Upon waking up, I was immediately attacked on my penis and between my legs. It was so bad that I had to stand up. When I stood up, I could feel the electro-magnetic weaponry underneath my feet. It is like walking on live current. The vibrations is very obvious that something is transmitting underneath the vehicle. The particals that transmit this signal is so small that it looks like a grain of sand.
These particals were placed directly underneath and around my vehicle. That’s why when I get out of my vehicle, I could feel it affects around my body – particularly my head and feet. These particals are being manipulated by satellites and passing vehicles. The partical technology also interacts with the chemicals and partical technology that was placed in my food.
These criminal individuals have the ability of saturating an entire area with this technology -because the cost of producing it is very low. In this case, it has been spread throughout the parking lot area. As I walk around the area, I can feel it around me. It is like being innodated with transmissions around you. It’s incredible! Just imagine feeling a thousand spiders surrounding your body.
I noticed a large amount of tire tracks in the parking lot. I believe several trucks with this technology saturated this area. When I turned on my engine, I can literally feel the transmissions increasing around me. Most of these transmissions are focused on my head and feet.

The technology is so advance that these micro-particals can produce a signal that can be felt by the human body. The signal/or transmissions are being used for human experimentation the same way a surgeon used his instruments to cut open a body. Previously they kept knocking my inverter out, that I had to change inverters so that I can run my fan underneath me.
