Eliot Spitzer Gone – First Selected Black Governor

This just came to press: Eliot Spitzer has resigned

What does this means? It means that New York State will be selecting their first African American governor (I guess that is the only way we can become a prominent political official in the state of NY). And I ensure you, he is not going anywhere anytime soon. David Patterson is one of the cleanest men in the state and has proven his worthiness on many issues. Unfortunately, there isn’t any kind of person I can speak of in Fayetteville NC. The black politicians eat the chicken and the white establishment feeds it to them.

Anyway, Eliot had a lot of enemies: Black Non-Profits, Wall Street, the republicans and the list is endless. The way David Patterson got to be the  Lieutenant Governor was because he needed the African American votes. He also wanted to give blacks the impression that his actions wasn’t that of a racist politician.

All I know is that although Eliot actions were immoral, it was not criminal. He was not breaking the law and there was no reason for his resignation. This was a personal issue between his family and the government was in the wrong for wiretapping him.

The question still stands, how many citizens are being wiretapped? As you have read my blog in the past, we are all being surveillance to some degree. Currently, my online activity is being surveillance by the FPD. There is literally cameras on every block in this place. How much are Americans going to tolerated? Where does it end?

It will end when Americans stand up to the establishment and put in place a system that respects people’s right to personal freedoms.

THE OLD ESTABLISHMENT MUST END! AND THE NEW ESTABLISHMENT MUST BEGIN!

Chris

PS: When ever someone place this much attention on you, you have to be fearful of your life. These guys have a lot of history of ruining people’s lives for the sake of maintain the status quo. I say it about the republicans and I say it about this place I’m staying at currently!!!

Government Spying Of Elected Officials

Isn’t this strange that this is happening around the time the FBI was found to be spying on people? One wonders whether this is a side-track story to cover the government’s ass. For instance, whether it is an elected official or a civilian, what gives the government the right to wiretap our communications? You might be saying “he’s an elected official and his actions should be scrutinized.” My response is: How far should the government go in monitoring people behavior?

Elliot Spitzer is not someone I admire, but I do believe that what he does behind closed doors is no one’s business. This is unless he was using government money to carry out this behavior.

One wonders how many others are being wiretapped. One wonders. But all I know is that we have lost all control in how much power the government has over us.

If someone should be critcized, it should be the agents who wiretapped him. Is this how our tax paying dollars being used (secretly spying on the personal lives of our politicians)?

Let him take that up with his wife. It’s none of our business. And if you are so concern about what he does behind close doors, than you need to take a good look at yourself.

All I know is this country is going in the direction of former Russia. If we can’t find peace with ourselves somewhere, than our existance as a nation should just vanish.

Court Order

It is my pleasure to present to you some frightening details concerning my situation in Fayetteville NC.

There isn’t a court order in place saying that it is within the Fayetteville authority own right to monitor my online activity. Nor is there a reason to continue this harassment. Perhaps it is a tradition to what has happened in the past when blacks complained about government wrongdoings?

Well it pretty much seem to lead me to believe that this is the case.

But surprisingly it did not start there. It started in the Library where I tried to access their free internet service and they made it nearly impossible to use this tax paying service. I then took it upon myself to complain about this manner. All that I received was hot air and nothing was done about the situation.

So since the Library was not allowing me access to the world wide web, I decided to take my net biz to the streets.

Although I was limited to after sunset, I was making progress. I was able to build my corporate  and adult websites. It was amazed that it didn’t take much time.

I digress.

But this has been an uphill battle since the very beginning. Remember Virginia?

Read my blog about a year ago.

Before the days of my laptop, I was trying to operate my net biz from the Library. Stupid me! not thinking that I would be chastise for logging into my Afrocentric website I decided to submit some stories. Well, to make a long story short, the library shut me off from my websites. One of the stories was about the shipyard.

If you don’t know, Newport news is an Industrial city and is control by the shipyard. The people who work inside the library were workers of the shipyard, even though they wore government tags. And since I had so much criticisms about the way the shipyard was treating it workers, I was banned from the library.

It wasn’t a direct ban, but it was pretty obvious that I could not work on my websites if I was criticizing their employer. But we also can’t forget that my websites represent conscious black issues and many whites are fearful of the message that is contain in them.

It is part of being an African American in America. You either conformed or be harassed for uplifting your own heritage.

Anyway, as is the situation, someone has something to hide. It isn’t that I was just making up this stuff. That is why the outcome is always to cut my access and make it very difficult for me to function properly.

Whether it be Fayetteville NC, Newport News Virginia, or New York City, IT DOES NOT MANNER! If the powers that be feel that you are a threat to their survival (even though there is evidence that there isn’t), they will SHUT YOU DOWN!

PERIOD!

Under such great circumstances, I suffice nonetheless. Because evidently, I understand that their is great risk in distributing correct and accurate information.

Of course, if you have been following me for a great length of time, I have been ban from various websites because my views aren’t traditionally acceptable. It is a surprise that I continue to remain on this site and quite a few others. But it is the people who make sure that this remains a reality.

And I thank you all for taking the time to read my blogs. Although that wasn’t really the reason why I created this blog. It was created as an outpost for my websites and individuals who are part of the development of these vehicles.

I do hope that it returns to this mode. It was never meant to be about me. Although every now and then, it is good to know how the author feels about relevant subjects.

Anyway, the south has not change according to record. There is a lot of undercover things that are going on in Fayetteville and eventually I will be able to speak thoroughly about it. However, it isn’t really necessary to spend this great amount of time on one place if “we” clearly understand it is much bigger than the eye can see.

Take care and be well.

PS: If it was against the law to teach a black man how to read, why would you be surprised that established whites would do everything in their power to stop you from seeking knowledge?

That’s my story.

The IRAQ war is not going well for the U.S.

The killing of IRAQI children has not translate to the winning of the war. As a matter of fact, it has translate to more poor soldiers dying for no cause. When will American citizens wake up to the fact that mostly poor and working class families in the United States are being used against poor and working class families in Iraq?

5 US soldiers killed in Baghdad

BAGHDAD – A suicide bomber killed five American soldiers on a foot patrol Monday after detonating his explosives vest in central Baghdad, the U.S. military said.

It was the deadliest attack on American forces in Iraq since a Jan. 28 roadside bombing and ambush killed five soldiers in Mosul in northern Iraq.

Military spokesman Maj. Mark Cheedle said that “it was reported to us as a suicide bomber.”

An Iraqi police officer at the scene, speaking on condition of anonymity, said two civilians were also killed and another eight wounded in the attack in central Baghdad.

The military did not provide more details. The names of the soldiers were being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Monday’s deaths brought to 3,979 the number of members of the U.S. military who have died since the beginning of the Iraq war in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.

Meanwhile, a female suicide bomber on Monday killed the head of a local group of Sunni fighters northeast of Baghdad who had turned against al-Qaida insurgents, the leader’s brother and a provincial police official said.

Sheik Thaeir Ghadhban al-Karkhi, his 5-year-old niece, a 24-year cousin and a security guard were killed in the blast in Diyala province, where violence has persisted despite drops in other parts of Iraq.

Duraid Mahmoud, the sheik’s brother, told The Associated Press he witnessed the attack inside his brother’s home. A provincial police official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to release the information, confirmed the attack.

The woman, wearing an explosives belt, entered al-Karkhi’s home in the predominantly Sunni town of Kanaan, 20 kilometers (13 miles) east of Baqouba.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility. But al-Qaida in Iraq has been targeting fellow Sunni Arabs who have taken up arms against the militants and joined the so-called awakening councils like the one al-Karkhi led.

The councils are made up of U.S.-backed former insurgents who have risen up against al-Qaida’s brutality and strict Islamic codes of conduct it was trying to impose on local populations.

The U.S. military said it was looking into the incident but did not immediately have any details.

Mahmoud said the bomber had visited the sheik’s house on Sunday, claiming that her husband had been kidnapped and asking for help. Mahmoud said his brother told the woman to return Monday.

“She came back this morning and nobody checked her. She had an appointment with the sheik and the guards told her to go and knock on his door,” Mahmoud said.

The woman was ushered into the house and blew herself up once she got close to the sheik, he said, adding that the sheik’s 5-year-old niece and a security guard were also killed. The girl was the daughter of one of al-Karkhi’s other brothers.

A hospital official, speaking on condition of anonymity, later said that one of the men wounded in the attack — Ammar Mahmoud, the son of a cousin of the sheik — later died at the hospital.

Hours after the attack, mourners packed al-Karkhi’s home, weeping over the sheik’s body, which had been wrapped in a blue blanket and placed in a black, wooden coffin.

Female suicide bombers have been involved in at least 19 attacks or attempted attacks since the war began, including the grisly bombings of two pet markets in Baghdad that killed nearly 100 people on Feb. 1.

A female suicide bomber last struck in a Shiite neighborhood in Baghdad on Feb. 17, detonating herself after soldiers fired three bullets at her. Causalities were disputed in that attack, with Iraqi officials saying four people were killed, while the U.S. military said only the bomber died.

In southern Iraq, the body of a doctor who was kidnapped on Sunday was found.

Dr. Khalid Nasir al-Miyahi, a neurologist working at a hospital in Basra, was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen, police said. His body was found in a central area of the city.

The police official said the doctor was the only neurologist in Basra.

According to figures from the Iraqi Health Ministry released earlier this year, 618 medical employees, including 132 doctors, as well as medics and other health care workers, have been killed nationwide since 2003. Professionals from many fields have been targeted in Iraq’s violence.

Hundreds, possibly thousands, of other medical personnel are believed to have fled to Iraq’s northern autonomous Kurdistan region and neighboring countries.

Elsewhere, two nearly simultaneous attacks took place in Baghdad’s Shaab neighborhood, one of the capital’s most dangerous areas and a center for outlawed Shiite fighters.

The first attack was a roadside bomb that targeted an American patrol around 9:15 a.m., local time, police said. One civilian was wounded.

There was no immediate word on any American causalities; the military did not immediately respond to an e-mailed request for information.

The second attack took place five minutes later, when a parked car bomb detonated, wounding six civilians and damaging several nearby shops, police said.

More FBI privacy violations confirmed

Several months ago I told you how I was victimized by the Fayetteville Police Department and how they have made it their mission to monitor my internet activities. You probably thought I was crazy, but I’m not. The american people are under surveillance  by their government and most are not aware of it. Could it be that the terrorism that happened in 2001 was setup for the purpose of spying on how americans spend their time online. If you are like me, I value my privacy. If someone is prying into my business, I become very alarm. I don’t think it is no one’s DAMN! FUCKING BUSINESS! WHAT I DO ONLINE!!!! AND I VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AS WELL!!!

More FBI privacy violations confirmed

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080306/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/senate_fbi

WASHINGTON – The FBI acknowledged Wednesday it improperly accessed Americans’ telephone records, credit reports and Internet traffic in 2006, the fourth straight year of privacy abuses resulting from investigations aimed at tracking terrorists and spies.

The breach occurred before the FBI enacted broad new reforms in March 2007 to prevent future lapses, FBI Director Robert Mueller said. And it was caused, in part, by banks, telecommunication companies and other private businesses giving the FBI more personal client data than was requested.

Testifying at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Mueller raised the issue of the FBI’s controversial use of so-called national security letters in reference to an upcoming report on the topic by the Justice Department’s inspector general.

An audit by the inspector general last year found the FBI demanded personal records without official authorization or otherwise collected more data than allowed in dozens of cases between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, last year’s audit found that the FBI had underreported to Congress how many national security letters were requested by more than 4,600.

The new audit, which examines use of national security letters issued in 2006, “will identify issues similar to those in the report issued last March,” Mueller told senators. The privacy abuse “predates the reforms we now have in place,” he said.

“We are committed to ensuring that we not only get this right, but maintain the vital trust of the American people,” Mueller said. He offered no additional details about the upcoming audit.

National security letters, as outlined in the USA Patriot Act, are administrative subpoenas used in suspected terrorism and espionage cases. They allow the FBI to require telephone companies, Internet service providers, banks, credit bureaus and other businesses to produce highly personal records about their customers or subscribers without a judge’s approval.

Last year’s audit by Justice Department Inspector General Glenn A. Fine, issued March 9, 2007, blamed agent error and shoddy record-keeping for the bulk of the problems and did not find any indication of criminal misconduct. Fine’s latest report is expected to be released as early as next week.

Several Justice Department and FBI officials familiar with the upcoming 2006 findings have said privately the new audit will show national security letters were used incorrectly at a similar rate as during the previous three years.

The number of national security letters issued by the FBI skyrocketed in the years after the Patriot Act became law in 2001, according to last year’s report. Fine’s annual review is required by Congress, over the objections of the Bush administration.

In 2005, for example, Fine’s office found more than 1,000 violations within 19,000 FBI requests to obtain 47,000 records. Each letter issued may contain several requests.

In contrast to the strong concerns expressed by Congress and civil liberties groups after last year’s inspector general’s report was issued, Mueller’s disclosure drew no criticism from senators during just over two hours of testimony Wednesday.

Speaking before the FBI chief, Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., urged Mueller to be more vigilant in correcting what he called “widespread illegal and improper use of national security letters.”

“Everybody wants to stop terrorists. But we also, though, as Americans, we believe in our privacy rights and we want those protected,” Leahy said. “There has to be a better chain of command for this. You cannot just have an FBI agent who decides he’d like to obtain Americans’ records, bank records or anything else and do it just because they want to.”

Following last year’s audit, the Justice Department enacted guidelines that sternly reminded FBI agents to carefully follow the rules governing national security letters. The new rules caution agents to review all data before it is transferred into FBI databases to make sure that only the information specifically requested is used.

Fine’s upcoming report also credits the FBI with putting the additional checks in place to make sure privacy rights aren’t violated, according to a Justice official familiar with its findings.

Critics seized on Mueller’s testimony as proof that a judge should sign off on the national security letters before they are issued.

“The credibility factor shows there needs to be outside oversight,” said former FBI agent Michael German, now a national security adviser for the American Civil Liberties Union. He also cast doubt on the FBI’s reforms.

“There were guidelines before, and there were laws before, and the FBI violated those laws,” German said. “And the idea that new guidelines would make a difference, I think cuts against rationality.”
Folks! It isn’t about terrorism, it is about the fear of loosing control and how to maintain it.

My Worse Enemy

My worse enemy is listening to other people and than following their advice.

I recently put a downpayment on a lot. It wasn’t something I really wanted to do, but I felt my choices to pursue other options were limited. Therefore, I took it upon myself to listen to the church’s advice to rent a lot at a mobile home park.

To make matters short, it was the worse idea I could have done. It has no electricity until an inspector approves on the repairs. The major repair is the main electric box. Stupid me though it was the owners or power company responsibility.

The last inspection resulted in deaming the box unsound for electricity output and needed to be replaced. So I contacted the church. At first the church said it was going to get a qualified electrician to do the repairs. They also said they were going to cover the cost. Only to find out, neither was true.

The city inspector refuse to write off the repairs since the individual has to prove they are legit. Then I find out that possible jail time might result in this action.

Someone is liable. It isn’t me. Victor the land owner should have had these boxes repaired before anyone moved into these units. It wasn’t the church responsibility, and it surely wasn’t my responsibility!

I know in New York, the power company is responsible for these until. This doesn’t seem to be the case here. But if it was there responsibility, I wouldn’t be having problems with the inspection.

What it seems like is that someone wants to get paid. Every electrician must be licenced before repairs are made. They must registered with the City Of Fayetteville. It cost money to do that. It also cost money to get an inspector to the site. So giving the responsibility to the power company just removes the amount the revenue the city can make off an inspection. CORRUPTION RED TAPE!!!

Some of the things I have experienced in this city has already told me that Fayetteville would not be a good place to develop a base. And the longer I stay here, the more I realize that.

I will give you a report by the end of the week regarding this situation.

But so far, it does not look good. As far as I’m concerned, if I don’t come out of the lease agreement with about 75 percent of my money, I will have to go to court. SIMPLE AS THAT!

The fact that these power systems are not suitable for electricity, only tells me that a more thorough inspection need to be done.

Internet & Brain Monitoring

Whenever I could go online, my web experience is monitored.

When I’m sleep, I’m monitored by a remote satellites. Information obtained from my brain is manipulated and than sent back in a “dream” form.

This is to make me feel guilty about my thoughts.

I’m constantly attack in the genitals and my eyes.

I’m burned by satellites and the people behind this project is using this technology to discredit me.

I’m a victim of the worse form of corruption and I believe they are many people experiencing the same onslaught.

I will go further by saying that I won’t be surprised that this technology is used to keep black people divided and killing one another.

This is why there needs to be an investigation of this technology; who’s involved and if criminal and civil penalties can solve this problem.

Pocket PC

Things are looking better, but I still haven’t figured out what type of Pocket PC I want to purchase. I’m trying to stay within budget, however, the better ones are more expensive and are recent editions. What this means is that the technology is close to what is currently available today.

The reason why I’m putting so much emphasis on purchasing a Pocket PC, is because it will allow me to pick up more wifi signals without draining my car battery.

Because of cost and convenience, most time my car is stationary. What this means is that I’m not running my gas out my vehicle, which can be pretty costly. Unfortunately, this translates to an inoperable car battery and an emergency jump start.

I had to pay two people to crank my car until I realize that charging my computer isn’t going to work (I nearly lost my labtop due to a power surge and I smell an unsual odor in my vehicle that seems to indicate that if I did not disconnect my labtop, my vehicle would have caught on fire). So this brings me back to the idea of purchasing a pocket PCs.

There are other advantages besides the fact that it won’t drain my battery. It will also allow me to move around a bit better.  But most of all, it will allow me to make phone calls and receive constant weather/financial and news alerts.

The Pocket PC should compliment my labtop, not replace it. Because I still need to code webpages and marketing material.

But it will be a costly proposition indeed; AND A NECESSARY ONE AT THAT!

Other issues include security. I have been faced with a lot of hackers in the city of FAYETTEVILLE NC (more later), so security is my second name. There will be  multiple BULLETPROOF security features included so that I can run my business both effectively and sufficiently.

There is no mokeying around with this issue. IT HAS TO BE DONE RIGHT! OR NOT AT ALL!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!

Staying In Fayetteville

It’s really funny… before I left for my trip to New York, Greyhound called the police stating that homeless people were congrugating in the bathroom. To my surpise, Officer Randall was one of the police officers who arrived. It was six of them! This is the kind of policing that happens in Fayetteville. Instead of targeting the drug dealers, they target the homeless.

Anyway, I was immediate request to prove that I was taking a bus out of town by this negro officer. And can you believe that he was very upset that I was coming back???

Well… he nearly ran out of the bus station when I told him this is a lawyers paradise.

What’s also funny is that I slept for three hours on Port Authority floors and not one officer said anything to me.

The officers in Fayetteville just have too much time on their hands. And this over policing is just a front for them covering up some thing else. I know what it is, it isn’t wise to discuss it right now.

With that said, the church in Fayetteville is opened to me for my internet activities. I have put together some of their computers and plan to update certain sections of their websites.

Hopefully I can incorporate some of my projects within their concept. But it will take some time to get them to understand this new concept.

Anyhow, I have decided to discontinue my plans to go to Raleigh.

Until next time.

New York

I took the bus out of Fayetteville around 10:30 PM and arrived in New York 10:30 AM the next morning. It was a long and enduring ride, but I sufficed. I got my business taken care of as planned and am satisfied with the results.

I left New York at 8:30 PM and arrived in Fayetteville at 8:30 AM. Then I picked up my car and closed my Fayetteville storage room out.

In NY, I reduce the size of my storage room. So now I’m paying $55 vs. the $106 I was paying earlier. I paid 6 months. At the last minute, due to the reduce size of the new storage room, I had to get rid of some furniture; a table and a cabinet I used for my radio equipment. It would have cost me a $100 for the garbage man to pick up, but the storage room manager picked it up for nothing.

I’m down to mostly boxes.

I had to file some papers with the state. It was done without very little hesitation. The staff was so helpful.

Again. I’m satisfied with the results of the trip.
