The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.
More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there — is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.

6-1 Unmarked truck delivers food at local store. I have seen these same unmarked vehicles deliver at supermarkets and places outside the Fayetteville, NC area. This is part of the problem as it indicates how the food and products could be reconditioned (which is another way of saying contamination).

6-1 As I was walking along the railroad track, I see a male walking along it (which hardly happens and vehicle parked beside the houses. Previously they was not a single vehicle in the range of house for the two times I walked this path. They are re-setting up this area as a targeting point as I had changed the pattern on how I enter the Murchinson Road area.

When I hang up the phone, the police were gone. The phone was being used remotely to attack my positioned, because soon as I hanged up, they left.
6-2/3 Went to sleep around 11:30 p and woke up several times with a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. The food that I eaten yesterday is the result of these attacks. The devices and chemicals in the food is attached to different sections of my body. This include my heart muscle, which the rythem is controlled remotely. I could also feel the signals on my arms, legs, feet and head. All of this is related to the malicious food contamination.
6-3 As I was working on my computer several vehicles were being feed into the area. This area doesn’t often receive this amount of traffic on a Sunday. Also, several individuals walked in the general area. Each time they passed I could feel a signal on my right feed. Then later a couple settled in the area. At this point the signals increased to different parts of my body. Meanwhile, there was a yellow taxis parked. It was number 220. The individual had just got into the area, when the couple settled in my perimeter. Often times the perpetrators would piggy back off each others signals. The acts that they engage in are superficial. The purpose of the acts is to GPS my location for satellite to body attacks. Anyway, right before leaving the area, all these parties had left.
6-3/4 Went to sleep around 11p in the Gillepsie St. area. Throughout the night into the morning I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. The attacks are related to consuming Lil Dutch Oatmeal Cookies that I purchased from Dollar Tree on Skibo Road. My heart felt like devices was attached to it as the muscle kept vibrating after 5 minutes of getting up. I also felt extremely exhausted as if I haven’t slept for about three days. I had already slept more than 8 hours. I had contacted various government agencies and congress about this atrocity, but these crimes continue. I ended up throwing the rest of the cookies away because, they were not consumable. The original taste was altered drastically, because of the amount of chemicals in the product. I also noted that the sugar content of these products help manifest the electronic attacks. That if I did not consumed these types of foods, it would have been minimized.
6-3 HPSS. The stalking, synchronization, electronic attacks and food/water is still very noticeable after being installed. I have been installed for almost two weeks.
6-4 After getting up I could feel constant electronic pulsing of my arm joints, elbow and shoulder. This started yesterday after consuming the Lil Dutch cookies. Also noted that the implants have been attached to my head and face.
6-4 I was near the library when two women in different intervals attacked me verbally. I had not had any interactions with these women before. The actions was very well rehearse. Also noted I had left my computer plugged into a socket. It was stolen by one of these women who staged an argument. The first lady I seen previously. She has been seen in this vicinity several times this week. I had not seen this person prior to last week. The second lady was seen about 10 minutes after the first lady. Her actions was just as absurd. I did not see her prior to this incident. Anyway, I had not experienced this kind of bizare behavior from anyone prior to being in this area. Nor did my property ever came up stolen. From the verbal attacks to the stealing of my property, is part of the cointelpro crimes that I’m experiencing. I am presently making arraignments to leave the area and this could be part of it. The money is a big factor and it comes out when the “target” is about to leave an area.
6-6 Amtrak. I was assigned a seat next to a GPS perpetrator by agent Gabriel. I requested to move to a seat temporary from this individual, but was refused by train crew persons. What I understand by this technology is that these perpetrator phones are programmed to do certain things to the human body. The phones themselves can transmit a directed energy signal to the target. I also know that if a seat was assigned, it is because someone knew this kind of information. Things like this don’t happen randomly. The person is also heading to New York, which means they will be able to direct this energy to me the entire time I’m on the train. I went to speak to this Gabriel person. I mentioned to him that I knew why he assigned the seat. The person that I was assigned sit next to had her tag visible for anyone to see it. The name on the tag was Essence Robinson Bailey 6148 Pine St. Fayetteville, NC. Placing me in a situation like this one can put everyone’s lives in jeopardy. I can see this person accessing different menus, which are targeting points.
6-6 New York. I got to New York around 11:15p. I seen the typical “stalkers” as I did the last time I was in the city. The ones that do the GPS tracking and the ones operating on a demonic spiritual level. Also see perpetrators with earbuds for communications. I started to not see this pattern when I was in Fayetteville, NC. I’m still on the “Human Protection Software Suite” (HPSS), however, I targeting appear to be a duplicate from the last visit. If there is one place inflicted with this demonic possession, it is New York. There is 8.5 million people to draw from unlike the 200,000 plus people that are in the Fayetteville, NC area. Moreover, there is an intensive communications empire that the criminals establishment rely on to manipulate the masses.
6-6/7/8 The first night I went to sleep, it wasn’t tremendous. But the second night I could feel the rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. The attacks also included pulsing on three different spots of my head, which felt like devices attached to this section of my body. Moreover, I felt extremely tired when I woke up. And the pulsing on different parts of my legs was none stop!
6-9 Library. As I was uploading computer files to my hard drive from the GSS server, they (the perpetrators) sent children to stand in my perimeter. I had to move several times.
6-9 Park. While at this facility, as I was sitting and talking on the phone, several individuals of all ages were sent to walk close to me.
6-8/9 Throughout the night into the morning I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. However, it wasn’t as bad the previous night.
6-9/10 I did not noticed a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system, but I’m still getting the dream manipulation.
6-8 I spoketo Joselle Rozario. She had moved from her previous residence. She spoke to me about the HPSS and gave me a better understanding of my situation. At the time of speaking to her I was on my tenth day and should not expect a significant relief until after two weeks. I also was given some helpful information about what could assist me in relieving the attacks. They were purchasing mineral water, multi 1 a day vitamin, 8 oz. glass of water with a half teaspoon of baken soda, cell power from Amazon.com, 10 drops in water Excetra.
6-10 Went to sleep around 3:30 A. When I got up at around 6:50A, I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. I had experienced a lot of gas after drinking the water. Often times the criminals of this technology would push the chemicals in the water. I tasted a familar scent in the water that I had tasted on previous occasions. I developed gas and bloating symptoms from the contamination. Then I heard a flood of people coming out of their apartments. It happened as soon as I stood up.
10-10/11 The first time I went to sleep I woke up and my entire arm was vibrating. This had happened the las time I was in an apartment. I had not experienced this level of attacks before situating myself in this environment. It is a combination of consuming the contaminated water, food, persons occupying the surrounding apartments and the amount of external heat. When I went back to sleep, it was even worse as my entire chest and back was vibrating in unison with my arm. In addition to this horror, different parts of my head was being attacked as if devices was attached to it. I will contact Mellhedek to see if a SOLUTION can be made to prevent this occurrence. I most definitely have to considered sleeping outside as this places me away from these criminal organizations. I could also feel the signals pulsing my right feet. This is now my 5th day in New York.
6-11 Showering. The signals get stronger when I use this facility. And if water is left on certain parts of my body, I can feel the signals in those areas.
6-11 Apartment. When I first stayed at this dwelling I did not see anyone that could be perceived as a stalker. However, I seen a grey vehicle with all missing hub caps parked right in front of the building. The second day I seen a male that clearly looked like a stalker leaving the building. So they are in the building before I even arrive. However, they were not situated in the apartment underneath me, because, I did not noticed signals underneath me. The water didn’t become really contaminated until the third day. Each day seems to be worse than the previous day as more are able to infiltrate the building. This building is a lot more secured than the building I was staying at on previous visits to New York. Many of the people in this building are actually working and very little receive government assistance. And the clientele is a lot more prevalent than the other building, however these parasitic groups are still able to infiltrate the building. This is why I do not rent apartments, because of this reason. Once they infiltrate one apartment, all the other residence go along with it. If they don’t go along with the cointelpro actions against me, certain scenarios are created to make it difficult for them to stay in their apartment. So they are not always paid to leave. I have to probably sleep outside part of the time as this puts me further away from these criminal groups. I have contacted Mellhedek to see if he can work on another solution, so that I wouldn’t have to do that, but if push comes to shove, I have to sleep outside. Just the cooler air makes it more difficult to attack me with these weapons.

Purchased Bath Tissue Assured Alcohol, Deodorant, Crmy Petroleum Jelly, V8 Splash Cherry Pom (heavily contaminated. After consuming this beverage my entire esophagus was clogged with a chemical resident.), 2 Beef Souper Meals, Saltine Crackers, Graham Crackers (noticeable smart dust in product), 2 Chicken soup, dried cranberries and cup noodle BF 3 pk. As I was shopping, I see Affan stocking the store. When I got on the line, one of the perpetrators got on the line directly behind me. The contaminated food and drink makes my body susceptible to the electro-magnetic attacks.
6-11 HPSS. Has not address this large group of perpetrators coming around me and the sychronization of both people and vehicles in my perimeter. Every where I go I see a large amount of people and vehicles with the intension to pulse these electro-magnetic frequencies at me. In places they often crowd me or the facility where I’m getting assistance. It could be a government office, supermarket, or place of business. Sometimes I noticed the people by the dark sun glasses, ear phones, color of clothes they are wearing, missing hub caps, etc. I can often feel the signals coming off of them as the devices are in their pocket or bag.
6-11 Library. I went into the Tremont Branch Library, which is part of the New York City Library System. They were already individuals that I would considered as perpetrators as I seen an individual occupying two cell phones for GPS attacks. However, what was most striking was the male that I see at the government office is now at the Library. Then a female with the ear phones in her ear suddenly wanted to sit at the table I was going to sit at.
6-11 Water. I’ve been feeling constipated the entire day. Earlier I had symptoms of diarrhea after drinking the water. The water was boiled before I consumed it. As the water was turned on, I could hear and see the pressure changing. So someone definately have devices that push chemicals through the water system. And it is a sure bet that it is coming from the apartments surrounding mine, as this was the cause of a similar situation some years ago. Often times these criminal organizations would setup these devices in the surrounding apartments. Chemicals that they push through the pipes are more concentrated.
6-11/13 This was a much better night than previously. I did not experienced the irregular heartbeat nor was my nervous system being manipulated remotely. I had contacted Mellhedek about the situation that occurred on the 6-10/11 and there was definitely some improvements. When I woke up I did not feel as exhausted as previous mornings.
6-13/14 The perpetrators are placing chemicals in my water that affects my nervous system. It is being pushed from various apartments. The water has a mint taste to it to cover the chemical smell of the water. Anyway, I woke up several times with a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. However, it was no where as bad as 6-10/11.
6-14/15 Throughout the night into the morning I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. However, the attacks were primary focused right after sun up. These attacks also included continuous pulsing of my lower legs. It is like electrical current going through this part of my body. These signals are also being directed at different parts of my head.
6-15 It has been over two hours since the perpetrators been attacking my legs with electro-magnetic energy. It feels like electric current being directed on this area of my body.

AT&T is accused of data plan discrimination with FaceTime access, NASA reveals the next mission to Mars, and humans honor their favorite robots.
AT&T is being accused of data-plan discrimination and breaking FCC rules regarding new iPhone FaceTime options. AT&T recently announced that iPhone customers could use FaceTime video chat service over a cellular network if they have the new shared data plan. (Previously, FaceTime was limited to Wi-Fi.) But several groups have spoken out about the limit and questioned if it follows FCC guidelines. AT&T responded saying it does not believe this breaks any FCC rules, since FaceTime was offered to all customers over Wi-Fi and this simply expands availability of the service to those with a share data plan.
