“Safe House” Community Cooperative Proposal Revisions
Building A Safe Community Through Organic Development
Idea to start Community Cooperative

Purchase land in Upstate New York between $20,000 to $35,000
Purchase storage containers for our living quarters. Each storage container will cost (minimum $500 maximum $1,500 per container (includes shipping)).
Purchase machinery used for organic farming (cost and types of equipment have not been decided yet. Discussed in next meeting).
Purchase 2 transportation vehicles (described below).

The business plan will outline how money is generated and what it will be used for.

Option 1. Between 25 to 50 Targeted Individuals (TI’s) will save at least $1,000 by February 2013 (12 month period). For instance, let say you have $100 in your pocket in February 1st, by February of the next year, you should have accumulated $1,000.

Option 2. Between 50 to 100 TI’s will be asked to contribute increments of $25, $50 or $100 per month. These amounts should accumulate to at least $1,000 by the 15 month.

Option 1 and 2: Individuals who choose Option 1 will have first pick on land location, since their requirement was fulfilled in 12 months.

Option 3. We will seek out donations from wealthy individuals who believe in our mission. The mission described here is: To develop an environmental friendly atmosphere that fosters community organic growth business through farming practices.

Option 1, 2 & 3 can be combined to minimized the timeline to reach our goal from 12 months to 6 months.

Option 4. A non profit organization will be started by the 6th month. It will assist us in the grant making process and supplant our cooperative ideas.

Option 5. A non profit organization will be started by the 6th month. It will assist us in the grant making process, however, it will complement our cooperative ideas instead of replacing it.

Note: Starting a non profit organization will cost $150 and $500 for tax exempt status.

Option 6. We skip the non profit organization idea and seek foundations that grant monies to community cooperatives who grow organic produce.

Note: We have identified one such organization that grant these kind of entities. It is called Food Co-op Initiative. Grants are as high as $10,000 and can be applied for start-up costs. We can also seek grant support from government agencies such as the Food & Drug Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture. Option 7. Once we have met our financial deadline for purchasing the land, we could apply for a loan from a banking or credit union institution. This will finance the storage containers, farming equipment and transportation vehicles. This corresponds to Option 1 and 2 only.

Option 8. TI’s who support the cooperative project could start an online business. The business will have to file papers as a partnership, which protects the owners of this new enterprise. Filing fees are about $250 and hosting an e-commerce website generally cost about $150 a year. In order to meet our deadline, the business must generate the amount needed to purchase the land by the 12th/15th month.

Option 9. TI’s who support the cooperative project could start an Investment Club. The investment club would consist of several individuals who would make decisions on stocks that they want to buy. Most experienced investors could trade OPTIONS, which would generate the necessary money needed to purchase the land. In order to meet the deadline, the investment club must generate the amount needed to purchase the land by the 12th/15th month.

Option 8 and 9 will operate as separate entities from the cooperative. Business owners or Investors would agree on the contributing amount. For instance, the amount agreed upon could be from 35 to 65 percent of the total earnings towards the cooperative.

Specifics:

We are currently looking at purchasing land that is between 10 to 30 Acres. The land will be located in upstate New York and must be ideal for farming. Furthermore, the land must be large enough to accommodate between 31 to 52 storage containers. However, a larger share of the land must be dedicated to farming.

Depending on the size of the land, it can be partitioned into two (or more) parcels of land.

Option 1. All 51 storage containers will occupied one parcel of land, which the rest will be used for farming.

Option 2. 21 of the 52 storage containers will occupied two parcels of land. Farming will take place in two locations.

“Safe House” Community Co-operative Proposal

Plan to start safe house.

We are seeking suggestions from members of the Targeted Individual (TI) community to begin the process of:

* starting a safe house community
* raising funding for a safe house community
* purchasing land for a safe house community

This is my idea and all suggestions will be welcome.

1. Formulate a meeting, which we will discuss the details of this project.

The project will encompass a business plan that will outline how money will be generated.

Option 1. 30 targeted individual will save at least $1,000 within a 12 month period. For instance, if you have $100 in your pocket by February 1st, you should have at least $1,000 by January of 2013.

Option 2. We will seek donations from interested parties that agree with our ideas. Donations is not grant making.

Option 3. Option 1 and 2 could be combine if goal could be narrow down to 9 months.

Option 4. A grant proposal could be develop to get seed money for the project. The project will be funded in stages until we meet our goal of raising enough money to purchase the land.

Option 5. Several TI’s could start businesses that could generate enough money to purchase the land.

Option 6. A single business can be created by several TI’s that could generate enough money to purchase the land.

I’m not too clear on how long Option 5 and 6 will take to generate the necessary funds to purchase land. Because of several risk involve, Option 1 is my overall preference. However, can we commit as much as 30 people to save around $100 a month for this project? Committing Individuals is one thing and getting them to agree on how this safe house project will run once it is up and running is another thing. That is the purpose of meeting, before we decide on the final project.

Once we have met our financial goal, we will then discuss the project 1. location 2. size 3. cost .

The final decision will be made by majority vote, but we will make some concessions.

Once a location has been found, we need to discuss what kind of construction will happen on the property. Several suggestions have already been made, but more ideas are needed.

The property must be big enough for 31 cabins. There must also be enough land for farming.

Option 1. Purchase one parcel of land.

Option 2. Purchase two parcel of land.

The idea of two parcels of land allows us to work with a much smaller crowd. It allows more land for farming use. Downside: The cost can be more than 1/3 than the latter.

Structure: Security, Alternative Energy, Community Duties, Transportation

Security:

* dogs

Alternative Energy:

* solar panels
* wind turbines

Community Duties:

Chores will be assigned to at least two persons per day. Chores will include organic farming, but it would be the upkeep of the property. Exactly how this will be needs further discussion.

Transportation:

This is very important. We need at least two vehicles to assist individuals to and from their destination. Gas and maintenance cost will have to be discuss later. Vehicle used for hauling produce will be part of the equation.

As you can see, this can work.

This is a fast proposal. I just want to get the torch burning. But it can happen next year if we are committed.

I like to add that AFFIDAVITS development is an absolute necessary to reduce infiltrators from setting us back.

PS: The project will be run by 1) Kelb (if it mission statement allows it), 2) a newly formed non-profit 3) a co-operative structure (this model allows us to lobby as a group for stronger legislation protecting whistle-blowers, victims of electronic harassment and human experimentation), 4) An LLC or Company business structure and 5) A coalition such as TICSD.

I’m going to go with #3. It offers flexibility. The downside: we can’t grant make, but we can seek donations. Donations can come in the form of membership (501 C4). Another topic.

Fayetteville’s police chief will retire July 1, ending a 34-year career that included the creation of a multi-faceted strategy to combat crime.
Tom Bergamine, who became the police chief in 2007, quietly made the surprising announcement Friday in a memo to his staff at the Police Department and his boss, City Manager Dale Iman, who was out of town for the holidays.
“It has truly been an honor and a pleasure being part of a great organization and serving the public for the past 34 years,” the memo said.
Bergamine did not respond to repeated phone messages Sunday and Monday.
When word of his retirement leaked to the media Monday, a city holiday, many on the City Council, including Mayor Tony Chavonne, were surprised by the news.
“He has served in a very professional way,” Chavonne said. “He has done a great job.”
Iman, who drove back into town Monday afternoon, said he wasn’t able to read the memo over the weekend. However, he said he had an inkling that Bergamine might be retiring soon, based on a conversation the two men had just before Christmas.
According to Iman, Bergamine recently visited the city’s Human Resources office to review his retirement plan based on his government service.
“He said it didn’t make a lot of sense to keep working financially,” Iman said. “He said he was going to have a long talk over the holidays with his wife, Debbie.”
Iman said he didn’t know Bergamine would act so swiftly.
“He felt like he had accomplished many things over so many years,” Iman said. “We talked about him going out on the high road and giving us enough advance warning to search for a replacement.”
Iman said Bergamine will be missed.
“Certainly, he’s going to be difficult to replace,” Iman said.
Iman said he intends to begin a national search to name a successor before Bergamine’s last day.
Tapped in 2007
In January 2007, Iman named Bergamine the interim police chief to fill an impending vacancy. In April of that year, Iman gave Bergamine, then 52, the job permanently.
A native of Bronx, N.Y., Bergamine had risen through the ranks with the Police Department, starting as a beat cop in 1978. He and his wife have three sons.
Today, the force has about 400 sworn officers and an annual budget exceeding $41 million to cover a city of more than 200,000 residents. The department’s national accreditation was recently renewed.
In 2008, the violent crime rate rose 23 percent in the city. The trend alarmed the City Council and put members of community watch groups on edge.
In response to the crime wave, Bergamine in 2009 unveiled what he called a community wellness plan that relied on various initiatives and calls for more police officers and equipment. The council beefed up the force, gave officers pay raises to reduce vacancies and hired a consultant in 2010 to recommend improvements to the Police Department’s operations.
In the past year, the city has installed about 100 camera systems in police cruisers.
Violent crime has dropped dramatically over the past two years, while the property crime rate has been stagnant during that time.
“I think he has had a very positive impact on the Police Department and our efforts to try to address crime and lower the crime rate through his wellness plan and community policing,” Iman said.
More recently, Bergamine has come under fire by some residents and two local organizations over police traffic statistics showing that black drivers are more than three times as likely as white drivers to be stopped and searched. The chief has denied that his department is guilty of racial profiling.
“I hope he’s not judged by this one issue,” Councilwoman Val Applewhite said.
Bergamine enjoys the respect of many on the City Council.
Councilman Keith Bates said he can’t blame Bergamine for wanting to retire after almost 35 years of public service.
“It’s a … stressful job,” he said. “I wish he would stick around, but when you feel the time is right, you should retire.”
In fall 2011, Bergamine was one of five finalists to become the Kansas City, Mo., police chief. He lost the job to an in-house candidate.
Iman said he doesn’t plan on naming an interim police chief before Bergamine retires.
He said the search for the next police chief would include bringing candidates before a panel of professionals in law enforcement and senior management and others. Iman said he was hesitant to make the process public. He said it’s important to leave politics out of such an important decision.
“I support the concept of getting community input, but unfortunately, most of those kind of meetings turn out to be cheerleading events for a favorite candidate,” Iman said. “That’s what happened in Kansas City, I heard.”

The NSA’s mission and the NSA’s domestic Intelligence operation

Communications Intelligence (COMINT)
Blanket coverage of all electronic communication in the U.S. and the world to ensure national security. The NSA at Ft. Meade, Maryland has had the most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960’s. NSA technology is developed and implemented in secret from private corporations, academia, and the general public.

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical currents in their bodies. Signals Intelligence is based on the fact that everything in the environment with an electric current in it has a magnetic flux around it which gives off EMF waves. The NSA/DoD has developed proprietary advanced digital equipment which can remotely analyze all objects whether man-made or organic that have electrical activity.

Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)
The NSA has records on all U.S. citizens. The NSA gathers information on U.S. citizens who might be of interest to any of the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized by executive order to spy on anyone. The NSA has a permanent National Security Anti-Terrorist surveillance network in place. This surveillance network is completely disguised and hidden from the public.

Tracking individuals in the U.S. is easily and cost-effectively implemented with the NSA’s electronic surveillance network. This network (DOMINT) covers the entire U.S., involves tens of thousands of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of persons simultaneously. Cost effective implementation of operations is assured by NSA computer technology designed to minimize operations costs.

NSA personnel serve in Quasi-public positions in their communities and run cover businesses and legitimate businesses that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would want to track. N.S.A. personnel in the community usually have cover identities such as social workers, lawyers and business owners.

Individual citizens occasionally targeted for surveillance by independently operating NSA personnel
NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the U.S. by using the NSA’s domestic intelligence network and cover businesses. The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwitting citizens by NSA operatives is likely to happen. NSA Domint has the ability to covertly assassinate U.S. citizens or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.

NSA’s domestic electronic surveillance network
As of the early 1960’s the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft. Meade. Research
breakthroughs with these computers were kept for the NSA. At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology. The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the U.S. by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all communications, irregardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists. These computers monitor all communications at the transmitting and receiving ends. This blanket coverage of the U.S. is a result of the NSA’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission.

The NSA’s electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF spectrum. This equipment was developed, implemented, and kept secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs. With this technology NSA personnel can non-obtrusively tap into any communication device in existence. This includes computers, telephones, radio and video-based devices, printers, car electronics, and even the minute electrical fields in humans (for tracking individuals).

Signals Intelligence Remote Computer Tampering
The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the U.S. This is an integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network. The NSA’s EMF equipment can tune in RF emissions from personal computer circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and power supplies). The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains digital information in the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA’s equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PC’s. Thus the NSA can gain wireless modem-style entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist electronic warfare.

Radio and Television signals can be substituted at the receiving end with special EMF equipment. Replacing signals in Radios and Televisions is another outgrowth of the NSA’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission.

Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance
A subject’s bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjects can be monitored anywhere they are. With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person’s brain-states and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance.
NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals lntelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA’s computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours-a-day. The NSA can pick out and track anyone in the U.S. NSA Signals Intelligence Use of EMF Brain Stimulation NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKUltra program of the early 1950’s, which included neurological research into “radiation” (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as “Radiation Intelligence,” defined as “information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation.” Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international
intelligence agency agreements to keep this technology secret.

The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyzes electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer-generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all the electrical activity in the brain continuously. The NSA records and decodes individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for Brain-to-computer link. (In military fighter aircraft, for example.)

For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex thus allowing audio communication direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia. Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain and show images from the subject’s brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex. bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously put images in a surveillance subject’s brain while they are in R.E.M. sleep for brain-programming purposes.

Capabilities of NSA operatives using RNM
There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the U.S. since the 1940’s. The NSA, Ft. Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audio-visual information in their brain. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence. Speech and 3D sound, and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject’s brain (bypassing the ears) and images can be sent into the visual cortex.

RNM can alter a subject’s perceptions, moods, and motor control.
Speech cortex/auditory cortex link has become the ultimate communications system for the intelligence community. RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain-to-brain link or brain-to-computer link.

National Security Agency Signals Intelligence: Electronic Brain Link Technology

NSA SigInt can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person’s bioelectric fields.

The NSA’s Signals Intelligence has the proprietary ability to remotely and non-invasively monitor information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electro-magnetic emissions from the brain. Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called “evoked potentials.”
Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event, and visual image in the brain has a corresponding “evoked potential” or set of “evoked potentials.” The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject’s brain. NSA SigInt uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level).
EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a complexly coded and pulsed electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images in the brain’s neural circuits.

EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person’s brain-states and affect motor control.
Two-way Electronic Brain-Link is done by remotely monitoring neural audio-visual information while transmitting sound to the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) and transmitting faint images to the visual cortex (bypassing the optic nerves and eyes, the images appear as floating 2-D screens in the brain).

Two-Way Electronic Brain Link has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel.
Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the U.S. Intelligence Community. RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in That specific brain area. The f requency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band.

Each person’s brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies. Sending audio
information to a person’s brain at the frequency of another person’s auditory cortex would result in that
audio information not being perceived.

The Plaintiff learned of RNM by being in two-way RNM contact with the Kinnecome group at the NSA, Ft. Meade. They used RNM 3D sound direct to the brain to harass the Plaintiff from 10/90 to 5/91. As of 5/91 they have had two-way RNM communications with the Plaintiff and have used RNM to attempt to incapacitate the Plaintiff and hinder the Plaintiff from going to authorities about their activities against the Plaintiff in the last twelve years. The Kinnecome group has about 100 persons working 24-hours-a-day at Ft Meade. They have also brain-tapped persons the Plaintiff is in contact with to keep the Plaintiff isolated. This is the first time ever that a private citizen has been harassed with RNM and has been able to bring a lawsuit against NSA personnel misusing this intelligence operations method.

Then the vehicle turned towards the railroad tracks as I was running towards Gillepsie St. Clearly the vehicle was positioning it front end to pulse the microwave in my direction. Otherwise, the vehicle would have kept going in the same direction. Often vehicles would come down the street as I’m coming into the cross walk. This places me directly in front of the vehicle. That’s why this happens. The chemicals — drugs/nano technology turns my body into an antenna for anyone carrying a GPS device specifically designed to attack me.

1-1 What prompted to leave the area that I was positioned in because I could barely hear someone walking though the section of the woods. I was positioned in one section of the woods and they were close enough to that section. It was like a section had been cut out for them, because they were walking so fast. I was deep enough in the woods with very thick brush. So it could not have been possible for them to have walk through there at that speed if it wasn’t pre-setup. Anyway, this happened right after dark. But it did not discourage me from leaving this area. Earlier I had to leave another location, because the perpetrators kept signaling the area (GPSing). 1-2/3 Throughout the night into the early hours of the morning the criminals of this crime kept pulsing different areas of my body. I could feel the pulsing both underneath me and above. I could see a usual pattern of satellites that are group together in the sky. There is one set of satellites that is group into threes. 1-3/4 Went to sleep around 12A. It was particularly cold, however, the food/drink that I consumed earlier was still in my body — at least the chemicals that allow these criminals with these technology weapons to do the aggressive brain mapping, burning of my legs, attacking my stomach and doing sexual things with my body. There is always someone in the area around the clock to dial in these attacks with their GPS cellular phone. As what happened yesterday, the signals were aggressive because the chemicals hat were placed in the food/drink was still in my body.

1-4 Library. As I was preparing to send a fax to two companies, several individuals made a point to be in this area. It was pretty obvious that their interests wasn’t to use the photocopying and fax machine. It was to target my area with GPS technology. Upon leaving this area and coming back, all the previous occupants were gone.

1-4 FSU Bronco. The faculty became hotter the more people who came in. But they was two things that happened that prompted me to change computer locations. First, someone made it a point to sit next to me. The criminal org. need someone to be closer to me to pulse this electro-mgnetic signal at close range. The signal is coming off their phones or micro-wave devices they have concealed. And second, the perpetrators was pulsing a very strong signal at the right side of my head. It was continuous until I moved from the area. When I moved from the area, a new group of individuals setup in the next computer room. This was done intentionally to regenerate this strong pulsing sensation on my head. This also included my legs and knee caps, which has made it difficult for me to walk. Running is nearly impossible for me. Later I smell the presence of Ammonia and Bleach, which created a toxic compound. These are the same two chemicals used in Military combat situations. But the reasons was clear that they wanted to attack me with chemical warfare weapons and electronic weapons.

1-4/5 I went to sleep around 11p. When I woke up around 7A, I felt a noticeable rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. This included my who body trembling from the technology. Later I could feel the presence of directed energy focused on the right side of my head. The signal was definitely similar to yesterday.

1-5 Library. I went straight to the fax and copying area and less than a minute 2 perpetrators came over. They wanted to fax, but if you know how this program works, the criminal organization send hem there. I had to suspend my fax efforts for a later time. So I setup in the quiet area. They are now pulsing this area of my head and I can feel the signals around me. In order for them to be able to do this, the Administrators of the LIBRARY had to give them permission to setup these remote devices to pulse this kind of signal. At no time did I experience this signal earlier. Also the availability of both people (perpetrators) and A/C makes this possible.

1-5 At around 6:30p a whole bunch of people start crowding me and the next thing I feel is a strong force on the side of my head. The force was so great that I felt like someone just punch me in my head. Judging by the reaction, I could tell who was responsible. It all started with an “innocent” old lady looking through a set of books. I had been at this library for several hours due to defragging my new laptop and the result is these aggressive attacks. Meanwhile, the criminals are still pulsing my head, which happens to be the right side.

Anytime someone comes around me and there is a vehicle in the area, the attacks worsen. This time the attacks included aggressive brain-mapping. What this is, is when the perpetrators hit different parts of my head. It does not matter if you move your head from line-of-site of these weapons, the signal always manages to hit your head. The best thing to do is move out of the area and this usually prompt these individuals to show up. As long as they can transmit these directed energies at your body, they will not appear. But once they can’t direct these signals, you will notice more people appearing around you. There isn’t any place as bad as a facility that has been configured to direct this energy at you. I could also feel the energy underneath my feet, which I think they are working from. But I don’t think the signals would be as accurate if the smart dust/nano tech particles wasn’t placed in the ceiling. I left the library and the signals have all but disappeared. The brain-mapping is probably a tactic to keep me from the library.

1-6/7 Went to sleep around 11p. It wasn’t particularly a bad night, because I had eaten much earlier during the day. However, throughout the night I did experienced a rapid heartbeat and a uncontrollable nervous system. It was several times and it involved my entire body. I found out now they are able to cause my whole body to tremor like this. It is why they are always positioning themselves behind me. My heart is being manipulated from the back as well as from the front and it creates a trembling effect to my whole body. When I wake up, I could feel someone signaling my body. This is done by way of GPS.

Before coming into this area, I seen a RED pickup truck pulled off as i was walking towards it. It was near the Gillepsie St. sleeping area. Also, noticed someone GPSing the area multiple times, but because I did not eat today, it did not have a major effect on me. However, I did experienced a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was no worse then yesterday, because I did not eat the entire day. When I woke up later in the morning I did experienced aggressive GPS attacks, which included stinging and pulsing my head, knee caps, legs and face.

First I noticed a woman sitting on a been keying her cell phone and then a male walking with his cell phone as he was keying it in. Then I felt attacks on my stomach. Also noticed was increased in flu like symptoms. Large mount of SILICONE was present.

1-8/9 Went to sleep around 9:30p. Several times I was woken with a rapid heartbeat and uncontrollable nervous system. It was worse by the warehouse. I was there because it rained. When it stopped raining, I left the warehouse. After sleeping two more hours and waking up, I did not experienced the same attacks. Electro-magnetic is very present at this warehouse and I absolutely avoid this area if I have to.

1-9/10 Went to sleep around 6:30p due to the damp weather the area was getting. Because of the rain, I was forced to sleep under the warehouse the whole time. It did not feel bad as yesterday, but I just think they was doing something different. When I got up, I went to the area I previously use to sleep at all the time. This area is no longer a good area, because I’m being attacked from the warehouse across the street and the area has been cut out to target me with handheld weapons. It is situated in the woods. Because smart dust was placed in this area, it is no longer a viable option. However, to make a long story short, I was attacked in the head, forehead, fingers, toes, private area and eyes continuously. This happened for a short period of time until I got up and left the area.

1-10/11 Was wken around 7:30a after going to sleep around 12A. I laid beside the warehouse and it didn’t appeared to be troublesome. However, I could feel the technology (the signals) although it wasn’t so obvious. This is the synthetic telepathy that happens after the criminals burn these pathways to different parts of my body. Another name for it is brain-mapping. When I covered my head, the attacks now included burning both my anus and penis areas. So as long as I appeared to be complying the “attacks” ceased. When it begin to rain, I made my way underneath the warehouse. The signals increase as this facility has A/C power. I also felt the signaling underneath my feet, which meant that someone was occupying this facility at the time. It also happened in the morning just before getting up.

This happened because the weather wasn’t particularly favorable for the satellites attacking me. Earlier a guy who pretended to have sight problems sat two seats from me. Upon him sitting next to me, I noticed pressure attacks made o different parts of my head, but overall, the attacks was no where near as bad as previously.

1-11 Library. From time to time several people sa in my perimeter. I could first feel the electro-magnetic energy on my head. Then I felt it on my legs, feet, knee caps and around my face. However, due to the weather conditions, it wasn’t as bad as previous. One more thing. My computer crashed. It wasn’t by accident as one of the library employees walked by just as it happened. As of today (January 12th) the computer is working my slower.

1-11/12 I went to sleep around 10:30a. I slepted with my duffel bag underneath me. I could feel and hear the pulsing sound underneath me. So I changed bags. Immediately, I was burned with micro-wave weapons. They were directed this energy to my penis and anus. The duffel bag had been opened at a Skibo Food Lion store. It was padlocked. So there is a relation to the micro-wave pulsing. Anyway, when I woke up my penis was erected. This happened yesterday and the result of the nano technology/smart dust being placed in the bag. This explains why these businesses always want me to leave my bag upfront. Also noted. Large amount of chem-trails in the area.

When I came back to retrieve my bag, I was told by a male cashier that it had been placed in the Customer Service room. Later I found that the bag had been unlocked and the zipper had been opened. This happened less than ten minutes of shopping at this establishment. I brought my complaints to the customer service agent Madison Deal. Her reply was “we are not responsible for personal property left with us”. Meanwhile, it is the policy to leave the bags in the front. So why don’t I just keep my bag on me and if the buzzer goes off, the bag is searched? Anyway, I purchased Florida Marsh Red Grapefruit 033383108025 and Le Bleu Drinking Water 734341000190. Both of these products lead to continuous diapheria that lasted to the next day. And the water had heavy amount of SILICONE in it. It was so bad that my whole esophagus was clogged. In addition to this, I could feel oncoming sinus pressure, tightness of the eyes, running nose and drainage problems behind the ears.

1-13/14 Went to sleep around 7:30A. Throughout the night I kept getting a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. 1-14/15 Went to bed around 11p. This area was considerably better because of the lack of presence of smart dust technology. However, because I had eaten just before I went to bed, I experienced several rapid heartbeats and an uncontrollable nervous system. This is related to the chemicals and smart dust particles that was placed in the food. Early in the morning, right after getting up, I could hear pulsing sounds coming from the woods. This prompted me to leave the area. Once I left the area, the pulsing sounds stopped.

1-15 Martin Luther King’s Birthday. Library. At around 2p I entered this facility and immediately was greeted with aggressive micro-wave weapons. These weapons were directed to my head. This isn’t smart dust/nano technology, it is an actual device that shoots a laser beam at a target and is controlled from a computer within this facility. This is a government building and explains how it is being used to attack and torture me. I have seen library personnel dressed in red and black. The acts are similar to a Ku-Klux Klan rally around several black lynchings. Meanwhile, several individuals who was situated outside decided that they were going to follow me in the facility. They all setup upstairs were I was working on the computer. This is commonly the case and their actions is related to the electronic TERRORISM that I’m facing.

1-15/16 Before going to sleep, my entire body is being radiated. Particularly I could feel these signals on my feet. Contour Bolt Fanta Strawberry Soda 049000050271 (heavily contaminated). Soon as I consumed this product, I was burned on several parts of my head. As I was entering this parking lot, a series of vehicles came in. As I was turning into the parking lot an older male in an older model pickup truck rushed in so fast that he nearly hit me. He looks right at me as he racing into the parking lot. Then he runs out of his vehicle into the store. Because this is a timed program, his actions was related to the electronic targeting that I’m experiencing on a daily basis. 1-16/17 I went to sleep around 9p. Throughout the night I experienced a strong rapid heart beat. It is related to consuming some food I got from the Rescue Mission. The heart beat was so strong that my whole chest was pounding as if I ran 5 blocks. This was complicated by an uncontrollable nervous system. Meanwhile, the criminals of this technology was signaling my area and attacking my head throughout the night.

1-17 Library. As I was working on my computer, several individuals stood or sat in my perimeter. This happened throughout the time I was there.

1-17/18 Went to sleep around 10p. I had consumed the strawberry soda that I purchased from Family Dollar. The result of this was continued attacks of my heart, nervous system and head. When I woke up I felt exhausted as if I haven’t slept for days. This is related to the chemicals in the soda and persistent attacks by electro-magnetic energy.

1-18 FSU Bronco. Soon as I came in, one of the workers that I seen very often was on her cell phone GPSing my location. I told her “is it Human Rights Day or GPS Day”. Then I told her happy Martin Luther King Day. She did not know what I was talking about. She told me I couldn’t sit in the back, because they are working on a special project. Meanwhile, one of the perpetrators that I seen before was allowed to use the computers in the back. The way that this program works, they had already setup the area they wanted me to sit with GPS devices. Plus most of the people were already seated in this area. So it was convenient for them.

1-17 As I was consuming the food that I purchased from Family Dollar, the perpetrators of the satellite technology began to burn my head. When I made it to the wooded area someone with an handheld device directed the micro-wave energy to my heart. The previous night I had experienced a strong heartbeat, so I think hey was trying to modify my heart so I can experienced the same thing the next night.

1-18 Library. I could literally feel the signal radiating from the floor below. It was so bad that my entire leg was shaking. I was using computer 18 at the time of this incident and it was definitely coming from the ground level. After they couldn’t get enough satisfaction from this deplorable act, they decided to target my head. Shiela was told to be the head person on the night shift.

1-18/19 Went o sleep around 11:30p. It was particularly cold tonight into the morning and I did not consume any of the food I purchased recently. The result of this is that I did not experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system at the level I did the previous day. When I woke up, I noticed a man in a white company van backing up. He was looking at me, while he was backing up his van. His van was positioned on the driver’s side of me. I was far enough in the back of the warehouse that no one could notice me laying there. Clearly the man knew I was laying there, because he looked right at me as he was backing up. I got up and went to the other side of the building. This was temporary as I had plans to move further away from the warehouse. Do you want to know what this man did? He went on the other side and was watching me from there. By this time, I was already packed up and ready to leave the area. All in all, his actions was definitely to pulse a micro-wave signal at my location. He was contracted to do this and it was clear what his intentions was. Plus, because my body was almost freed from the nano-tech/chemicals that is regularly placed in the food, it became more difficult to use traditional means (cell phone) to GPS the area.

Some individuals come on the scene different times and then they are told that their assignment has ended. Some individuals will pretend to be reading a book or working on their laptops, but meanwhile they would be GPSing my area. When I get up, certain individuals would be keying in their phones, because the area was made into a GPS area for attack with electronic weapons. It is all being done very strategically by a most inner city youth population. I probably saw only one individual that was above 25.

This is the 21st prior to this event, a red truck was parked there and the gate was left opened for the perpetrators to pulse micro-wave transmissions to me in the adjacent woods.

1-20/21 Throughout the night I experienced a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. Although the attacks was not as bad as the previous night. However, as I was walking into the area, a truck associated pulled in. It never went through the gate as the van (which I seen a few days earlier) that came in moments later. When such occurrences happened within seconds of coming into an area it was an organized criminal event. But I don’t think it was there to move furniture. The truck was particularly modified to pulse such a high rate of micro-wave current that I could not stand being by this vehicle any longer. I had to walk on the back side of it.

This often happens when I’m about to pay for my purchases. Meanwhile, I’m being burned continuously on different parts of my head as I stand by the counter. The attack signal was definitely programmed in this area of the store.

1-28/29 I went to sleep in a similar area that I was at the previous night. I then noticed a light on in a storage area. This was at 10p on a Saturday night. There was no vehicle parked next to it, but I could tell that someone was inside. Often time these criminal groups would setup in the area that they know I’m going to be sleeping at so they can pulse this micro-wave signals at me. When the morning came the perpetrators of this technology turned the weapons on my penis and anus area, which they continuously stimulated with pulse micro-wave technology. There was enough individuals in this area that were able to attack different areas of my body continuously. The availability of A/C current did not help my cause. Also, due to the nature of these attacks, I developed an induced back ache. And as I was walking towards downtown, an individual was sent into this directly to GPS my location. I had to turn around and wait, as this limits their ability to attack me in this location.

This product had a large amount of chemicals in it. Throughout the night and morning I had a difficult time breathing. Several times I woke up grasping for air. The drink was also unusually sweet.

1-29 Left my bag at the Person Street Family Dollar. When I came back to the store I see that the bag was moved. It was moved further back where the office is. Then I noticed several holes in the bread bag. The salad dressing that was there and Sausages was also tampered with. I had to throw out the bread. If they could contaminate the food in the store, they can contaminate the food in my bag.

1-29/30 I slept in an area away from the warehouse and it was significantly better. The warehouses provide the perpetrators with unlimited A/C current, which is why the attacks consist of a multitude of things. I did consumed items that I purchased from Family Dollar, but I did not noticed the attacks to be extreme. However, the food did consist of larger amounts of smart dust/ nano tech particals than previously.

1-30 When I came back to my sleeping area I noticed one of my bags not in the place that I left it. When I left the bag, I placed another bag over it to seal it from moister and rain. It was not there. So the perpetrators of this technology sent someone there to place smart dust nano tech in my blanket as later I felt signal through the blanket.

1-30/31 I went to sleep around 11P. At first I did not appeared to be experiencing a rapid heartbeat and an uncontrollable nervous system. However, these attacks were first experienced in the early morning hours. The signals were felt underneath the blanket and via satellites. I contribute the sodas that I purchased at the N.Y. I did see two groups of individuals walking towards me. As I was walking to my usual location, I did not witness a signal vehicle meeting me near the intersection, which is usually the case. The chemicals in the soda was fresh in my body so the lack of aggression became more susipicious. When I got back to my sleeping area, I see that my blankets was messed with and early in the morning my heart rate and nervous system was attacked continuously.

1-31 As I was walking on Murchinson Rd near where the V point Supermarket is, my head was burned viciously with micro-wave weapons. This is the same area that I experienced the very same attacks. These aren’t just car pulsing micro-wave energies, but there is an active transmitter in this area that is designed to burn these pathways in my head. Just earlier I was thinking about walking on the rails and all in a sudden a guy just came from no where. They didn’t want me to walk on the rails, because the cars could not GPS my location. Nor was there a device planted in this area. Not long ago I seen a PWC worker installing something in this area. Anyway, the food that I purchased from Rite AID is a contributor to these attacks.

1-30 FSU Bronco. While working on the computer several individuals positioned themselves in my perimeter. One individual sat net to the computer closes to me, but did not do anything the entire time (like search websites). When I got up to leave, he got up to leave, too.

1-31 Library. The guy that I often see at both this facility and FSU Bronco positioned himself in my perimeter. Meanwhile, a “cleaning” crew decided that they wanted to spend a large amount of time in my work space. I left the immediate area. Anyway, before the targeting started, I have never witness a cleaning crew. I just assumed that they worked after hours. To see these individuals means that they were contract to 1) Surveillance me and 2) pulse these harmful micro-wave transmissions at my body. The same can be seen at the FSU Bronco.
