling cookies, and Imperial Nuts Sunshine Blend from Dollar Tree Ramsey Street. Each item had some level of nano crystalline – smart dust in it.

5-22 Induced sleep. When I woke up it was with an elevated heartbeat and I felt very tired. Also noticed both of my arms felt numb as if electrical current was going through it, especially my right arm. But I never had any major symptoms to my left arm until today.

5-22 The Ball Park Brand Hot Dogs from Murchinson Rd Walmart looked like they had sprayed it. The coloration of some of the buns were darker than it should have been.

5-22 Cystallized sensation in my mouth after ten minutes after consuming the Turkey Franks with Hot Dog Buns. Burning of both of my right and left elbow, upper arm joints and hands was felt.

5-22/23 Throughout the night attacks to the feet, hands and stomach with directed energy, which felt like electrical current going through it. Also attacks in the form of attachments of technology to the eye pupil. Early in the morning I noticed increased FLOATERS affecting my vision. At this point, it is very difficult reading.

5-23 The Naturally Select Snacks Chocolate Fruit & Nut Trail Mix, Home Style Select Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips and Kar’s Sweet ‘N Salty Mix had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. After consuming these items attacks to the right arm joint increased in the form of pulsing and muscular pain, which included my entire arm.

5-24 Noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in the oranges I purchased from Food Lion Rosehill Rd. Attacks begin with my right foot toes and then increased muscular pain to my right arm.

5-24 The Green Peas had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust as well as the Spicy Chicken Strips and Nuggets. There is so much technology in the Green Peas it is like eating broken glass.

5-25 The technology was swimming in the oranges and grapefruit I purchased from Food Lion Rosehill Rd. The technology (nano crystalline – smart dust) was in the Circle A Ranch Spicy Chicken Breast Strips/Nuggets and the Ground Pork I purchased from Dollar Tree Ramsey Street. It was in the Hi Top Ground Nutmeg from IGA Bragg Blvd and the Alcohol from Dollar General Ramsey Street. The result is increased attacks to the stomach in the form of directed energy and the right arm as induced muscular pain. Some attacks was also felt on my left arm – particularly my fore arm.

5-25 Induced vision loss as the morning progressed. Reading dark print is now more difficult. But yesterday my vision seemed to have came back in a strong way! So it is clear to me that they are manipulating my vision with the embedded technology. Now I’m burning wood and my eyes are beginning to twitch. That is the technology reacting to the change of environment. When my eyes start to tear, I feel a burning sensation around my checks. That is the residue of the technology. I noticed some slight clearing, but some of the damage is permanent. This is what happens when new technologies is introduce into society without any major protocols in place. So now I’m being subjected to an induced physical disability that would not have existed if proper protocols were in place.

5-25 During the night I heard a number of handheld pulsing attacks from different directions.

5-25/26 Throughout the night into the morning I experienced continuous directed energy attacks to the left part of my right foot and the left part of my right hand. It felt like electrical current was going through it. Before 6a as I bang my feet together, which stopped these attacks and I again heard the handheld pulsing sounds from different directions.

5-26/27 Throughout the night into the morning induced rapid heartbeat and directed energy attacks to the right foot. These attacks were propel through my stomach when I slept on my side.

5-27 After eating the rice with the red kidney beans (Dollar Tree) and Kansas Ribs (Walmart) attacks was immediately felt on my stomach and then right arm joint as muscular pain. Then later directed energy attacks to the upper regions of my right foot.

5-27/28 Continuous attacks to the upper regions of my right foot with directed energy throughout the night into the morning. Attachments in the form of stinging to the middle and left back of my head. Later this became signal areas from time to time. And attacks to the stomach and nasal cavity was from time to time – experiencing gas, bloating and indigestion.

5-28/29 I did not eat this period and attacks were barely noticeable.

5-29 The northern beans that I purchased from Dollar Tree Ramsey St. had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it. As I was consuming this product I could taste the technology being accessed by surrounding directed energy in the area. Attacks increased to the stomach. Then later the right hand fingers in the form of pulsing and the head as embedded attachments, which felt like stinging into different sections. Also increased attacks to the right arm as muscular pain, the left arm elbow as stinging and crystallized sensations in the mouth from time to time.

5-29 Painful stinging of my left leg. Heard several individuals in the area using pulsing devices.

5-30/31 Throughout the night into the morning attacks was felt on the stomach, feet, toes and quarter size part of my center left head. It felt like electrical current to this part of my body. I had eaten Pinto Beans (Dollar Tree) with Spaghetti (Dollar Tree) and Ball Park Franks (Walmart). The spaghetti had noticeable nano crystalline – smart dust in it, but was rise throughly before consuming it.

5-31 Consumed the same meal as yesterday and the presence of nano crystalline – smart dust had increased considerably. The technology had settled to the bottom of the bucket that I used to rise the spaghetti from yesterday. Attacks was immediately felt on the stomach, then the center left of my head as a directed energy signal. They had placed these attachment to this section of my head when I felt the stinging several days ago. Increased attacks to the right arm as muscular pain followed.

5-30/31 Continued attacks to the right temple, which first started as a sting (I was actually able to feel the crystalline nano technology lodged in my skin to this area of my body) and later progressed into continuous pulsing to this area of my body.

5-31 Attacks to the upper leg joints in the form of stinging, which consumed nano crystalline – smart dust attachments was placed in this area of my body.

5-31/6-1 In the night hear the presence of individuals in the area. Attacks was felt on the right hip in the form of stinging. They had taken the consumed technology and embedded it to this part of my body. This explains after being woken I had induced body vibrations. This also included attacks to the right foot (upper regions, which consumed technology was placed) as directed energy and an induced rapid heartbeat.

Summation. This month attacks were concentrated primarily on the right arm, although attacks to the left arm was felt as well. Attacks were also to the eyes with embedded technology that increased the amount of floater in the eyes, which result in blur vision especially looking at the computer monitor. Also attention to the nose was felt as pulsing.
