I was woken around 2:30 AM. This only gives me about 1 hour of sleep. When I woke up, my whole upper body around my shoulders was vibrating as if someone placed a motor on top of my shoulder. My heart rate didn’t feel abnormal. It looks like they mapped my brain to cause my nervous system to increase in my upper body. Then I notice my Internet music was turned off. Something about the music they don’t like so they turn it off.
I also notice wordpad, a windows program was removed. My affidavit is written in the wpd and rtf format. I’m able to read it through another program though.
The entire attack on my way of life is a total abuse of power.
The program I was placed in targets the most vulnerable populations, especially single women. Blacks and other minorities is a close second.
What people don’t understand is that the United States government has had this technology for at least 3 decades. They have been secretly violating people’s without their knowledge. Now that has changed. They are openly coming after specific people who they feel are not deserving of right. But overall, it is a testing ground for placing everyone under this intensive targets system.
Not only are they networked with criminal groups such as “gang stalkers” they are networked with nazi scientists who is behind this technology. But the way they got this technology is through the good will of others. They create nothing, they just know how to manipulate everything.

It’s about 4AM in the morning. After trying to sleep, they won’t let me. They elevated my nervous system to the point that they are transmuting high levels of radiation at my head.

I was woken up about 6:30AM and again at around 8:45 AM. The result was the same. UnStabilized nervous system.
SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! A MAN CAN’T GET NO SLEEP NO MORE!!!
I was woken up around 3:15 AM with rapid heartbeat and compromised nervous system. I also notice my internet radio station not playing. I had to turn it back on twice and each time it was immediate turned off.
I was woken up at around 7:30 AM with a compromised nervous system. I did not feel it through my heart but my upper back.
At around 11PM I ate some noodles and felt sick. The sickness I felt was numbness, dizziness and over heated. It was so bad I felt that I was going to fall out. It didn’t happen immediately after I consume the food, it came with 10 minutes.
I remember eating grapefruit and felt something similar. So I believe I could have had a very negative reaction of what they put into the water.
If anything happens to me, it is related to these crimes happening to me. I do not use drugs, smoke or drink alcohol.
I was woken up around 5AM and 9:15AM with an extremely compromised nervous system. I was shaking all over. So I start walking around, which helps stabilize my heart rate and nervous system overall. Then I notice some dropping from the downstairs apartment. It happens almost all the time. But as far as the Super is concerned, no one is staying in the apartment. Even the tenant below me can testify that she hear noise throughout the day and the light is on at night.
I think the Super is using his kid for this, because I see his too much now. Also notice that he has open this building to an array of criminal elements recently. This allows them to be grounded in an area.
Street crime and robberies always increase in areas that have these element in existence.
They turned my internet webcasts off, which is computer sabotage.
Transmission felt constantly on my feet. It feels like someone taping my feet with a pencil. It happened once before, but never was it this continuous.
I also notice that when I get up, I can feel the technology trailing me in the back of my neck or the side of my face. This transmission is being radiated different parts of my head continuously. I even feel the technology near my upper back.
There’s never a time when any of these things fade away. The assault on my body is a twenty-four seven day a week attack.
I also notice someone in the walking in the bathroom when I get in their. They usually turn a value, which I understand to be a tank used to pump this chemical based water inside the apartment.
This occupation of the apartment downstairs did not end with the Fire Department. I witness strange things happening to certain parts of my face when the father of the super was “working” downstairs.
The super refuses to open the door to see if someone was inside even though I mentioned that someone was there. He is involved in a conspiracy to commit murder.
Since being placed into this program, my diet has went from bad to worse. I’m no longer eating vegetables, but starch and meat. It is the actions of these criminal that force me to rely on a relative for food.
Every time I enter the supermarket I’m confronted by many, many gang stalkers who supply the shelves with the contaminated food. This food makes my body susceptible to the technology they use to sabotage my life.
I have nearly lost my life sleeping in the street and I had to almost eat dog food. It is insane that anyone have to be subjected to this kind of criminal activity.
I have contacted the congress and various politicians about this situation, and my concerns go on deaf ears.
I was woken up around 1:30a and 6:30a. But 6:30a was worse than earlier.
My entire body was like a moving engine in a vehicle. My heart and right arm was especially elevated by rapid rhythms of uncontrollable movement. Earlier in the night I had to put something in my ears because they were attacking them viciously. This is besides me have wear a foil hat and a shield covering over my eyes. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t wear all these “protective” applications.
The difference about this situation is that the attacks are happen from the apartments surrounding me and satellite.
Twice today my FTP upload was interrupted by the inability to log in. This prompted a call to customer support. It happened briefly so I did not think nothing of it. But when it happened the second time, it was clear that the criminals who assault my body with this technology did not want me to get my concerns out to the public. So now I can not access my FTP, which makes it possible for me to upload files.
This happen when my uncle’s wife was home.
Maybe the perpetrators got a hold of her WLAN password and configured the route to not accept govsponsoredstalking.info, but that is what seems to have happened. It is very easy to do. All you need is a password.

4/18 Woke up around 10:30 AM. I was parked in an isolated area with no thorough traffic. And instantly after eating California navel oranges I was confronted by a large amount of vehicular traffic. I brought the oranges at a walmart store in Tennesse off route 40. The bar code on these oranges are 033383110103. I have recorded these events on my DVR system.

4/19 I was given a ticket by the police. He claims I passed his vehicle closely. But there were two other patrol vehicle parked on the other side of the roadway (route 74). This forced me to choose one or two options. 1) drive close to the left line in the right lane or drive completely in the middle. The above action was influenced by an out-of-date registration.
4/20 I was woken several times throughout the evening. Earlier in the night I heard someone around my vehicle so I turned my cameras on. Then around 7:15 AM the next day I woke up to an elevated heart beat and nervous system. I also notice my dreams were being manipulated with the technology. The dreams consist of children and sex. I don’t know how the United States government could be involved in this activity.
Also note that my penis and puvic hair area was attacked continuously throughout the night. It was radiated so badly that it is totally bald.
4/20 Took my truck to Williams Auto Service Center to have my windshield wiper motor fixed. Although the wipers were fixed (5 days to complete), I wanted him to fix the break light.
There were several things that happened. A few people came on the lot and after there ap0pearance I notice the attacks intensified. But there was one group that interests me the most. A white and mexican guy. The white guy claims to own a red car at the lot. The license plate #XVZ-8465 nc tags. It is a red poniac. The black guy that works in the shop seem to be friendly with the mexican guy. Later I found him to also be a perpetrator as he was constantly checking his cell phone. Meanwhile, I felt repeated attacks on my genitals and ears. These attacks were not noticeable before his contact with the group. 4/21 I was woken several times with a rapid heart beat. Around 10:30a I noticed transmissions being made to my left eye. I also noticed interference to my television and emitted signals on my cell phone.

Neither the “manager” nor her “employee” was wearing a name bade. The manager was outside the store just before I entered the store.
After leaving the store I was confronted by the Leland Police Dept. male and female officer who refused to give badge name. They claim that the “sales” people called them regarding me questioning there policy concerning badges.

4/25 Received a ticket earlier during the day at a parked location that I was able to get internet access. The earlier location did not have parking restrictions, but my internet access was being interrupted. Therefore I contributed the acts of these terrorists for the reason I got a ticket.
Later that day I traveled to another beach location. It was 24 miles from Wilmington NC. I got stuck in the sand. In the night while sleeping, someone came in my vehicle as I saw my radio on the floor. They also installed something underneath the vehicle that sting certain parts of my body. 4/30 Was woken at around 6a with an extremely rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. Early in the night the perpetrator placed devices underneath my vehicle. During this period I experienced constant stinging of my genitals while I laid sleeping.
At the beach the perpetrators were very well established. I experienced water contamination so I was forced to use beach water to maintain some level of hygiene. The soap that I purchased from the dollar store has been purposely contaminated. It harded so much that I could not use it. It also did not lather up like regular soap. It was DIAL brand and have witness perpetrators placing soap and cosmetics on the shelves. These items were reconditioned to make me suseptible to electro-magnetic weaponry.
