Someone keep attacking me from Apartment 5B so I went downstairs and knock on the door. No one answers, but just like before within 5 minutes, I see the super. Yesterday was the same thing and he was within eye view of the door.

I told him someone was trespassing in the apartment. Note: the apartment is currently not rented, but meanwhile there are about two people in side this apartment following me around. I hear them turn on the water to seen the contaminates to me.

Note: The contaminates are used to make me suseptible to electro-magnetic frequency warfare.

The response of the Super was to call the police. He also says he works Saturday and Sundays not as a super, but as a freelancer. This is all on video feed.

I was awoken at around 3:00 AM with a high heart rate that surrounded my entire body. It was so high that I nearly thought I was going to have a heart attack.

It is 8:17a and now the water is hot again.

After getting in the tub I was stung in my penis and about 10 minutes later, the water was cold again.

I was forcibly put to sleep by this remote satellite and land base technology at around 9PM just to be woken up at around 12AM and 3AM.

At around 12AM and 3AM I was woken up with my whole body shaking. This was especially felt in my heart, upper back and right arm.

Note at 3AM my body wasn’t shaking, but they stun me in my penis multiple times. This often happens when they are not able to get desire results and my penis becomes the victim.

Meanwhile, I can’t do the same thing to them, since they are able to see me, and I’m not able to see them. COWARDS!!!

It’s one thing to attack a man and face up to what you did, and it is another thing to attack a man in his sleep. This is the act of COWARDS!!

Earlier I experienced a lot of problem with the computer. The day before, my internet service was briefly turned off. They have the ability of connecting directly to my service which is provided by the cable company.

Uploading videos was extremely difficult and required me to switch from Ubuntu to Windows to upload these feeds.

I was able to upload most of them, but I had to create a file on my new hosting company at Godaddy.

FTPing the files seem to be a better and more uncomplicated solution.

They woke me up at about 10AM, this time my entire body was shaking. And then I notice a lot of construction activity coming from this apartment. Then I went downstairs with my surveillance glass and see them actually doing construction in the apartment. The ceiling was removed and the floor was littered with debris. It was a very unsightly scene.

My ears are being attack. The attacks is noticeable by my ears popping and irritation of the outer section. I have heard Ray Charles Jr. (son of legendary Ray Charles) speak about this targeting.

He is currently a victims of electronic harassment and gang stalking and his father’s manager is trying to kill him.

I will keep abreast of what is going on as a press conference will be happening in louisville Kentucky.

There is someone in Apartment 5B, but they are not a tenant, they are a criminal. And there purpose there is to conduct remote mind control experiments against my consent. The Super of this Building is getting paid to allow these individuals inside this building.

Yesterday I heard a lot of banging on the ceiling. What it appears is that they gutting the entire place for the purpose of these illegal experiments. There weapons have not been effective with the current ceiling in place.

I have witness the entire ceiling in the bathroom removed. This too is for the purpose of conducting non-consenting remote experiments.

I’m attacked in my head throughout all hours of the day through this technology. This include my genitals and my eyes. There is no part of my body that is not touched.

I have contacted various people about this situation, I have not received any response.

The New York City Fire Department responded to a call from the neighbor who live in 4B. Her apartment was flooded by an apartment directly above her apartment. The result of this is the Fire Department was going to break the door down. But the Super came out of no where to respond to the situation.

I’ve always suspected him as being a conspirator to the organized stalking I’m receiving.

It involves pushing contaminated water used for these illegal, non-consenting remote experiments from the apartment directly below me (5B). So when this incident happened, I wasn’t surprised.

I have contacted the City Of New York government about this situation. A health department representative came out here to do a water sample, but she claims no contaminates existed. I suspected she was a perpetrator.

Anyway, to make a long story short, the super of this building had me go to the apartment downstairs. He showed me a whole wall gutted out. He claims me and my aunt was responsible for this neglect and stated that we will pay for it.

So we wanted to find out what was really happening. This is how we were able to find out that the response was to apartment 5B, not 6B as the super claims the problem was coming from.

The young woman from apartment 4B also claims that the Fire Department determined that the problem was coming from 5B and that we had nothing to do with this situation.

With me, this is even a much bigger issue as it is proof that water tanks were hooked into the water system to push these contaminates into Apartment 6B water system. Every time I entered the bathroom, I notice someone following me. And than notice some valve was turn on.

Since the pipes are old and weren’t designed to withstand the kind of pressure these systems was placing on the infrastructure, it is pretty obvious that a problem would occur. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

But it was a waiting game and I will use this one incident as proof that these systems were placed in areas that I was getting my water.

This also explains that the leakage existed in many places and no one could have imagine how horrific the outcome would have been.

These criminals are so eager to contaminated my water with these chemicals that they did not care about the welfare of the tenants of the building.

This is why it is not in the best interests of the citizens to allow this activity to continue to happen.

Not only is these criminals destroying our water systems with contaminates and the pipes that hold it, they are going inside supermarkets across the nation and are switch uncontaminated food with contaminated food.

They are using gangs of people from all walks of life (including felons and pedophiles) to infiltrate these establishments.

It is so hideous that if it continues, it will effectively end all life on this planet.

I was woken up several times by this technology and each time my heart rate was at extreme levels. Before I woke up, I was placed into a manipulated dream state consisting of various violent images of people I know to be good people. This was done to create a negative reaction.

I also notice my nose was attacked as I was waking up.
