The fact that here vehicle was stalled shows that the equipment used to transmit a signal drained her battery or made her vehicle inoperable. It could also be a front to positioned herself in this location as to direct a micro-wave signal in my direction for further targeting.

Many car alternators can not generate enough power to charge the battery and these devices, therefore leading to the above situation.

Her vehicle started real fast, although I did not put a lot of gas in her vehicle. Usually vehicles that run out of gas have a hard time starting. This was an unusual case. She also did not exit immediately.

It took less than 15 seconds for the perpetrators to attack my head and stomach with electro-magnetic weaponry. My stomach was constantly churning and bloating because of the constant attacks. And I felt stinging at various parts of my head. I had to move around constantly to limit the damage caused by these weapons. Many times I had to place my hand over my head, which helped block these signals. 12-25/6 Constant attacks of my eyes, which the left eye swelled up. I have taken video and pictures of this evidence. Constant attacks between my legs, penis, head and feet. The attacks on my legs and penis resulted in the first layer of skin being removed. As for my feet, I felt tingling throughout the night and I can feel it through my head as well. Several times, I had to get up because it was so bad.
12-26 Woke up with snow surrounding my vehicle, but the attacks on my body has not decrease. I saw several perpetrator vehicles rolling through the areas, as well as a biker. The snow and cold did not have any affect on this criminal organization.
12-26 Because of unsafe snow conditions, I left Fayetteville, NC. I’m now currently in Florence, SC. Several times I had to pull over because the perpetrators were boxing me in on I95 South. There have been many times that I could have slightly veer off the shoulder into a ditch, because of unsafe condition and the amount of perps on the highway.
12-27 Throughout the night/morning, I was attacked between my legs with electro-magnetic weapons. It felt like someone cutting me with a razor blade. The pain was so bad that I had to get up. I also notice my eyes being attacked, particularly my left eye. I could feel the transmissions as it was causing my eye to vibrate. When I got up, my left eye was half closed. It looks like extra skin around it. The chemicals that they put in the food and water makes it possible to target several parts of my body. Other than shielding, my right ear, I had to shield my eyes in the past.

I saw perpetrator by the window – who was the watch out person. My alarm was activated and was going off when I entered the checkout line. I also noticed the sale’s person and “customer” parking themselves directly behind me as I was paying for the items. It was less than 5 minutes I was in the store.
12-27 Loves Gas Station #371 1911 HWY 34 West Dillar, SC. Purchased gas and 2 Arizona Sodas: Fruit Punch 813008718763 and Mucho Mango 073360709258. Upon consuming these products, I noticed transmissions on the bottom of my right feet. The transmissions were continuous and then I noticed the transmissions directed at my head. I had to pull over, because of these attacks. Was able to gather video evidence of this incident. The manager was black but had an indian name tag.
12-27 Florence, SC. Saveway gas station 1825 Cherokee Road. I went here to get gas. Later I found the gas line to be broken. It sprayed the area with gas, so I went inside the gas station store to speak to the manager. I then requested my money back. She refused. So I then requested that she call the police. Then I asked one of her employees to investigate the manner. He noticed the gas line broken so he wrapped a bag around the pump. The gas sprayed the entire back side of the vehicle and the area surrounding it.
Meanwhile, perpetrators came into the gas station while I was dealing with this situatio. I have been able to video tape the incident. When the officers arrived, they were very rude. They were already informed about this situation and had received calls about this same gas station before. This is clarified in my video documentation as that 1) they were aware of the bad business practices of this establishment and 2) they clarified that they saw gas covering my vehicle and the surrounding area. Instead of closing down the gas station so that this cleanup can occur, they told me to leave the property. I was told that if I did not leave the property in a timely manner, I was going to be arrested and my vehicle was going to be impoded. So I left, but proceeded to police headquarters. I later found that they were not helpful. The police officer refused to speak to me outside the office booth and more than 5 minutes had past since getting a visual of my vehicle. This was intensionally done to give the perpetrators time to put the technology inside my vehicle. The technology makes me suseptible to electro-magnetic weaponry and directed energy torture.
Earlier as I left the Safeway Gas station, the officers had smirks on their faces. The “supervisor” officer M. HAAP, was particularly noticeable.
12-28 I woke up around 2:30A. I felt a constant transmission on the heal of my right foot. The transmissions was coming from my vehicle and at times, I felt these transmissions on my head. Almost immediately upon waking up, I saw a vehicle in the parking lot. It had it brights on. What prompted me to turning my DVR system on is the noise I was hearing from the backend of the vehicle. This vehicle, later to find that i was a street sweeper, was accessing this technology that was placed underneath my vehicle earlier. The noise is a strong cracking sound, similar to someone hitting the vehicle with a metal object. After sitting in this position for 15 minutes, this vehicle started driving around my vehicle. I have video footage of most of this incident and gives you the extend of the cointelpro crimes that I’m experiencing.

Upon drinking these beverages, I began coughing uncontrollably, watery eyes, stuffy nose, thickning of silavia. I felt transmissions on the heal of my feet and head. I purchased these sodas around 3AM and there is no reason to believe that they would be contaminated. But they were. And the criminal perpetrators knew that at some point I would purchase something. So in anticipation of my presence, they flooded the entire area with these contaminates.

11-9 I was woken at around 6AM. Upon standing up, I notice immediate rapid heart rate and unstabled nervous system. The weather was about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday, which was 45 degrees. The shakiness of my arm and hands was very noticeable. Just before putting the vehicle on, I saw a vehicle in another parking lot. And just before driving off, I saw a pickup truck driving from the parking lot to the street. This lot is not attached to the lot were the other vehicle was situated. I have seen this before. I believe the whole area is wired to receive my bio- signal and a vehicle does not necessarily have to be line-of-sight to me. The technology that has been placed in my vehicle also allows for these criminals to manipulate my nervous system and to gather frequencies imminating from my body. This then allows them to attack various parts of my body that have been targeted. The first part of my body that I notice being attacked is my genitals and between my legs. I have taken pictures and video of this area. The damage is pretty intensive. Then they target my head, At this point I feel extreme electro-magnetic activity on different parts of my head. It is like someone plugging an boken outlet in the wall and attaching it to my head. The air space that these satellites operate from is very regulated. There are specific government agencies that monitor satellite activity and report on their activity. So these government agencies are very much aware of what is happening to me and other targeted individuals who are experiencing this. But it is the duty of the Justice Department to stop this activity and to hold these agencies accountable.

11-11 I woke up throughout the day and each time my heart rate was extremely rapid and I was shaking. Yesterday I purchased some ice from a Gillepsie location. The ice was contaminated like everything I purchase. Several times throughout the night same places, smart dust or micro technology that interacts with the chemicals that was placed in my body through the malicious contamination of the food and water. That’s why when I consume these products, the criminals target my stomach when I wake up. Then they attack my genitals. This is all part of the horrific government sponsored human experimentation that I’m being forced to endure.

11-12 Was woken at around 7:30A with a rapid hearbeat. But earlier I felt constant tingling on my right feet. At this point someone placed nano technology underneath my vehicle to transmit a signal. And since the chemicals that was put into my food allows them to transmit these signals to different parts of my body. They focus the signal to my feet. By focusing the signal to my feet, they are able to target the rest of my body. Meanwhile, after they have compromised my nervous system, they start burning my penis and the area surrounding it. This includes my anus and the area surround it. This was all morning. When I’m woken up and leave the area where I slepted at, a number of perpetrator vehicles converge in the location that I’m traveling. When I’m driving, if they are not in front of me or in the back of me, as I’m driving, they are entering from the side streets. Sometimes they are positioned at parking areas near stores. This gives them time to coordinate a signal attack on my body. Some follow me the distance I’m driving and some turn off to make room for the next patch of vehicles that is loaded. This vehicle travels a very slowly behind or in front of me. The other vehicles feed off of this vehicle. The powerfule signal can interact with the chemicals and nano technologiees that I digested earlier. Nano Technology (SMART DUST) has been purposely placed in my food so that these vehicles and satellites can manipulate my body. I can feel various parts of my body vibrating and is a result of the technology being manipulated within my body. Also, if I park in a non-traffic area, the car traffic is at a minimum. Within 5 minutes (or less) the car traffic increases. The criminals working behind the scenes direct this traffic in what ever location I decide to pak at. They are using mind manipulation technologies to achieve ultimate results. They are doing this through satellite technology and land base stations. 11-15 Took a trip to Rhode Island to put my cousin stuff in the storage room. He had recently died from unknown circumstances and an autopsy report will determine the cause of death. After completing this task, we went to the Pautacket Police Precinct. Immediately upon arriving in the parking lot, one of the police officer’s who arrived a short time later (minute) took immediate notice of my presence. It was like he knew I was going to arrive in the area. Then, one police officer after another came into the parking lot and each one took notice of my presence. When I purchased a soda and energy drink, police officer’s coming out of the station house had smirks on their faces. When I turn the cap off, the soda came pouring out as if it was shaken earlier. The soda had many bubbles in it, which alert me to the presence of smart dust and other chemicals that make the nervous system suseptible to electro-magnetic weapons. Then I consumed the energy drink. Immediately felt a surge going through my entire body that made me feel nauseau. I felt pressure in my nose and eyes and thickening of my salivia. The contents were laced with contaminates that I decided to save the bottles. Further investigation will have to be made about the chemicals contained in it. Anyway the item was a Diet Coke 0490450 and Glaceau Vitamin water 786162150004.
11-18 I found my tire deflated after driving on it for a short period (200 yards). I had to call AAA to change the tire to a spare. I was able to document the incident, which occurred on Van Cortlandt Park East near Naier Avenue/233rd St. in the BX NYC. I then took the tire for inspection. The tire did not have any known lacerations, just that someone let the air out. A similar situation occurred in Fayetteville, NC, but this was a laceration. Surprisingly, the laceration did not deflate the tire.
Before call tripple A, I notice a dark blue tripple A vehicle driving towards me. There is no coincidence in this program and the perpetrators very well knew that the tire was deflated, BECAUSE THEY DID IT! AND THEY KNEW I WOULD HAVE TO CALL TRIPPLE A! BECAUSE THEY KNEW I RECENTLY SIGNED UP WITH BECAUSE OF ANOTHER SITUATION. This was all show for the criminals to see how I would react to this situation. 11-22 I woke up several times throughout the morning and did not feel anything unusual. But when I stood up, I felt pulsing to my head. The vehicle was also warmer than it had been previously. Since laying down, I did not know of any attack to my genital or the area surrounding it, which is a clear sign that something elese is going on. And generally it means that they have successfully connect their equipment to my brain waves. The equipment involves the use of electro-magnetic energy and ionized and non-ionized radiation. The smart dust they put underneath my vehicle makes my body suseptible to these transmissions as it too is transmitting a signal. It is being controlled by the satellite system.
11-27 Woke up several times with an irregular heart rate and unstabled nervous system. The day earlier I left my vehicle unattended and know nano technology and micro technology was placed inside the vehicle. When I went to bed, I felt electro-magnetic energy throughout my body, but particularly felt jerking on my legs, feet, back and head. It was like someone driving a screw driver through these areas.

And none of the occupants ever entered the establishment.

11-26 Just before entering Fayetteville, NC I saw a sherrif vehicle parked in the emergency lane. It was dark and appeared to have no one in it. I have seen many vehicles parked in the emergency lane like this one, and shows the extend of the criminal organization that exist in this country.

Government collusion in human medical experiments no longer just a conspiracy theory
(NaturalNews) It used to be that when you talked about Big Government conspiring with Big Pharma to use human beings as guinea pigs in bizarre medical experiments, people would look at you as if you were some kind of loon. “Oh, the American government would never do that,” they’d say, smug in their self assurance that they are somehow ruled by compassionate, honest government operatives and corporate do-gooders who are always looking out for the public’s best interest.

All of a sudden, all those people who somehow thought medical science was all about protecting people found themselves stunned — and even ashamed — to learn that their own government would conspire with the medical industry to intentionally engage in such behavior.
Welcome to the real world, folks. In the real world, governments are the great mass-murderers of our world. Throughout human history, more human beings have been maimed, tortured and murdered by governments than by any other type of organization on the planet. And virtually all of that activity has been justified under the excuse that they were working to “make the world a better place.”

Setting the record straight on government-pharma conspiracies
With this recent admission firmly in mind, let’s set something straight on the issue of government-pharma collusion.
It is now an admitted fact that the U.S. government conspired with the pharmaceutical industry to conduct medical experiments on innocent victims. (This has actually been known for a long, long time, but only now has the mainstream begun to admit to it.) Thus, the U.S. government really does engage in “conspiracies” with Big Pharma. And this means reports of such conspiracy theories can no longer be blown off as mere “conspiracy theories” — a term thrown around by skeptics who try to pretend there is no such thing as a conspiracy in our world.
A “conspiracy” simply means two or more parties working together in secret to accomplish a particular agenda. Once you understand that, it becomes clear that virtually everything Big Pharma does these days involves a conspiracy of one kind or another… a conspiracy to manipulate the data, a conspiracy to achieve FDA approval, a conspiracy to hide the negative studies, a conspiracy to bribe doctors, and so on. Most of what is called “modern science” is actually made up of multiple layers of devious conspiracies that have yet to be fully uncovered and exposed.
Now that we know the U.S. government has engaged in conspiracies with Big Pharma (because the Guatemala incident is just one of a great many such conspiracies), we can ask the question: “Is the U.S. government still conspiring with Big Pharma today to achieve some particular agenda?”
The medical science conspiracies continue
The answer to that seems obvious to those who are paying attention: YES it is! You see this quite blatantly on two significant issues:
#1) Vaccines#2) Public water fluoridation
In both of these cases, the government conspires to exploit the American people as if they were human guinea pigs. For both vaccines and fluoridation, there is absolutely no hard science to support these toxic chemical interventions as medically beneficial for the masses, and in fact both the fluoride suppliers and seasonal flu vaccine manufacturers will readily admit there have been no legitimate scientific studies conducted that show their products to be either safe or effective. Instead, they are being dumped onto the population as some sort of grand medical experiment to see what happens (and to make a buck).
The U.S. government, as you well know, is fully behind this effort. So are most state and local governments. You see, not only does the U.S. government knowingly use the American people as guinea pigs for medical experiments; it now combines these medical experiments with outrageous propaganda campaigns to try to recruit more people into the experimental pool. Hurry and get vaccinated, everybody! We want to find out what happens when a hundred million gullible people allow themselves to be injected with viral DNA fragments grown in rotten eggs and diseased animals…
Actually, they don’t seem to care much what happens to the test subjects (that would be you and me). What they really want to accomplish is the confiscation of obscene profits for the pharmaceutical companies and chemical companies that make such products. The experiment, you see, isn’t actually pointless. It has a purpose: To collect more money!

Ask your friends this question: “Do you believe the United States government would conspire with the pharmaceutical industry to secretly infect innocent victims with a deadly disease so they could study the effectiveness of a new drug?”
If they answer “no,” then they’re pretty much in the dark in this issue. Tell them about the Guatemalan experiment. Open their eyes to the reality of the very same government that’s now running their health care system. Help them understand that when it comes to health care, you can’t trust Big Government with your life because Big Government doesn’t really value human life. In fact, they will exploit human lives to provide experimental fodder for the pharmaceutical industrial complex.
An intelligent person, upon realizing the truth about this, will begin to ask new questions about whether it is appropriate for a mass-murdering government to do things like run health care systems; engage in “death panel” decision making; approve dangerous pharmaceuticals as safe; or approve experimental vaccines that have never been scientifically tested. A true skeptic would inevitably conclude that a government which has already proven itself to be a reckless guardian of human life should not be entrusted with administering the entire medical system — the very same medical system, by the way, that is guilty of covertly using human beings as lab rats in potentially deadly medical experiments.
Letting the U.S. government run your health care is sort of like letting a child molester run your neighborhood watch program. Sure, they’ll be watching. But perhaps not in the way you might want them to.
Seriously, we all must ask this important question: If the U.S. government would collude with Big Pharma to infect innocent human beings with deadly diseases just so they could study the effectiveness of an antibiotic drug that would be sold for huge profits, what else are these institutions capable of doing?
The answer to that should be obvious, even if we are reluctant to accept it. Big Government and Big Pharma, if allowed to exercise control over our lives, will destroy our lives by exploiting us for their own dark agendas. It’s as true in Georgia as in Guatemala, and if anything, the crimes being committed under the dark umbrella of “medical science” have only gotten worse since the 1940’s. Today, Big Pharma has tens of millions of children and adults on psychiatric drugs; hospitals are performing hundreds of thousands of unnecessary surgeries each year; doctors are dishing out billions of doses of dangerous prescription medications… and the U.S. government just looks on and declares it all to be perfectly safe. Better than safe, actually — it’s even good for you!
